Whenever we human beings challenge the existence of the god or tried to prove ourselves superior to the nature. The Nature bounces back in the form of these pandemics of infectious disease which forced us to either surrender or to lockdown ourselves in homes. The current outbreak of Corona Virus Disease-19 (COVID-19) is the same warning from nature. It is spreading very fast from one country to other and almost affects the whole world. We have many unanswered questions. Currently in absence of any definitive treatment, prevention is an only option. But future hopes are still there. This article gives a brief and accurate detail of COVID-19 pandemic regarding current situation and future hopes.

Introduction: This highly infective new virus, named Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome-Coronavirus-2 (Sars-CoV-2), is a corona virus responsible of an acute respiratory syndrome, often asymptomatic but potentially lethal, named Corona Virus Disease 19 (COVID-19). Airborne and direct contact contamination is a major infection pathway of Sars-CoV-2. SARS-CoV-2 transmission during dental procedures can therefore happen through the inhalation of aerosol/droplets from infected individuals or direct contact with mucous membranes, oral fluids, and contaminated instruments and surfaces .Therefore, dentists have a high risk of getting infected from patients and potentially spreading it to their peers, families, and other patients. Aim: To evaluate fear and assess practice modification among dentist against COVID-19 in India Materials and Methods: In this cross-sectional study a total of 260 general dental practitioners, postgraduates and graduates across Central India, who were registered under the Dental Council of India, were included in the survey. A questionnaire consisting of 22 Questions with regard to COVID -19 fear and practice modification was designed and the questionnaire was circulated through a web designed program. The responses were collected, and data were analyzed descriptively using SPSS Statistics for Windows version 27.0. Results: There is a description of the fear and anxiety levels of dental care professionals towards COVID-19; 83.85% of participants were afraid of getting infected with COVID-19 from either a patient or a co-worker. While treating a coughing or a patient suspected to be infected with COVID-19, 90% were anxious. In terms of using personal protection, 63.85% believed that a surgical mask is not enough to prevent cross-infection of COVID-19. In comparison, 93.08% favored the use of N-95 masks for routine dental procedures during the current outbreak. Although the majority 91.15% recommended routine universal precautions of infection control. Conclusion: Overall, this study sheds light on the association of COVID-19 factors and fear and anxiety elevated among dentists during working in this pandemic. Covid-19 spread all over world and is worsening day by day. On current scenario several dental practices have either modified their services according to recommended guidelines to emergency treatment only, or closed down practices for an uncertain period.

Background: The Corona virus disease, COVID-19 is characterised by varied clinical course. Most patients experience only mild symptoms and get cured while others develop severe disease with increasing hypoxia ending in acute respiratory failure In current scenario, disease progression mainly relies on clinical manifestations and some investigations. It has been suggested that one of the possible mechanism underlying rapid progression is a Cytokine storm . Objective: The study was aimed to early detection of IL-6 that could help in identifying Cytokine storm and direct patients to specific treatment so as to reduce severity of disease. Material and Methods: This is the study done on patients presented with symptoms of corona virus disease. These patients were examined clinically and investigated according. Result: 321 patients were found positive for Corona virus out of which 206 males & 115 females. Fever (84%) and cough (71.4%)are the most common symptoms. 167 patients had increased IL-6 who presented with severe symptoms These patients were followed up strictly and proper treatment given Out of which maximum patients responded well within 15 days and 27 patients required hospitalisation and were managed Conclusion: Early detection of IL-6 along with clinical assessment of the patient condition could help clinician identifying and treating those most at risk of deterioration Therefore early identification of Cytokine storm and managing hyper inflammation could be a key route to reduce severity and mortality in COVID-19 patients. Keywords: COVID-19, IL-6 , Cytokine storm .

