Many companies have implemented ISO 9001 but no research has focused on the factors that made up the internal audit quality variables. This research took place at the Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah of Kayu Agung of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This research used quantitative descriptive method. The population was stakeholders related to the entity, the sample used cluster sampling and simple random sampling. The data used primary data derived from the dispersed questionnaire. The distribution of questionnaire was conducted in 2018. The technique of data analysis used validity test, profitability test, and normality test. In analyzing the researchers used simple linear regression analysis. The calculation results showed the value of R Square was 0.629. This meant that 62.9% of the Kayu Agung Hospital Management System in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency was influenced by the ISO 9001 Internal Quality Audit.

<p class="s20"><span class="s14"><span class="bumpedFont15"> </span></span><span class="s19"><span class="bumpedFont15">The purpose of this paper is to identify the effect of Auditor Ethics, Auditor Experience, Audit Fees, and Auditor’s Motivation on Audit Quality.</span></span></p><p class="s22"><span class="s4"><span class="bumpedFont15">The population of this research is the Auditor at the Public Accountant Office in Semarang. The sampling technique uses Simple Random Sampling. The data used in this study are primary data taken by distributing questionnaires. The analysis model uses multiple linear regression analysis models, while the analysis technique uses the Statistical Test F, the Coefficient of Determination </span></span><span class="s21"><span class="bumpedFont15">(</span></span><span class="s21"><span class="bumpedFont15">, </span></span><span class="s4"><span class="bumpedFont15">and the Statistical test t.</span></span></p><p class="s22"><span class="s4"><span class="bumpedFont15">The results of the analysis and discussion showed that the auditor's ethical variables, auditor's experience, audit fees, and auditor's motivation simultaneously had a significant effect on audit quality. Auditor ethics, auditor experience, and Auditor Motivation on the quality of each audit partially significant effect on audit quality. </span></span><span class="s4"><span class="bumpedFont15">Whereas Audit Fee partially has no significant effect on Audit Quality.</span></span></p>

Quality of Internal Audit is an activity which is very important and is a requirement in the implementation of ISO 9001:2000 standard, which aims to monitor the quality of the verifying the suitability and effectiveness of the implementation of the system of quality compared to the reference standards and policies that have been determined. Quality of Internal Audit is an assessment process and system to see whether the processes and systems in line with documented procedures and to see the effectiveness of the procedure. By doing this assessment, the company will know the condition or situation at this time. In the end, the results of this audit will be used as a tool / material improvement in the action / prevention of at improvement. Therefore, international standards emphasize the importance of audits as a means of monitoring and verification.  ISO 9001:2000 is an international standard for quality management system. ISO 9001:2000 define the requirements and recommendations for the design and evaluation of a quality management system, which has the goal to ensure that an organization will provide products that comply with the requirements specified. The ISO 9001:2000 is only quality management standard and is not a standard product. But expected that the product resulting from  international quality management system will has a suitable quality this.  Implementation of Internal Audit Quality in the PT. Murni Cahaya Pratama program showed that the Internal Audit Quality is in accordance with plans and procedures. Results of Internal Audit Quality use as the improvement efforts for both systems, processes and products. The quality management system ISO 9001:2000 which is applied in PT. Murni Cahaya Pratama quite effective and efficient. However, there are several things that indicate the occurrence of inefisiensi and inefektivitas, this can be viewed from the inconsistency or the findings found at time internal audit been held of it occurs because human error  and the lack of knowledge and understanding of the importance of documentation, especially new employees .   Advice from the author on the results of the Internal Quality Audit was done in PT. Murni Cahaya Pratama is, for 2009 ISO 9001:2000 and Internal Quality Auditor training should been held immediately, so that all employees understand the importance of procedures and can implemented in their daily activities. Also to improve auditor's ability. Set procedures for the return of goods from the customer (return), so that when the Technical Service bring the returned goods it can be treated accordance with the procedures applicable. This study aims to determine the effect of transparency in financial management of village funds and community empowerment on community welfare in Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunungkidul Regency. This research method uses quantitative descriptive methods and primary data using questionnaires. This study took a sample of residents who were divided into 11 hamlets in Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunung kidul Regency. The sampling technique is stratified random sampling. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires directly to people’s homes, attending social gatherings and routine meetings held by community members. It aims to obtain more data from respondents directly. The number of questionnaires processed was 120 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that community empowerment has a positive effect on the welfare of the people of Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunungkidul Regency, while transparency in financial management of village funds does not affect the welfare of the community in Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunungkidul Regency.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of mining company production on the economic conditions of the community and how the population growth of Koeono Village and Watudemba Village (Mine Circle). The method of determining the sample in this study is Simple Random Sampling. The analytical method used to determine the growth rate of the economic condition of the community is carried out using quantitative descriptive analysis, while to determine the effect of nickel mining company production on economic conditions simple linear regression analysis is used. The results of the research on the economic conditions of the people of Koeono Village and Watudemba Village (Mine Circle) and simple linear regression revealed that nickel mining production had no effect on aspects of community income opportunities, employment opportunities, business opportunities, health, education and lifestyle because the value was far larger than the probability value where the probability value used is 0.05.

