Abstract: Research on the development of evaluation tools kahoot the application of material space spatial characteristics and the utilization of natural resource themes with the Strengthening of Independent Character class IV MI.RN are valid according to material experts, media experts, as well as practical for teachers and students. The method used is a 10-step model from Borg and Gall. Evaluation tools through the application of kahoot have produced a percentage value of 93.33 percent material experts, 100 percent media experts and 97.5 percent user (teacher). Abstrak: Penelitian pengembangan alat evaluasi melalui aplikasi kahoot materi karakteristik ruang dan pemanfaatan sumber daya alam tema dengan Penguatan Karakter Mandiri kelas IV MI.RN yang valid menurut ahli materi, ahli media, serta praktis bagi guru dan siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah 10 langkah model dari Borg and Gall. Alat evaluasi melalui apikasi kahoot telah menghasilkan nilai persentase dari ahli materi 93,33 persen, ahli media 100 persen dan pengguna (guru) 97,5 persen.

ABSTRAK: Masalah pokok penelitian ini adalah apakah penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Talking Stick pada mata pelajaran IPS dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi aktivitas ekonomi dan potensi sumber daya alam di kelas IV SDN 8 Tongkuno Kabupaten Muna? Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi aktivitas ekonomi dan potensi sumber daya alam melalui penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Talking Stick pada mata pelajaran IPS di kelas IV SDN 8 Tongkuno Kabupaten Muna. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas IV SDN 8 Tongkuno Kabupaten Muna pada semester genap Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019 dengan jumlah siswa 23 orang, yang terdiri dari 10 orang laki-laki  dan 13 orang perempuan. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari tes hasil belajar untuk melihat keberhasilan belajar siswa setelah penerapan model pembelajaran Talking Stick,  lembar observasi untuk guru dan siswa untuk melihat kondisi pelaksanaan tindakan. Prosedur penelitian ini terdiri dari: (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan tindakan, (3) observasi dan evaluasi, dan (4) refleksi. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa. Jenis data  dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif  adalah hasil belajar siswa yang diambil dengan menggunakan tes hasil belajar, dan data kualitatif diambil dari hasil  observasi aktivitas guru dan aktivitas siswa. Data hasil penelitian pada siklus I siswa tuntas berjumlah 14 siswa dengan persentase 60,9% dan siswa tidak tuntas berjumlah 9 siswa dengan persentase 39,1% dengan nilai rata-rata siswa 70,2. Keberhasilan aktivitas mengajar guru pertemuan pertama sebesar 63,64% dan pertemuan kedua sebesar 72,73%. Data hasil penelitian pada siklus II siswa tuntas berjumlah 20 siswa dengan persentase 87% dan siswa tidak tuntas berjumlah 3 siswa dengan persentase 13% dengan nilai rata-rata siswa 81. Keberhasilan aktivitas mengajar guru pertemuan pertama sebesar 90,91% dan pertemuan kedua sebesar 100%. Kata Kunci: Model, Hasil Belajar, Talking Stick ABSTRACT: The main problem of this research is whether the use of the Talking Stick type cooperative learning model in social studies subjects can improve student learning outcomes on economic activity material and natural resource potential in class IV SDN 8 Tongkuno Muna Regency? The research objective is to improve student learning outcomes on economic activity material and natural resource potential through the use of a Talking Stick type cooperative learning model in social studies subjects in class IV SDN 8 Tongkuno Muna Regency. This research was conducted in class IV SDN 8 Tongkuno Muna Regency in the even semester of the 2018/2019 Academic Year with a total of 23 students, consisting of 10 men and 13 women. The data of this study were obtained from the learning achievement test to see the success of student learning after the application of the Talking Stick learning model, observation sheets for teachers and students to see the conditions of action implementation. The procedure of this research consists of: (1) planning, (2) implementing actions, (3) observation and evaluation, and (4) reflection. Data sources of this research are teachers and students. The type of data in this study is quantitative data is the learning outcomes of students taken using learning outcomes tests, and qualitative data taken from observations of teacher activities and student activities. The results of research in the first cycle of students complete 14 students with a percentage of 60.9% and 9 students who did not complete the number of students with a percentage of 39.1% with an average value of 70.2 students. The success of the teaching activities of the first meeting teachers was 63.64% and the second meeting was 72.73%. The results of the research in the second cycle of students completed 20 students with a percentage of 87% and students who did not complete numbered 3 students with a percentage of 13% with an average value of students 81. The success of teaching activities of the first meeting teacher was 90.91% and the second meeting was 100 %. Keywords: Model, Learning Outcomes, Talking Stick

