The Impact

The main aspects of strategic management of industrial enterprises development in modern economic conditions are considered in the article. It is noted that approaches to managing the development of industrial enterprises should be based on a qualitatively new basis, taking into account the uncertainty of the external environment. It is determined that in crisis conditions it is extremely important for the company to choose a strategy that would primarily provide social guarantees for staff, which is why it is advisable that the actions of each unit and employee firmly meet the needs of the company at this time; it is important to understand the impact of daily actions on comp­liance with plans and the overall solution of enterprise problems. Features of formation of strategic management at the industrial enterprise are investigated. It is determined that through a complex system combination of strategies of all strategic economic units of the enterprise is the formation of its strategic set. The need to take into account personnel costs in the implementation of strategic management, in particular in the process of forming a strategy for effective management of an industrial enterprise.

The article defines that modern economic conditions indicate that domestic industrial enterprises operate in the realities of dynamism and require flexibility in comparison with internal and external competitors. Effective activity and fundamental positions of industrial enterprises determine the need for continuous improvement of existing proposals for the production of new goods and services, as well as constant monitoring, analysis and response to changes in conditions and parameters of doing business. The majority of domestic industrial enterprises require solutions to the problems associated with the insufficient efficiency of the existing management system and require the use of adaptive-oriented mechanisms based on innovation. The solution to these problems lies in the development of scientific and practical approaches to the effective management of industrial enterprises, provides for the consideration of an adaptive-oriented management system as an integral set of elements with a certain number of factors influencing their development. The formation of a system for assessing the adaptive potential of industrial enterprises in the context of the innovative nature of the economy is very urgent. To do this, it is necessary to deal with the multi-vector aspects of adapting the potential capabilities of industrial enterprises, ranging from theoretical justification to a practical solution in accordance with modern realities. The article defines that efficiency is formed in two directions, which include the adaptation process and the state of potential. Indicators are highlighted that affect the determination of the effectiveness of the management process by achieving goals and objectives, as well as the use of planning, forecasting, organization, control and motivation. Based on the analysis of the descriptive characteristics of indicators that form a system of adaptation directions for industrial enterprises in accordance with the new economic conditions and descriptive types of their potential, a system for assessing the adaptive potential of industrial enterprises has been formed.

The purpose of the article it consists in the substantiation of innovation and investment principles of competitive development of fisheries and aquaculture in order to effectively conduct business in modern economic conditions and to comply with technological parameters of production, introduce innovations in production, and economical attitude to fish and water resources. Methodology research consists in using a combination of methods: economic-statistical, monographic, systemic, economic-mathematical, abstract-logical and others. The scientific novelty the re- sults obtained include the introduction of innovative, economically viable and competitive production technologies based on a scientific approach to organizing an aquaculture business, namely the ability to quickly and efficiently respond to external challenges, find a way out of a critical situation and correctly adjust production plans in accordance with changes in market conditions. Conclusions. Substantially modern principles of the effective functioning of fisheries in order to ensure competitive activity. Regulatory tools are proposed to ensure the profitability of the aquaculture business, which include attracting in- vestments for the acquisition of capital goods, training specialists and constantly improving their skills, and ensuring efficient fisheries production in an innovative economy.

The object of this study is the further development of eco-innovations for the rise of industry and the economy. Emphasis is placed on the growing relevance of "green" incentives in line with climate challenges, the economical use of natural resources, as well as the need for a systematic vision of environmental issues and the implementation of international requirements. The study is based on the work of foreign scientists, international rankings and world best practices for the introduction of modern economic mechanisms of state incentives for greening the economy, green modernization, the transition to a circular model of the economy. There is a difference in the implementation of environmental policy - some local projects in Ukraine and the European approach - with the assessment of eco-innovation, systemic change, the formation of ecosystems, scaling technological solutions. The main methods used in the study are: methods of system-structural analysis, analysis and synthesis, grouping - for preliminary analysis and selection of appropriate tools in the study of the implementation of eco-innovation in Ukraine and EU countries; index valuation method and method of comparative analysis - used in the analysis of public policy to stimulate the company to "green" growth; abstract-logical method - used to establish the relationship between the need to introduce new instruments of public policy in the environmental sphere with elements of large-scale reform in the context of climate modernization of industry and to form a systematic vision of major achievements in implementing international requirements for eco-modernization of industrial enterprises. The paper analyzes the forms of international assistance that can compensate for the lack of available financial resources for the purposes of green modernization of the economy in conditions of limited financial capabilities of the state, intensification of competition for European and international environmental investments. The obtained result - a set of possible tools to stimulate Ukrainian industry - allows more systematic implementation of "greening" of Ukrainian industry, and their implementation and combination in a specific mechanism will determine the success of an industrial socially-oriented economy.

The essence of separate elements of export-oriented strategy of development making in management of profitable activity of industrial enterprises has been researched. The main tendencies of foreign economic activity of national enterprises under the conditions of integration processes have been underlined. The role of macroeconomic and regional institutions that deals with foreign trade activity of industrial enterprises has been studied. The main possibilities that are given for national manufactures with integration processes in the sphere of export activity have been formed. Aspects of extensive and intensive growth of industrial enterprises on the basis of strengthening their export orientation have been characterized. The essence of export-oriented strategy of development from the basic scientific views has been researched. The connection between export-oriented strategy of development and profitability has been actualized. The meaning of transformation changes of economy under the influence of integration stages through the activity of industrial enterprises and its export-oriented strategy making have been detailed. The dependence of economic conditions of integration cycles, complexity of levels of export-oriented strategy of development and management of enterprise’s profitable activity has been emphasized. There were proposed macro- and micro-levels of management that are aimed to study demands of external environment and implement its aspects to the operating and manufacturing activity of export-oriented enterprises’ performance. The importance of macro- and micro-levels of management for starting the process of making export-oriented strategy of development in order to increase the enterprise’s profitability has been detailed and presented in structure that provided and intensified by direct and returned feedback.
