The article presents the data of ethological studies on dairy cows of the Ayrshire breed of the second lactation under conditions of stall-tethered keeping in the spring. Animals with increased nutritional activity have milk yield per 305 days of lactation higher by 1662 kg (P> 0.999) compared with animals with reduced nutritional activity. The amount of milk fat in animals with increased food activity is 72.8 kg more (P> 0.999), and the total amount of milk protein is 47.8 kg more (P> 0.999) than in animals with reduced food activity. An increased index of food activity characterizes Ayrshire cows. Comparison of milk yields obtained from Ayrshire cows with milk yields of cows with reduced food activity leads to the establishment of the following results: there is a difference in milk yield for the first lactation of 1179 kg (P> 0.999), a difference in the amount of milk fat 53.2 kg (P> 0.99), and by the amount of milk protein – 36.4 kg (P> 0.99). Comparison of the total activity index led to the following results: the difference in milk yield per 305 days of lactation is 1386 kg (P> 0.999), in the amount of milk fat 61.3 kg (P> 0.999), milk protein 40.0 kg (P> 0.999). The highest correlation is observed between the index of food activity and milk productivity in ultra-active animals. In infra-passive cows, the correlation between the index of food activity and milk productivity is negative. Therefore, an effective means of increasing milk productivity is the selection of animals of Ayrshire breed by ethological individuality, taking into account indices of food, motor, and general activity. The studied indices of ethological activity are inherited by cows and can be effectively used in breeding and breeding with highly productive cattle of the Vologda selection.

In this article, studies the dynamics of indicators of the main signs of milk productivity over 305 days 7 lactations in 240 cows of the Ayrshire breed. The average values for milk yield, the mass fraction of fat and protein, the amount of milk fat and protein, the range between the maximum and minimum values were calculated and studied, and the stand-ard deviation according to the characteristics stud-ied was established. The average milk yield was higher in the 5th and 6th lactation and amounted to 8412 kg and 8962 kg; the maximum% of fat was in the 7th lactation - 4.2%, and% of the protein in the second - 3.46% and also in the last 7th lactation -3.43%. The value of the mass fraction of fat was maximum in the 1st lactation - 1.2; and the mini- mum at the 6th lactation is 0.05. The value of the mass fraction of protein was maximum in the sec-ond - 0.74 and minimum in the 7th lactation -0.24. He overall picture for these indicators represents the horizontal trend lines in the diagrams, which indicates a slight deviation of the values relative to the average for all lactations. The yield of milk fat and protein was maximum in the 6th lactation - 345.9 kg and 289.47 kg, respectively. The stand-ard deviation by milk was 568.6; by mass fraction of fat 0.09; by the mass fraction of protein 0.08; by the amount of milk fat 26.4; by the amount of milk protein 16.9; which means the uniformity of the average values for these indicators. It can be con-cluded that the selection of cattle in this complex was progressive, because led to stably high pro-duction in animals over 7 lactations.

Изучена взаимосвязь аллельных вариантов генов пролактина и соматотропина с показателями молочной продуктивности коров черно-пестрой породы по 1 и 3 лактации. У первотелок, как и у полновозрастных животных,  наиболее высокий удой (4642 и 6240 кг), количество молочного жира (174,1 и 215,0 кг) и молочного белка (149,0 и 182,5 кг) достигнуты в группе с генотипом PRL АА. По массовой доле жира и белка в молоке коровы с генотипом PRL ВВ достоверно превосходили животных с генотипом PRL АА на 0,12% (Р<0,05) и 0,05% (Р<0,05) соответственно. По гену соматотропина наибольший уровень молочной продуктивности выявлен у коров с генотипом GH LL при достоверном преимуществе над GH VV у первотелок по удою на 439 кг (Р<0,01), выходу молочного жира — на 13,6 кг (Р<0,001), выходу молочного белка — на 15,3 кг (Р<0,01). У полновозрастных коров превышение над остальными группами было только по удою — на 219—548 кг (Р<0,05). Наибольшая жирномолочность характерна животным с генотипом GH VV по 1 лактации — 3,83% и по 3 лактации — 3,82%, а лучшая белковомолочность — коровам, имеющим