In recent period of time Novel Corona virus has become the center point of attraction, due to it pandemic effect on the entire world. This pandemic disease has taken about a million of life and still its outbreak is continued. News reports have been addressing its origin in China by consumption of bats which were af-fected by Novel Corona virus (SARS-CoV2). Its spread in the entire world was a shock and the actual fact was unrevealed. Human beings live in an environment which is filled with various bacteria, fungus, virus and different types of animals since early life. But how this new bacteria or viruses get erupted, it is noth-ing but the effect of rapid modernization and urbanization. Since modernization and change in lifestyle of an individual is related to increase in demand of products which has forced the bar towards artificial world. Nature has been deteriorated for fulfilling the needs but still it is insufficient and in result natural energy /immunity is replaced by artificial. So human beings are more depended on artificial antibodies to safe-guard themselves when they are attacked by different viruses or bacteria. China is a classic example of ar-tificial food production and consumption state, so their people immunity is severely hampered, that result in the outbreak of virus. Similarly, this virus is affecting the entire world but still we have measures to fight this disease is by raising our immunity power. This can be done properly when we understand the disease in a better manner. Ayurveda is the natural science, which helps us to understand the disease and the measure to increase immunity accordingly.

Corona virus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered corona virus. Most people who fall sick with COVID-19 experience mild to moderate symptoms and recover without special treatment. A number of deaths have been recorded across world. The aim of this study is to investigate and compare the extent the virus affects Africa relative to other parts of the world and it significant. One hundred and eighty seven (187) countries were selected randomly based on their continents and cases of infection. Data from each country were obtained from United Nations Geoscheme and WHO as at October 12, 2020 and were analyzed and compared to that of the United State of America (USA). USA was used as a Comparism Factor (CF) because it has one of the best healthcare system and high COVID-19 cases. Subsequent examination of associations between the proportion of COVID-19 cases, recovery and deaths of each country to the United State of America was carried out. All data used in these analyses are from publicly available data sets. Data analyzed revealed that almost all African countries appears to be least affected by the virus. African countries have the least impacted and lesser number of deaths index. Result from the study suggests that the virus affect Africa the least when compared to USA and other continents in terms of cases and mortality. This may be due to among other factors a more robust immune response. The result also helps to provide relative explanation as to how significant developing and providing vaccine may be to various part of the world.

A corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a contagious disease which is caused by a novel corona virus. Human corona virus (HCoV) recognized as one of the most rapidly evolving viruses owing to its high genomic nucleotide substitution rates and recombination. Among the severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) and Middle-East respiratory syndrome (MERS), COVID-19 has spread more rapidly and increased the level of globalization and adaptation of the virus in every environmental condition due to their high rate of molecular diversity. The whole article highlights the general characteristics of corona virus, their molecular diversity, and molecular protein targeting against COVID-19 with their newer approaches. Through this review, an attempt has made to critically evaluate the recent advances and future aspects helpful to the treatment of COVID-19 based on the present understanding of SARS-CoV-2 infections, which may help offer new insights and potential therapeutic targets for the treatment of the COVID-19.

: Corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a new emerging infectious disease, first identified in China in December 2019, caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome corona virus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). : To study and analyze the prevalence, demographic characteristics of healthcare workers (HCWs) who tested positive for COVID-19 in a dedicated Covid hospital in Mumbai. This was a retrospective observational study of HCWs with COVID-19 in a dedicated Covid Hospital, Mumbai from April to October 2020.HCW tested positive for COVID-19 was 55 from April to October 2020.The percentage of infected hospital staff was 9.8%. Most of the infected HCWs were in the age group of 51 to 60. Mean age was 42 years. Mortality was 0.1%. Majority HCWs (70.9%) acquired infection from community; 20% acquired from the hospital and 9.1% acquired infection from infected coworkers. Majority of the affected HCWs were nurses followed by doctors. Comorbidities were reported in 23.6% of infected HCWs. 5.4% of infected HCWs received infection because of aerosol generated procedures. 58.1% of HCWs got infection despite receiving prophylaxis like HCQ, Arsenicumalbicum.HCWs are at an increased risk of COVID-19 in the workplace. Preparedness of HICC (Hospital Infection Control Committee), frequent training sessions and mock drills are of paramount importance in preventing spread of infectious disease. Coordination between Hospital Administrators, Public Health Officials of national and international organizations, Engineering Department, Occupational Health and Safety staff is essential in combating pandemic.
