Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) peningkatan keterampilan belajar siswa pada saat pembelajaran renang gaya dada menggunakan Part Whole Method Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, adalah lembar observasi, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi.Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Melalui PTK ini dilaksanakan pembelajaran lempar lembing menggunakan pendekatan permainan.Subjek dalam penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah siswa kelas VIII BSMPK Frateran Celaket 21 Malang semester genap tahun ajaran 2012-2013, yang berjumlah 30 siswa terdiri dari 19 siswa laki-laki dan 11 siswa perempuan.Data diperoleh peneliti dari pengamatan saat berlangsungnya proses pembelajaran terhadap 30 siswa sebagai subjek penelitian dengan menggunakan lembar observasi yang terdiri dari gerakan meluncur, gerakan kaki, gerakan tangan, gerakan mengambil nafas, dan koordinasi gerakan.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa keterampilan siswa kelas VIII B SMPK Frateran Celaket 21 Malang mengalami peningkatan. Hasil observasi awal keterampilan adalah 50,36%, kemudian meningkat pada siklus I sebesar 13,27%  atau menjadi 63,64%. Pada siklus II meningkat sebesar 19,3% atau menjadi 82,94%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Part Whole Method pada pembelajaran renang gaya dada dapat meningkatkan keterampilan siswa kelas VIII BSMPK Frateran Celaket 21 Malang.Kata Kunci: meningkatkan keterampilan, pembelajaran, Part Whole Method, renang gaya dada. Abstract: This study aimed to determine: (1) increase students' learning skills when learning breaststroke swimming using Method Part Whole instrument used in this study, is the observation sheets, field notes, and documentation. The research design used in this study is action research (PTK). TOD is implemented through learning javelin permainan.Subjek approach in classroom action research is a class VIII BSMPK Frateran Malang Celaket 21 semester 2012-2013 school year, which amounts to 30 students consisted of 19 male students and 11 students perempuan.Data Researchers from the observations obtained during the learning process of the 30 students as research subjects by using the observation sheet which consists of a gliding movement, leg movements, hand gestures, the movement took a breath, and movement coordination. The results showed that the skills of students of class VIII B SMPK Frateran Celaket 21 Malang has increased. Results of initial observation skills is 50.36%, then increased in the first cycle of 13.27% to 63.64%. In the second cycle increased by 19.3% to 82.94%. Based on the results of this study concluded that Part Whole Method in breaststroke swimming lessons to improve skills of eighth grade students B SMPK Frateran Celaket  21 MalangKeywords: improving skills, learning, Part Whole Method, swimming breaststroke.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar pendidikan agama islam pada materi pokok infak harta diluar zakat pembahasan Sedekah, Hibah, dan Hadiah di kelas VIII SMP AL-Hidayah Medan  dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus yang meliputi kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Sedangkan untuk mengetahui kemampuan siswa, peneliti menggunakan tes hasil belajar siswa secara individu.Yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP AL-Hidayah Medan yang berjumlah  39 siswa yang terdiri dari 23 siswa laki – laki dan 16 siswa perempuan. Sebelum pemberian tindakan, persentase ketuntasan klasikal siswa dilihat dari pree test diperoleh sebesar 25,64 % (10 siswa). Setelah pemberian tindakan dengan menggunkan model pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe STADl. Tes hasil siswa pada siklus I memperoleh persentase klasikalnya sebesar 53,84 % (21 Siswa). Sedangkan setelah dilakukan perbaikan dari siklus I ke siklus II maka nilai persentase ketuntasan klasikalnya meningkat sebesar 87,17 % (34 siswa). Jadi peningkatan nya mencapai 33.33 % dari siklus I ke siklus II. Dari hasil penelitian tindakan kelas ini, maka peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa adanya peningkatan hasil belajar pendidikan agama islam dan merekomendasikan pada pelaksana pembelajaran untuk mengerjakan materi dengan mengembangkan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Agama Islam, Belajar, Model Pembelajaran, Kooperatif tipe STAD Abstract: This study aims to determine the increase in the results of learning Islamic religious education in the subject matter of infaq assets outside the almsgiving discussion of Alms, Grants, and Gifts in class VIII of Medan AL-Hidayah Middle School by applying the Cooperative Type STAD learning model. This research is a classroom action research conducted in 2 cycles which includes planning, implementing, observing and reflecting activities. Whereas to find out the ability of students, researchers use individual student learning outcomes tests. The subjects in this study were the eighth grade students of Medan AL-Hidayah Middle School, amounting to 39 students consisting of 23 male students and 16 female students. Before giving action, the percentage of students' classical completeness seen from the pree test was obtained at 25.64% (10 students). After giving action by using the STADl type cooperative learning model. Student test results in cycle I get a classic percentage of 53.84% (21 students). Whereas after the improvement from cycle I to cycle II, the percentage of classical completeness was increased by 87.17% (34 students). So the increase reached 33.33% from cycle I to cycle II. From the results of this class action research, the researchers concluded that there was an increase in the results of learning Islamic religious education and recommending the implementers of learning to work on the material by developing a Cooperative Type STAD learning model Keywords: Islamic Education, Learning, Learning Models, Cooperative type STAD

