Media is a means that can be used to convey information to students, one of which is learning constructivism. In learning. Constructivism is one of the schools of philosophy of knowledge which emphasizes that our knowledge is our own (formed) construction. At present a teacher must stimulate students so that students become more active. The learning delivered by the teacher that is theoretical will get less than optimal results. Learning media becomes interesting when it can contribute positively to learning outcomes. because every subject that is usually considered difficult to understand becomes very interesting, the learning media also has an aesthetic appeal so that an attractive and eye-catching display will motivate users to be involved in the learning process. The results of the study showed that the application of learning media in the activities of explaining science lessons in class could optimize students' learning motivation.

Teachers have a duty to encourage, guide and provide learning facilities to achieve goals. Teachers have a responsibility to see everything that happens in the classroom to help student development. Teachers must be able to carry out their duties properly by first having to understand carefully the matters relating to the teaching and learning process, because the success of the learning process is supported by the ability of the teacher to develop and generate activeness and students in the learning process. The research method used is the Quasi Experiment (Quasi Experimental Method) with the research design as the basis for the implementation of the research is to distinguish the influence of the Inquiry method and the effect of conventional methods on learning outcomes of Citizenship Education in terms of high learning motivation and low learning motivation where the treatment class is class Va student and Vb class. The following is presented sequentially descriptive data regarding: (1) Civics learning outcomes students are taught using scramble learning model, (2) Civics student learning outcomes are taught using the expository model, (3) Civics student learning outcomes have high learning motivation, (4) Civics student learning outcomes have motivation to learn low, (5)Civics learning outcomes of students who have high learning motivation are taught with the Scramble learning model, (6) Civics learning outcomes of students who have low learning motivation are taught with the Scramble learning model, (7) Civics learning outcomes of students who have high learning motivation are taught using the expository learning model, (8) Civics learning outcomes of students who have low learning motivation are taught using the expository learning model.

This study aimed at finding out how the cultural model of berasanan and its implementation in civics learning, as well as knowing how the cultural model of berasanan can increase learning motivation in Secondary School class VII. A South Indralaya. The research was classroom action research (CAR) which done in two cycles. The first cycle was conducted three times and the second cycle was held twice. The subjects of this study were 29 students. The steps of each cycle include planning, action, observation, evaluation and reflection. The data were collected by using test, questionnaire, observation sheet, and documentation methods. The results of the study showed that students’ learning motivation experienced an increase in the learning process from cycle one to the second cycle. Students’ attention during the learning process, cooperation in working on group assignments, students’ participation, and courage to think showed that learning activities are increased. Negative activities of students’ learning civics were asking permission to go to the bathroom. This change showed that the interest and enthusiasm of students’ learning was increased and learning was more effective and enjoyable. Achievement of students’ learning outcomes also showed an increase, students’ learning from the first cycle of 75% increased to 86.2% in the second cycle.

Factors that cause boredom in learning process are the lack of variety of methods, models, and media. An alternative to increase learning motivation in learning process is by using games. The main problem of this research is how to increase students motivation to make learning outcomes optimized. The purpose of this study was to increase students' motivation to learn istimâ' (listening) in Arabic is by using educational games. This study used classroom action research using a cycle model. The results of the study shows that educational games can increase students' learning motivation, shown by the comparison of initial motivation and after giving an action using educational games. The initial motivation data was in average 42.36%, in the category of low learning motivation, after giving an action in the first cycle it reached to an average 78.33%, high category, and increased in the second cycle with average 93.28%, very high category. The study concluded that educational games can increase motivation in learning istimâ' in Arabic.

ABSTRAKFaktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi belajar dapat memberikan dukungan yang positif dalam belajar, namun dapat juga menghambat proses belajar. Hambatan-hambatan yang terjadi berakibat pada hasil belajar individu yang mengalami proses belajar tidak sesuai dengan yang diinginkannya. Keadaan-keadaan tersebut berdampak pada timbulnya masalah pada proses belajar selanjutnya. Motivasi belajar siswa yang rendah akan menjadi hambatan yang sangat berarti pada proses pembelajaran, karena dapat mengakibatkan prestasi belajar siswa rendah. Oleh karena itu guru diharapkan dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Rendahnya motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa disebabkan siswa kurang diberikan kesempatan untuk bertanya dan menyampaikan pendapat. Metode pembelajaran ekspositori dan teknik drill dipercaya dapat menigkatkan motivasi belajarsehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kegiatan belajar IPA Fisika untuk memperbaiki hasil belajar selanjutnya. Karena metode ekspositori dan teknik drill memberikan kesempatan peserta didik untuk lebih aktif. Oleh karena itu penulis perlu melakukan penelitian Tindakan dengan judul Peningkatan Motivasi dan Hasil Belajar IPA Fisika Melalui Penerapan MetodeEkspositori dan Teknik Drill Kelas XI-TBSM  SMK  Negeri 1 Narmada  Kab. The obstacles that occur result in the learning outcomes of individuals who experience the learning process not in accordance with what they want. These circumstances have an impact on the emergence of problems in the subsequent learning process. Low student motivation will be a very significant obstacle in the learning process, because it can result in low student achievement. Therefore, teachers are expected to increase students' learning motivation to improve student achievement. The low motivation and student learning outcomes are caused by the lack of opportunities for students to ask questions and express opinions. Expository learning methods and drill techniques are believed to increase learning motivation so that it is expected to increase Physics Science learning activities to improve subsequent learning outcomes. Because the expository method and drill technique provide opportunities for students to be more active. This research is classroom action research (CAR) which aims to increase motivation and learning outcomes for the composition function material in class XI UPW1 SMKN 1 Bandung by using Zoom Cloud Meeting Media. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that: 1) The use of Zoom Meeting Media can increase the learning motivation of Class XI UPW1 Students on Composition Function Material at SMK Negeri 1 Bandung in the 2021/2022 academic year. It can be seen from the Observation Sheet in the form of a questionnaire given to students in the first cycle of 59% and the second cycle of 81% indicating that students are motivated in the learning process with increasing zoom media. 2) The use of Zoom Meeting Media can Improve Student Learning Outcomes of Class XI UPW1 on Composition Function Material at SMK Negeri 1 Bandung in the 2021/2022 Academic Year. There is an increase in each cycle with the percentage of classical completeness of each cycle, namely the first cycle of 60% and the second cycle of 86%. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) bertujuan untuk Peningkatan Motivasi dan Hasil Belajar Materi Fungsi Komposisi pada siswa kelas XI UPW1 SMKN 1 Bandung dengan menggunakan Media Zoom Cloud Meeting. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapatlah disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Penggunaan Media Zoom Meeting dapat Meningkatkan Motivasi belajar Siswa Kelas XI UPW1 Pada Materi Fungsi Komposisi di SMK Negeri 1 Bandung Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022. Dapat terpantau dari Lembar Observasi berupa angket yang diberikan kepada siswa pada siklus I sebesar 59 % dan siklus II sebesar 81 % menunjukan bahwa siswa termotivasi dalam proses pembelajaran dengan media zoom meningkat. 2) Penggunaan Media Zoom Meeting dapat Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas XI UPW1 Pada Materi Fungsi Komposisi di SMK Negeri 1 Bandung Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022. Mengalami peningkatan pada setiap siklus dengan persentase ketuntasan secara klasikal masing- masing siklus yaitu siklus I sebesar 60 % dan siklus II sebesar 86 %.

Research is in the background because there is no learning media in schools to help the teaching and learning process in economic subjects. Often found low learning motivation in students. In the classroom there is no learning media that supports and increases student learning outcomes in economic subjects in particular, so this study develops a make a match based puzzle game learning media which aims to determine the feasibility, effectiveness, practicality of learning media on student learning outcomes. This research is a development research with Four-D models which only reaches the Develop stage. The trial design of this study used a pretest-posttest group design. The test subjects in this study were 24 students of SMA Negeri 3 Bojonegoro, class XI IPS 1. The results of this study met the feasible requirements, obtained a very feasible category of 91% in media validation, obtained a very feasible category of 100% in material validation, obtained a feasible category of 80% in the evaluation evaluation, obtained a very feasible category of 100% on the validation of effectiveness, and obtained a very feasible category of 100% in practicality, obtained a very feasible category of 95.07% in the response of students. From the research results it can be concluded that the learning media based on make a match puzzle games developed are feasible, effective and practical to use.

