<p><strong>Abstract:</strong> The aim of this research is to find out principal’s strategy in internalizing the entrepreneurial values in private early childhood education institution. This is a qualitative research with case study design. Data collection was done by interview, observation, and documentation study. Data analysis in this research refers to the interactive model which is data condensation, data display, and drawing and verifying conclusion. Findings of this research are: (1) principal internalizes the entrepreneurial values to herself which include opportunity utilization, risk-taking, innovation and creativity, and leading and managing proactively; (2) principal implements the entrepreneurial values to all the school personnels; and (3) principal monitors the results of the implementation of entrepreneurial values for teachers and staffs, students, and also students' parents.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong><em> </em>Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui strategi kepala sekolah dalam penginternalisasian nilai-nilai kewirausahaan di lembaga PAUD swasta.  Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi partisipan, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data penelitian ini mengacu pada model interaktif yaitu kondensasi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian ini (1) kepala sekolah menginternalisasi nilai-nilai kewirausahaan pada dirinya sendiri yang mencakup pemanfaatan peluang, pengambilan resiko, inovasi dan kreatifitas, serta kepemimpinan dan pengelolaan secara proaktif; (2) kepala sekolah mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai kewirausahaan kepada warga sekolah; (3) kepala sekolah memantau hasil implementasi nilai-nilai kewirausahaan bagi guru dan tenaga kependidikan, siswa, dan juga orangtua siswa.

The study aim at investigating the process of planning, implementing, and evaluating of the Revised 2013 Curriculum year 2018 to improve the students' achievement. The study was case study research with multi case study design as the objects of the study had some similarities. The data sources were the results of conducting interviews, documentations, and observations. The data analysis included data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The data were verified using data sources triangulation.The result showed: 1) The planning at SMP Raden Fatah Batu and MTs Ihyaul Ulum Gresik was initiated by comprehending the existing syllabus, mapping the main and basic competence as well as the success indicators for each subject. The involvement of the teachers in The Teacher Association Forum was maximized to share ideas and conform the planning. 2) In implementing, both schools involved the associated basic competence and current issues, created pleasant and conducive learning, used learning media, and involved the parents which were effective in improving the students' achievement. 3) The evaluation was conducted comprehensively and factually. The students' achievement was identified continually on all of the aspects of learning and it involved teacher-counselor The final score was derived from the averaged total score.

This research to describe the strategy of Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic boarding school dealing with modernization challenges. The focus of his research is the strategy used by Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School deal with the challenges of modernization? 2). the activities forms of the Boarding School's deal with it. 3). the supporting and obstacle factors in the implementation it. This study is a qualitative approach in the form of case study. Data collection methods are done through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data display and verification. Al Urwatul Wutsqo's Islamic boarding school strategy dealing with modernization is providing integrated education of faith and piety in accordance with the Qur'an and Hadith. The activities are to love Allah and the hereafter is amal sholih, thariqah, recitation, istighatsah, etc.

This study aims to understand and analyze the management of natural center learning in early childhood in improving children's cognitive intelligence in Raudlatul Athfal Zainul Hasan, Tambelang Village, Krucil District, Probolinggo Regency. This research uses a qualitative type of case study. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis was carried out in a circular manner, starting from the data display, followed by drawing conclusions. The results showed that the learning management of natural centers in improving students' cognitive intelligence was carried out through planned and systematic planning by the teacher with reference to policies that have been determined by the government and existing local policies, followed by implementation of learning activities that try to bring students to the real world and ends with an evaluation based on authentic assessment.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang implementasi pemikiran Ki Hadjar Dewantara di Taman Indria Ibu Pawiyatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Unit analisis Taman Indria Ibu Pawiyatan sebagai sumber informasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Milles dan Huberman, meliputi: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pemikiran Ki Hadjar Dewantara yang dimplementasikan dalam proses pendidikan di Taman Indria Ibu Pawiyatan yaitu: (a) tujuan pembelajaran menuntun kodrat dan iradat anak, (b) metode pembelajaran yaitu: metode among (ing ngarso sung tulodo, ing madyo mangun karso, tut wuri handayani), sari swara, wiraga dan wirama, (c) aspek bidang pengembangan yaitu: pikiran, rasa, dan kemauan (Tri sakti), dan (d) sasaran usia yaitu mendidik anak dibawah 7 tahun. (2) Hambatan-hambatan dalam mengimplementasi pemikiran Ki Hadjar Dewantara yaitu: (a) jumlah peserta didik yang sangat minim, (b) pendidik tidak berlatar belakang dari Tamansiswa, dan (c) kurangnya komunikasi antara Majelis Ibu Pawiyatan dengan pendidik. (3) Upaya-upaya untuk meningkatkan kegiatan pembelajaran yaitu: (a) pendidik mengikuti workshop dan seminar pendidikan anak usia dini, (b) pendidik mengadakan pertemuan sarasehan, dan (c) mengaktifkan kembali komite sekolah. The implementation of Ki Hadjar Dewantara’s ideas in kindergarten AbstractThis study was aimed to describe the implementation of Ki Hadjar Dewantara’s ideas in the Taman Indria Ibu Pawiyatan. (2) Barriers that: (a) there are only few learners, (b) educators do not have background from Tamansiswa, and (c) lack of communication between Majelis Ibu Pawiyatan and educators. (3) The efforts include: (a) educators to follow workshops, (b) seminars about early childhood education, educators held a sarasehan, and (c) reactivating the school committee.