  The purpose of this study to enhance the activity and achievement in the Javanese language for the reading material of legend using cooperative learning methods Numbered Heads Together (NHT). This study used a two-cycle classroom action research. Subjects in this study were 32 students of class VIII E SMPN 8 Surakarta in the 2015/2016 school year, consisiting of 18 girls and 14 boys. The research was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle has four phases: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. In the first cycle the researcher used NHT without media and in Cycle II,  NHT was used with instructional media. Results of the study showed increased percentage of the motivation to learn the Javanese language to read the Legend. Description of the achievement included: listening and attention to the teacher's explanations was 34.38%; encouragement to ask and express opinions was 31.25%; and the ecouragement to present results of group discussions in class was 59.38%.l

The purpose of this research is to describe the application of problem based learning learning models in drama writing skills. The problem is that the eighth grade students of SMPN 4 Pandak are still having trouble finding ideas or ideas in writing drama texts. The location of the study was at SMP Negeri 4 Pandak. The study was conducted in class VIII Cpada Semester II of the 2018/2019 Academic Year. The research subjects were students of class VIII C, with 28 students consisting of 13 male students and 15 female students. The data collection technique was carried out through observations on the skills of writing text and the practice of playing drama. The results of the study showed that there was an improvement in the learning outcomes and skills of students in class VIII C Drama Text Writing material. Before using the PBL model students who achieved mastery learning outcomes were 15 students or 53.6%, while 13 students or 46.4% were not yet finished. After using the PBL learning model there was an increase in student learning outcomes ie all students (28 students) completed their learning outcomes or 100%. Thus there was an increase in completeness by 46.4%.

<p><em>Based on the results of observations, it shows that Civics learning is still carried out conventionally where teachers still use learning media that is limited to textbooks. This causes students to act less in the learning process and the learning outcomes obtained are low. Focusing on the problem, this study aims to improve planning, implementation and assessment of Civics learning using video media. This classroom action research uses qualitative and quantitative approaches. In practice, the study, which consisted of three cycles, was carried out collaboratively with fellow teachers. The research was conducted in the odd semester of the 2020/2021 school year at SDN 4 Jalatunda with the research subjects being all grade II students. The research data were collected through observation, interviews, field notes, documentation and tests. The results of data analysis indicate that the use of video media can improve student learning outcomes in class II Civics learning at SDN 4 Jalatunda. This can be seen from (1) students' cognitive learning outcomes have increased from an average value of 71.43 in the first cycle to 85.71 in the second cycle and 92.86 in the third cycle (2) the affective domain has increased from an average value of 64 , 29 in cycle I to 82.14 in cycle II and 92.86 in cycle III, and (3) in psychomotor increased from an average value of 72.32 in cycle I to 80.81 in cycle II and 89.29 in cycle cycle III. Seeing the results of this study, classroom action research in the use of video media in Civics learning needs to be applied and developed in order to improve the quality of education in the future.</em></p>

This study aims to increase student motivation, by using the cooperative learning model type a make a match assisted by audio visual media in science subjects class VIII-A SMPN 6 SUMENEP. This type of research is a classroom action research (CAR) with the approach used is a qualitative and quantitative approach that is descriptive and without using statistical analysis. The research subjects studied were SMP Negeri 6 Sumenep students in class VIII-A in the odd semester of 2017/2018 with 23 students consisting of 12 female students and 11 male students. Data collection instruments were carried out using sheets of the implementation of learning activities and observation sheets of student motivation. The results of student learning motivation in science subjects using the make a match type of cooperative learning model assisted by audio-visual media using card media distributed during learning and group formation to find partners makes students active and enthusiastic so that their motivation to learn increases. This can be seen from the percentage in cycle 1 students' learning motivation is still in the moderate category (57%). In cycle II it has increased, so it rises to the good category (76.5%).