аллель V гена GH:  3,21 и 3,23% соответственно. Полученные данные свидетельствуют о более высоком уровне молочной продуктивности у коров с генотипом PRL АА и GH LL, но лучшая жирномолочность и белковомолочность отмечены у особей, имеющих в своем генотипе аллели В гена PRL и V гена GH. The interrelation of allelic variants of prolactin and somatotropin genes with indicators of milk productivity of black-and-white cows for the 1st and 3rd lactation was studied. The highest milk yield (4642 and 6240 kg) amount of milk fat (174.1 and 215.0 kg) and milk protein (149.0 and 182.5 kg) were in the group with the PRL AA genotype in first-calf heifers as well as in full-age animals. In terms of the mass fraction of fat and protein of milk, the cows with the PRL BB genotype significantly exceeded animals with the PRL AA genotype by 0.12% (P<0.05) and 0.05% (P<0.05), respectively. According to the somatotropin gene, the highest level of milk productivity was revealed in cows with the GH LL genotype with a significant advantage over GH VV in first-calf heifers in milk yield by 439 kg (P<0.01), milk fat yield by 13.6 kg (P<0.001), milk protein yield by 15.3 kg (P<0.01). The excess over the other groups in full-age cows was only in terms of milk yield that was by 219-548 kg (P<0.05). The highest protein content of milk is a characteristic of animals with the GH VV genotype, 3.83% is for the 1st lactation and 3.82% is for the 3rd lactation, and the best protein content of milk in cows with V allele of the GH gene is 3.21 and 3.23%, respectively. The obtained data  indicated a higher level of milk productivity in cows with the PRL AA and GH LL genotypes but the best fat and milk content was noted in cows with alleles B of the PRL gene and V of the GH gene in their genotype.

Abstract Russian Ayrshire population of cattle is the second largest in number the world population of animals of this breed. Trimethylaminuria (TMA) is the monogenic disease manifesting in the ‘‘fish off-flavor” of the milk from the sick cows and caused by R238X mutation in the flavin-containing monooxidase 3 gene (FMO3). The aim of our investigation was the analysis of the FMO3 gene polymorphism of Ayrshire cattle breed and its relationship with the milk productivity of the first lactation. The analysis of FMO3 gene polymorphism has been carried out on 352 animals of 5 herds, and associations with the milk productivity due 305 days have been evaluated on 20 healthy cows (RR) and 6 ones-carriers of the mutation (RX). DNA has been extracted by means of the kit “DNA-Extran” (“Syntol”, Russia). The identification of the FMO3 genotypes has been conducted by PCR-RFLP in according to the previously developed method with using TaqI restriction endonuclease. The frequency of animals-carriers of X allele associated with the defect of “fish off-flavor” of milk was in the range 10.21–12.82%. The frequencies of RR, RX and XX genotypes were 76.9, 20.5 and 2.6 %, respectively. The study of relationship between the genotypes on FMO3 gene and productivity traits has shown that the homozygous RR-individuals in comparing to RX-ones had significantly higher levels of the milk yield (+918.6 kg, P ≥ 0.05) and content of the milk protein (+28.8, P ≥ 0.05). Adaptive abilities of RR-cows of Russian selection allowed them to surpass animals of Finnish origin with a similar genotype in milk yield 5,655.6 ± 254.2 against 5,105.0 ± 238.6 kg. The investigations has shown the significant superiority the animals-non carriers of the “fish off-flavor” defect in the milk yield and content of the milk protein. Приведены результаты исследований молочной продуктивности и качественных показателей молока коров голштинской породы австралийской селекции 3 линий в условиях Волгоградской области. Установлено, что наиболее высокий удой молока по 1й лактации был у коров линии Рефлекшн Соверинга 198998 7262,0 кг. В сравнении со сверстницами линий Вис Бэк Айдиала 1013415 и Монтвик Чифтейна 95679 он был выше, соответственно, на 84,3 и 351,1 кг. Лучший показатель содержания жира установлен в молоке коров линии Монтвик Чифтейна 95679 3,90. Валовой выход жира был больше у коров линии Рефлекшн Соверинга 198998 в сравнении со сверстницами линий Вис Бэк Айдиала 1013415 и Монтвик Чифтейна 95679 на 4,15 и 11,42 кг. Они же отличались и наибольшим выходом молочного белка.