Driver satisfaction in making a trip is influenced by the quality of parking services. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of parking attendants and parking facilities on the satisfaction of car park users on Jalan Ngurah Rai, in Gianyar City, which is currently working on revitalizing traditional markets with modern concepts. Research using survey methods, distributing questionnaires to obtain 100 sheets of parking service user perception data. The results of the analysis show that the regression equation obtained is Y = 2.354 + 0.281 X1 + 0.672 X2. The parking attendant and parking facilities variables both partially and simultaneously have a significant positive effect on the user satisfaction variable. Value of Sig. variable parking attendant and parking facilities respectively 0.000 < 0.05. The value of tcount for parking attendants and parking facilities are 9,500 and 20.921, respectively > ttable = 1.9872. Fcount = 312.296 > 0.025324. The ability of the parking attendant and parking facilities variable in influencing the user satisfaction variable is quite large, as indicated by the coefficient value. determination (R2) of 86.3%.

This study aims to test and analyze the quality of the system against perceived usefulness, the quality of information against perceived usefulness, the quality of the system to user satisfaction, Information Quality to user satisfaction and perceived usefulness to user satisfaction. The population in this research is employees teller and customer service department of Bank BJB in subang city. Sampling technique is nonprobability sampling by using purposive sampling method. The type of data used is primary data with questionnaire data collection method. Hypothesis testing used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach with variance Structural equation test or better known as Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of the research shows that Quality System has a significant positive effect on Perceived Usefulness, Quality of Information has a significant positive effect on Perceived Usefulness, Quality of System has a significant positive effect on user satisfaction, Information Quality has positive significant effect on user satisfaction, and Perceived Usefulness has no effect to User Satisfaction

This study aims to determine the effect of System Quality and Information Quality of UNP Academic Portal on User Satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. This research was conducted in the University of Padang. While the research time was carried out in July-August 2018. The population in this study were UNP students who were enrolled actively in 2016 with a sample of 400 people taken by probability sampling. Data is processed using multiple linear regression using a SPSS 16.0 program. The results showed that System Quality had a significant positive effect on User Satisfaction and Information Quality had a significant positive effect on User Satisfaction at α = 0.05Keywords: Information Systems, System Quality, Information Quality, User Satisfaction

Permasalahan yang ada pada pasar-pasar tradisional termasuk yang terjadi pada pasar Kemuning dan Dahlia Kota Pontianak dapat menggambarkan kualitas performansi bangunan. Pencahayaan, sirkulasi udara, dan temperatur dalam ruang pada bangunan merupakan aspek-aspek yang dapat mempengaruhi kenyamanan aktivitas pengguna. Tulisan ini memaparkan mengenai hasil penelitian khususnya mengenai tingkat pencahayaan, keadaan udara, dan temperatur dalam ruang pada dua pasar tradisional di Kota Pontianak tersebut. Performansi kedua pasar tersebut diukur untuk dibandingkan dengan standar untuk aktivitas yang sesuai. Selain itu dikumpulkan pula pendapat dari para pengguna tentang kepuasan terhadap aspek pencahayaan, keadaan udara, dan temperatur dalam ruang di kedua pasar tersebut. Data-data yang dikumpulkan melalui 2 cara yaitu observasi dan kuesioner. Observasi dilakukan dengan pengukuran pada bangunan. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada 195 responden khususnya penjual dan pembeli pasar untuk melihat tingkat kepuasan berdasarkan persepsi pengguna. Hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa tingkat performansi pencahayaan, keadaan udara, dan temperatur dalam ruang pada kedua bangunan pasar tersebut termasuk rendah, begitu pula kepuasan pengguna terhadap kedua aspek tersebutKata-kata Kunci: pasar tradisional, performasi bangunan, pencahayaan, penghawaan. THE PERFORMANCE OF LIGHTING, VENTILATION, AND USER PERCEPTION ON MARKET BUILDING IN PONTIANAK CITY Problems that exist on traditional markets including those that occur in the Kemuning and Dahlia market, Pontianak City can represent  the quality of building performance. Lighting, ventilating and air temperature in buildings are aspects that can affect the comfort of occupants. This paper describes the results of research especially regarding the level of lighting, ventilating and air temperature in two traditional markets at Pontianak City. The performance of both markets is compared to the standard for the appropriate activity. The user satisfaction is also identified. The data collected through 2 ways that are observation and questionnaire. Observations were made with measurements of buildings. Questionnaires were distributed among 195 respondents, especially sellers and market buyers to see the level of satisfaction based on user perceptions. Abstract This study aims to empirically challenge the moderation of Non-Performing Loans to the effect of Credit Distribution Rates on Profitability. The population of 81 bank companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2018 and which met the criteria of the research sample (purposive sampling) were 22 companies. The research method uses survey methods with quantitative research approaches, the analytical tool used is moderation regression. This study concludes that the level of credit distribution has a significant positive effect on profitability and the existence of the problem loan variable is proven to be a moderating variable that weakens the relationship between the level of credit distribution and profitability.

