The article is devoted to the development of culturological studies methodological model of the socio-cultural phenomenon basedon the theory of systems principles. The analysisis based on a conceptual paradigm: Sociocultural object is a system consisting of separate parts, interconnected by certain relationships; the system is in continuous development and interaction with the external environment. The algorithm of system analysis contains: understanding the basic purpose and functions of the system; the choice of most optimal variant for partitioning system on components (subsystem, elements); introducing of the hierarchy of parts in the structure of the system; detection оf function of each subsystem and linkages between them; definition ofthe system connections with the environment (or other systems); study of the nature of the variability of the system, of its ability to development and adaptation to the environment. The classification of the sociocultural systems depends on the selected criteria, for example: on the nature of the items, their origin, the variability of propertie, the degree of difficulty, the attitude to the environment, etc. The article reveals the features of system analysis in cultural studies, as well as the potential of the theory of systems in the field of culturology for solving theoretical and practical problems. In the view of the synergetic model, the algorithm of the process of self-organization of the sociocultural system and the mechanisms governing this process are analyzed. The article shows that the self-organization of a sociocultural system is a nonlinear process that is a sequence of phase transitions from an equilibrium state through a nonequilibrium phase and dissipation to bifurcation and relaxation of the system. The process of intercultural interaction is considered through the prism of system analysis. The article shows that the openness of the socio-cultural system is a necessary and indispensable condition for intercultural interaction.

Dyeing textile’s information management system is the basis of accurate classification of color, machine studying methods have became a popular area of research for application in color classification. Traditional classification methods have high efficiency and are very simple , but they are dependent on the distribution of sample spaces. If the sample data properties are not independent, forecast precision will been affected badly and internal instability will appear. An application of Gray-Relation for dyeing textile color classification has been designed, which offsets the discount in mathematical statistics method for system analysis. It is applicable regardless of variant in sample size, while quantizing structure is in agreement with qualitative analysis. On the basis of theoretical analysis, Dyeing textile color classification was conducted in the conditions of random sampling、 uniform sampling and stratified sampling. The experimental results proofs that by using Gray-Relation, dyeing textile color classification does not need to be dependent on sample space distribution, and increases the stability of classification.

The article deals with an important component of the learning process - educational work, in terms of the formation of a moral and patriotic portrait of a graduate, as well as the formation of groups of universal competencies related to intercultural interaction and civic position. The task of improving upbringing work at the university received particular urgency in connection with the implementation of the strategy for the development of education in the Russian Federation. The authors attempt to evaluate and analyze educational work from the point of view of the process approach and system analysis. A hierarchical model of educational work is proposed and the components of the process are highlighted, and a system of indicators for assessing the quality of educational work is developed. The proposed approach can be applied in the formation and evaluation of the strategy for the development of the educational process in higher education and the development of work programs for educational work, as an obligatory element of the main professional educational program.

The Information Systems department of Pelita Indonesia Institute of Business and Technology produces graduates with education knowledge to face the professional work, but the majority of students after graduating do not work according to their graduate profiles/educational background. This research aimed to help students in determining the appropriate graduate profile. The proposed system was built using the K-means method for the classification process of graduate profiles; hence, the results can be used as recommended profession to be taken. The data used in this study is the data of students of class 2016, and these results are compared with their current professional record data with the aim of knowing the percentage of professional suitability obtained with the current profession. After this research is tested, the results of the classification of the graduate profile can be obtained where there are 10 students in the administrator database cluster, 11 students of the web design and developer cluster, one student of the cluster information system manager, and 8 students of the cluster system analysis. The percentage of suitability was 43.33%. This program is designed using the PHP programming language.

Introduction. The issue of food security and the task of increasing Russia’s exports make it necessary to identify and monitor the threats to the economic security of agriculture in each region; therefore the topic is of particular relevance. The main goal of the study is to identify and analyze the threats to the economic security of the agricultural sector of the Republic of Mordovia and their sources. Materials and Methods. The agricultural sector of the Republic of Mordovia was considered as the object of the research. The study employed the methods of system analysis, economic statistics, and analytical, dynamic and graphical interpretation of information. Results. The authors have analyzed the development of the agricultural sector over the past ten years, identified and examined the threats to the economic security of the industry and their sources, presented a classification of the threats, substantiated the range of measures aimed at preventing and neutralizing the threats. It has been proved that the identified threats are not completely insurmountable but are systemic since they are formed at the macro level and require an identical comprehensive solution within the framework of the state regional policy. Discussion and Conclusion. It has been concluded that the present threats to the agriculture of the Republic of Mordovia resulted from the 1990s ignorant policies. Despite the measures taken, the situation still cannot be improved. Further research may be aimed at developing a methodology for analyzing threats to sectoral economic security at the regional level. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of applying the obtained information when establishing sectoral programs for the development of agriculture and the agro-industrial sector by the constituent entities of the Russian Federation facing similar threats.