По наивысшей лактации бльшим удоем отличались коровы линии Вис Бэк Айдиала 1013415 7689,65 кг, которые превосходили по данному показателю сверстниц линии Рефлекшн Соверинга 198998 и Монтвик Чифтейна 95679, соответственно, на 134,5 и 252,17 кг. От них молочного жира было получено больше в сравнении со сверстницами линий Рефлекшн Соверинга 198998 и Монтвик Чифтейна 95679, соответственно, на 4,42 и 9,65 кг, массовая доля белка в молоке коров этой линии была выше, соответственно, на 4,12 и 7,42 кг. Казеина содержалось больше в молоке коров линии Вис Бэк Айдиала 1013415 по сравнению со сверстницами линий Рефлекшн Соверинга 198998 и Монтвик Чифтейна 95679 на 0,02 и 0,05, продолжительность сычужной свертываемости молока у них была короче, соответственно, на 1,40 и 1,15 мин. Содержание кальция и фосфора в молоке анализируемых линий находилось в пределах физиологической нормы. Целесообразно и перспективно более широкое использование животных линий Вис Бэк Айдиала 1013415 и Рефлекшн Соверинга 198998.The article presents the results of studies of milk production and quality indicators of milk of cows of the Australian selection of Holstein cattle of three lines in the conditions of the Volgograd region. It was established that the highest milk yield in the first lactation was in cows of the Reflection Sovering line 198,998 7,262.0 kg. In comparison with the peers of the lines of Vis Back Ideal 1013415 and Montwick Chieftain 95679, it was higher by 84.3 and 351.1 kg, respectively. The best indicator of fat content is set in the milk of cows of the Montwick Chieftain line 95679 3.90. The gross yield of fat was greater for cows in the Reflection Line of Sovering 198998 compared with the peers of the lines of Vis Back Ideal 1013415 and Montwick Chieftain 95679 by 4.15 and 11.42 kg. They also differed in the highest yield of milk protein. In terms of the highest lactation, the cows of the Vis Back Ideal line 1013415 7689.65 kg differed in terms of high milk yield, which surpassed in this indicator the contemporaries of the Reflection Sovering line 198998 and Montwick Chieftain 95679, respectively, by 134.5 and 252.17 kg. Milk fat was obtained from them in comparison with the peers of the Reflection Sovering lines 198998 and Montwick Chieftain 95679 by 4.42 and 9.65 kg, respectively, the mass fraction of protein in the milk of cows of this line was higher respectively by 4.12 and 7.42 kg. There was more casein in milk of cows of the Vis Back Ideal line 1013415 compared to the peers of Reflection Sovering 198998 and Montwick Chieftain 95679 peers by 0.02 and 0.05, the duration of rennet coagulability of milk was shorter by 1.40 and 1.15, respectively min The content of calcium and phosphorus in the milk of the analyzed lines was within the physiological norm.Consequently, it is expedient and promising to use the animal lines of the Vis Back Ideal 1013415 and Reflection Sovering 198998.


The results of researches on studying of sires influence on milk production and reproductive properties of Sychevskaya breed cows, bred in the breeding farm, JSC "Vostok", Smolensk region. In order to determine sires, cows, which are able to increase milk productivity of the herd without compromising reproductive properties, population of full-aged cows, according to their origin, was divided into six groups. Their milk yield was analyzed for first and third lactations, mass fraction of milk fat and milk protein, live weight, coefficients of milk yield of cows and the sustainability of lactation. The most stable, in all groups, is the first lactation, then there is a decrease to the fifth lactation. Cows received from the bull of Sychevskaya breed Pyl 6782, for the first lactation have a productive advantage over livestock received from other bulls. In full-aged animals derived from this bull, this advantage is lost. The daughters Hanke 6749, Holstein red-and-motley breed, have intensively promoting milk productivity, indicators of milk fat and protein is higher in daughters of Holstein bull Marder 6721. Reproductive properties were studied: open days and calving interval, age at first calving, days to first fertilization in lactation. The best reproductive properties have Sychev bulls. After calving, reproductive function in daughters Naliv 6791(sychevskaya breed) were restored earlier, in daughters Hanke 6749 - for longer period. The correlation of signs is defined: milk yield between lactations, milk productivity with mass fraction offat%, live weight, age of the first calving, the period of days before the first insemination in lactation.