The success of the Badung Regency Land Office in issuing HT-el Certificate, the first in Indonesia cannot be separated from the support of the Creditors and PPAT as the main users of HT-el Services. This innovation is an effort to realize the digitalization of services and overcome various existing weaknesses. Creditors and PPAT as the main users are important instruments in providing an overview of HT-el service quality, because basically the success of an organization in providing a service depends on how well the perception of service users will reflect the level of user satisfaction and the profitability of the organization. HT-el Service User Perception (Creditor and PPAT) assessed using the e- Govqual Method illustrates that the Quality of HT-el Services at the Badung District Land Office is very good, this is evidenced by positive responses to the Efficiency, Trust and Realibility as well as Citizen Support. This is an effort to create excellent service in the land sector based on the principles of efficiency and effectiveness in implementing activities.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of tenure, training, and the value of tax assessments on the quality of objection decisions. This study uses a quantitative method with purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that the tenure does not affect the quality of the objection decision, training has a significant positive effect on the quality of the objection decisions, and the value of the tax assessment has a significant negative effect on the quality of the objection decision.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh masa kerja, pelatihan, dan nilai ketetapan pajak terhadap kualitas keputusan keberatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masa kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kualitas keputusan keberatan, pelatihan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kualitas keputusan keberatan, dan nilai ketetapan pajak berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kualitas keputusan keberatan.

Objective - This paper examines the influence of Good University Governance ('GUG') on Human Capital ('HC') and Quality, as well as the influence of CUG on HC through the use of Quality . Methodology/Technique - This research uses an explanatory survey design. The data was collected by visiting state and private universities in Indonesia that offer an S1 Accounting Study Program. Twenty cities were covered and responses to 70 questionnaires were processed. The influence of GUG on HC was analysed using a Structural Equation Model (SEM). Findings - The study found that GUG has a significant positive effect on Quality and GUG has a significant positive effect on HC. However, the influence of Quality on HC and the indirect influence of GUG on HC through Quality were negatively significant. Overall, the total influence of GUG on HC was positively significant. Novelty - This study suggests that GUG improves HC and the Quality of services in Indonesian universities. However, improved quality of HC seems to lead to a deterioration in the quality of university services. Further, quality of services fails to mediate the influence of GUG on HC. AbstractThe purpose of this study is analyze the factors influence the quality of financial statement .This study uses primary data obtained from questionnaires to accounting of SKPD Semarang. The method used in this research is multiple regression analysis. Economic growth should be directed in order to increase incomes and overcome economic disparities and social inequalities and also supported by an increase in productivity and efficiency and quality of human resources. Batik industry is one branch of the clothing and leather industry. One of the branches would observed by the author is a small batik industry, because batik is a traditional folk craft, which is one characteristic of Indonesian country and leather clothing industry branches that have a level of development prospective. This study aims to find out the factors wich affect the income of Small Batik Industry at West Pakandangan Village. Bluto sub district, Sumenep districts This study uses multiple linier regression analysis with primary data. The result show that the variable of capital (X1)significant positive effect of  0,000, labor (X2) significant positive effect of 0,001, total production (X3) significant positive effect of 0,055 and pattern share(X4) significant positive effect of 0,000 has simultaneously positive effect and significant to income. A B S T R A C T Audit quality is the possibility of finding and reported a violation of the client’s accounting system. This study aims to examine the influence influence the integrity, objectivity and professionalism of auditors on audit quality. The study used survey method in January to March 2014. Research sampling method based on convenience in the election samplel by destination. Respondents many as 82 people. The data analyzed using regression methods. The results indicate variable integrity, objectivity and professionalism of auditors affect simultaneously and can be used to predict the quality of audit results. From the research hypothesis can result in that variable integrity of auditors have a significant positive effect on audit quality. Professionalism variable also has a significant positive effect on audit quality but objectivity variable has no significant effect on audit quality. A B S T R A K Kualitas audit adalah kemungkinan menemukan dan melaporkan pelanggaran sistem akuntansi klien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh mempengaruhi integritas, objektivitas dan profesionalisme auditor terhadap kualitas audit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei di Januari - Maret 2014. Metode penelitian sampling berdasarkan kenyamanan dalam pemilihan samplel oleh tujuan. Responden sebanyak 82 orang. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan integritas variabel, objektivitas dan profesionalisme auditor berpengaruh secara simultan dan dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi kualitas hasil audit. Dari hipotesis penelitian dapat menghasilkan bahwa integritas variabel auditor memiliki efek positif yang signifikan terhadap kualitas audit. Variabel Profesionalisme juga memiliki efek positif yang signifikan terhadap kualitas audit, tetapi variabel objektivitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas audit.
