Counselling groups in practice put more emphasis on the attitude of openness and trust and the attitude of maintaining secrecy than individual counselling, so group counselling was able to facilitate individuals to develop an attitude of openness. Different personality types are different in managing their emotions. Likewise, the type of introvert and extrovert personality, if extroverts tend to be flexible and easy to socialize, introverts are not. Personal introverts that are identical with closed attitudes and lack of socialization. But some introverts develop emotions so they are able to adapt to the new environment, even though for that they need more time to reach that stage. This research is a type of library research or library research, using a reference analysis approach. Based on this research, introverted emotional intelligence is understanding the environment, planning approaches, doing what has been planned well, then evaluating the steps that have been taken. So that introverts have good emotional intelligence with a detailed process called relational understanding.

Emotional Intelligence is highly necessary aspect that covers students’ ability to use their emotion effectively in the learning process. Good Emotional Intelligence provides the students with appropriate ability which can help them take the best decision for their future. The lack of Emotional Intelligence often makes students feel stressed and depressed. It leads the students to destructive behaviors such as uncontrolable anger, lack of decision-making ability, and despair. Therefore, the students need to be trained to recognize, control, and develop their Emotional Intelligence in a positive way. This research is a library research, which is done by searching, reading, studying, and analyzing the content of related books and various supporting literature. Based on the research, it is concluded that school plays an important role to provide a professional counselor who can help the students improve their Emotional Intellligence effectively. The counselor is expected to have various approaches in developing student Emotional Intellegence, one of which is Humanistic and Existential Approach. This approach covers essential concepts the students have as human beings, such as what they are meant to be and what potentials they have. Through this approach, a school counselor can help students understand more about managing and controlling emotion in a positive way.

Purpose This paper aims to describe mind–body infused coaching and to explain four distinct effects it can have on organizational executives and employees. Design/methodology/approach A review of theory and research on mind–body practices, emotional intelligence and work performance was conducted. A case study from the author’s experience also is included. Findings Mind–body infused coaching activates employees’ awareness, ignites a strengths-based approach, improves inner workings of the brain, boosts emotional intelligence and promotes curiosity. Practical implications HR professionals and managers are encouraged to obtain training in evidence-based mind–body principles to improve and sustain outcomes when coaching organizational executives and employees. Originality/value Conventional coaching approaches tend to be highly reductionistic by focusing solely on employees’ personality types, soft skills or achievement of specific goals. This paper discusses a holistic approach to coaching the whole person and outlines four specific benefits that could be anticipated as a result.

This research is a study that focuses on aspects of human mentality in the form of extroverted personality types on child characters. The object of this study is a children's series novel entitled Little Ballerina and Hwaiting by Muthia Fadhilla Khairunnisa. This research is operated using a psychological study proposed by Carl Gustav Jung. The focus of this research is in the form of extroverted personality types of the main characters in the novels. Based on the focus of the study, the purpose of this research was to describe the extroverted personality type in the character of the child, namely the extroverted-minded, extroverted-feeling, extrovert-sensing, and extrovert-pioneer personality type. As a result of this research four personality types were found on the child character: on the extrovert-minded personality type, the objective minded child produced the idea; on extroverted feelings, children easily adapt; on a realistic and pleasant extrovert-sensing, child resulting from sensory stimulation; and on extrovert-pioneering personality types, fickle and creative children. This type of research is qualitative research and literary psychology as a research approach. The research data is collected using library research techniques. Data analysis was performed using descriptive analysis techniques and accompanied by in-depth interpretation.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang berfokus pada aspek kejiwaaan manusia berupa tipe kepribadian ekstrover pada tokoh anak. Objek penelitian ini berupa novel seri anak yang berjudul Little Ballerina dan Hwaiting karya Muthia Fadhilla Khairunnisa. Penelitian ini dioperasikan menggunakan kajian psikologi yang dikemukakan oleh Carl Gustav Jung. Fokus penelitian ini berupa tipe kepribadian ekstrover tokoh utama dalam novel. Berdasarkan fokus penelitian, maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan tipe kepribadian ekstrover pada tokoh anak, yaitu tipe kepribadian ekstrover-pikiran, ekstrover-perasaan, ekstrover-penginderaan, dan ekstrover-pengintuisian. Sebagai hasil penelitian ini diperoleh empat tipe kepribadian pada tokoh anak: pada tipe kepribadian ekstrover-pikiran, anak berpikiran objektif yang menghasilkan ide; pada ekstrover-perasaan, anak mudah menyesuaikan diri; pada ekstrover-penginderaan, anak realistis dan menyenangkan yang dihasilkan dari rangsangan pancaindera; dan pada tipe kepribadian ekstrover-pengintuisian, anak berubah-ubah dan kreatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dan psikologi sastra sebagai pendekatan penelitian. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik studi pustaka. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik deskriptif analisis dan disertai dengan interpretasi mendalam.

