Interaction is perceived as an important need to create a harmonious family. Every person is equipped with the capability to interact with other but not many are able to have good interactions with others. People commonly think that a family with a career woman mother does not have sufficient good interactions. This paper shows, however, that  career women family can have more conducive environment to obtain a good interaction. It shows that the career woman  mother is able to create intensive qualified interactions among the family members.

In Bali, Hindu women are not only demanded to perfom the roles of housewives and career women, but they also have responsibility towards their banjar and their religion. They play important roles in preparing for religious ceremonies that are done almost every day, which include preparing banten, metanding, atau majejahitan (Lanus, 2010). Hindu women that have a dual roles in the family have the potential to experience stress because they are demanded to perform their roles as, office employee, and have religious and social duties in the banjar, as well as their basic role as a housewive. Stress coping is needed to deal with stressful conditions. This study aims to see the stressors, types, symptoms, and stress coping experienced by Hindu women in Denpasar. This study used a qualitative method with a phenomenology design. The subjects used in this study were five Hindu women 25-35 years old, have been married with maximum primary school age children, have duties as a housewife and as a career woman, have activities in the banjar and pura. The result of this study showed that the stressors came from their families and environment. Generally, the types of stress that came from families were pressure and frustration with psychological symptoms and were emotional focused coping. Stress that came from the environment usually in the form of conflict and frustration. The symptoms could be psychological and biological, and the coping used may include emotional and problem focused coping.   Key Words: Hindu Women, Dual Roles, Stress and Stress Coping

The existence of women over the time in transition or shift from traditional to modern. The role of the woman who used to be adopted only capable of working in the domestic realm, but this time she is able to develop itself in the public sphere. This raises the existence of variants of interest, between the domestic and the public sphere. This study used a qualitative research method with case study approach. The theory used in this research is by using the concept of rational choice of James Coleman. The purpose of this research is to describe the existence of a career woman in the family. These results indicate that the existence of career women in the public sphere in the family recognized for their collective agreement concluded between career women with families. Mainly deal agreed with her husband and children. But the deal does not diminish the responsibility of working women in the domestic sphere. Career woman in the village Balunijuk not neglect its role as a housewife and also as a career woman. Role between domestic and public balanced and collaborate.

Communication is an absolute necessity for every human being. As social beings, humans cannot but communicate with each other. Along with the development of women's emancipation and experiences that provide something for women moreover have target and self-concept by them own, family standard environment and others. The causes of the increase in unmarried women include high level of education. Opportunity to get a higher education and pursue a career in urban women makes them not in a hurry to make choices for marriage. In this study the authors used the phenomenological method. The data collection techniques uses were through observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study were 3 (three) unmarried career women. The results showed that the motive of future career women with unmarried status in Pekanbaru City is because (because motive), unmarried career women are able to survive, The motive for (in order to motive) in this unmarried career woman is want to be successful and be able to match. Where unmarried career women also want their lives run into harmony. The meaning of unmarried career women in Pekanbaru City is categorized into 2 perspectives. That is how they accept themselves as unmarried and how they convince themselves to live alone without a husband. The career women just need support, good perception of the surrounding environment as well as relatives. Associated with negative communication experiences, like gossip, become a topic of conversation with the family, and marriage topic will be sensitive topic for them.

Many women today have two roles at the same time, the domestic role in charge of taking care of the household and the role of the public who are in charge outside the home or work to meet the needs of family life. The dual role as a woman in this case must be handled wisely and must maximize her duties in both aspects. The partners of this program are representatives of education personnel of The State University of Jakarta with a female gender. The purpose of this devotion is for women to have an overview and input about online business and to invite partners to become independent women through dual roles as housewives and maximize their ability to help the family economy in online business activities as career women. Classic methods with lecture and discussion approaches are applied in this activity. The end result achieved from this activity is increased motivation and knowledge of partners to double role, namely becoming a housewife and becoming a career woman through online business activities.   Abstrak Perempuan masa kini banyak yang memiliki dua peran sekaligus, yakni peran domestik yang bertugas mengurus rumah tangga dan peran publik yang bertugas di luar rumah atau bekerja untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup keluarga. Peran ganda sebagai perempuan dalam hal ini harus disikapi dengan bijak serta harus memaksimalkan tugasnya dikedua aspek tersebut. Mitra program ini adalah perwakilan tenaga kependidikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta berjenis kelamin perempuan. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini agar wanita mempunyai gambaran dan masukan tentang bisnis online serta untuk mengajak mitra menjadi wanita yang mandiri melalui peran ganda sebagai ibu rumah tangga dan memaksimalkan kemampuan yang dimilikinya untuk membantu perekonomian keluarga dalam kegiatan bisnis online sebagai wanita karir. Metode klasikal dengan pendekatan ceramah dan diskusi diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini. Hasil akhir yang dicapai dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya motivasi dan pengetahuan mitra untuk berperan ganda yaitu menjadi ibu rumah tangga serta menjadi wanita karir melalui kegiatan bisnis online.

