ABSTRACT This study analyzes the relationship between leadership style, encouragement of budgetary participation and budgetary participation of controllers operating in Brazil. A descriptive research, with a quantitative approach, was performed with 316 controllers with budgeting responsibilities in companies operating in Brazil. The findings show a strong relationship between the leadership style and the encouragement of involvement in the budgeting process. However, no direct relationship was found between the leadership style and the budgetary participation. In turn, a positive statistically significant relationship was found between the encouragement of budgetary participation and budgeting participation. The research study concludes that the leadership style can enhance subordinates’ involvement in budgeting through the encouragement of budgetary participation.

<p>This study aimed to examine the alleged causality between the dependent and independent variables. This study is a descriptive research using survey method. Datan collected by using questionnaire and analyzed using path analysis to test the hypothesis. Engineering analysis will be determined by SPSS data analysis program. The result of the study were; 1) Leadership style has a significant relationship with the performance of officials local government in Gorontalo city. It is seen in the calculation of the product r correlation counted is 0.811 at the significance level (0.05), r table at 0,239 then count r &gt; r of the table so that we can conclude the existence of a significant relationship, while the relationship is based on arithmetic interval coefficient criteria r is 0.811, which means relatively strong relationship with the leadership style of performance in local government apparatus city Gorontalo relatively strong. While t is 0.957 and compared t table with a significance level of 0.044 (0.05) turns out t count&gt; t table with the sense of the hypothesis is accepted which stated the existence of a significant relationship. 2) Organizational Culture has a significant relationship performance in local government apparatus city Gorontalo, it can be seen that the calculation of the product correlation r counted is 0.922 at the significance level (0.05)r price table is 0.098 then the count r &gt; r table. It conclude the existence of a significant relationship, while the relationship is based on interval arithmetic coefficient criteria r is 0.922, which means has relatively strong relationship with the organizational culture apparatus as very strong performance. While t is 0.957 and compared t table with a significance level of 0.044 (0.05) turns out t &gt; t table. It means the hypothesis is accepted which states the existence of a very significant. 3) Relationship between Leadership Style and organizational culture have significant performance relationship in local government of Gorontalo apparatus city. It is seen in the strength of mastery skills and cultural organization along with the performance of the apparatus, comparing the r counting with r table it is known that 0.811 &gt; 0.239, the correlation both have strong significant relationship.</p>

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan intelektual dan kecerdasan emosional dengan kinerja wasit/juri karate. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif teknik korelasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan oleh wasit karate Jawa Barat sebanyak 15 subjek penelitian sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan tes Advanced Progresif Matrics dan The Emotional Intelligence Quostionaire. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa: 1) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kecerdasan intelektual dengan kinerja wasit/juri karate, 2) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan kinerja wasit karate, 3) Terdapat hubungan antara kecerdasan intelektual dan kecerdasan emosional secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja wasit/juri karate dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,808 yang menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat kuat dan kontribusi sebesar 65,3% dan sisanya sebesar 34,7% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Variabel kecerdasan emosi memiliki hubungan yang lebih kuat dibandingkan dengan kecerdasan intelektual. Namun mempunyai peran yang sama penting dalam kinerja wasit/juri saat memimpin pertandingan.The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence with the performance of the referee/karate jury. This studied used a quantitative approach using descriptive methods of correlational techniques. This research was conducted by a karate referee in West Java, as many as 15 subjects were sampled using a purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used the Advanced Progressive Matrics Test and The Emotional Intelligence Quostionaire. The results of the studied proved that: 1) There was a significant relationship between intellectual intelligence and the performance of karate referees/judges, 2) There was a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and the performance of karate referees, 3) There was a relationship between intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence together with the performance of the referee/karate jury with a correlation coefficient of 0.808 which indicates a very strong relationship and a contribution of 65.3% and the remaining 34.7% is influenced by other factors. The emotional intelligence variable has a stronger relationship than intellectual intelligence. However, it has an equally important role in the performance of the referee / judge when leading the match.

This study aims to find the effect of the implemetation of the Mingle Model on productive language skills and the relationship to the personality based on Carl Gustav Jung Theory in Arabic learning at MTsN Batu City, East Java. This research used a quantitative approach by combining the experimental and correlation methods, it was applying the Mingle Model to improve students' productive skills (speaking and writing) which have been divided into two groups; the Experiment and Control group and connected using the correlation method to extroverted and introverted students based on the theory of Carl Gustav Jung. Data collection through questionnaires, tests, and documentation. The results showed that there was a significant relationship to students' productive skills after applying the Mingle Model and there were no significant differences between extroverted and introverted students. This research recommend that the Mingle Model can be applied to improve students' productive skills. This study recommends further research to utilise more varied research methods with more diverse variables.

ABSTRACTThe problem in this research is motor educability and agility with dribbling skills in soccer games at the BKMF Futsal FIK UNM. The formulation of the problem in this study is “is there a relationship between motor Educability and agility with dribbling skills in soccer games at BKMF Futsal FIK UNM?”. The research objective was to determine the relationship between Motor Educability and agility with dribbling skills in games at the BKMF Futsal FIK UNM. The research approach is a quantitative approach that is descriptive in nature. While the research focus is Motor Educability and agility with dribbling skills in games at the BKMF Futsal FIK UNM, the data used are tests and documentation. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data exposure and drawing conclusions. The results of the study (1) Motor ability has a significant relationship with dribbling skills in futsal games at BKMF Futsal FIK UNM. (2) Agility has a significant relationship with dribbling skills in futsal games at BKMF Futsal FIK UNM. Sementara  fokus penelitian adalah Motor Educability dan kelincahan dengan keterampilan menggiring bola dalam permainan futsal pada Mahasiswa BKMF Futsal FIK UNM data yang digunakan yaitu  tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari reduksi data, paparan data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian (1) Motor educability memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan keterampilan menggiring bola dalam permainan futsal pada BKMF Futsal FIK UNM. (2) Kelincahan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan keterampilan menggiring bola dalam permainan futsal pada BKMF Futsal FIK UNM. The research aims to empirically prove the influence of consideration leadership style on the relationship of budgeting participation to managerial performance. Contingency Theory is used as a theoretical foundation in this study. The study population was the middle-level manager (section head) at the Rural Credit Bank (BPR) in Badung Regency. The method of determining the sample is based on the slovin formula, the sample selection technique uses a probability sampling technique that is taken proportionally using simple random sampling so that 135 respondents are obtained. Data were analyzed with Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the analysis show that budgetary participation has a positive effect on managerial performance and leadership style consideration reinforces the relationship between budgeting participation and managerial performance.

