In the era of information society, the development of urban housing architecture in the world has always associated with the tendency of cultural progress, localizing international architecture in parallel with internationalization of indigenous architecture, while still having a mixture of characteristics of oriental lifestyle with western lifestyle, and vice versa. The study allows determination of the form characteristics, and the mode of functional space organization of urban housing architecture corresponds to the two cultural types: Micro-culture of the East and Macro-culture of the West. This study forms the basis for preserving and recognizing the traditional essence of housing space between two relatively opposite cultures that exist throughout human history, especially in “flat world” conditions of postmodernity of the second half of the 20th and the 21th century.

This research paper demonstrates the measurement of oxygen saturation (SAO2) from the ECG signal using LabVIEW 11.0 .SAO2 is the percentage of hemoglobin molecules that contain oxygen. The optimum level of SAO2 in a human being should be 92%.When it goes below 90% it causes hypoxemia (anemia). When SAO2 reduces below 65%, it will cause damage in the functioning of mental activity .When it reduces below 55% it causes unconsciousness. Hence sustaining the optimum value of SAO2 is crucial. Hence maintaining optimum level of SAO2 is important. The latest technology which utilizes pulse oximeter has its own drawbacks. To overcome these disadvantages, a new methodology by which SAO2 can be measured from ECG signals is proposed. The ECG signal from the patient is acquired by NI USB 6211 DAQ module. By determining the pulse numbers from the ECG waveform, the SAO2 level can be determined by suitable mathematical computations. Diagnostics and implementing control action can be done with the support of LabVIEW software.

The purpose of the investigation is the development of computer technology of analysis and design of built environment from the point of its visual perception in the space of its three-dimensional model without using the perspective projections. The methodology were used to achieve the purpose: analysis of the scientific publications on the topic of object environment composition; applied geometry methods, method of division of the geometrical object into simplexes (triangulation), methods of advanced algebra and analytical geometry; computer modeling for construction of the model of visual perception of the environment. Methods of analysis of the three-dimensional model on the basis of modeling of visual perception by means of computer technologies directly in the area of the model without using perspective projections are developed. It is offered to analyze the visual perception of any objects and their relations by means of using the solid angles with the vertices placed in the point of view and the surfaces that surround the visible contours of three-dimensional objects. This approach gives the opportunity to analyze the objects simultaneously regardless their position according to the observer; apart of that, the objects, which are accepted similarly in the reality, will have the same geometrical features during the modeling of visual perception and beside that, the refusal of using of the perspective projections will make possible to avoid the distortion of the images. The algorithm of determination of the solid angles to three-dimensional objects, which is the basis of computer methods of compositional analysis of the object environment from the position of visual perception without the use of perspective projections, is developed. The geometrical model of visual perception by a human being from the certain point of perception is built. It makes possible to define correctly visual features of the object environment and gives the opportunity to analyze the whole surrounding of the observer in the area of 360 degrees. Scientific novelty of the investigation means that the methods of analysis of the three-dimensional model on the basis of modeling of visual perception by means of computer technologies directly in the area of the model without using perspective projections are developed for the first time. The concept of the geometrical model of visual perception by a human being from the certain point of perception is developed. The further development of the methodology of quantitative determination of characteristics of object environment by means of computer technologies is defined. Practical significance shows that the results of the scientific investigation can be used for analysis and judgments of the aesthetic peculiarities of the object environment by means of computer technologies with quantitative determination of characteristics of object environment from the point of its visual perception. Such approach gives the opportunity to develop and create the further certain recommendations and instructions for correction of the existing environment and for the development of the new one.

