The article analyzes the impact that permanent education reforms have on the quality of the population, its educational potential. The main innovations and their consequences are analyzed sequentially at each of the stages of the education system: preschool, school, in the system of vocational and higher education, as well as at the level of training of scientific and pedagogical personnel. The analysis is based on numerous empirical studies in the field of education, implemented with the participation of the author over the past two decades. It is shown that at all stages of the Russian education system, the availability of education decreases, and its quality, if in some cases remains relatively good, it is rather despite, and not due to, the conditions created. It is concluded that the lack of positive results is associated with the prevailing market fundamentalism in post-Soviet Russia, which considers the education sector as a service industry intended for profit, as well as with the specifics of the current economic model, within which preferential development received not the high-tech industries interested in development education and science, but the raw materials and trade and intermediary sectors of the economy, which are not interested in innovations. Overcoming negative tendencies requires a fundamental revision of the attitude towards education - its perception not as a «service», but as an institution of development. This understanding of the role and functions of education should lead to a revision of approaches to its financing, rationing, and remuneration of education workers, and a revision of educational legislation to eliminate norms that stimulate commercial relations, thereby, reduce the availability of education. In addition, it is necessary to create conditions for the development of high-tech industries that require qualified personnel

This article presents the results of studying the impact of housing and feeding conditions on broiler chickens of Hubbard RedBro cross, as well as the quality of products obtained when using floor and cage content, in a farm. It established that when receiving a mixed feed of own production using feed raw materials grown on a farm without the use of pesticides, a statistically significant decrease in potentially dangerous substances for animal health is recorded. Compared with factory feed, it has reduced the content of pesticides by 14 times, and mercury and arsenic by 24 times, cadmium by five times, and lead by ten times. The results of the study of economic indicators of growing Hubbard RedBro cross broiler chickens, as well as the chemical composition and quality of carcasses, indicated that there was no significant difference between the floor and cell conditions of keeping. Still, the use of a diet based on eco-feeds contributed to a statistically significant decrease in the concentration of toxic metals in the muscles of the poultry of the experimental groups. As a result, it found that the use of the studied compound feed in the diets of broiler chickens increased the indicators of Biosafety and ensured the production of environmentally safe ("organic") poultry meat products.


Domiati cheese is the most popular brand of cheese ripened in brine in the Middle East in terms of consumed quantities. This study was performed to investigate the impact of the microbiological quality of the used raw materials, the applied traditional processing techniques and ripening period on the quality and safety of the produced cheese. Three hundred random composite samples were collected from three factories at Fayoum Governorate, Egypt. Collected samples represent twenty-five each of: raw milk, table salt, calf rennet, microbial rennet, water, environmental air, whey, fresh cheese, ripened cheese & swabs from: worker hands; cheese molds and utensils; tanks. All samples were examined microbiologically for Standard Plate Count (SPC), coliforms count, Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) count, total yeast & mould count, presence of E. coli, Salmonellae and Listeria monocytogenes (L. monocytogenes). The mean value of SPC, coliforms, S. aureus and total yeast & mould counts ranged from (79×102 CFU/m3 for air to 13×108 CFU/g for fresh cheese), (7×102 MPN/ cm2 for tank swabs to 80×106 MPN/ml for raw milk), (9×102 CFU/g for salt to 69×106 CFU/g for fresh cheese) and (2×102 CFU/cm2 for hand swabs to 60×104 CFU/g for fresh cheese), respectively. Whereas, E. coli, Salmonella and L. monocytogenes failed to be detected in all examined samples. There were significant differences in all determined microbiological parameters (p ≤0.05) between fresh and ripened cheese which may be attributed to different adverse conditions such as water activity, pH, salt content and temperature carried out to improve the quality of the product.

Canadian federal prison chaplaincy underwent a major shift in 2013 when the provision of its services was privatized and outsourced to a single for-profit company. This article presents a summary of the experiences and concerns expressed by minority faith chaplains serving in federal correctional institutions following privatization. It is based on ten in-depth, semi-structured interviews with minority faith prison chaplains. The results show that minority faith federal prison chaplains are concerned about increased levels of bureaucratization that have compromised the quality of spiritual care available to prisoners, reductions in resources for chaplains, and increased levels of emotional exhaustion and frustration among themselves and fellow minority faith chaplains serving in Canadian correctional facilities.

Corona virus originated from Wuhan city China has proliferated in such a way that it has made its presence in almost every country. This virus has impacted every industry such as manufacturing, service industry etc. It has put a great dent in the tourism and travel industry. It is assumed that tourism and travel can take a long time to recover. This impact of this varus has resulted in millions of job losses and took economy in negative figures. India, which was once considered to be the largest growing economy, has seen a double-digit negative growth.  The objective of this paper is to find the impact of pandemic on tourism industry. An extensive literature review resulted in three dimensions of microenvironment which have suffered in tourism industry. Results showed that the scale is reliable and valid. Pandemic has resulted in un-employment, reduced income of tourism and reduced traveller preference etc. Hypotheses were tested by calculating correlation coefficient, which showed that there is significant relationship among factors. This study will help managers and policy makers to make projections for profit margins and to build strategies to overcome the negative effect of pandemic on tourism.

