AbstrakEra disrupsi ini Indonesia tidak hanya mengalami krisis ekonomi, namun juga krisis literasi. Fakta ini didasarkan pada riset Central Connecticut State University 2016, yang mengatakan bahwa literasi Indonesia berada di tingkat kedua terbawah dari 61 negara. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, kegiatan ini bertujuan membangun kesadaran literasi masyarakat melalui keterpaduan program kelompok sadar wisata dan organisasi karangtaruna.   Untuk dapat membuat deskripsi, gambaran, atau lukisan secara sistematis, faktual dan akurat mengenai fakta-fakta, sifat-sifat serta hubungan antarfenomena yang di amati, maka peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sehingga kegiatan sarasehan dan pendampingan sebagai satu bentuk aktivitas dalam pengumpulan data kepada masyarakat yang kemudian di analisis interaktif sesuai dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang kemudian menghasilkan pembentukan (1) Rintisan kemitraan antara kelompok sadar wisata dan generasi muda yang tergabung dalam organisasi karang taruna agar secara langsung terlibat dalam mengembangkan edukasi wisata. (2)  Kelompok sadar wisata dalam membangun kesadaran literasi masyarakat bersama dengan Taman Bacaan Masyarakat merupakan kolaborasi yang saling menguatkan. (3) Gerakan masyarakat dalam bentuk tulisan-tulisan penyemangat akan nilai keindahan, kebersihan, ramah, etika yang diletakkan di sudut-sudut jalan serta pengadaan buku informatif   tentang geopark Nglenggeran di beberapa omah (homestay) merupakan gagasan yang layak didukung oleh pemerintah setempat. Membangun kesadaran literasi bagi seluruh masyarakat menjadi penting terutama dalam mensikapi berkembangnya desa wisata dengan potensi alam yang begitu mempesona wisatawan. Untuk itulah kolaborasi kelompok sadar wisata dengan program pengembangan yang didukung taman bacaan masyarakat yang memenuhi kebutuhan belajar masyarakat kaitannya dengan gerakan mendukung desa wisataINTEGRATION OF TOURISM AWARENESS PROGRAMS IN BUILDING LITERATION AWARENESS IN NGLANGGERAN VILLAGEAbstractIn this era of disruption, Indonesia is not only experiencing an economic crisis, but also a literacy crisis. This fact is based on a 2016 Central Connecticut State University research, which states that Indonesian literacy is in the second lowest level of 61 countries. Based on this, this activity aims to build awareness of community literacy through integrated tourism awareness group programs and youth organizations. To be able to make a systematic, factual and accurate description, description or painting of the facts, properties and relationships between observed phenomena, the researcher uses a qualitative approach. So that the workshop and mentoring activities as a form of activity in collecting data to the community are then analyzed in accordance with the qualitative descriptive method which then results in the formation of (1) Pioneering partnerships between tourism awareness groups and the young generation who are members of the youth organization to be directly involved in developing tourism education. (2) The tourism awareness group in building community literacy awareness together with Community Reading Gardens is a mutually reinforcing collaboration. (3) Community movements in the form of encouraging writings on the values of beauty, cleanliness, friendliness, ethics placed on street corners and the procurement of informative books about the Nglenggeran geopark in several homestays are ideas that deserve to be supported by the local government. Building literacy awareness for the entire community is important, especially in response to the development of tourist villages with natural potential that fascinates tourists. For this reason, the collaboration of tourism awareness groups with development programs supported by community reading gardens that meet the learning needs of the community in relation to the movement to support tourism villages