SMA Negeri 106 Jakarta is a school designated by the government as the first school to implement the 2013 curriculum. This study aims to see and describe the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in learning, how the form of acceptance, school readiness, and the obstacles faced in implementing the curriculum. This research uses qualitative research methods, with a case study in the school of SMAN 106 Jakarta. Data analysis was carried out by technical data analysis according to Miles and Hubberman with three stages, namely data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results show that the 2013 curriculum has been implemented since the beginning at SMAN 106 Jakarta. History subjects are among the subjects that first apply the 2013 curriculum in the learning process. The learning methods taught have used the Scientific and Discovery methods. The implementation of the 2013 curriculum can be seen in the learning tools that are in accordance with the provisions of the central government. The obstacles faced in implementing the 2013 curriculum are technical constraints related to learning resources and facilities and infrastructure.

This research was aimed to find out one of the Da’wah activists, namely KH Asyhari Marzuqi in delivering Da’wah material. Was it using persuasive words or just the opposite, coercive that causes fear? By using persuasive communication theory and other related theories, researchers analyzed the data using qualitative research methods. The approach used in this study was a case study. Data analysis model was with explanation development. Qualitative research is identical to a critical and interpretative research. After conducting the research, the researcher obtained the result that KH Asyhari Marzuqi was a figure of Da’i who was able to preach persuasively. As a communicator, he meets the standards for persuasive da’i. Meanwhile, the message delivered was also a language of invitation that is soft and without coercion. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui salah satu aktivis dakwah, yakni KH. Asyhari Marzuqi, dalam menyampaikan materi dakwah. Apakah menggunakan kata-kata persuasif atau justru sebaliknya, koersif yang menimbulkan ketakutan? Dengan menggunakan teori komunikasi persuasif dan teori terkait lainnya, peneliti menganalisis data dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Model analisa data dengan pengembangan penjelasan. Penelitian kualitatif identik dengan sebuah penelitian yang bersifat kritis dan interpretatif. Setelah melakukan penelitian, peneliti mendapatkan hasil bahwa KH Asyhari Marzuqi merupakan sosok da’i yang mampu berdakwah secara persuasif. Sebagai seorang komunikator, ia memenuhi standar untuk dikatakan da’i persuasif. Sementara, pesan yang disampaikan juga berupa bahasa ajakan yang bersifat lembut dan tanpa paksaan.

This study aims to look at the trends of the OYO Hotel in Yogyakarta. This research is qualitative research with a case study research design. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and literature review. Whereas data analysis uses an interactive analysis model. The results showed that the trend of OYO hotels is increasingly developing in Yogyakarta in line with the trend of travelling with a minimal budget. factors affecting tourists in choosing OYO are: cheap room rates, the number of room promotions, quality and service according to standards, adequate facilities, ease of application-based reservations, and payment can be done at the hotel

Management of infrastructure and facilities is important in physical education, considering that infrastructure is a medium to support the success of learning. This study aims to determine how the management of physical education facilities and infrastructure in State Junior High Schools in North Bengkulu District. This research is a type of qualitative research using a case study research design. Data obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research data were obtained from six sources consisting of the principal, physical education teachers, and facilities and infrastructure staff. This research was conducted at SMPN 02 and 04 North Bengkulu. Data analysis used Miles and Huberman analysis. The results of research on the availability and management of facilities and infrastructure revealed that there were several physical education facilities and infrastructure that were feasible but had their availability. The removal of physical education facilities and infrastructure activities that have not been carried out properly has resulted in many damaged facilities and infrastructure piled up in the warehouse. The inventory process has been carried out well. This can be seen from the process of registering goods or facilities and infrastructure which are recorded alphabetically by the names of items that have been spent, the inventory process is carried out routinely and regularly. The process of maintaining physical education facilities and infrastructure is carried out by teachers and students.

Abstract: This study aims to understand: 1) What is the role of the teacher as a guide in improving the morale of young children in kindergarten IT Qurrota A'yun Ponorogo; and 2) What is the role of the teacher as an educator in improving the morale of young children in kindergarten IT Qurrota A 'Yun Ponorogo. The research used is qualitative research. This type of research is a case study. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques taken by the concept proposed by Miles and Huberman are data reduction, data presentation, and discussed conclusions. The results showed that: 1). In accordance with the preconventional morality of children who do not comply with the rules, they are subject to punishment, such as children who argue without reason, the way the teacher reminds them is by singing; 2). Children are born in good condition, so that learning is requested to be processed by being carried out, carried out, and evaluated and then poured into RPPH.

Abstract: With regard to its role as supervisor, the principal is required to be able to improve the discipline of teachers in the school, including administration. However, in reality there are still some teachers who lack discipline in completing their administration at school. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. Data collection is done by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the research obtained indicate the role of supervisors in improving the discipline of teacher administration is good and very solutive in improving the discipline of teacher administration in schools. Although there are still some teachers who are lacking in discipline, this can be overcome by the supervision program provided by the principal as the supervisor. Keywords: Supervisor, Discipline, Teacher Administration Abstrak: Berkenaan dengan perannya sebagai supervisor, kepala sekolah dituntut untuk dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru yang ada di sekolah, antara lain dalam hal administrasi. Namun, pada kenyataannya masih terdapat beberapa guru yang kurang disiplin dalam menyelesaikan administrasinya di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan rancangan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan peran supervisor dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan administrasi guru sudah baik dan sangat solutif dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan administrasi guru di sekolah. Meskipun masih ditemukan beberapa oknum guru yang kurang disiplin, namun hal tersebut dapat diatasi dengan adanya program supervisi (pembinaan) yang diberikan oleh kepala sekolah selaku supervisor.
