The article substantiates that in order to ensure the effective development of economic systems, the issues of rational use of natural resources and environmental safety are significant. Environmental problems for modern economies of the world are systematized. The aim of the research is to study the theoretical and practical experience in the formation of an inclusive society and the “green” economy of the regions in the Republic of Belarus based on the analysis of the mechanism for introducing circular technologies at the micro level, schemes for engaging vulnerable groups of the population, creating “green” jobs, creating courses on the principles of inclusion economy in the workplaces. The following tasks were set and resolved: the mechanism for the formation of the inclusive society and the “green” economy in the Republic of Belarus was identified through the introduction of circular technologies at the micro level; considered the features of involvement in employment of vulnerable groups of the population; identified and systematized features of creating “green” workplaces; specificity of courses for on-the-job training on the principles of inclusion and “green” economy is grounded. The research methodology is based on the principles of systems analysis, formal logic and an interdisciplinary scientific approach. Monographic and descriptive method was used in the formation of theoretical and practical basis for development an inclusive society with elements of the “green” economy; method of analysis and synthesis, method of statistical data analysis in the short-term analysis. The novelty of this research lies in the fact that the theoretical and practical foundations for building the inclusive society through the tools of the “green” economy and education have been studied and scientifically grounded. The conclusions are that the creation of “green” jobs, learning the principles of a “green” economy, as well as the implementation of other measures to ensure the sustainable development are necessary. And development of inclusive society and “green” economy depend on ability of government and firms to teach their basic principles and create inclusive and “green” workplaces and jobs. As recommendations it is proposed to involve older labor resources in employment, taking into account coordination of the vocational qualification structure of labor supply and technical and technological parameters of workplaces; to assess development of the international labor market and sustainable development of the labor market with created by authors list of indicators; to develop an electronic web resource with information about the skills of the workforce, indicating the geography of workplaces and schemes for building up the necessary skills contributes to the advance preparation of the workforce; and to organize and conduct courses for employers and employees in the field of inclusive development and “green” jobs.

Faculty research is focused on the present state of organic agricultural production in the Republic of Serbia, with emphasis on existing legislation and activities planned in the next period, as well on the parallel between organic agriculture and basic principles of green economy, which represents great perspective of Serbia considering its natural potential. Having in mind that the green economy is recognized by leading world organizations for environmental protection as one of factors that could support realization of sustainable development concept through “greening” economy and opening of new “green” workplaces, the goal of this chapter is to indicate the potential and importance of the larger participation of farmers in organic production as one of the most realistic “green” chances of Serbia.

The climatic conditions, global environmental crises and disasters and the exacerbation of the pollution problem have prompted global economic and financial organizations such as the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development to reconsider traditional economic models, Which resulted from it the emergence of the concept of green economy. Which made the economy more efficient by increasing the productivity of used resources and directing investments towards sustainable management of natural resources to increase their economic and environmental productivity and their ability to create green jobs and support the poor to the maximum extent possible. Because of the modernity of this economy, developing countries requested not to impose a single model that includes developed and developing economies at the United Nations Conference (Rio + 20) held in the Brazilian capital, Rio de Janeiro in 2012, and the necessity to create a broad concept for a green economy that is flexible and takes into account the disparity in levels of economic development and transformation policies Towards a green economy. Many scientific studies have proven that the development of the relationship between man and the environment was characterized by an increase and an imbalance between environmental degradation and human progress. The earth, with all its surrounding organisms, is the natural home of man who gets it, and many studies and research revealed that the environments in which a person lives can be It causes an increase or decrease in stress on his body, as the uncomfortable environment causes feelings of anxiety or sadness in contrast to a comfortable environment, and a person finds pleasure in nature regardless of his age or culture, and more than two-thirds of people choose to be in a natural environment to get rid of psychological pressure and cure many diseases Psychological and physical. The research aims to activate the role of the green economy in achieving sustainable development and focus on the health aspect. To achieve the aim of the study, the descriptive and analytical approach was used to study the reality of the trend towards a green economy in Iraq and its role in achieving development. A quantitative approach is used to analyze and interpret the impact of the green economy on sustainable development. And through the benchmarks, it was found that there is a relationship between the sustainable development indicators and the green economy index.

