Analyzed are principal issues of the process of formation of vocational and value orientations of cadets and students of educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia under modern conditions. Researched are regularities of that process and highlighted are problems in the course of its realization. Also presented is the survey of existing scientific literature, connected with examining problem.

he object of the study, which formed the basis of this article was to optimize the possibilities of teaching English in educational organizations of the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, and the subject is studying the vocabulary of English scientific literature to optimize the possibilities of teaching English in educational organizations of the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The aim of the work is to improve and optimize the use of the vocabulary of the English scientific literature to optimize the possibilities of teaching English in educational institutions of the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, as well as developing recommendations for teachers on the use of scientific terminology in the process of teaching a foreign language to students and students of the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The research methods used in this scientific work are the analysis and systematization of scientific literature on the subject of the research; statistical data processing methods. The scientific novelty of the research consists in expanding, supplementing and refining scientific views on optimizing the possibilities of teaching English in educational institutions of the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The practical significance of the results lies in the substantiation of the possibility of using the vocabulary of the English scientific literature in the process of teaching a foreign language to cadets and students of the Russian Interior Ministry.

The article deals with the problems of development of agricultural vocational education in Russia and the possibility of its improvement based on the development of the process of interaction of agricultural educational institutions with processing enterprises of the agro-industrial complex of the country. The article discusses the possibility of creating a strategic partnership between the subjects of agricultural vocational education, which can become a reliable basis for the introduction of practice-oriented training. The study of the concept of «principle», presented in the dictionaries of Russian scientific literature, as well as the analysis of the principles of inte-raction of subjects of professional education, proposed by different authors. The possibility of using the proposed principles in the process of organizing interaction between agricultural edu-cational institutions and processing enterprises of the agro-industrial complex is investigated.

The purpose of the research: to study the substantive foundations of the organization of health education and health savings in younger schoolchildren; to develop a "Health saving space of a child in an innovative educational environment" model; to evaluate the effectiveness of the use of an educational project. The study involved 44 children from the 2nd grade (Gymnasium No. 1 of the city of Krasnozmensk, Moscow region); 44 parents; scientific and pedagogical staff. Based on the study of scientific literature, theoretical analysis and systematization of domestic experience on the problem of value attitude to the health of younger schoolchildren have been carried out. The following methods were used in the course of the study: the observation method; the author's questionnaire (the study of the attitude of younger schoolchildren to their health); "The methodology of the study of value orientations" (M. Rokich). The conducted empirical study confirmed the hypothesis about the need to form a value-based attitude to health in children. The research is a necessary direction in the development of preventive pedagogy and psychology on health education and health saving of children. The materials of the article can be used by teachers, psychologists, teachers, students.

This article discusses the main problems and issues of professional and psychological suitability in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan. The analysis of the existing scientific literature was carried out, and also the author's recommendations were formulated to improve the professional training and professional suitability of the employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Along with the professional training of police officers, their psychological qualities also play a decisive role in ensuring efficiency in operational-search activities. The quality and effectiveness of the implementation of operational-search activities, then its level directly depends on the psychological characteristics of the operative and his professional training. It should be noted that scientifically grounded conclusions about the professional and psychological suitability of employees can only be achieved with the help of high-quality and correct psychological diagnostics, that is, using psychometric methods. The basis for the survey of professional and psychological suitability, the procedure, procedure, conditions and terms of the survey, cases of re-examination are determined by regulatory legal acts. Consequently, the research and scientifically grounded measures to determine professional suitability in the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan are relevant, and the scientifically grounded results obtained as a result of our research can be used to further improve the professional and psychological selection to the law enforcement agencies of the country.

Educational institutions task - to create a student-centred environment that is able to choose and pursue their individual learning goals. The schoolenvronment is defined as the socio-cultural education authority area in which the permanent, versatile children's education and self-education process. Students orientation environment and its impact on the student's personal maturation and direct educational outcomes studied a number of Lithuanian and foreign scientists. The thesis is selected according to the students' orientation skills relevant to the problems that many Lithuanian general education schools. Defined labour problem that does not know how to effectively develop the 3-4 grade students' management skills. The main and primary goal - organizing educational activities based on experiential learning to develop students' grades 3-4 orienteering and argumentation skills in the environment. Involve analysis of scientific literature, 3-4 grade students conducted a survey, which aimed to help the students get a basic understanding, knowledge and skills of orienteering and argumentation environment. Upon receipt of the completed questionnaires to the children - they were analyzedand made certain conclusions about 3-4 grade student orientation environment capabilities. Results of the study show that students in grades 3-4 all important orienteering and argumentation skills. According to the study results, providing a further 3-4 grade students orienteering and argumentation skills development opportunities. It is important that the method develop is not a goal in itself, but a real and successful adaptation of the universal of the system. "In the article, the authors made an attempt, on the basis of the results of sociological research among students, to identify trends in the transformation of their value orientations in relation to foreign migrant workers and ethnic groups that make up the population permanently residing in Russia. Research Methods. Questionnaire survey of target groups using a specially designed questionnaire made it possible to obtain primary empirical data on the distribution of the main characteristics of the value attitudes of young people concerning foreign migrant workers and representatives of nationalities permanently residing in the territory of the Nizhny Novgorod region of the Russian Federation. At the time of this writing, within the framework of the project ""Dynamics of value orientations of youth"", six stages of research on the value orientations of students aged 16 to 24 were carried out. So, in 2006, on the territory of the Nizhny Novgorod region, 1915 students of secondary general education schools and secondary vocational educational institutions, as well as students of higher educational institutions, were interviewed, in 2011 - 3,000 people; in 2014 - 2,500 people; 2015 - 2750 people; 2016 - 2750 people, 2019 - 2750 people. The number of interviewed respondents testifies to the high representativeness of the research results obtained. When processing the primary database obtained during the field part of the study, special statistical methods of analysis were used: a) one-dimensional and two-dimensional percentage distributions, which made it possible to identify the prevalence of individual characteristics of value orientations, both in general, among young people, and in its individual groups, distributed by socio-demographic and ideological groups. b) factor analysis made it possible to identify the main set of factors and the level of significance of each of them, in the formation of a certain set of value attitudes of young people.c) cluster analysis made it possible to record the level of heterogeneity of the youth environment, the distribution of young people in individual groups, depending on the value system characteristic of each of these groups"