This classroom action research aims to increase students' interest and motivation in the subjects of class VIII Buddhism inSMP Negeri 2 Pekanbaru. This research is a classroom action research with the research subjects are Class VIII studentswho are Buddhists, amounting to 9 people including 8 men and 1 woman. Techniques for collecting data through written testtechniques. The results showed that the Buddhist learning outcomes of students experiencing improvement in the first cycle ofmeeting 1 obtained an average score of 72.7. At meeting 2 it increased to 77.0. In the second cycle the meeting 1 increased to75.8. And at meeting 2 it increased to 77.8.

The ability to read in the Raudhotul Atfal (RA) education unit makes the study interesting especially in terms of Arabic reading skills. This study aims to improve the reading ability of RA Mambaul Barokah's children syllables using the Cantol Roudhoh Technique. The subjects were group B children in RA Mambaul Barokah with 20 students consisting of 8 male students and 12 female students. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR), which was carried out using 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. Data collection methods used are descriptive and qualitative analysis. The results of preliminary observations before the action showed that children who had mastery reading ability of syllables reached 55%, in the implementation of learning with cantol roudhoh technique in the first cycle rose to 57% and in the second cycle to 95%. Based on these results it can be concluded that the cantol roudhoh method is able to improve syllable reading in RA Mambaul Barokah students in the 2018/2019 school year.

The aim of this study is to improve students’ skill in writing recount texts and to find out the students’ responses after being taught by using Peer Review Strategy. The subject of the study is the students of Class VIII A of SMP Budi Murni 3 Medan in the Academic Year of 2017/2018. Questionnaire, observation sheet, field notes, and writing tests were used as the instruments for collecting data. The results of the study showed the significant improvement of the students’ skill in writing recount texts. It is proven by the students’ mean score of each test: pre-test is 64,68, formative test is 70,75 and post-test is 75,86. The progress is about 11,18 based on the students’ mean score. Moreover, the improvement could also be seen from the Minimum Mastery Criteria (Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM)) which showed that the students’ score of pre-test is 20,68%, formative test is 58,62%, and post-test is 72,41%. It can be concluded that there is a significant progress of 52% based on (Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM)). The students also agreed with the application of Peer Review Strategy in writing recount texts. It can be seen from the result of questionnaire that there was 60% of strongly agree and 40% of agree. Therefore, the application of Peer Review Strategy is very suitable to improve students’ skill in writing recount texts.

This study aims to improve the speaking skill of the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Banawa in the use of audio visual aids. This research was conducted through action research consisting of two cycles. The data were obtained from observation during the implementation of the action; interview with Teacher of English and the eighth grade students from class VIII A; and discussion with Teacher of English. Data in the form of field notes, interview transcripts, and photographs. The validity of the data is obtained by applying utilization Audio Visual Aids, results and processes. The results show that there was an increase in students' speaking skills through the use of audio visual aids. The audio-visual tool used in this study was video and slide. Videos were taken from youtube.com in the form of dialogue in certain expressions. These videos can attract students' attention and increase their learning motivation. Students can have a better understanding of the use of English in real situations when they learn appropriate Englishlanguage models through audio-visual aids (video and slide). Students make improvements in several aspects of speaking skills, such as fluency and comprehensibility. They are more confident in speaking English. They actively participate during the teaching and learning process. In addition, they did not hesitate to ask the teacher when they found difficulties. The research findings are also supported by the results of students' speaking achievement which increased from 57.78 in cycle I to 72.67 in cycle II.

This study aims to determine the characteristics of gender-based auditory learning modality, supporting aspects of listening ability, and gender-based listening abilities. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study design. The research subjects were the fifth grade students of Cigugur State Elementary School. Data was collected through literature studies, observations, interviews, documentation, and field notes. The validity of the data is checked by data credibility and data dependability. Data is analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. The results of the study show 85% students showed the characteristics of auditory learning modality. The characteristics of male students tend to be independent, strong, and ambitious while female students are more cheerful, spoiled and obey. The supporting aspects of listening ability are physical aspect, psychological aspect, sex, and learning media. The listening ability of female students is better than male.