Investigation of the selection methods, used during various stages of the creating the Ukrainian red dairy breed, has an actual significance in the evaluation of the methodology of the breed formation process. A comparative analysis found that the female ancestors of the studied cows according to milk yield significantly differed. With each subsequent stage, bulls-breeders, which were used in the breeding process, prevailed over female ancestors of the previous stage according to the milk productivity. The level of maternity benefit of the parents of the second and third stages was higher than that of the parents of the first stage mothers. However, for fatty milk, the parents of stage I parents had a superiority, compared with the second and third stages. While analyzing the milk yield of mothers of cows, it was found a certain pattern. In particular, the increase in milk in the next stages of the breeding of Ukrainian red dairy breed. According to the productivity of cows-primates, derived from different selection methods, determined by the level of support of female ancestors, the effectiveness of the use of highly heterogeneous selection is established. The difference in comparison with the homogeneous selection for the second and third stages was 462 kg (P > 0.999) and 235 kg of milk, respectively. As for the first stage of  breeding of Ukrainian red dairy breed, the best results were obtained from the use of moderately heterogeneous selection. Its efficiency is confirmed by the highest milk yield of 359 kg (P > 0.95) of milk compared with homogeneous selection. There was a tendency to increase the fat content in milk of animals in the I, II and III stages of the breeding process in a highly heterogeneous selection in comparison with homogeneous selection, the difference was accordingly 0.04%, 0.05% and 0.03%. It should be noted that in the second stage, heterogeneous selection was effective. Along with the abovementioned, there is a general tendency of reduction of fatty milk production in ІІІ stage compared to І and ІІ stages. This is explained by the inclusion in the program of the breeding process of the Ukrainian red dairy breed using the Holstein breeder bulls. Based on the analysis of the data obtained, we have a convincing confirmation of the effectiveness of a highly heterogeneous selection. In the first and second stages of breeding, the prevail of milk fat was 15.4 kg (P > 0.99) and 12.9 kg (P > 0.95) compared to homogeneous selection. Thus, it is logical to increase the level of milk productivity in the studied cows from the first to the third stage of the withdrawal of Ukrainian red dairy breeds with the advantage of using highly heterogeneous selection.

Abstract. The aim of the research is a comparative assessment of the morphological and functional properties of the udder, productive longevity of cows of Black-Mottled and Simmental breeds. Methods. The work was carried out on the basis of an agricultural enterprise of the Tyumen region, where a loose method of keeping cows and voluntary milking by a robot is used. In the first group – cows of Black-Mottled breed, in the second – Simmental. Results. Cows of the first group of the Black-Mottled breed had a uniformly developed udder with an index of 45.1 % and were superior to animals of the second group of the Simmental breed: in girth by 7.2 cm (5.4 %) (p < 0.001) and width by 1.0 cm (5.0%) (p < 0.001). The indicator characterizing the capacity of the udder in animals of the black-mottled breed is greater than in simmentals by 295.2 cm2 (10.0 %) (p < 0.05). The difference in the rate of milk yield of cows was 0.05 kg / min (2.3 %) in favor of simmentals. The period of production use of Black-Mottled cows is longer than this indicator in simmentals by 0.4 lactation (p < 0.001). Animals of the Black-Mottled breed gave 2471.0 kg (p < 0.001) more milk over the entire period of use compared to animals of the Simmental breed. In addition, in Black-Mottled cows, the amount of milk fat and milk protein during the life period exceeds simmentals by 86.3 and 72.3 kg (p < 0.001). Novelty. When using the developed method of selecting highly productive cows, it makes it possible to get more milk from cows per day by 1.4 kg (6.7 %), for 305 days – by 268.1 kg (5.4%), for the period of life – by 1684.4 kg (9.7%). This method allows you to extend the period of economic use of the dairy herd by 0.4 lactation (14.8 %).