ABSTRAK Dalam era milenial dan digital saat ini, dunia desain mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat. Dalam hal ini, khususnya generasi muda perlu dibekali ilmu tentang desain grafis. Pelatihan ini dilakukan di lembaga masyarakat yaitu karang taruna. Karang Taruna Pemuda Mandiri Kelurahan Rejomulyo adalah salah satu Lembaga Kemasyarakatan yang merupakan wadah pengembangan generasi muda yang tumbuh dan berkembang atas dasar kesadaran dan rasa tanggung jawab sosial. Pengurus Karang Taruna Pemuda Mandiri mayoritas adalah pemuda yang masih produktif. Pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas Karang Taruna Pemuda Mandiri khususnya pada kemampuan desain grafis CorelDRAW guna meningkatkan kreatifitas . Kemampuan dalam menyampaikan ide dan gagasan dalam upaya untuk membangun generasi muda melalui kreativitas karang taruna tentu memerlukan dukungan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang dituangkan dalam bentuk spanduk, poster, undangan. Ini semua dapat dilakukan, jika kita dapat menguasai atau memiliki kemampuan desain grafis yang baik. Pada kesempatan kali ini akan dilakukan transfer pengetahuan berupa penguasaan ketrampilan desain grafis menggunakan CorelDRAW. Kata Kunci: CorelDRAW, Kreativitas, Karang Taruna ABSTRACT In today's millennial and digital era, world design is experiencing very rapid development. In this case, especially the younger generation needs to be equipped with knowledge about graphic design. This training is conducted in community institutions, namely youth organizations. Youth Organization Youth Organization Rejomulyo Village is one of the Community Institutions which is a forum for youth development that grows and develops on the basis of awareness and a sense of social responsibility. The board of the Youth Youth Organization for Youth is still productive youth. Training to increase the creativity of the Youth Youth Organization especially in CorelDRAW graphic design skills to increase creativity. The ability to convey ideas and ideas in an effort to build a young generation whose creativity certainly requires the support of information and communication technology as outlined in the form of banners, posters, invitations. This can all be done, if we can master or have good graphic design skills. This study aims to find out how the role of Youth Organization in fostering social awareness of youth, any form of social care carried out by Karang Taruna of Perumahan and supporting factors and inhibitors of Bukit Permai Youth Organization in fostering youth social awareness. Theory uses Social Concern theory According to Crandall in Addision E. Gradel (2009: 35) includes motivation, understanding, empathy and contribution. The research method uses qualitative descriptive. Research informants from the Bukit Permai Housing Youth Organization and Pimpina in the Bukit Permai Housing Community Area. Test the validity of the data using source triangulation and member check techniques. Data analysis used qualitative data analysis of Miles and Huberman. The results of the study regarding the role of youth organizations in fostering social awareness include (1) Karang Taruna members providing motivation to youth by inviting them to contribute to social activities for their development and the environment, (2) asking for proposals for ideas and ideas from non youth members, ( 3) providing an understanding of the implementation of social activities needed so that the community environment is conducive, (4) inviting youth to be involved in youth activities, especially planning social activities. Forms of social activities such as community service cleaning sanitation channels, cleaning public facilities, installing street lighting in each block, conducting fogging, donating activities to the poor and disaster, making hydroponic parks in collaboration with RTs, focus group discussions, youth discussion activities internal routine.

Abstract   Youth is the next generation of the nation. Youth is a potential investment that needs good guidance and assistance, so that its activities can be directed and participate in the development of the nation and state. For this reason, it is necessary to accommodate their activeness and creativity in directed organizational associations. In Pengasinan Village, Rawa Lumbu Sub-district, Bekasi City, a Katana 22 Youth Organization has been formed, precisely in RW.022 Pengasinan Village, Rawa Lumbu Sub-district, Taman Narogong Indah Housing Estate, Bekasi City, which is stipulated by a Decree of the Village Head of Pengasinan. At the youth organization a lot of expertise is given in the field of management, human resources related to youth development programs. The problem that exists at Karang Taruna Katana 22 is that they do not understand the use of blogs in organizational activities. For this reason, Nusa Mandiri University lecturers and students hold community service activities in the form of learning to create blogs so that youth youth organizations can use it as a promotional event, adding to the creativity of youth youth writing activities.   Keywords: Blog, Training, Youth Organization   Abstrak   Pemuda merupakan generasi penerus bangsa. Pemuda merupakan investasi potensi yang perlu mendapat bimbingan dan pendampingan secara baik, sehingga kegiatannya bisa terarah dan berperan serta dalam pembangunan bangsa dan negara. Untuk itu perlu diwadahi keaktifan dan kreativitasnya dalam perkumpulan organisasi yang terarah. Di Kelurahan Pengasinan Kecamatan Rawa Lumbu Kota Bekasi telah terbentuk Karang Taruna Katana 22 tepatnya di RW.022 Kelurahan Pengasinan Kecamatan Rawa Lumbu Perumahan Taman Narogong Indah Kota Bekasi yang ditetapkan dengan Surat Keputusan Lurah Pengasinan. Pada karang taruna banyak keahlian yang diberikan di bidang manajemen, sumber daya manusia yang terkait dengan program perkembangan karang taruna. Permasalahan yang ada pada Karang Taruna Katana 22 yaitu kurang paham penggunaan blog dalam kegiatan berorganiasasi. Untuk itu dosen dan mahasiswa Universitas Nusa Mandiri mengadakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pembelajaran pembuatan blog agar para remaja karang taruna dapat memanfaatkannya sebagai ajang promosi, menambah kreatifitas kegiatan menulis para remaja karang taruna.   Kata kunci: Blog, Pelatihan, Karang Taruna

Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) Mahasiswa ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada elemen Masyarakat, Pengembangan diri merupakan kebutuhan penting bagi setiap manusia. State University of Medan 2017.This study aims to determine the form and significance of the Ende Jeir in the Mandailing Society inKelurahan Wek V Padangsidimpuan. The purpose of this research is to find out the form of Ende Jeirsong in Mandailing community in Wek V Padangsidimpuan Village, to know the meaning contained inEnde Jeir in Mandailing community in Wek V Padangsidimpuan Village, to know the function of EndeJeir in Mandailing community in Wek V Village Padangsidimpuan, to know the response of local peopleto preserve Ende Jeir on Mandailing community in Wek V Padangsidimpuan Village.The theory used is form, meaning, function, and Ende. The shape is the arrangement of the frame of asong that is determined according to the parts of the sentence. Meaning is the purpose that is derivedfrom things that want to be shown by something or want to be expressed, exposed, with the word actuallydoes not interfere with the value of taste. The function of music is to express the taste, and simultaneouslyas an activity of various types of human communication. Ende is a traditional song (folksong), whichrepresents the representation of structure, function and cultural values.Methods in this research using qualitative descriptive method. The samples in this study were the lectureand audio visuals of Ende Jeir, singer Ende Jeir, artist and community Wek V Padangsidimpuan Village.This data collection is done by observation method or observation, interview, and documentation. Thisresearch was taken at Kelurahan Wek V Padangsidimpuan, and this research was conducted from August2017.The results of this study indicate that the form of Ende Jeir song consists of a one part song form, with AA 'form. the meaning of Ende Jeir is a prayer, plea, expectation of parents to his daughter who is doingthis marriage and singing to advise on a good domestic life. Ende Jeir function is as symbolicrepresentation media, media of emotional expression and media of cultural preservation. Ende Jeir needsto be preserved because it begins to be forgotten and left behind. For that, it needs to be developed andintroduced in the young generation so as not to just disappear.

The construction of public participation has paid his dues. This is that in realizing development projects readily undergoing a failure that empowers people. Related in all process that deals with planning, implementation, the use of results and development monitoring. The rural infrastructure development program (PPIP) is development programs community empowerment. Where people have got to dive headlong in village development, especially physical development he purposes of this research is to find how the participation of the community in the Rural infrastructure development program (PPIP), Ngranget Village, Dagangan District, Madiun Regency. The kind of research is qualitative descriptive. In research, this is the population is the number of household heads involved in the delivery rabat concrete development in Ngranget village which consisted of 95 KK. The majority of informants interviewed in this research was 12 people. Was used in the study data collection method that is Technical Documentation interviews and data available for analysis namely described the results of research or data with a form of what is he got writer whether it is the results of the interviews, or result in appreciating documentation then investigated and the studies of the issue and. The result that the community participation in development in the village of rabat concrete Ngranget mind (planning), low participation in the form of energy high, participation in the form of expertise, quite low in the form of goods low, the form of money and participation is very low.

<p class="apa">In general, the objectives of this study were to explain the role played by universities in improving its human resources are office holders, lecturers, and students, explain the program what is being done related to the improvement of human resources, and explains the non-academic program to support the implementation of a program that has been prepared so as to ensure the creation of academic atmosphere and moral. This research is using a qualitative approach. Data collection method is observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. After determining the selected object, it is then determined subjects and informants who serve as a source of information, other than information derived from observation and documents. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative descriptive. From these results it can be concluded that in the current era of globalization sensitize the managers of private universities to constantly make changes both in management of students, lecturers, and academic. Of the top ten universities in East Java, which is the object of research has done on average conditionally adjustment and in accordance with their respective capabilities to actualize development programs as outlined in the master plan and development plan strategy as a guide.</p>

This study aims to determine the public relations strategy of Makassar State University in increasing the positive image of Makassar State University in the community. To find out these objectives, the researchers used a type of qualitative descriptive research. The informants in this study were as many as five people using data collection techniques carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data obtained from research results are processed using data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that Public Relations devised a strategy so that the function could run in accordance with the objectives of Makassar State University, among others, trying to create a conducive climate between institutions and the public in order to do persuasive and educative approaches to the public, trying to create two-way communication by disseminating information from institutions to public parties. educate and provide information, in order to create mutual understanding, respect, understanding and also strive to foster harmonious relations between organizations and various groups, both in and out relations to enhance cooperation. Public Relations seeks to socialize the Makassar State University mission to be accepted or received support from the public / public.