For the first time the article presents a comparative analysis of intercultural communication on the example of the analysis of stereotypes of the French, Italian and Russian languages. Students who study Russian as a foreign language, use it for intercultural communication, in which the difference of the interlocutors’ cultures can give rise to a “conflict of cultures”. The task of the teacher is to bring students not to an ethnic conflict but to the crossroads of cultures. The article aims at defining and distinguishing such terms as intercultural interaction, aculturation and deculturation, stereotype, cliche using methods of interactive, and conceptual analysis and the method of dictionary definitions. To date, there is no single methodological basis, which could allow to combine different approaches to the problem and to clarify the definition of interaction. Social nature of all communication processes, inter-cultural communication, in particular, requires analysis of the problem in the system of linguistic and cultural research, which is the most complete and qualitatively new understanding of the processes of formation and development of intercultural interaction, as well as determining the mechanisms of formation of a multicultural personality capable of successful socialization in the global world. According to some researchers, teaching intercultural communication can create contradictions with one’s own cultural identity: there is a fear of losing orientation in the usual socio-cultural space, losing identity, and losing support of your group. The article proves that the process of intercultural communication between the French, Italians and Russians at the lessons of the Russian language helps to eliminate the origin of such conflicts. The principle of openness and controversy in the organization of the learning process serves as a natural method to prevent such situations. The latter should be perceived by students as a search process in which both the cognitive and emotional levels of consciousness should be involved.

The work is devoted to the analysis of injury cases from the electric current influence on the oil and gas complex objects. Theprinciples, the main provisions of the system analysis and the classification of electric traumatism cases at power enterprisesare presented. Main causes and patterns of the electric trauma occurrence on dependence of the various production features,as well as for various categories of workers are determined in the article. The structural scheme of the relationship betweenthe elements of the system "man – electrical engineering – production environment" is given. A set of preventive measuresand practical recommendations that can be successfully applied to assess occupational risk and reduce the level of injuryfrom electric current in the energy sector of Ukraine is proposed.

Relevance of research topic. One of the features of foreign economic activity is vulnerability because of fluctuations of the global market environment, which requires the use of mechanisms for its regulation using financial instruments, methods and leverage. Formulation of the problem. Effective regulation of foreign economic activity, which would correspond to its actual goals and objectives, requires the formation of financial regulatory levers system. Analysis of recent research and publications. The issues of financial mechanism and financial regulation functioning today are the subject of detailed research in the professional scientific literature on finance. Scientific interest is also caused by studies of modern financial regulatory mechanisms in various areas of the national economy, in particular, regulation in the sphere of foreign economic activity. Selection of unexplored parts of the general problem. Nowadays there is no consensus on the essence of financial leverage, its features and place in the structure of the financial mechanism. There is a lack of research on the problems of using financial levers within the framework of the mechanism for regulating foreign economic activity. Setting the task, the purpose of the study. Classification of financial levers of foreign economic activity regulation and specification of their composition as to methods and instruments of regulation. Method or methodology for conducting research. The system and structural approach, the method of logical analysis, the method of comparison were used. Presentation of the main material (results of work). In the paper the importance of applying financial levers in foreign economic activity regulation is grounded. Based on the essence of financial regulation, the structure of the financial mechanism, the goals and composition of the system of foreign economic activity financial regulation, the classification of financial levers for its regulation has been proposed. Directions of financial levers actions, forms of levers implementation, methods of regulation, and levels of regulation are highlighted as classification signs. In the framework of the proposed classification by regulation methods, a set of financial levers is presented in relation to the corresponding methods and instruments for foreign economic activity regulation. The field of application of results. Research of foreign economic activity financial regulation problems, educational process (in the preparation of the relevant sections of textbooks and tutorials for courses “Finance”, “Foreign Trade”). Conclusions according to the article. The specific features of financial levers of foreign economic activity regulation are their multi-level influence on it, orientation at obtaining strengthening or retaining effect in accordance with the goals the state sets in the sphere of foreign economic activity regulation. Each lever is used within the relevant regulatory instruments and putting them in motion, and is aimed at the implementation of the regulatory action. Financial levers of regulation are interconnected into a single system and should be used comprehensively in foreign economic activity regulation.

Within the framework of this study, the inductive analysis of voltage stability indices’ theoretical formulation, functionality, and overall performances are introduced. The prominence is given to investigate and compare the original indices from three main dimensions (formulation, assessment, and application) standpoints, which have been frequently used and recently attracted. The generalizability of an exhaustive investigation on comparison of voltage stability indices seems problematic due to the multiplicity of the indices, and more importantly, their variety in theoretical foundation and performances. This study purports the first-ever framework for voltage stability indices classification for power system analysis. The test results found that indices in the same category are coherent to their theoretical foundation. The paper highlights the fact that each category of the indices is functional for a particular application irrespective of the drawback ranking, and negated the application of the Jacobian matrix-based indices for online application. Finally, the research efforts put forward a novel classification of voltage stability indices within the main three aspects of formulation, assessment, and behavior analysis in a synergistic manner as an exhaustive reference for students, researchers, scholars, and practitioners related to voltage stability analysis. The simulation tools used were MATLAB® and PowerWorld®.
