The article discusses the history of the military-technical revolution, revealing its main characteristics. It was interesting to explain to others theconnection between the revolution and the technical and technological structure ofsociety, on the one hand, and the changes in modern warfare, its timing, the scale of the deployment of hostilities, on the other hand. The study is based on the methodology of systems analysis, as well as the use of logical generalization, synthesis, and abstraction. The authors rely on a wide range of illustrative material, which allowed to show the changes of the sixth military-technological revolution. The nature of the use of unmanned aerial vehicles in modern warfare is considered factual material. Based on specific material, it is argued that the nature of modern warfare is hybrid in nature, but this hybridization itself is heterogeneous. Possible options for waging war and using certain equipment are shown. Based on analytical research, the authors focused on the transformation’s characteristic of modern wars. It is concluded that there is a transition period between the sixth and seventh technical-military revolutions that demand future interdisciplinary research.

Which way do world outlooks, scientific findings and empiric evaluations correlate with each other in decision making in medicine? The answer to this question is given in the scientific context. There is a theory of decision making which is in demand by medical professionals, though not enough yet [1, 2]. So, what is the theory of decision making and to what extent its advancement may be applied to medicine with growing contradictions of technological revolution and human bioevolution? The choice of tactics in a patient’s management does not depend exclusively on clinical decisions. A doctor’s moral stand plays a significant role in decision making in medicine. This article deals with some factors that have effect on this stand. The role of ethical expert examination is substantiated. It is particularly important due to implementation of «human enhancement» technologies in medical practice. Decision making is always associated with a choice of options. Moral considerations are a key point that must influence this choice under uncertain predictions concerning application of new biotechnologies.

In the 2020 era, there is an exponential increase in the number of devices and machines that are connecting with the internet to transmit information for analysis as well as increasing the rate of data generation. Big data and IoT are two new trends, combining them creates a technical revolution. Approx, ⅛ of an iceberg’s total mass is visible above water. ⅞ of its part stretches into the ocean and is hidden from our view. Similarly, we have many devices which are connected with the internet and huge amounts of data in any field is not entirely used. Now we have large amounts of dark data. Hence ,there is a need for analysis of this data and embed the big data with IoT. In this Paper. We are discussing terms about Big Data and IoT, Functioning of IoT with big data, Role of big data in IoT and Some data visualization tools for representing that data.

Abstract The analysis of military conflicts in the latter part of the twentieth century has led to a revision of ideas about the concept of physical training in modern armies in Europe and America. The dimensions of the scientific and technical revolution show that the power of military imposition depends on the intensive technologies of knowledge, and physical training has been redefined as an urgent need in the training of the military and placed in its proper place. Not only is it no longer neglected, but, as if more than ever, from the data provided by foreign military literature, it is clear that the training of the fighter begins and ends with physical exercises. Military specialists say that in increasing combat capability, physical condition comes immediately after the technical and tactical experience in terms of importance, representing 20-30 % of the time allocated to training for combat. This orientation includes the theory of the training practice of future students in the Land Forces Academy, the assessment of the level of physical training being an essential objective in the training system.

No other technology has been mentioned as frequently as blockchain technology. No less than a technical revolution should go along with it. In addition to a brief introduction to the functionality of the blockchain technology, this chapter will also highlight various fields of application and the related legal challenges in international trade. The transport industry may be mentioned as an example. Especially in the transportation of goods, a large number of documentation obligations must be adhered to and permits must be obtained. Packing lists, export licenses, and product certificates are examples of this. All mentioned documents are based on the same data set, namely the details of the type, origin, and quantity of the goods. Large parts of these documents must be carried along with the goods and presented on instructions, which causes considerable bureaucracy and makes transportation more difficult and expensive. These documents could be displayed on the blockchain in the future.

Information technology is a great achievement of the scientific and technical revolution and is developing extremely strongly in this era. In the era of IT boom, the positive effects it brings in the educational environment are very clear. IT-supported foreign language training has been taking place in almost all schools across the country. Applying IT in class time will help learners remember, understand and promote their creativity, and at the same time create a simpler and more active environment for learners to actively explore knowledge. Especially with Japanese subjects currently being taught at most schools across the country. Japanese is a subject that requires students to apply extremely dry and boring memorization methods. Hence applying IT as a medicine for this subject. This article uses the questionnaire research method to collect the opinions of 70 Japanese language students from universities in Ho Chi Minh City. Research results show that applying IT to teaching is absolutely correct and necessary.