Используя в качестве признака селекции коров показатели этологической оценки, можно ускорить совершенствование племенных стад. Исследования проводили в одном из предприятий Ярославской области на первотёлках айрширской породы с целью оценки молочной продуктивности коров с учётом их поведенческой активности. Наблюдения показали, что коровы были активными, большая часть времени уходила на стояние, лежание и поедание кормов. Активные животные больше времени отводили пищевому поведению. Повышение индексов пищевой, двигательной и общей активности сопровождалось возрастанием показателей продуктивности первотёлок. Так, надой за лактацию у коров с повышенным индексом общей активности был на 502,1 кг больше, чем у сверстниц, массовая доля жира и белка – на 0,02 абс.% и 0,04 абс.%, коэффициент молочности – на 105,6 кг. Особенно чёткая разность по продуктивности отмечается у животных разных функциональных классов по индексу пищевой активности. При распределении животных по классам активности также существует прямая связь между продуктивностью и активностью.Самыми высокомолочными были первотёлки ультраактивного класса (7311,6 кг), у инфрапассивных – 5736 кг. Ультраактивные животные характеризовались и относительно высоким содержанием жира и белка в молоке, а суммарное количество молочного жира и белка было достоверно выше на 30,2% по сравнению со сверстницами низкого класса активности. Коровы инфрапассивного класса характеризовались низкой кривой надоя, ультраактивные сверстницы имели высокую одновершинную лактационную кривую. Этологические признаки коров могут быть использованы для лучшего управления стадом и повышения общей продуктивности. Для хозяйств желательны молочные коровы с более активным типом поведения. Using ethological assessment indicators as a character of cow selection, improvement of breed herds can be accelerated. The researches were carried out in one of the enterprises of the Yaroslavl region on the first-calf heifers of the Ayrshire breed in order to assess the lactation performance of cows taking into account their behavioral activity. Observations showed that cows were active, most of the time spent standing, lying and eating feed. Active animals spent more time feeding behavior. The increase in indices of food, motor and general activity was accompanied by an increase in the productivity indicators of the first-calf heifers. Thus, milk yield for lactation in cows with an increased index of total activity was 502.1 kg more than in herdmates, mass fraction of fat and protein was more by 0.02 abs% and 0.04 abs%, milking capacity coefficient was more by 105.6 kg. A particularly clear difference in productivity is observed in animals of different functional classes according to the index of food activity. In the distribution of animals by activity class, there is also a direct relationship between productivity and activity. The ultra-active class first-calf heifers (7311.6 kg) were the highest-milk yielding ones, 5736 kg in the infra-passive ones. Ultra-active animals were also characterized by a relatively high content of fat and protein in milk and the total amount of milk fat and protein was significantly higher by 30.2% compared to low-class herdmates of activity. The infra-passive cows were characterized by a low milk yield curve and ultra-active herdmates had a high unimodal lactation curve. The ethological characters of cows can be used for better herd management and increasing overall productivity. Dairy cows with a more active type of behaviour are desirable for farms.

The efficiency of the use of cattle of one or another breed is determined both by the level of milk productivity and the ability of the cattle to reproduce. At the same time, the future reproductive capacity, milk yield and duration of economic use to a large extent depends on the live weight and age when heifers insemination. The purpose of research. Study the effect of live weight and age at the first insemination on the milk productivity cows of Ukrainian red dairy breed. Methods. The research was carried out in the breeding plant of the state enterprise "Elite" of the Kirovograd state agricultural research station of NAAS on 697 cows of Ukrainian red dairy breeds, which were found during 2004–2014. Milk productivity of cows and their live weight and age at the first insemination were investigated according to the materials of the primary zootechnical and pedigree records. The degree of connection of live weight and age at the first insemination with milk productivity was estimated by correlation analysis. One-factor dispersion analysis determined the level of influence of the age of the first insemination and live weight on the productivity of cows. The calculations were made using methods of mathematical statistics using the software package "STATISTICA-6.1". Results of research. By the analysis of milk production on experimental cows, determined, that its level depends on the live weight of animals at the first insemination. Therefore, cows with live weight at the first insemination was 420–439 kg, dominated by mercy unique live weight of 380 kg in the first lactation at 244 kg (6242 vs 5998 kg), td = 1,96 for the third – 1069 kg (7465 vs 6396 kg), td = 2,37 by best lactation 498 kg (7916 vs 7418 kg), td = 2,03, significance level for all lactation (P < 0,05). To the milk fat, accordingly, the