Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd is a Muslim intellectual whose ideas on the Qur’an was contradicting many Egyptian Muslims. He mentioned the Qur'an as a cultural product in the development of Arabic culture because it was revealed gradually according to the situation at that time. Through five contexts, he offered interpretation of the Qur’an that does not distort the text and are based on socio-cultural (hermeneutic). This paper focuses on studying the hermeneutic approach of Abu Zayd and its implications on the interpretation of QS. 4: 3 and 40: 57. The research method is library research by browsing data from books, books, journals and other kinds of literature related to the problem. The results of the study show that hermeneutics can be an alternative methodology for bridging dialogue between text and reality in producing contextual understanding without leaving the Qur’anic chronology and history while obtaining critical understanding. Instead of permitting polygamy, QS. 4: 3, according to him, actually accentuates the context of monogamy. This is in accordance with the context to protect society. Meanwhile, the interpretation QS. 40: 57 that the creation of heavens and earth through al-haq indicates the meaning (materials of creation) instead of creation activity (process).

Social work sanctions is an alternative in handling traffic violations without going through a litigation process, this research aims; First, to find out the right strategies related to social work sanctions. Second, to find out the factors that influence the implementation of social work sanctions and finally to find out the impact of the application of social work sanctions. The research method used is a socio-normative research method. Data collection techniques for library research and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the strategies is used in implementing social work sanctions are; Field survey, socialization Collaborate with the police to conduct sweeping on the object of research, carry out social / social work sanctions and install stickers to control and there needs to be a conscious area or traffic order. namely the existence of the concept of ultimum Remedium. It’s mean that criminal is the last step and the Discretion is a power or authority that is carried out based on the law for consideration and belief and emphasizes moral considerations rather than legal considerations. The inhibiting factors are; Written rules or regulations / substances that do not yet exist, lack of socialization and legal culture or attitudes of both the community and the police are still low regarding legal issues. Finally, the impact of the implementation is the creation of rules or laws that specifically regulate the issue of social work sanctions. This article aims to find out how the opinion of IbnKathîr and Rashîd Rid}a about naskh in the Qur’an? How did IbnKathîr and Rashîd Rid}a interpret the verses about religious freedom that were claimed to be annulled? And what are the implications for the interpretation of texts about religious freedom? The research method is a library research, with the object of religious freedom verses claimed to be annulled in the book of IbnKathîr and RashîdRid}â. Using the descriptive-analytical and comparative analysis with Hermeneutics Romansis Friedrich Daniel Ernst Schleiermacher approach, the article argues thatIbnKathîr acknowledges the existence of naskh in the Qur’an, but not everything said as annulled is received by him. While Rashîd Rid}a rejects the theory of naskh in the Qur’an. Related to interpretation, IbnKathîr and Rashîd Rid}a reject the opinion of naskh against the verses of religious freedom. Though Rashîd Rid}a seems more emphatically for his refusal. Being the most important implications are that the verses of religious freedom are fundamental and universal, so it is impossible for them to be annulled; the need for change in the paradigm of the law lapsed; and the creation of a peaceful religious life.

Understanding the Miracles of the Qur'an from the Perspective of Tasyri', Mafaatihul Ghaib, and ScienceThis article aims to examine the miracles of the Qur'an in terms of tasyri’, Mafaatihul Ghaib, and science. In this article, researchers use qualitative research method (library research) which focuses on the study of miracle materials of al-Kariim Qur'an. As for the Qur'an in conveying laws that are taklifi  (loading) is special, by explaining the benefits, prohibitions, orders, madhorotnya, silence, prohibition and all aspects of the law. Then the miracle on the aspect of Mafaatihul Ghaib that the Qur'an contains some occult events that have been and will occur since ancient times until the future that can not be received only with human mind. While the miracle in the aspects of science in the Qur'an is explained about the process of the occurrence of the heavens and the earth, the elements of compounds, and also the function of the creation of mountains for the balance of the earth. This paper aims to examine the Covid-19 outbreak from the perspective of the Koran based on Ibn Kathir's interpretation of the QS. al-Hadid: 22-23. The research approach used is qualitative with library research method. The results of the study show that Ibn Kathir when interpreting the QS. al-Hadid: 22-23 explains that disasters basically happen by the will of Allah SWT. and its occurrence was determined even before the creation of the universe. A correct understanding of the meaning of disaster can make it easier for humans to be patient, which can be used as an effective approach in strengthening mental resilience and making a person strong and resilient in the face of the Covid-19 outbreak. In addition, the commentary of Ibn Kathir can be applied in dealing with the Covid-19 outbreak, this Covid-19 disaster is God's destiny, and God's destiny must be good, and sunnah-kauniyah apply. Trying not to clash between aqidah and sharia, when there are differences regarding the implementation of worship in mosques in the midst of the Covid-19 outbreak.

Currently in Indonesia Islamic Bank has gained a place and interested in the community, causing many emerging Syari'ah Bank and Financial Institutions of the syari'ah, and products in Islamic banks are widely used is murabahah financing. The formulation of the problem in this research are: (1). How is the implementation of the sale and purchase through murabahah financing between Bank Muamalat Harkat with customers. (2). Is trading system murabahah financing between Bank Muamalat Harkat and customers have been according to the principles of Syari’ah. (3). How murabahah financing efforts to resolve the breach between the customer and Muamalat Harkat. This research method is empirical legal research, this study was conducted in Bank Muamalat Harkat based data collection through field research such as interviews, observation and description as well as information from respondents through library research. The results of this research are: before an agreement Bank to assess carefully the prospective customer in the form of a comprehensive analysis and is divided into several stages, such as the assessment using the principle of 5C Character (Character of the debitor), Chapacity (Capability Candidate Debitor) , Capital (Capital candidate Debitor), Collateral (Collateral candidate Debitor) and Condition of economy (economic condition of the prospective Borrower). Trading system murabahah financing between Bank Muamalat Harkat with the customer has not fully based on the principles of the Syari'ah. Murabahah financing efforts to resolve the defaults can be solved by R3 is Restrukturing (Arrangement Back), Reconditioning (Terms Back) and Rescheduling (rescheduling), sales collateral and auction execution.

This study aims to analyze the character values ​​in Sirah Nabawiyah Ar-Rahiq Al-Makhtum by Syafiyyurrahman al-Mubarakfuri, so that it is revealed how the character education of the Prophet Muhammad. and analyze its relevance to current educational goals. The research method used is library research, the type of research approach is deductive and the analysis method is content analysis. Data collection techniques used were library techniques. This research succeeded in proving that prophetic values ​​based on the history of the Prophet Muhammad have a strong relevance to the concept of contemporary character education. The lecture method is one of the methods that are often used by teachers in teaching and learning activities. This method is a method that is easy to implement and also cheap, because without the media and infrastructure it can be done. Some people underestimate this method and some even argue that it is outdated and left behind. According to the author's observations, this method remains relevant in any situation and condition, especially if a teacher is someone who is proficient in communicating and understanding the psychological condition and level of ability of the students he or she faces. The point is khootibunnaasa 'alaa qodri uqulihim (speak to humans according to their level of knowledge). The writing of this article uses the library research method, namely by digging and reviewing the literature that is related to the theme of writing this article. The results of the study and the author's study related to this lecture learning method are still very relevant and effective, especially during this covid-19 pandemic. By taking into account the following points; first, a teacher understands the science of communication well, second, understands the psychological condition of the audience/students, third, is able to touch students' emotions, fourth, includes elements of humor and is good at telling stories, fifth, is able to use social media and technology well.