This paper identifies 3 – step model that can be adopted by every mathematics teacher and various training settings to effectively move teaching towards an active learning environment. This model which is built upon existing ideas proposed over the years in education and best practices concerning cognitive development and effective teaching and learning environment tends to equip teachers with very useful skills for classroom instructions. Ultimately, this model can aid teachers to move teaching and learning towards an active learning environment which is more effective and enjoyable for teachers and students for learning.

This purpose of this research is to know the implementation of the Mastery Learning to improve the ability of mathematic in every cycles, and rising of activities in learning process through Mastery Learning. The methodolgy in this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which consists of two cycles, whereby in each cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Subject of this research is students of class IV (grade four) MIN 1 Bandung, West Java Indonesia. The results in this research is the implementation of Mastery Learning in each cycles by teachers and students increased sharply. In addition, the average mathematical ability of students in the first cycle which is 79.75, and in the second cycle is 83.85, furthermore the rate of mathematical ability in the last cycle is 86,7 (a very large majority). Thus, the application of Mastery Learning can improve students' mathematical ability.

Many problems faced by the memorizers of the Qur'an such as not being able to memorize correctly according to makhraj and tajwid, there are still many students who have not memorized it perfectly, lack of dividing time in rote repetition, not focus on memorization, That is why it is not easy to memorize the Qur'an.  This study aims to determine and describe how the concepts, implementation, evaluation and inhibiting and supporting factors in the Implementation of Local Content Curriculum in achieving the target of memorizing Al-Qur'an 4 juz at SD Islam Annajah West Jakarta. The object of this research is the Principal, Chairperson of the Tahfiz Coordinator, Tahfiz Teachers and students SD Islamic Annajah West Jakarta. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The steps taken are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion  drawing. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The concept of the Tahfiz Al-Qur'an Local Content Curriculum in class I is that students are focused on learning to read the Qur'an and memorizing the surah-An-Nas to Al-Fil, class II is memorizing Al-Qur'an juz 30, class III is memorizing Al-Qur'an juz 29, class IV is memorizing Al-Qur'an juz 28, class V is me-morizing Al-Qur'an juz 27 and for class 6 repeating all memorization from juz 27-30. (2) The implementation of tahfidz is conducted every Monday-Friday. Before students add new memorization ustad / ustadzah recite the verse first, After that students follow together. For students who have memorized it directly deposit the memorization one by one. (3) The evaluation is carried out in several stages in 1 year, namely PTS 1, PAS 1 and PTS 2, PAT 2. Exams are conducted for 3 days, namely Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. (4) Supporting factors in implementing this program are age, teacher criteria, motivation from parents and teachers, facilities and infrastructure. While the inhibiting factors in implementing the tahfidz program are students, lack of time management, and forgetfulness.

The study was conducted because there were problems with the students' learning outcomes. Problems faced by students that is less than the maximum use of tools or learning media, so that students lack the spirit of learning and less interested and less active in following the science lesson in the class . To overcome these problems, then conducted research using Snowball Throwing model which aims to know the implementation Learning and improve students' learning outcomes. The type of research is Classroom Action Research. Data collection tools used at the time of the study are observation sheets and tests validated by validators. The study was conducted in 2 cycles and each cycle was held for 2 hours. Based on the research results obtained the observation of teachers and students who expressed good category. The average of student learning outcomes in cycle I and II is 69,27 and 72,5. In cycle I, there are 20 (74,10%) students complete KKM whereas in cycle II there are 24 (88,90%) students complete KKM. Completeness of student learning outcomes has been completed in a classical way. Based on the results of the research it can be stated that the use of Snowball Throwing model can improve student learning outcomes in science lessons of natural resources materials and the results in class IV SD Negeri 050604 Bekiun year 2016/2017 lessons.

