The paper is devoted to the problem of training specialists in the field of regional environmental management. Environmental management in maritime regions of the Russian Federation has its own characteristics related to the inclusion of marine areas in the processes of natural resources extraction, protection and restoration of their reserves. The labor market of maritime regions requires bachelors and masters majoring in Ecology and Nature and Geography, understanding of the maritime region as a special geosystem. Methodological development of the training model allows us to define the vector of students professional competence development in the field of regional environmental management. The authors present their vision of this model, including justification of approaches, definition of principles for establishing the objectives, selection of content, organization of learning process and evaluation of results of training of ecologists and geographers in maritime region. The authors think that system and environmental approaches most effectively enable the training of students in activities of professional communities. Learning outcomes of students - ecologists and geographers within the framework of the proposed model meet the needs of the labor market of the maritime region, and may be the basis for the development of the professional standard Specialist in the field of environmental management.

Abstract: Steppe landscapes, which are within Ukraine, over the last few centuries has undergone significant negative changes due to the unreasonable use of soil resources (excessive ploughing), soil salinity under irrigation in agriculture and other forms of anthropogenic impact. The territory of modern Zaporizhzhya region, which belongs to steppe landscapes, as a result of human activities is also dramatically changed. For the further organization of the rational environmental management, first of all, it is necessary to provide scientific-based recommendations for the reduction of anthropogenic human impact on the landscapes of the region. Nowadays, this is a topical and very important issue, but without a perfect research algorithm, the solution of the question is impossible. The main methods of studying the anthropogenic impact and the state of regional nature management have been considered in the article. On the basis of existing methods and rules the four main stages of the study have been identified and the algorithm that reflects the sequence and conditionality of the procedure for anthropogenic impact on the landscapes of Zaporizhzhya region has been developed. At the first stage, collection and systematization of the available information with a corresponding set of actions, including field studies, took place. At the second stage, the theoretical and methodological base of the research was formulated – from the generalization of theoretical foundations of the research, the definition of the object and subject, the analysis of the current state of the study of the issue to the development of its own solution of the scientific issue. The third stage envisaged the study of the structure features and functioning of the landscapes of Zaporizhzhya region – from the analysis of natural and anthropogenic factors of the formation of modern landscape structure, the specific features of natural conditions and resources, the anthropogenization processes to the analysis of the actual structure and peculiarities of natural and anthropogenic landscapes functioning. At the fourth stage, the current state of regional environmental management of Zaporizhzhya region has been analyzed, the features of the manifestation of unfavourable natural means, as well as the analysis of the dependence of their manifestation on the level of anthropogenic transformation, have been revealed. The author’s suggestions as to the organization of rational environmental management in the region and the basis of the management system of the landscape have been formulated through the procedure of accurate accomplishment of its stages such as planning, design, implementation and control. The author shows the relevance of training computer sports specialists, which is due to the shortage of such professionals with specialized education in the labor market. The article reveals the specifics of eSports, presents the existing experience in training such specialists. The review of the regulatory and legal sphere of this kind of sport is carried out. The theoretical aspects of the formation of the competence of a computer sports specialist are considered, approaches to the definition of the content and technologies of the process of training these specialists are substantiated. The novelty of the research lies in the fact that the author has developed the structure and content of the competencies of computer sports athletes in the following areas: “Sports discipline of computer sports”, “Preserving the physical and psychological health of an athlete”, “Maintaining the image of computer sports”. The main professional functions that future specialists in computer sports should master, the training of which is carried out in universities within the framework of bachelor's programs in the direction of training 49.03.04 Sports, have been substantiated.

The article explores ways of forming a modern concept of rational nature management of agricultural waste. The analysis of the nomenclature of agricultural waste was carried out, their influence on the environmental situation was studied. The modern technologies of rational nature management of agricultural waste are systematized, the most promising areas of waste recycling are identified. The changes taking place in the modern Russian labor market with regard to the organization of labor of employees, the content of freelancing have been considered. The socio-economic essence of freelancing has been revealed. A сharacteristic of self-employed, including the number, their social affiliation and economic activities has been given. The prerequisites, that caused the development of freelancing in Russia, have been determined. Based on the data of a number of studies, the positive aspects of freelance have been analyzed and problems in its development have been named. The article describes specific features of the development of professional competence of future teachers. The development of the professional competence of future teachers on the basis of the personality-centered approach is aimed at changing personal readiness for the process of implementing their future professional and pedagogical activities. Different views of scientists on the definition of “professional competence” are considered. The model of developing personal and professional competence of future teachers is presented, which consists of four components: target; content-organizational; diagnostic and reflexive-prognostic component. The main forms of work with students within the framework of the presented model are interactive technologies for conducting classes, consisting of four components: target; content-organizational; by means of facilitating the processes of self-actualization and self-development, etc. An important role is given to individual work with students, pedagogical support in building individual routes for each future teacher. Independent activity presupposes work on one's own personality, with one’s own inner world for the purpose of self-improvement and use of the Self-Observation Diary. The knowledge and experience gained are further implemented as a result of practical training of students at the bases of specialized organizations. The results of experimental activities on the implementation of the model of development of professional competence of future teachers in practice are described.

The subject of the research is the structure of the labor market of rural areas through the development of enterprises of rural green tourism. The purpose of the work is to identify problems and trends of employment of rural population and to substantiate the organization of alternative types of employment in rural areas through the development of rural green tourism enterprises. Methodological basis of the article became general scientific methods of cognition, generalization, method of comparative analysis, statistical and other methods of research. Results of work The labor market in the countryside is characterized by the curtailment of job offers through the holding of agrarian production, its modernization. There is an increase in labor productivity, the release of large masses of the rural population, a decrease in the levels of its income and life. This leads to the search for and justification of alternative types of employment in the countryside. One of them is the definition of rural green tourism and its enterprises. Moreover, the organization of small tourist enterprises and agro-villages in the village does not require significant investments and special professional training of workers. They are based on the use of material resources of farmers, personal peasant and households, as well as the traditions of hospitality and the rural way of life of Ukrainians. The field of application of results. The results of the study can be used by the state executive authorities in improving the structure of the labor market of rural areas. Conclusions With the purpose of developing the rural economy and expanding the labor market for rural residents, we proposed the development of rural green tourism enterprises. The organization of new types of economic activity in rural areas is intended to increase the incomes of rural population. With the active development of unique and competitive destinations for rural green tourism, for which rural areas are used as an advantage, rather than treated as a disadvantage, it is possible to reach a sufficiently high level of profitability. This will give impetus to the further development of the countryside and the emergence of adjacent or serving businesses.
