The blended learning (BL) model was becoming popular during the COVID-19 pandemic. Even though much research has been conducted on BL, simple steps in model BL are still scarce. BL has complex steps and requires long-term stability support. The fundamental problem is to find the right model of blended learning. This study aims to find a model to teach Islamic Religion (IR) using ASSURE and the three-stage Plomp design models. This research is type of research and development. This article finds a model of syntax BL development at IR. The students were from three Islamic universities in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. This research limitation was more difficult when the COVID-19 limited classroom meetings. The innovation of this BL model is simple steps into building BL and has the originality to the contextually subject matter.

The early components of the averaged electroencephalic response (AER) were examined at three-hour intervals in eight normal hearing adults over a single, sleepless 24-hour span. During each of the eight sessions, three series of clicks at 50 dB SL were presented to the right ear of the subject as he sat reading. 1024 clicks at the rate of 9.6/sec were used in obtaining each averaged response. Electroencephalic activity was recorded from an electrode on the vertex referred to the left earlobe. The response pattern was very stable, characterized by a polyphasic configuration with mean peak latencies of (P o ) 13.3 msec, (N a ) 22.0 msec, (P a ) 32.3 msec, and (N b ) 45.1 msec. An earlier negative peak (N o ) with a mean peak latency of 8.3 msec occurred in many of the responses. At the conclusion of the 24-hour span, three of the subjects were tested with the same stimuli during various stages of sleep. The early components of the AER remained consistent even during sleep. Threshold searches were successfully carried out on two of the sleeping subjects. The long-term stability of the early components of the AER in the awake and sleep states makes them practical as a response index for electroencephalic audiometry. Their characteristics are more compatible with a neurogenic than with a myogenic theory of their origin.

The effectiveness in terms of improving student learning outcomes by comparing the value pretest and post-test then measured with N-gain. This type of research is developmental research. The procedures in this study refers to Research & Development (R & D) design that carried out only restricted to preliminary field test. The results showed student learning out-comes that used interactive multimedia blended learning as learning media increased with N-gain in the moderate category and in the high category. The conclusions obtained by the interactive multimedia blended learning based on the subject matter chemical element was declared effective used as a medium of learning in terms of student learning outcomes. This article focuses on the conceptual study of the blended learning model. This article also presents several studies from the online journal article and the findings of previous research from thesis and dissertations and textbooks relating to the theory of blended learning. As an effort to reformulate PAI learning, it is important to implement blended learning in the current digital era. Islamic religious education has a material source that is extensive and strategic for the progress of the Indonesian nation. With most Indonesia's population is the follower of Islam, Islamic religious education as millennial generation literacy is appropriate to be formulated under the development of digital technology. Blended learning is one of the latest learning models that has been successfully applied to educational institutions. This study describes blended learning as an effort to reformulate PAI learning in the digital era 4.0. This study also aims to be a reference for further research. This research was conducted with the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method of various research findings and the findings of journal articles relating to the blended learning. The findings of the study showed that the principle of blended learning synergize a balanced combination between face-to-face and online learning. It can apply blended learning to PAI learning and is quite successful. Using technology will strengthen the conventional methods that commonly occur in PAI learning so that PAI learning is more effective and efficient. Some research states that blended learning has motivated students in learning, enables students to be more creative, more active, more participatory, more communicative, independent and able to solve problems in learning, improving learning outcomes. We can conclude it that the results regarding blended learning are having a positive impact on student development and also on learning outcomes.
