This study aimed to ascertain the development of elementary school children in the digital age from their health perspective. This integrative review is aimed at creating a health program for elementary school children in order to guide health workers in creating meaningful, focused, and structured activities that will address their health needs in the digital age. The integrative review as a methodology provides a synthesis of knowledge and the applicability of results of significant studies into practice. Its objective is to present the phases of children’s health in an integrative review so that relevant aspects of the literatures will be taken into account when using this methodological resource. As the influence of digital technology-- and especially the internet—has increased, the debate about its effect on elementary school children’s development has grown louder. We wonder, is the internet a threat to their over-all health and well-being? Digital dependency has shown to have a possible impact on brain development and cognition of elementary school children. In conclusion, the digital technology has already changed the world—and as more and more children go online around the world, it is increasingly changing childhood (UNICEF, 2017).

The use of digital devices by children is on the rise and a better understanding of their usage behaviour can be helpful in designing better ways of imparting education. As per data from the Indonesia Internet Service Provider Association (APJII), in 2018, almost 50% of elementary school children were using the internet. However, an introduction to digital technologies is not included under the topics covered in state elementary schools in Indonesia. Field work involving teachers and children in state and non-state elementary schools, officials in ministries, ICT vendors, parents were conducted through interviews, observations and workshops related to the use of digital technology to better understand the digital behaviour of children. It was found that elementary school children get exposed to digital technology at a very early age and while the duration of use varies according to parental involvement and awareness, the content consumed by children is, in most cases, not appropriate for their age. This study illustrates that monitoring digital use among children is currently a challenge for parents, and digital literacy, which includes introduction to both positive and negative effects of digital devices as well as appropriate digital use behaviour, should become an important part of the theme of learning in elementary schools in Indonesia to ensure digital technologies help in the shaping of children's attitudes and character, in a manner that is valued and beneficial to the society. Worms is an infectious disease caused by parasites in the form of worms. Objective: Knowing the Relation between Worms and Anemia in Elementary School Children in In Tanjung Senang District Bandar Lampung in 2020. Method: This type of research is quantitative research and analytical observational research methods with a cross sectional approach with the Chi Square test. Sampling was done using Quota Sampling. The sample in this study were 63 people. Results: The results of the Chi Square test showed p-value = 0.000, which is less than the significance value of 5% (0.05), this shows that there is a significant relationship between worms and anemia in elementary school children in Tanjung Senang, Bandar Lampung, in 2020. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between helminths and the incidence of anemia in elementary school children in Tanjung Senang, Bandar Lampung, in 2020. Keywords: Worms, Anemia Incidence  ABSTRAK: HUBUNGAN KECACINGAN DENGAN KEJADIAN ANEMIA PADA ANAK SEKOLAH DASAR DI KECAMATAN TANJUNG SENANG BANDAR LAMPUNG Pendahuluan: Anemia merupakan suatu kondisi dimana jumlah sel darah merah atau konsentrasi hemoglobin di dalamnya kurang dari biasanya. In Islam, the Koran and Al-Hadith are two sources that serve as the basis for Muslims. In order to better understand and study the contents of the Al-Qur'an, a Muslim must have the ability to read the Al-Qur'an. For Muslims studying the Koran is obligatory because it contains Islamic teachings regarding the commandments and all the prohibitions so that humans are safe in the world and the hereafter. The Purwodadi area of Padangsidimpuan Batunadua district has a smart house called the Acibu (I Love Books). This smart house has foster children aged 9-12 years old belonging to elementary school children from a similar family in Purwodadi Village. The Acibu Smart House does not have programs related to the religious field, therefore it is necessary to provide children with the ability to read the Qur'an. Referring to this existing reality, it is very necessary to provide actions that enable participants to read the Qur'an by making free tutoring at the Acibu Purwodadi Smart House, Padangsidimpuan Batunadua District. This PKM activity is carried out only 2 times a week every Wednesday and Thursday with a limited time of only 3 hours a day, from 14.00 to 17.00

The teachers of 2231 elementary school children were asked to identify those with known or suspected hearing problems. Following screening, the data were compared. Teachers identified 5% of the children as hearing-impaired, while screening identified only 3%. There was agreement between the two procedures on 1%. Subsequent to the teacher interviews, rescreening and tympanometry were conducted. These procedures indicated that teacher screening and tympanometry were in agreement on 2% of the total sample or 50% of the hearing-loss group. It was concluded that teachers could supplement audiometry, particularly when otoscopy and typanometry are not available.
