Learning is a communication process between lecturers and students. Communication will not run without the help of means of conveying messages or media that support learning productivity. In modern times like today, more and more people, especially students, have Android smartphones as the main equipment for daily communication. In the biology department at the University of Papua at this time, learning still uses the lecture dictates as a teaching aid. If the lecture dictates are lost or wet due to waterlogging, the student must spend funds to buy a new lecture dictates. To overcome this problem, new alternatives are needed in learning aids. For this reason, android-based applications for the introduction of human organs can make it easier for lecturers to deliver the learning process material for the introduction of human organs so that learning outcomes for students become easy and interesting. This research was conducted by creating an application using the app inventor service. This application contains material about the description of the introduction of human organs. For testing the application testing uses the black box method and survey methods for application users so that the level of user satisfaction with the application can be seen.

This study aims to determine the effect of digital literacy and the effectiveness of the application of Sikad which is an online academic application on the quality of service and satisfaction of students as users. The study was conducted at the Faculty of Education at the University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta with respondents selected by random sampling of 90 students consisting of 5 study programs, namely: PG-PAUD, PGSD, Mathematics, PBSI, and PBI. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results of this study indicate that of the 7 research results, 3 of them are positive and significant, namely: The effect of the effectiveness of the application of the attitude on the quality of service is significant (T hitung> T table = 2.776 > 1.98 and P value <0.05 = 0.006 <0.05); The effect of service quality on user satisfaction is significant (69,969> 1.98 and 0,000 < 0.05); The effect of digital literacy on user satisfaction through significant service quality (2,803 > 1.98 and 0.005 < 0.05).

The university community is not a static environment but, rather, one fraught with change and adjustment to change. How do academic libraries within a university setting effectively address the evolving service and resource needs of a diverse patron community? One method that has received increasing attention is the development and implementation of internal instruments specifically designed to assess user satisfaction with services and resources. This study assesses undergraduate resource and service needs, identifies librarywide unmet needs, and gives both library user and librarian an opportunity to engage in proactive dialogue.

The development of online payment systems such as the online payment point system has greatly assisted the public in processing monthly transactions such as water bills. However, in its application, this system still uses large devices such as computers and inkjet printers so that the operation takes a long time and is less efficient. Therefore, in this study, a mobile application is designed to replace the role of computers in making water bill payment transactions in the online payment point system (SOPP) of PDAM Malang Regency. The application that is connected to a database server via the internet is also integrated with a compact wireless thermal printer that can be carried anywhere and does not require ink refills so that it can speed up the transaction process and be more efficient in time, paper and space. The research method used was experimental and survey methods. The experimental method is used to test the running of the application, test the application's compatibility with the device and measure the time it takes for the application to exchange data. The survey method is used to test user satisfaction with the application.

This study, conducted at the University of Sumatera Utara (USU) Library, aims to know the effect of service quality on customer trust and to determine student trust in library services based on levels of education. The research applied survey methods with quantitative approaches. Samples are determined using the Taro Yamane formula. The questionnaire covers 22 items of three LibQUAL dimensions. Data analysis techniques were performed using Structural Equation Modeling statistical analysis and path analysis by using the Lisrel version 8.5 application program. The results showed that service quality has a positive and significant effect on student trust. The level of trust in the library varies based on the levels of education. The dimensions of service quality with a positive and significant effect on student trust are the information control and the library as a place.

Driver satisfaction in making a trip is influenced by the quality of parking services. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of parking attendants and parking facilities on the satisfaction of car park users on Jalan Ngurah Rai, in Gianyar City, which is currently working on revitalizing traditional markets with modern concepts. Research using survey methods, distributing questionnaires to obtain 100 sheets of parking service user perception data. The results of the analysis show that the regression equation obtained is Y = 2.354 + 0.281 X1 + 0.672 X2. The parking attendant and parking facilities variables both partially and simultaneously have a significant positive effect on the user satisfaction variable. Value of Sig. variable parking attendant and parking facilities respectively 0.000 < 0.05. The value of tcount for parking attendants and parking facilities are 9,500 and 20.921, respectively > ttable = 1.9872. Fcount = 312.296 > 0.025324. The ability of the parking attendant and parking facilities variable in influencing the user satisfaction variable is quite large, as indicated by the coefficient value. determination (R2) of 86.3%.

In 2006, the University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA) upgraded the telephone system at its main campus in Anchorage from a traditional private branch exchange (PBX) architecture to a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) system. This case describes the organizational decisions that led to the change; the scope and the process of upgrading; and the current status of the new VoIP system. The actual migration to VoIP was completed less than a year after the start of the project. The transition process went smoothly. User satisfaction with the performance of the VoIP system is very high. Based on extensive interviews with decision makers and the technical personnel involved, this case also describes financial considerations (including “creative” ways to stretch a limited budget), outsourcing considerations, training related issues, as well as lessons learned.

Making information available for the acquisition and transmission of human knowledge is the focal point of this paper, which describes the creation of a consortium for the university and research institute libraries in the state of Sao Paulo, Brazil. Through sharing and cooperation, the project will facilitate information access and minimize acquisition costs of international scientific periodicals, consequently increasing user satisfaction. To underscore the advantages of this procedure, the objectives, management, and implementation stages of the project are detailed, as submitted to the Research Support Foundation of the State of Sao Paulo (FAPESP).
