An overview of modern foreign capital studies is presented. Human, social, psychological capitals as independent areas of research are singled out and described. For the first time, the concept of the capital of individuality, complementing other types of capital, is being introduced and developed. The basic features of capital are revealed through the concepts of resources and potentials. Individual properties taken together are shown as distributed resources and potentials, on the one hand, the combined resources and potentials of the individuality taken together by its properties on the other. The perspective of a systematic study of the capital of individuality may be the appeal to the theory of integral individuality of V.S. Merlin and the concept of system integration of human individuality by B.A. Vyatkin and L.Y. Dorfman. An approach to empirical study of the capital of individuality is planned, taking into account the multi-level properties of integral individuality as resources and potentials that enable a person to achieve high results in various areas of life. The concept of the capital of individuality is introduced in order to complement the existing notions of individual differences with a view of them from the point of view of revealing the strengths of human possibilities for existence, life support, individual success.

On the basis of the axiomatic assumptions put forward by the authors, the paper substantiates the systemic energy model of the leading complexes of communicative factors interaction, acting as the reasons of speech universals generation in the individual’s psyche. With the help of the model, by applying the methods of deductive logic the authors prove the validity of differentiation of all speech communication existing types into their three major types (situational, pragmatic and emotional). The paper also presents the mechanism of energetic enrichment of synergistic processes of the individual’s speaking-and thinking and thinking-and-acting activities, self-developing in his/her psyche. From the methodological point of view, the authors consider in the paper the laws of the speaker’s psychophysiological energy localization as well as terminologically they mark six actually existing subtypes of his/her communicative behavior. The results of the carried out conceptual modeling can serve as a methodological basis for an exhaustive classification of the three complexes of leading factors, which are, in fact, autonomous systems whose structure comprises the links between elements of a multi-level factors or reasons multitude that influence cognitive self-developing processes of the individual’s speaking-and thinking and thinking-and-acting activities.

In recent years a discussion is ongoing about whether the idea of Darwinian populations and the principle of natural selection related to this idea can play a significant role in the explanation of neoplastic formation. According to one view, cancerous cell populations are only minimal Darwinian populations whose characteristics are not complex adaptations, while the advocates of the second point of view insist that carcinogenesis corresponds to a large extent to the evolution of the paradigmatic Darwinian populations in which selection acts at more than one level. The aim of this article is to show why the concept of multi-level selection and the evolution of cooperation represent a valuable approach in explaining the carcinogenesis.

The main theoretical and methodological approaches that are used in Russian and world political science to study foreign policy expertise and related problems are analyzed in the article. The author concludes that there are so called “procedural”, institutional, system, and network approaches. From the point of view of the first one, foreign policy expertise is a special activity or procedure that is carried out by subjects with special knowledge and status. The institutional approach focuses on particular expert organizations (mostly think tanks) that work in the field of foreign policy and international relations. It is effective in exploring the features of their organizational structure and functioning, history, and current practice. The system approach is inherent primarily in Russian scholarly works on foreign policy expertise. Historians were the first to use it for this purpose. The network methodology is mostly used to study the expert community as a complex of multi-level subjects participating in the assessment and making of foreign policy decisions. Despite the fact that these approaches give a relatively holistic view on foreign policy expertise, there still are problem areas associated with it, which have not yet become the object of theorizing within political science.

This article discusses the individual structural-semantic, grammatical and stylistic peculiarities of the poetic texts of Gui Sabitov, who is one of the brightest representatives of the Udmurt socialist realism. Udmurt socrealistic idiostyles as a national-specific variant of this artistic method has never been the object of interpretation. The relevance of the study is dictated by the insufficiency of the linguistic and poetic approach in considering the phenomenon of development of Udmurt literature, the lack of scientific works focused both on the grammar of poetry and on the temporality category of the poetic whole, its artistic contexts. The article analyzes the multi-level relationship of the grammatical sphere and the artistic semantics of G. Sabitov’s texts, shows the interconversion of form and text content, linguistic elements, the ideological plan of expression and the individual author’s worldview. The novelty is the selection of the main grammatical and lexical segments of the lyrical translation of temporality, the identification of scenarios of individual author semantization of the present tense, the study of Gui Sabitov’s poetic corpus from the point of view of linguistic realities that are projected onto the Udmurt Soviet literature in general.

Abstract The carried out studies show that from the point of view of the issue of efficiency increase of logistical systems, there are several key aspects. Firstly, choice of methods for managing the triad of logistics functions ‘inventory management - warehousing – transportation’, where the inventory management issues are considered as the most relevant ones. Secondly, there is recognized the need to move the studies of multi-level systems within the framework of the concept of supply chain management. Nowadays, supply chains, which are represented by the distribution system, are widespread in practice. The most common of them are two-level ones with a central supplier at the second level and a certain number of companies at the first level; and multi-level systems of the distribution configuration network in which multi-nomenclature stocks are located. The article is devoted to the design and enhancement of analytical platform for inventory management in such distribution systems.

The importance of the creative economy for the development of society not only from an economic but also from a social and cultural point of view has been the subject of numerous scientific and professional studies. The connecting link between them is the observation that creativity has been considered in recent years as a new type of competitive advantage. As a generator of added value for all businesses, the creative industries have unlimited growth potential and are thus seen as a route to sustainable development. One of the problems of the creative industry is to obtain resources for business development. This paper examines the financial structure of selected areas of the creative industries in the Slovak Republic, using mean values for 2016-2019, correlation and regression analysis of financial data in 2019 (before the negative impact of COVID19). The findings point to the absence of credit sources, which confirms the fact that these businesses are perceived as risky and unstable by banks and financial institutions in the Slovak Republic.

A review of robotic systems was carried out. The paper analyzes applied hardware and software solutions and summarizes the most common block diagrams of control systems. The analysis of approaches to control systems scaling, the use of intelligent control, the achievement of fault tolerance, and the reduction of the weight and size of control system elements belonging to various classes of robotic systems were carried out. The goal of the review is finding common approaches used in various areas of robotics to build on their basis a uniform methodology for designing scalable intelligent control systems for robots with a given level of fault tolerance on a unified component base. This part is dedicated to service robotics. The following conclusions are made on the basis of the review results: the key technology in service robotics from the point of view of scalability is the Robot Operating System (ROS); service robotics is today the main springboard for testing intelligent algorithms for the tactical and strategic control levels that are integrated into a common system based on ROS; the problem of ensuring fault tolerance in the service robotics is practically neglected, with the exception of the issue of increasing reliability by changing behavioral algorithms; in a number of areas of service robotics, in which the reduction of mass and dimensions is especially important, the robot control systems are implemented on a single computing device, in other cases a multi-level architecture implemented on Linux-based embedded computers with ROS are used.