This study aims to determine the suitability of learning materials with basic competencies in the thematic book theme 3 class IV SD revision edition 2017. The research method used is the descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this study were thematic books on the theme of 3 grade IV SD as well as class teachers and one of the fourth-grade students from SDN 99 OKU. The data collection techniques used were documentation and interviews. In this study, an analysis was carried out covering 3 domains, namely, affective, cognitive, and psychomotor domains. In the affective domain, the data collection technique used interviews, while the cognitive and psychomotor domains used the documentation study by analyzing the 2 aspects analyzed. Based on the results of interviews with teachers and students to see the level of suitability in the affective domain, which is very appropriate. As for the results of the analysis of the level of conformity between the learning material and basic competencies in the cognitive and psychomotor domains as a whole, from the 2 aspects analyzed, the results are included in the very appropriate category. Thus it can be concluded that the suitability of the learning material with the basic competencies in the theme book 3 for grade IV SD revision edition 2017 is very appropriate. Keywords: suitability, learning material, basic competencies, thematic book theme 3

This study aims to improve the result of learning tonnis for students of class IV in Elementary School 2 Gedong Karanganyar in academic year 2013/ 2014 through application of Teaching Games for undestanding approaches (TGfU). This study was action research or Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). The research was done on two cycle, each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The researcher used subjects in this research. They are students of class IV in Elementary School 2 Gedong Karanganyar, which amounts to 22 students consisting of 10 boys and 12 girls. The data came from teachers and students. The technique of data collection was the observation and assessment capabilities in tonnis, learning activities and result of learning playing small ball in tonnis. Analysis of data used descriptive technique based on a qualitative analysis of the percentage. From result of analysis was gotten significant increase fro pra-cycle to first cycle and from first cycle to second cycle. In the first cycle of learning result of students playing tonnis reached 63,63% or as many as 13 students of the 22 students have completion criteria. In the second cycle of learning result of students who have the play tonnis completion criteria also increased to 86,36% or 18 students have the criteria and 4 other completely unfinished. The conclusion of this study is the use of approach to Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU) can improving the result of learning tonnis in students of class IV in Elementary School 2 Gedong Karanganyar in academic year 2013/ 2014.

<em>The policy of applying the 2013 curriculum has an impact on the implementation of thematic learning. This study aims to describe the application of thematic learning in SDN 7 Kebumen. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods. The subjects of this study were teacher of class I and teacher of class IV, 5 studens of class I and 5 students of class  IV. The students were taken from students with high, medium and low abilities. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are source triangulation and technical triangulation The results of this study prove that the application of thematic learning has been running in accordance with the 2013 curriculum, teachers and students respond well to the application of thematic learning. But there are still a few obstacles. Among them are apperception and motivation are less memorable for students. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of thematic learning class I and IV in SDN 7 Kebumen is in accordance with the 2013 curriculum, but there needs to be an increase in apperception and motivation.</em>

This research is motivated by the low student learning outcomes in the historical subjects of class IV IPA at SDN 006 Sencano Jaya. Based on these problems, the formulation of the problem in this study is whether the application of the predict-observe-explain (POE) learning model can improve the learning outcomes of class IV students of SDN 006 Sencano Jaya. The purpose of this study is to find out the activities of teachers and students in the implementation of the learning process by using the predict-observe-explain (POE) model and to determine the effect of this learning model on learning outcomes of students of class IV SDN 006 Sencano Jaya on sains subjects. This research was conducted in two cycles, in the first cycle the learning outcomes of students reached 85.18% classical completeness and increased in the second cycle reached 100%. Based on the results of these studies it can be concluded that the application of the predict-observe-explain (POE) learning model can improve student learning outcomes in the sains lesson of the IV class at SDN 006 Sencano Jaya.

This article discusses the role of metacognitive strategies in developing students` reading skills and analyses the level of teachers` and students` awareness about them using local universities syllabus of English lessons. Deciding the university curriculum does not particularly intend to apply these strategies, the author presents a model of raising metacognitive awareness in reading. According to this three-step model, readers are recommended to first set up macrostrure (which includes text organization and discourse of the material), then evaluate the requirement of the task and finally, choose a strategy accordingly (reading for general idea, reading for specific details).