The purpose of the research was to determine the effect of Islamic advertising on purchasing decision for Clean and Fresh Sunsilk Hijab Shampoo. The subject of this research was students of Riau Islamic University. While the object of this study was the effect of Islamic advertising on purchasing decision for Clean and Fresh Sunsilk Hijab Shampoo. The data sources used in this study were primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique used was proportional stratified random sampling, while the data collection technique used was a questionnaire. To analyze the data, quantitative descriptive method was used. In analyzing quantitative data, simple linear regression analysis was used where the calculation process used SPSS for windows version 23. The sample of this study was 96 people. The result of the research showed Islamic advertising on purchasing decision for Clean and Fresh Sunsilk Hijab Shampoo had a strong or high relationship, this was related to the correlation coeffisien which was 0.763. The result of the research, the result of partial test related to the significant influence between Islamic advertising on purchasing decisions for Clean and Fresh Sunsilk Hijab Shampoo, it was known from  the value of tcount (11.452) which was bigger than t table (1.661). Conclusion, there was a significant effect between Islamic advertising on purchasing decisions for clean and fresh sunsilk hijab Shampoo to students of  Riau Islamic University Keywords: Islamic Advertising, Purchasing Decision

This study aims to find out how the influence of apprenticeship programs and life skills training partially or simultaneously influences the growth of new entrepreneurs. This research was carried out in the city of Medan with a total sample of 100 community members who had been nurtured through apprenticeship programs and life skills training organized by the North Sumatra UMKM Center. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with MPDEL multiple linear regression analysis. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires. The results show that all indicators of apprenticeship program variables, life skills training, and new entrepreneurial growth are valid and reliable so that they are worthy of being used for sample testing. The results of the sample test show that partially apprenticeship and Life Skills Training influence the growth of new entrepreneurs. Simultaneously there is the influence of apprenticeship and life skills training on the growth of new entrepreneurs.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakan pengaruh program pemagangan dan pelatihan kecakapan hidup secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh terhadap penumbuhan wirausaha baru. Penelitian ini laksanakan di kota Medan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang warga masyarakat yang telah dibina melalui program pemagangan dan pelatihan kecakapan hidup yang diselenggarakan oleh UMKM Center Sumatera Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian adalah teknik angket dan wawancara. Kuesioner yang dikembangkan terlebih dahulu diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, kemudian disebar kepada sampel. Model analisis data penelitian adalah model regresi linier berganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa semua indicator ukur variabel program pemagangan, pelatihan kecakapan hidup, dan penumbuhan wirausaha baru valid dan reliable sehingga layak digunakan untuk uji sampel. Hasil uji sampel menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial pemagangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penumbuhan wirausaha baru, dan Pelatihan kecakapan hidup berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penumbuhan wirausaha baru. Secara simultan pemagangan dan pelatihan kecakapan hidup memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap penumbuhan wirausaha baru.

This study aims to investigate the effect of job crafting practices on job outcomes (work engagement and job satisfaction). This research was conducted on workers at Perseroan Terbatas (PT). Petra Arun Gas (PAG) with a working population of 180 people. Samples were taken as many as 123 people based on Krejcie and Morgan Sample Tables (in Sekaran & Bougie, 2009, pp. 254-255). The selection of sample members was carried out using the simple random sampling method. Primary data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to all samples. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis tools with the help of SPSS. The results of the research data analysis show that job crafting has a significant effect on the two dependent constructs, namely work engagement and job satisfaction.

The development modes of transportation in Indonesia led to competition in the various modes such as by land; sea and air were increasing. Railway is one mode of transportation, especially as the most dominated by the passenger in Bandung. Due to higher competition pattern, efforts were made to improve passenger satisfaction. Various complaints can occur, and will increase if not addressed promptly so that the company should seek to restore service (service recovery) that passengers are satisfied. This study was conducted to determine how the implementation of the program service recovery Argo Gede Train, perceived satisfaction of passengers and how much influence the program service recovery on customer satisfaction.The object of this research was Argo Gede Train passenger route Bandung-Jakarta. The independent variable in this study was a service recovery program (X), and the dependent variable was customer satisfaction (Y). The type of research was descriptive verification, through explanatory survey method with simple random sampling technique, and 100 respondents were analyzed by linear regression analysis. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, with data collection through interviews, direct observations, and questionnaires' research, and literature studies. The results showed in the service recovery program, has improved the accuracy of the biggest scores. The results showed that the service recovery program has the effect of 47.80% on customer satisfaction to note that the service recovery program has a significant impact on customer satisfaction.  Keywords: Service Recovery, Customer Satisfaction

ABSTRACTThis research aims to identify  he influence of quality of academic service owned by the Prodi Administration Business toward consumer satisfaction batch 2013. This research used quantitative descriptive method. The type of data required for research is the primary data and secondary data. Sampling done by the method of probability sampling type of simple random sampling with 72 responden. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of T test here are two variables that effect i.e. variable Responsivenss (responsiveness) and Tangible (physical evidence), while variable Reliability (reliability), Assurane (Assurance) and Emphaty (empathy) does not affect the satisfaction of the students.