PurposeAs an essential personality charm of leaders, humor can bring a series of positive outcomes to both users and receivers. However, there is also evidence that the impact of leaders’ humor (LH) is constrained by individuals, teams and organizational factors. The aim of this research is to investigate the relationship between LH and subordinates’ service creativity. Based on social learning theory and previous literature on LH, this paper identifies role modeling as the mediator and suggests that subordinates’ sensitivity to favorable interpersonal treatment (SFIT) moderates these relationships.Design/methodology/approachIn order to test the proposed moderated mediation model, this study employed hierarchical multiple regression and path analyses with valid data of 348 samples.FindingsResults revealed that LH positively affects role modeling and service creativity of subordinates, while subordinates' SFIT positively moderates the relationship between LH and subordinates' service creativity via role modeling.Practical implicationsIn compliance with these findings, this research suggests that enterprises should pay attention to the role of humor from middle managers and strengthen managers' role modeling through multiple measures to establish a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere in the workplace.Originality/valueBuilt on the conceptual framework, this study contributes to the literature on LH and employees’ service creativity by treating role modeling as the mechanism and SFIT as the moderator. This research is one of the first few empirical studies to investigate the relationship between LH and service creativity of service personnel in the service industry.

Few educators are well-equipped to bridge cultural differences to ensure that all students have opportunities to learn and succeed. Existing frameworks for culturally responsive practices (CRP) suggest its potential for promoting equitable learning environments, yet the state of the science has not been assessed. This systematic review aimed to (a) describe the features of empirically examined inservice CRP interventions, (b) analyze the quality of the empirical studies, and (c) characterize study measures, outcomes, and conclusions regarding intervention impact. We found a total of just 10 empirical studies of the impact of CRP inservice training models (two quantitative and eight qualitative). Study methods universally failed to meet standards of evidence for efficacy, effectiveness, and dissemination; none employed rigorous design features to allow causal inference. Findings suggest that the research base is inadequate to draw conclusions regarding effectiveness and that more rigorous CRP inservice intervention research is needed.

The experience of using tank brigade and units in the of anti-terrorist operation (ATO) and the operation of the Joint Forces (OJF), which are the main strike force of the Land Forces, indicates that their successful combat performance depends to a large extent on their combat capability. The level of preparedness of the brigade has a direct impact on combat capability.During combat renewal, combat training activities are conducted during which the training facilities acquire certain capabilities to perform combat missions. Due to the limited time involved in conducting combat training, methodological training of trainers has a significant impact on their level of training. This requires the search and implementation of new approaches to the quality of combat training activities by leaders of training in the course of combat readiness, which requires the development of a scientific and methodological apparatus to assess their level of methodological training. The article proposes a partial methodology for assessing the level of methodological training of leaders of training during combat training in the course of combat readiness, as part of a comprehensive methodology for assessing the effectiveness of combat tank training in the course of combat capability, which allows to take into account the impact of training leaders on the quality of training. The use of the proposed method allows the training subjects to quantify the level of methodological training of the trainers and to identify problems in the organization of their classes. The above methodology uses indicators that characterize the level of knowledge and skills of the head teacher in the subject of study, their experience in their classes and the availability of training courses to improve pedagogical skills.

At the present stage, Kazakhstan is in new socio-political, economic and international conditions caused by growing globalization. This determines, on the one hand, a significant impact on the development of the education system of Kazakhstan of world educational trends, on the other hand, the market nature of the national economy determines the inevitability of the impact of education in general, and educational services, in particular, on the country's economy and its development through the capitalization of knowledge. Currently, Kazakhstan's universities are developing in accordance with the trends that have developed in the world and domestic economy, among which globalization stands out. The modern Kazakh higher education is characterized by the desire to integrate into the world educational space. The purpose of this article is to study the international experience in managing the quality of higher education on the example of some European countries and the United States of America. The modern two models of quality management of higher education in the global educational space are characterized and the model of assessing the quality of higher education in Kazakhstan is determined. The article analyzes the Kazakh legislation in the field of state control and assessment of the quality of higher education. The best approaches to assessing the quality of higher education for the Kazakh higher education system have been identified, following the example of the foreign countries under consideration. To write the article such methods of research as analysis of legal acts and documents, case study, deduction and generalization were used.

"We are all going through a difficult period, called into question by so many questions: the COVID 19 pandemic. Without a doubt, this pandemic has had and still has many implications both in the personal life of each of us and in our professional life. In addition to the fact that this virus affects our health, professional life has also been put to the test. The education system was not bypassed by challenges, therefore this period proved to be extremely demanding, with many implications on the instructive-educational activity. Preschool education has not been exempted from the impact of the changes that have occurred as a result of the outbreak of the pandemic. Teachers in the preschool education system have faced many difficulties in terms of teaching in the group. The instructive-educational process suffered in the context of the pandemic, being many variables to consider: the age peculiarities of preschoolers, the ways in which the teaching activities can be carried out through the platforms, the quality of the educational act through them, the lack of training of the teachers in this respect, the availability of parents to be able to supervise the preschooler during the synchronous online activities, etc. The present study presents the results of the application of a questionnaire addressed to teachers in preschool education, on the territory of Romania, which highlights the implications of the pandemic on the instructive-educational process in kindergarten.