The background of the problem: The working mother / career woman first meets the economic needs of the family, the two wives have a bachelor's degree to develop knowledge, the third can share time. The importance of this research is to know and analyze how the role of women according to their nature, Islamic views of housewives career outside the home and the role of career women in children's education. The research method uses qualitative where the data primary and secondary obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Respondents were female teachers at SDIT Al Bina Purwakarta. The results showed that career women / teachers of SDIT Al Bina can help families in the field of economy / money income. Carry out his nature fitroh properly and correctly. Carry out its functions as a housewife, wife and teacher well, and can raise children at home properly. Educational trilogy is a scheme of relationship between family environment, school environment and community environment. Each of them support each other in efforts to educate the nation's children and their moral education. Moral education will run effectively and intact if it involves the institution. Conversely, moral education will not work effectively if ignoring one of the institutions, especially families. The family as the first educational institution, wheres mother as the first teacher for her child gives a big influence on planting child’s character and morals. No matter how busy a mother's first task is to educate the child, and then of course a mother who has a glass as a career woman has its own method in instilling good morals for her son. This research was created with the aim to describe the method of career woman in moral education of child. The data were collected using observation, interview and documentation techniques and then tested their validation for qualitative analysis. From the data obtained the author concludes that the method of moral education used by career woman in educating the children in Kelurahan Tlogosari Kulon Semarang is exemplary method, habituation and advice.

A new phenomenon that career women litigate divorce to husbands has not become taboo anymore. There are some backgrounds that cause inharmorny. A husband ideally should be good model for a wife and children. A husband has principal influences in forming harmonious family. Moreover, the main role of woman in marriage life is looking after and builds harmonious relationship to her couple. Hence, husband who has the main duty in earnings should be responsible in the accompplishment of family needs. Thus, polemical appearance will come out if above rights and duties are not accomplished, as those were happening of divorce cases in Religion Court in Kediri city on the year of 2013. The researcher does Study Analysis to the verdicts in its bearing of divorce litigation did by wives who become career women. The background of inharmonious family is because the career woman and the husband are less understand their rights and duties in marriage. Thus, if both parties understand their own responsibilities, divorce can be minimalized and a career never more becomes the cause of the inharmonious family. Being career woman in Indonesia is not strange right now. They allowed to go out from their home simply. On the other situation, many husbands complain about unbalancing situation to create a certain quality family, particularly about the children education. In fact, is is very difficult to be career woman and creating a certain quality family. An effort in using appropriate communication in a family becomes the important thing right now. The results of the study found that the responsibility of religious education of children in the family of Tablighi Jama'ah differed in terms of several conditions, namely first, when parents were not going to khuruj where both parents were responsible for children's education; secondly, when the father goes khuruj, then the mother is responsible for everything including children's education; third, when both parents go khuruj, then the responsibility of the child is left to other family members such as grandparents or their first adult children; and fourth, when the child goes to khuruj, where parents are responsible for children's religious education both mother and father. The pattern of the religious education in the Tablighi Jama'ah family in the village of Bolang is formed from several similarities held in the implementation of religious education, one of which is the daily activity that is carried out by the Tablighi Jama'at family. Al-Qur'an becomes one of the material given to children in the ta'lim. Children are taught how to read the Qur'an and memorize short letters such as Surat al-Falaq, al-Ikhlas, and so on. In addition to al-Qur'an, in this ta'lim there is a special study in the Tablighi Jama'ah, which is reading the book of fadhilah ‘amal, and the last is mudzakarah six characteristics.