The Community Service Activity / Kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) was held in Cibinuang Village, Kuningan District, Kuningan Regency with the target of young people who are members of Karang Taruna Tunas Mekar as youth organization in Cibinuang Village. The problems faced by partner institution in this activity are: a) lack of socialization about the existence of youth organizations and their roles in the development of rural communities, b) less awareness and participation of youth in organizations, both administrator/ other members, c) training of administrators / members in making work programs have never been done. The method of implementation in this activity is active participation with stages namely 1). Seminar and discussing about the role of youth organizations, 2). Providing technical training in making organization programs, 3) Mentoring in making proposals. Seminar about the roles of youth organization for community empowerment in youth organizations in Cibinuang Village presented material in accordance with the theme. The materials presented to the participants including: the role of youth in village development, the mechanism for preparing programs and how to make proposals for effective funding requests. The training in making organization programs and activity proposals were divided into three stages, namely lectures and discussion about the role of youth organizations, providing technical training in the preparation of organization programs and making activity proposals, and mentoring in making organization programs and proposals.� Based on the process PkM activities, it can be seen that 1) there were enhancing youth's understanding and awareness of their capacity in developing villages through youth organizations, 2) members and administrators of youth organizations were motivated to play an active / participating role in building themselves and their villages, 3) administrators of youth organizations to arrange a program, 4) the management of the youth organization was able to make a proposal from each organization program that will be submitted to the Cibinuang Village Government.�Keywords: Youth Capacity, Youth Organization, Organization Program�AbstrakKegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan di Desa Cibinuang Kecamatan Kuningan Kabupaten Kuningan dengan target pemuda-pemudi yang tergabung dalam Karang Taruna Tunas Mekar yang merupakan organisasi kepemudaan di tingkat Desa Cibinuang.� Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh lembaga mitra dalam kegiatan ini yaitu: a) kurang tersosialisasikanya eksistensi organisasi pemuda dan perannya dalam pembangunan masyarakat desa, b) kesadaran dan partisipasi pemuda dalam organisasi baik pengurus/anggota kurang, c) pelatihan pada pengurus/anggota dalam membuat program kerja belum pernah dilakukan.� Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu partisipasi aktif dengan tahapan yakni 1). Ceramah dan tanya jawab tentang peran organisasi pemuda, 2). Memberikan pelatihan teknis pembuatan program kerja, 3) Pendampingan dalam membuat proposal kegiatan. Seminar tentang peran organisasi pemuda untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat pada organisasi pemuda di Desa Cibinuang Kec. / Kab. Kuningan diisi dengan pemaparan materi yang sesuai dengan tema. Materi-materi yang disampaikan kepada peserta meliputi: peran pemuda dalam pembangunan desa, mekanisme penyusunan program kerja dan cara pembuatan proposal kegiatan untuk permintaan dana yang efektif. Pelatihan pembuatan program kerja dan proposal kegiatan dibagi menjadi tiga kegiatan, yaitu ceramah dan tanya jawab tentang peran organisasi pemuda, memberikan pelatihan teknis penyusunan program kerja dan pembuatan proposal kegiatan, dan pendampingan dalam membuat program kerja dan proposal kegiatan. Berdasarkan proses kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dapat dilihat adanya 1) peningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran pemuda terhadap kapasitasnya dalam membangun desa melalui wadah organisasi pemuda, 2) anggota maupun pengurus organisasi kepemudaan termotivasi� untuk berperan aktif/berpartisipasi dalam membangun diri maupun desanya, 3) pengurus organisasi kepemudaan dapat menyusun program kerja, 4) pengurus organisasi kepemudaan mampu membuat proposal kegiatan dari setiap program kerja yang akan diajukan ke Pemerintah Desa Cibinuang.

Some previous studies have shown that electricity and magnetism is one of the concepts of abstract, difficult, and complex. The purpose of the research illustrates the difficulties of academic cross-level physics education students on magnetic electrical concepts. Research used qualitative descriptive methods. The number of research samples is 103 students consisting of 73 the third year Bachelor’s Students of Physics Education and 30 Master’s Students of Physics Education in one of State University in Bandung City. Research instruments used essay-shaped tests and interview guides. Data collection was conducted by giving essay test adapted from Electromagnetic Concept Inventory test consisting of four major subconcepts namely: electrostatic, magnetics, electromagnetic induction and electromagnetic waves.  Data analysis was conducted by analyzing the test result data via the answer scale section and analysis of the interview results. The results of the study show interesting thing that the electrostatic subconcept is 3% for Bachelor’s Students of Physics Education and 6% for Master’s Students of Physics Education that answered questions correctly on the concept. In the sub-concept of electromagnetic waves, 7% of Bachelor’s Students of Physics Education and 6% for Master’s Students of Physics Education that answered correctly questions on the concept. The results indicate that most students ' cross-academic level difficulties were on electrostatic sub-concepts and electromagnetic waves that categorized the basic and upper concepts in magnetic electrical concepts. The results of the study give implications that the need to strengthen basic concepts and appropriate learning strategy in teaching the concept of magnetic electricity.