This article discusses the characteristics of speeches that come from Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) on his medical prophetic. It aims to clarify Taṣarrufāt Nabawiyyah of the Prophet (PBUH) through authentic ahadeeth on medical issues. The diversity of roles of the Prophet (PBUH) has prompted variences between the the jusrists in the determination of legal opinion. There are several regarding the roles of the Prophet, for instance the role of being a guider, a mufti, a jurist, a leader and a human being. The consequence of that diversity, Islamic jurists have been arguing with each other to affirm the Syariah ruling on medical issues that came from the Prophetic medical traditions. The qualitative method was used to gather data and information that were consequently analysed. At the completion of the study, it was discovered that Taṣarrufāt Nabawiyyah could be one of the factors causing the misunderstanding of authentic ahadeeth on medical issues and thus this is the main reason for the need to understand the legal texts in accordance with Syariah purposes.

Именно эколософия может являться тем каркасом, который через мировоззрение свяжет природную и культурною системы в единое целое. the article deals with the issues of qualitative changes taking place in modern society. The generator of these changes is the sixth scientific and technical revolution and the transition from a man-made society to an information society. The author emphasizes the need to form a new worldview, which will make it possible to implement this change not in a revolutionary, but in an evolutionary way. Special attention is paid to the education system, which is the basis for the progressive movement of society in these transformations. There is a need to shift the focus from technical changes taking place in society to the human being, his development, upbringing, and education. According to the author, the driver of these processes can be ecophilosophy as a worldview aspect of the transformations taking place in society. Ecophilosophy can be the framework that connects the natural and cultural systems into a single whole through the worldview.

The article is devoted to the theoretical analysis of the understanding of the phenomenon of tolerance in psychology and the determination of the characteristics and probable reasons for the manifestation of such a form as tolerance of indifference, which is currently the most widespread in the world, according to the authors of this article. It is stated that there are a lot of different interpretations of the concept of tolerance in the scientific literature and they continue with an awareness of the complexity, multidimensionality and dynamic nature of this phenomenon, however, instead of identifying what unites them, which is common for the definition of tolerance, scientists are focused on attempts to offer their own, more a good understanding of it, different from the existing ones. And this actually means the absence in science of the exact meaning of this word, as well as an understanding of what exactly, what psychological phenomenon it means. And the attempts of scientists to distinguish this concept from the concept of tolerance in no way facilitate the solution of the situation. It is suggested that tolerance and intolerance should not be opposed in the context of a "positive-negative" attitude, since these concepts are not mutually exclusive, and the manifestation of intolerance under certain circumstances can be a moral phenomenon, in contrast to tolerance. It is noted that the biggest problem and still unresolved issue of the psychology of tolerance is the definition of the boundaries of manifestation of tolerance, tolerant attitude towards another person and his actions. It is concluded that the limit of the manifestation of a tolerant attitude is violation / neglect of other norms of universal human morality; that in the modern world, tolerance is not always actively manifested, more often the tolerance of indifference dominates. And it is precisely this manifestation of tolerance that has a long history (philosophical and religious), which serves as a serious basis for modern manifestations of tolerance as indifference. Tolerance of indifference is a manifestation of a stable, not always conscious, indifferent attitude to various issues of human existence, which excludes both a person's assessment of the current situation and taking responsibility for its development. The tolerance of indifference was inherited by the post-Soviet countries from totalitarianism, but the modern information society, in part, involuntarily cultivates just this kind of tolerance, gradually leveling the axiological significance of a person's moral and existential values.

Summary This article offers an exposition of Karl Barth’s actualistic reorientation of the Augustinian notions of original sin and the bondage of the will in § 60 and § 65 of Church Dogmatics IV/1–2. Barth redefines human nature as a total determination of the human being (Sein/Dasein) “from above” by the covenantal history of reconciliation. Human nature as such remains totally intact in the historical state of sin. The human being, however, is also determined “from below” by the Adamic world-history of total corruption. With this dialectical construal of sin and human nature, Barth redefines original sin as the radically sinful activities and decisions that determine the confinement of human beings to the historical condition of fallenness. Barth also challenges the famous Augustinian account of the bondage of the will to which original sin gives rise, and uses the present active indicative to express his actualistic reorientation of the Augustinian notion of the bondage: “non potest non peccare”.
