Goal. To carry out socio-philosophical conceptualization of the phenomenon of information culture and cyberculture as the newest factors that determine the development of modern society and is characterized by intensification of processes of informatization and technologization. Theoret- ical basis. The authors have proved that the concepts of information culture and cyberculture are united in the sense of theoretical generalizations about understanding the essence of modern society (mass, virtual, global, information) and so on. It is substantiated that the main condition and consequence of the development of modern society is the emergence of information culture and cyberculture, which serve as the unity of value models of technical, information and technological levels of civilization, which simultaneously forms a new type of person, which is realized in two dimensions – real (physical, social) and virtual. Scientific novelty. It is substantiated that modern society is in a state of radical large-scale, systemic transformations, the consequence of which is a new stage of development of the relation "man – world", "man – society", "man – man". According to the authors, the determining factor is the development of information culture and cyberculture, which characterize the latest achievements in the development of modern science, technology, education. Conclusions. Progressive achievements of the technosphere of the late 20-th – early 21-st century created new conditions for the development of the society and a man. These advances have both complicated and simplified social connections and rela- tionships. This is how e-economy, e-education, e-government, e-tourism, and others have come into being and evolve. At the same time, culture is gaining a new dimension of development. It is transferred to the sphere of the Internet, network communities and is characterized as an information culture, cyberculture, forming a qualitatively new outlook with relevant values, norms, social roles and behaviors of modern man.

Goal. To carry out socio-philosophical conceptualization of the phenomenon of culture of interethnic relations as a factor of interaction between representatives of different cultures and nationalities. Today, culture is one of the identifiers in the modern world, which determines the originality and uniqueness of nations and ethnic groups. Theoretical basis. The authors proved that the culture of interethnic relations is a direct dialogue between representatives of different nationalities, which allows the existence and development of national culture in modern society (mass, virtual, global, information) and so on. It is substantiated that the main condition and consequence of the interaction of representatives of different nationalities and ethnic groups is the recognition of their originality and uniqueness, at the same time there is a formation of global identity, i.e. there is an awareness of the need to live together. Scientific novelty. It is substantiated that at the present stage of development, society is in a state of radical large-scale, systemic transformations. Humankind needs to learn the culture of interethnic relations, as modern migration flows change the cultural picture around the world, in particular in the United States and Western Europe. The culture of "aging" Europe is changing significantly under the pressure of migratory flows, which assert their own culture and religion. Conclusions. The beginning of the XXI century characterized by the development of post-globalization, which simultaneously affirms the global and national identity. Humankind recognizes the fact that political and economic factors are secondary to culture and religion, which are the main identifiers of nations and ethnic groups. It is culture that accumulates in itself the necessary, stable set of symbols, which both at the individual and collective level are the defining features of ethnic groups, nations, states. The nation or the state which is able to answer affirmatively the question "who are we?" is successful and strong at the geopolitical level.

The world has entered the era of the fourth industrial revolution – a period in which digitalization plays perhaps the most significant role for production, and innovative technologies such as virtual reality, internet of things, artificial intelligence and robotics are fundamentally changing the way people work and the way they live. The backbone of modern society is a rapidly growing network of electronic knowledge and tools that includes manufacturers, suppliers, sellers, buyers and users of information in electronic form. The information sphere of the state directs its economic and innovative potential, and thus significantly affects other spheres, such as competitiveness in the international arena and the quality of citizens’ life. Today Ukraine is at a unique stage of development when there is a chance to make the so-called “digital leap” in key spheres of the economy. That is, to quickly move to a new stage of development in these spheres, bypassing intermediate stages, and starting to use modern systems at once, bypassing several generations of technologies. The percent of the digital economy in Ukraine is gradually steadily increasing, but the pace of its development is still low. In order to keep up with the world's leading economies forever, it is necessary to begin large-scale digitization of all industries as soon as possible, investing as much as possible in the development of digital infrastructures, innovations and modern technologies. Moreover, the country has potential, especially in the IT sphere, where Ukraine's position is quite good. Technologically, Ukraine is still in the last century because the state has very low domestic demand for technology. The actual tasks for Ukraine in this sphere, on the one hand, are the implementation of its own digital potential, and on the other, the implementation of relevant EU documents and projects into national legislation. In addition, it is important to develop the spheres of science and education, without which it is impossible to count on progress in the development of the information society and the knowledge economy. Every year, technologies go forward, new trends are gaining momentum, affecting all the schemes by which people do business in the digital world. And in order to stay ahead of the competition or even just to “stay in the game”, you need to learn to work with new tools, track trends and be flexible enough to adapt to these changes.

Today, worldview, spiritual and moral problems that have always been reflected in education and upbringing come to the fore in society. In this situation, there is a demand for philosophical categories. One of the priority goals of education in modern conditions is the formation of a reasonable, reflexive person who is able to analyze their actions and the actions of other people. Modern science is characterized by an understanding of the absolute value and significance of childhood in the development of the individual, which implies the need for its multilateral study. In the conditions of democratization of all spheres of life, the child ceases to be a passive object of education and training, and becomes an active carrier of their own meanings of being and the subject of world creation. One of the realities of childhood is philosophizing, so it is extremely timely to address the identification of its place and role in the world of childhood. Children's philosophizing is extremely poorly studied, although the need for its analysis is becoming more obvious. Children's philosophizing is one of the forms of philosophical reflection, which has its own qualitative specificity, on the one hand, and commonality with all other forms of philosophizing, on the other. The social relevance of the proposed research lies in the fact that children's philosophizing can be considered as an intellectual indicator of a child's socialization, since the process of reflection involves the adoption and development of culture. Modern society, in contrast to the traditional one, is ready to "accept" a philosophizing child, which means that it is necessary to determine the main characteristics and conditions of children's philosophizing.

Lithium battery has been employed widely in many industrial applications. Parameter mismatches between lithium batteries along a series string is the critical limits of the large-scale applications in high power situation. Maintaining equalization between batteries is the key technique in lithium batteries application. This paper summarizes normal equalization techniques and proposed a new type of lithium Battery Equalization and Management System (BEMS) employing the isolated DC-DC converter structure. The system is integrated both equalization functions and management functions by using distributed 3-level controlled structure and digital control technique. With this control method the flexibility of the balance control strategy and the compatibility for different battery strings are both improved dramatically. The experimental results show optimizing equalization, efficiency and the battery string life span has been extended.