predominance was 13.2 kg (260,2 vs 247,0 kg), 22,9 (309,5 vs 286,6 kg) and 21,0 kg (325,1 vs 304,1 kg), the difference is close to the true values. The peers with a live weight of 400–419 kg and 440 kg and more also yielded in the first milk yield. The difference the milk I, III and the best lactation was 72 kg, 219 kg and 91 161 kg, 674, 589 kg for milk fat yield 5 kg, 10.3, 6.1 kg and 11.5 kg, 28.8, 19.5 kg, respectively. Due to the lesser number of animals, the vast majority of values did not reach a reliable level. Studies of milk productivity of cows, depending on the age of the first insemination, showed that its cow was the highest, which were counted at the age of 455 days. The lowest rates of dairy productivity were the animals that were fertilized at the age of 606 or more days. Correlation analysis found the highly reliable of feedback age insemination of cows milk yield in the first three lactation (-0,25 ... -0,37). Similar patterns of feedback for somewhat lower correlation coefficients are noted with the release of milk fat (-0,23 ... -0,33). Coherence of live weight at the I insemination and follow-on milk production was significantly lower (compared with age insemination) in absolute value, for only a certain level of first lactation milk yield and milk fat yield (P < 0,05). The significant influence of the investigated factors on milk yield of cows is established. Thus, by milk yield and milk fat and protein for 305 days of lactation cows power of influence age of first insemination exceeded 50%, the fat and protein in milk index of potency is 32 and 30% by high-confidence values for milk yield and yield of milk protein and fat . Somewhat lower than 20 to 33%, the effect of live weight on the first insemination was shown on the performance of cows. Сonclusion. The heifers of the Ukrainian Red dairy breed in conditions of the Central region of Ukraine advisable to fertilize at the age of 455 days, or 14,5–15 months, when they reach the living weight of 420–439 kg. The revealed feedback of the inseminative age and milk productivity can be explained by more intensive growth, better development and economic rapidity of the previously diced heifers and its should lead to intensive rearing of young animals. Determined, that the force of age-old influence of the first insemination on the lactic productivity of the cows exceeds 50%, the live weight reaches from 20 to 33%. Discovered tendency also confirms the expediency of intensive growth of repair heifers.

The results of researches of signs of milk productivity of the cows from different bulls for the first, second, third and higher lactations are presented. Studies were conducted on Black-and-White cattle (n = 1981) at Private Joint Stock Company “Plemzavod Styepnoy” Zaporizhia Oblast. There was studied the duration of lactation, milk yields of full and 305 days of lactation, fat and protein content in milk, quantity of milk fat and milk protein of descendants of different parents on the basis of a retrospective analysis of data for the period from 2004 to 2017 (the management program of the dairy herd “Uniform-Agri”). It was established that bulls have a significant impact on the formation of milk productivity of cows. Daughters of E. Naitinhel 683403608 had the longest duration of the first, second and higher lactation and descendants of N. Ardent 137922325 of the third one. Daughters of the bull G. Dzhungl 7816598 were the best by the milk yield of the full first and higher lactation, daughters E. Naitinhel 683403608 for the full second, and daughters of N. Ardent 137922325 – for the third. For 305 days of lactating there was observed a significant level of intergroup differentiation for the number of milk yield, milk fat and milk protein and much less by the amount of fat and protein in milk. For the first 305 days of lactation daughters of bull L.H.F. Bay 66821678 (10188.0 ± 377.12 kg) were characterized by the highest milk yield, and daughters of F. Gailuron 103356429 (correspondingly 11028.8 ± 30619; 11643.3 ± 590.20 and 10311.7 ± 382.07 kg) for the second, third and the highest lactation, with both bulls belonging to the line R.O.R.E. Eleveyshn 1491007. For 305 days of the first lactation descendants of the bulls V. Silas 7419933 (7003.5 ± 317.79 kg) from the line H.H. Starbak 352790 had the lowest milk yield, daughters of E. Naitinhel 683403608 (7633.0 ± 182.18; 7605.8 ± 224.58 and 8491.7 ± 185.42 kg respectively) from the line R.O.R.E. Eleveyshn 1491007 by the second, third and highest lactation. Detected by comparison of group average conditionality of phenotypic variability quantitative characteristics of the milk productivity of cows derived from different parents was confirmed by the dispersion analysis conducted by us. The most significant influence of bulls were made on the milk yields of daughters for the first-third lactation (12.9–16.8%), lower – for the amount of milk fat (12.4–15.6%) and milk protein (12.2–15.8%) and even lower – for the content of fat (2.5–4.2%) and protein in milk (3.7–6.6%). It should be noted that the effect of the bulls on signs of milk productivity for the lactation under study in their daughters in almost all cases was reliable (P & lt; 0.05–0.001) except for the fat content in milk for the first lactation and fat and protein – for the second and third lactation.