In the introduction, a new object of research is indicated – innovative forms of employment in sustainable development, taking into account the principle of reproduction not only of the labor force, but of a working man in general. The purpose of the study is to analyze the system of relations of innovative forms of employment of the population of the Republic of Belarus in accordance with the requirements of sustainable development of the national economy. The aim of the study is a comparative analysis of the structure of employment of the able-bodied population in accordance with the requirements of sustainable development of the national economy.In the main part, the position is substantiated that today an analysis of the employment of the working-age population below and above its boundaries is carried out without taking into account the first preparatory stage of employment and labor of young people, without taking into account the indices of the level of sustainable socio-economic development of the country (health, education, standard of living, quality of life, healthy lifestyle; the level of development of environmental security and, in general, national security, demographic security).A global qualitative study of global and national documents, statistical data, proving the importance of researching a new object of the labor market – innovative forms of employment, was carried out.The results obtained can be applied in the development of a new object of the labor market – innovative forms of employment, in the construction of personal educational trajectories of young people, the development of the principle of social equality, in the construction of an innovative reproduction process of the population.

This paper deals with the issue of education for sustainable development of the generation of future managers in the context of the green economy. The paper analyses the need for environmental education of graduates in theoretical way who are expected to act as executives and in positions which are defined as Green Enhanced Skills Occupations or shortly Green Jobs and who should be able to apply the tools of environmental protection in a business sector, municipalities or third sector. The essential part of the article presents the partial results of the research, which was focused on finding whether students of economic universities are aware of issue of sustainable development and environmental policy tools, which can help the implementation of green economy in the practice and whether this issue is taught at universities. At the end of the article authors point out the important role of universities in preparing the future managers to work in the green economy.

The subject of the study is the employment of refugees in the Republic of Belarus. The aim of the work is to identify problems and find solutions to refugee employment in the Republic of Belarus. The methodological basis of the article was the scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists on the employment of refugees in the country, statistics from official portals. Results of work. The article analyzes static data on the dynamics of the number of forced migrants in the Republic of Belarus, studies the country's policy on the labor market for refugees, identifies problems in their employment and suggests a solution that includes promoting the principles of social entrepreneurship in national practice. Scope of the results. The conclusions and results of the article can be used in improving labor relations in the field of refugee employment by securing at the legislative level a new type of economic activity, «social entrepreneurship». Findings. As a result of the study, effective measures for the employment of refugees were proposed and established priority areas for the development of social entrepreneurship in the Republic of Belarus were established, which include: - consolidation of the concept of «socially vulnerable layers of the population»; - improving the regulatory framework, including labor relations of socially vulnerable groups of the population, including refugees; - the development of social entrepreneurship as a form of doing business with a pronounced social goal; - the formation of an information-analytical system for managing social entrepreneurship; - creation of a virtual portal of social entrepreneurship, where information on employment of socially disadvantaged groups of people by their groups will be presented in separate content, a vacancy bank, requirements, working conditions and direct contact details of social entrepreneurship entities will be presented. The implementation of the indicated directions and priorities will accelerate the processes of integration, socialization and adaptation of refugees in our country, and effectively develop the labor market of socially vulnerable layers of the population, which is one of the priority directions of the policy of the Republic of Belarus.

Abstract The article analyses the development of a new conceptual direction of sustainable development for our country and the Republic of Buryatia, namely, “green economy” based on the rational use of natural and secondary resources, through low carbon development, recycling and reuse of waste and municipal solid waste, as well as unification of the regulatory framework in the relevant areas of economy and production. The authors identified the so-called “markers” activating and hindering the development of green economy in Baikal region, compared them with the most favourable regions for living and also with neighbouring regions in order to provide a rationale for the most promising areas of green economy for our region, which are: digitalization of the economy and public life in general, genetic engineering and various biotechnology, creating new equipment and materials (nanotechnology), various areas of tourism and recreation. As a result, it was concluded that: “green economy”, should become an important element of the concept of sustainable development of the Baikal region, it is this concept of development of the region highly coincides with the global trend of sustainable “green” low-carbon development and transformation.
