The purpose of this study is two-folded. The first purpose is to examine the perception of Islamic finance experts and Shariah scholars on the Islamic cryptocurrency (i.e., GOLDX and OneGram). The question is whether it has a role in reconciling cryptocurrency in Islamic finance. The second is to introduce the new Islamic cryptocurrency to serve these rich Islamic populaces. The study used a qualitative research approach by conducting interviews to explore the Islamic scholars’ views on the framework of the new Islamic cryptocurrency. The scholars have been deemed to meet particular requirements of having comprehensive knowledge and have extensive experience in both the Islamic Shariah and cryptocurrency. Accordingly, the number of such scholars was limited, and eventually, with the access offered only to five scholars from different Islamic countries. We thoroughly analyzed the collected data from the interviews. The findings reveal that Islamic law is absent on the essential models for the conventional cryptocurrency utilization(such as bitcoin) as either a legitimate or illicit apparatus exchange device. Consequently, introducing new Islamic cryptocurrencies is to reconcile cryptocurrencies such as GOLDX and OneGram. They will play a vital role in attracting more than 1.5 billion Muslims around the globe to enter the world of cryptocurrency.

Testimony is a statement made by a witness who saw the incident by himself and was at the scene at that time. Nothing can escape this evidence in the afterlife, nor can it be manipulated in the slightest. So the source of the problem that will be discussed is how to witness the body and the interpretation of the rationality of the testimony of the limbs in QS. Yasin: 65. The research approach used by the author is a qualitative approach and is more inclined to follow library research and uses thematic analysis methods, this research will rely on the interpretation of Al-Jawahir Fi Tafsiril Qur'an by Tantawi Jauhari and books. as primary sources, research journals, and research theses as secondary sources. Since 2017, the city of Marawi was left in ruins after five months of aerial bombardments and close-quarter fighting between Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS) and government forces. Many buildings were destroyed; mosques and schools are no exceptions. While rebuilding efforts have begun in the city, the government has limited resources to fund city reconstruction and Waqf properties (e.g. mosques and schools) are not constitutionally considered as part of the government assets. Fortunately, the government seeks to channel funding for city reconstruction, including Islamic finance schemes. Therefore, this paper aims to assess the opportunities and challenges to rebuild Waqf properties through the issuance of Sukuk, Islamic bond. This paper adopts a qualitative research approach where secondary sources such as books, journals, articles and websites related to Waqf are reviewed. The paper also examines the successful examples of Sukuk-Waqf as part of the analysis.

This study aims to discuss the advocacy of imeum mukim in preventing environmental pollution in Aceh Jaya according to customary and Islamic law. The research is an empirical legal study, while the research approach is a case study approach, which is a study that analyzes a particular case. The theory used is the role and authority theory associated with customary and Islamic law. This study concludes that imeum mukim has a vital role and authority in Acehnese society because imuem mukim can resolve cases at the mukim level if it is unresolved at the village level. Then Imeum Mukim in Aceh Jaya has been advocating and socializing the prevention of environmental pollution by revitalizing customary rules, making qanuns at the mukim and village levels that accommodate the protection of the environment, for example, maintaining watersheds and prohibiting logging, including protecting certain animals. In addition, Imuem Mukim can also encourage CSR funds from companies to assist orphans, the poor, and environmental conservation. Furthermore, environmental pollution in the perspective of customary law is accommodated in customary rules and prohibitions. This is because customary law has philosophical, juridical, and sociological powers that have become living law. Meanwhile, in the perspective of the Islamic law that polluting the environment is a prohibition that brings God's wrath, it also destroys environmental sustainability and human benefit in general. On the other hand, preserving the environment is an obligation humans must carry out.