 On the other hand, with concern from this research, it can encourage coffee business owners themselves to produce better and quality ground coffee to increase consumers to buy the Banaran coffee powder products. This study aims to analyze the relationship between marketing mix factors such as price, product, promotion, and location to the decision to purchase Kopi Bubuk Banaran in cafee restaurant Banaran Gemawang. This research was carried out in July-August 2018. The location located in the area of ??the Coffee Plantation road. Raya Semarang Yogyakarta Gemawang, Jambu District, Semarang Regency. The type of research conducted is descriptive quantitative research. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. Respondents in this study were 50 respondents who visited and bought Banaran powder coffee. Data collection is obtained by means of interviews, questionnaires, documentation and literature. The results show that the price factor (X1) has a positive and significant relationship with the purchasing decision (Y), and a strong level of relationship. Product factor (X2) has a positive and significant relationship with purchasing decisions (Y), as well as a strong level of relationship. Location factor (X4) has a positive and significant relationship with purchasing decisions (Y), as well as a strong relationship level. Promotion factor (X3) does not have a significant relationship with purchasing decisions (Y).

The poor performance of candidates in external examination between 2014 and 2018 could be an indication of low productivity of teachers. The research study examined the influence of working conditions and salary on teachers’ productivity in government owned secondary schools in Emure Local Government Area of Ekiti State, Nigeria. The descriptive research of the survey type was employed for the research study. The population for this research study was seven government-owned secondary schools while the sample was four government-owned secondary schools. The research study found out the relationship between working conditions and teachers’ productivity; salary and teachers’ productivity in government-owned secondary schools in Emure Local Government Area of Ekiti State, Nigeria. Validated instruments tagged, “Working Conditions and Salary Questionnaire” (WCSQ) and “Teachers’ Productivity Questionnaire” (TPQ) were used to collect data from sample of 80 respondents. Simple random sampling technique was used to select four secondary schools while, proportional sampling technique was used to select 80 teachers. The research study revealed that there was significant relationship between working conditions and teachers’ productivity; salary and teachers’ productivity. This research study has shown that working conditions and salary had influence on teachers’ productivity.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara penyesuaian diri dan rasa empati dengan interaksi sosial pada siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri1 Argamakmur. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasi dengan instrument angket. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket hubungan antara penyesuaian diri dan rasa empati dengan interaksi sosial teknik  korelasi product moment dan korelasi ganda. Hasil yang di peroleh dalam penelitian adalah hubungan yang signifikan antara penyesuaian diri dengan interaksi sosial dengan nilai rx1y 0,512. Adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara penyesuaian diri dengan interaksi sosial f dengan nilai rx2y 0,802 dan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara penyesuaian diri dan rasa empati dengan interaksi dengan nilai rx1x2y 0.684. Data collection techniques through a questionnaire the relationship between adjustment and empathy with social interaction product moment correlation techniques and multiple correlation. The results obtained in the study are significant relationships between adjustment and social interaction with a value of rx1y 0.512. There is a significant relationship between adjustment and social interaction f with a value of rx2y 0.802 and a significant relationship between adjustment and a sense of empathy with interactions with a value of rx1x2y 0.684. The purpose of this quantitative, correlational study, based on the theoretical framework of transformational leadership, was to examine the relationships between leadership style, organizational culture, and job satisfaction in the U.S. healthcare industry. The study addressed a problem faced by U.S. healthcare leaders, who are currently unaware as to how transformational leadership and organizational culture can impact job satisfaction in an industry with high burnout and low satisfaction levels. The following research questions were posed: (1) Is there a statistically significant relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction in the U.S. healthcare industry? (2) Is there a statistically significant relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction in the U.S. healthcare industry? (3) Is the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction in the U.S. healthcare industry mediated by organizational culture? Data to answer the research questions were collected through simple random sampling processes that resulted in a sample of 111 American healthcare employees and analyzed with Stata software. The main finding of the study was that an apparent effect of transformational leadership on job satisfaction disappeared when organizational culture variables were taken into consideration. The results suggest that healthcare organizations should attempt to move away from externally focused cultures in order to increase job satisfaction. Such a move could improve social outcomes by improving the quality of work for millions of stressed American healthcare employees.

This study examined influence of group cohesiveness and the role of leadership style on the relationship between budgetary participation and budgetary slack. The samples in this study using purposive sampling. The subjects of this study are middle and lower manager in local govermment institutions including section /departement/sub-section head, under the municipality and regencies in the city government of Bengkulu were amounted to 63 respondents. Hypothesis are tasted empirically used regression. The result of study indicated that, first, budgetary participation influences to budgetary slack. Second, group cohesiveness as moderating variable in the relation of budgetary participation with budgetary slack. Third, the role of leadership syle as moderating variable in the relation of budgetary participation with budgetary slack. Therefore this study sported anothetr studies before.Keywords: budgetary participation, budgetary slack, group cohesiveness, the role of leadership style