  This research is an effort to increase motivation and science learning outcomes by utilizing the Saepadu model in class VIII E students of SMP Negeri 2 Bojongsari, Purbalingga Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the learning process by utilizing the Saepadu model in class VIII E to increase motivation and science learning outcomes. This research is a classroom action research (CAR). The steps in this action research include planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Collecting research data using test and non-test instruments and questionnaires. The questionnaire is used for rational data which will later be validated with rational data analysis. The implementation of this research is based on the learning syntax of the Saepadu model. Based on the research data, the results show that using the Saepadu model can increase students' learning motivation, which is 0.22 points or about 6.49% from pre-cycle to cycle I and in cycle I to Cycle II there is also an increase of 0.41 points or 11.36%. By using learning with the SAEPADU model, it can also improve pre-cycle science learning outcomes compared to the first cycle, namely 28.5 or 76.62% with the number of students who passed the KKM increased by 43.34%. Meanwhile, the average written score for science in the first cycle compared to the second cycle was 9.5 by 14.18%. In conclusion, there was an increase in students' motivation and learning outcomes by utilizing the Saepadu model. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini merupakan upaya dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar IPA dengan memanfaatkan model Saepadu pada peserta didik kelas VIII E SMP Negeri 2 Bojongsari Kabupaten Purbalingga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui sejauh mana proses pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan model Saepadu di kelas VIII E untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar IPA. Adapun penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Langkah-langkah dalam penelitian tindakan ini meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan instrumen tes dan non tes serta kuesioner. Kuesiner tersebut digunakan untuk data rasional yang nantinya divalidasi datanya dengan analisis data rasional. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini berdasarkan sintaks pembelajaran model saepadu. Berdasarkan dari data penelitian menunjukkan hasil bahwa dengan pemanfaatan model saepadu dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik, yaitu sebesar 0,22 poin atau sekitar 6,49% dari pra siklus hingga siklus I dan pada siklus I ke di Siklus II juga terjadi peningkatan 0,41 poin atau 11,36%. Dengan menggunakan pembelajaran dengan model SAEPADU ini juga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA pra siklus dibandingkan pada siklus I yaitu 28,5 atau sebesar 76,62% dengan jumlah peserta didik yang lulus KKM mengalami peningkatan sebesar 43,34%. Sedangkan untuk hasil rata-rata nilai ter tertulis IPA siklus I dibandingkan pada siklus II yaitu 9,5 sebesar 14,18%.. Kesimpulannya terjadi peningkatan motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik dengan memanfaatkan model Saepadu.

In this era of revolution 4.0, it is hoped that everyone will be active in managing their knowledge through digital media. Digital media needs to be well designed attractive. This can have an impact on motivation and learning outcomes, especially in the field of education. In online learning, digital media is an alternative in helping the learning process. Therefore a qualitative research was conducted. The subjects of this study were seventh grade students of SMP HKBP Lubuk Pakam for the 2020/2021 Academic Year who applied online learning assisted by realistic mathematics comic videos. While the object of this study is learning motivation so that the purpose of this study to analyze the learning motivation of these students. Based on the results of the provision of a learning motivation questionnaire, it was found that the average learning motivation of students who were taught using realistic mathematics comic videos in online learning was high which was assessed based on six indicators, namely responsibility, trying to excel, liking challenges, independence, fortitude, and resilience. This is a positive attitude that supports efforts to improve learning outcomes, especially in online learning.

Abstract: Educator is one component in education that has an important role. Given the importance of the presence of an educator in front of students, Educators are required to master various learning methods, one of which is the demonstration method. The demonstration method is a teaching method where both educators and students together do something as a practical exercise from what they know. The demonstration method will provide a clear picture and concrete understanding of a process or skill in learning concepts rather than just hearing, explaining or just verbal statements from educators. The use of demonstration method provides many benefits including; making teaching clearer and more concrete, focusing the attention of students, more directing the learning process of students on the material being studied, more attaching experience and impressions as learning outcomes to students, making students easier to understand what is learned, making the teaching process more interesting, stimulating students to actively observe and adjust between theory and reality, helping students understand clearly the course of a process of an object, and facilitating various types of explanations. Thus, the use of demonstration method can broadly increase students 'motivation to learn, if students' learning motivation increases, eventually learning objectives can be achieved.Keywords: Demonstration method, increase, motivation to learn

This study aims to analyze: 1.) The effect of learning discipline on interest in learning 2.) The effect of learning motivation on interest in learning 3.) The effect of teacher teaching skills on interest in learning 4.) The effect of learning media on interest in learning 5.) To analyze learning discipline , learning motivation, teacher teaching skills and learning media simultaneously on online learning outcomes in economics class XII AKL SMK Negeri 2 Bukittinggi. The population of this study were students of class XII AKL SMK Negeri 2 Bukittinggi, amounting to 90 people. The sampling technique used was Stratified Sampling with a total sample of 62 people. The instrument used for this research is a closed questionnaire using the Multilevel Linear Regression test and hypothesis testing with t test and F test.The results of the study show that: (1) learning discipline greatly affects students' interest in learning, a greater influence is found in the sample group of non-current internet network ownership, this is because if internet access is inadequate it will affect students' interest in learning; (2) learning motivation greatly affects students' interest in learning, the biggest influence comes from students with poor internet access this is due to the lack of student motivation in distance learning because the network is less stable this affects interest in learning; (3) teacher's teaching skills greatly affect interest in learning, the greater influence comes from samples with ownership of internet access that is not smooth, this is because if internet access is lacking, the learning process changes from conventional to network that still does not master technology so that the learning process does not run. maximum ; (4) learning media greatly influences interest in learning, the biggest influence comes from samples of internet access that are not smooth, this is because not all students have internet access and difficulties in using the learning media provided, so that it will affect students' interest in learning.
