The relevance of the problem under consideration is conditioned by the changes in socio-economic conditions and the socio-technological development of the Russian economy, which has significantly altered the world of professions in the post-industrial society: some professions are disappearing, some are transforming, and others are appearing. Along with the traditional concepts of ”profession” and ”specialism”, a new term has been recently established in the field of professional studies: ”transfession”, referring to a kind of labour activity realised based on synthesis and convergence of professional competences belonging to different specialist fields. The main professional characteristic of transfessions is transprofessionalism - the ability toperform a wide range of specialised activities. The identification of socio-humanitarian technologies for the development of this integral capacity of professionals in the system of continuous education determines the relevance of this study. The purpose of the article is to analyse and generalise the grounds and prerequisitesfor transprofessionalism as an integral quality of the subject of technical professions in a dynamically changing social and professional environment. The main methods in the study of this problem are theoretical and methodological analysis of the research subject and the research problem based on studying and logically generalising scientific research literature, as well as hypothetical-inductive and project methods. The description of the phenomenon of transprofessionalism was made relying on multidimensional, transdisciplinary, network and project approaches. The article presents the scientific definition of transprofessionalism, its meaningful content, as well as criteria of transprofessionalism manifestation in a dynamically changing social and professional environment. The relevance of the phenomenon of transprofessionalism is substantiated understood as requirements to the subject and its integral quality, which implies qualitatively new content and technological training for professionals in technical fields. In particular,it is stated that in the course of post-industrial society development the concept of “profession” loses its original meaning as a field of social division of labour, and transprofessionals capable of performing a wide range of professional activities become competitive and popular on the employment market. The article may be of interest to methodologists, researchers, teachers and those involved in continuing professional education. Keywords: methodology, transprofessionalism, subject of technical professions, logical and semantic model and platform for the development of transprofessionalism, high humanitarian technologies.

Changing the priorities of economic development in transition to post-industrial society inevitably causes reviewing approaches to the role of innovation in modern economy. If in the era of industrial development of society innovations are considered mainly as a factor of technological development, in case of a post-industrial society innovations should be considered in a broader perspective. Innovative technologies in all their diversity are being introduced not only in the technological sphere, but also in education, in the service industry, housing and communal services, life support sphere, etc. The problem of shifting regions and separate territories to innovative development approaches is one of the key issues in forming an economy based on knowledge. “Nuclear” cities, where development of nuclear technologies is implemented both for defense and civilian purposes (nuclear power plants, nuclear fuel production, etc.), can be ideally used as territories of advanced social and economic development (TASED) primarily thanks to human potential of these cities. The article analyzes recent humanitarian and technological changes, called the “humanitarian technological revolution” (HTR), and their impact on the speed and effectiveness of innovative changes in this area.

The article analyses the development trends of professional education in the context of global shifts taking place in the modern economy due to its technological development. The transfer of business processes to the digital environment leads to a radical reformatting of the entire sphere of labor, a change in its quality, as well as forms of interaction between people in the production of goods and services. The author identifies the main factors that have a decisive influence on the evolution of the professional activity of the person, radically changing the requirements for the professional education system, both in terms of its content, and methods of getting it. The main factors of the ongoing transformations, according to the author, include the rapid spread of digital platforms, replacing the traditional sectors of the economy, and the automation of cognitive activity based on the algorithmic repetition of a certain set of actions. Analyzing the effect of these factors, the author notes their contradictory effect on the sphere of professional employment and vocational education, comes to the conclusion that it is necessary to radically change the very paradigm of the development of vocational education, implement non-trivial organizational decisions in the process of transforming its institutional infrastructure. The article emphasizes that professional education in modern conditions is becoming not just a connecting link between the labor market and a person, but it is the beginning to fulfill a wide range of social functions. This is especially important in the context of a reduction in the scope of labor in the high-tech digital economy.

In the current conditions of the world economy, an increasing emphasis on the in- novative direction of development, covering all sectors of the economy, a prerequisite for the development of post-industrial society. A prerequisite for this process is the modern scientific and technological revolution that provides productivity growth, accelerated development of science and education. Scientific and technical progress provides innovative process that is multi-path of development, implementation to the commercialization of science. Innovation activity means innovation and dissemination of scientific and technological progress to meet the changing needs of society. The result of this process is an innovation. Although innovative practice is thousands of years, the subject of special scientific study innovations were only in the XX century. In the evolution of forming a system of knowledge about the development of innovation theory, scientists [18] are the following important steps: the first third of the twentieth century – the formation of the fundamentals of the theory (the period of basic innovation in this area of scientific knowledge); the second third of the twentieth century – the development of basic and detail the innovative ideas of the previous period; since the mid-1970s – a new theoretical breakthrough associated with a wave of epochal and basic innovations in the period of post-industrial society of the late twentieth century – the use of systems analysis, the study of national innovation systems.

Innovativeness is the subject of numerous studies in which researchers look for its conditions, causes and effects. The innovation process begins even before the commencement of scientific research in the enterprise, at the stage of creating an idea, and ends with the implementation of innovation and its dissemination. It is better to construct a wide range of indicators relating to the conditions or the determinants of functioning of innovative companies, including issues, such as, entrepreneurship, technological development and diversity. Particularly interesting can be a specification of these aspects in relation to Eastern Poland - a region with unfavorable conditions for business development because of insufficiently developed economic base, as well as underdevelopment of transport, economic and human resources infrastructure and local market.