<p><em>In common tradition, m</em><em>aking a living is a husband's obligation, but now many wives play a role in earning a living. The aim of the study was to find out the law of the wife looking for a nafka, viewed the condition and ability of the husband to provide a living, in the review of Maqashid Shari'a proposed by Syatibi. The influence of science and technology and the increase in household needs triggers many wives to take part in making a living, and become the main breadwinner. This certainly raises the question, how does the view of Islamic law on wives earn a living in library research, using the normative qualitative method of gender analysis approach is content analysis. Islamic law explains that a wife cannot leave her house without her husband's permission and her main task is at home. This certainly raises the question, how does the view of Islamic law on wives earn a living. The results of the study explain that wife's law makes a varied living circumcision, makhruh and haram based on the ability of the husband to provide his wife with the benefit and the level of family needs (maqashid).</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p>

<p><em>Shia</em><em>h becomes a new problem in Indonesia after hundreds years of living together. Currently, treatment to Shiah tends to violate the principles of religious freedom. Therefore, it is necessary to know, how the history of the emergence of Shiah and its development in Indonesia? This is a library research using a critical analysis approach. This study found that the Syiah is a religious ideology which refers to the views of Saidina Ali (the fourth khalifat) and his descendants. This teaching emerged since the beginning of the khulafaurasidin. Shiah has developed dozens of religiousstreams due to disagreement and differences on the idea of Imamah. There are four stages of Shiah development in Indonesia, namely: Firstly, along with the arrival of Islam in Indonesia; Secondly, after the Islamic revolution in Iran; Thirdly, through Indonesian Muslim Intellectuals who studied in Iran, and Finally,  during the open era there was an establishment of as association Jamaah Ahlul Bai’t Indonesia.</em></p>

<p>Technological developments have transformed the cash-money payment model into e-money, but the law on the use of e-money is still a debate in Indonesian Moslim society. This paper aims to analyze the legal use of e-money based on DSN-MUI fatwa No: 116/DSN-MUI /IX/2017 concerning Sharia Electronic Money. This research is a library research with descriptive analysis approach. E-money that was studied in this study was the BCA Flazz cards, Go-Pay, and Grab-Pay. Based on the Fatwa of MUI DSN on Shari’ah electronic money, the e-money system used in Indonesia today is not permitted because the issuer places the nominal amount of electronic money in conventional banks, if the card is lost the nominal amount of money in the issuer is also lost, and electronic money holders cannot be taken or cashed back.</p><p>Perkembangan teknologi telah mentransformasi model pembayaran dari cash-money menjadi e-money, tetapi hukum penggunaan e-money masih menjadi perdebatan di kalangan masyarakat Muslim Indonesia. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hukum penggunaan e-money berdasarkan fatwa DSN-MUI No: 116/DSN-MUI/IX/2017 tentang Uang Elektronik Syariah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analisis. E-money yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah kartu Flazz BCA, Go-Pay, dan Grab-Pay. Berdasarkan fatwa DSN MUI tentang Uang elektronik Syari’ah, maka sistem e-money yang dipakai di Indonesia hari ini tidak diperbolehkan karena penerbit menempatkan jumlah nominal uang elektronik di bank konvensional, apabila kartu hilang maka jumlah nominal uang yang ada di penerbit juga hilang, dan uang elektronik pemegang tidak bisa diambil atau diuangkan kembali.</p>

This study examines the relationship between humor, emotional intelligence and personality types. Based on the limitations of various studies on humor it is important to agree with intelligence as well as the type of ownership they have. This is because considering subjects who have certain personality types will choose a different style of humor. Personality in this case is OCEAN consists of five type, those are openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness dan neuroticism.  Humor consist of three types, those are cognitive humor, neutral humor, and violence humor. Likewise, emotional intelligence possessed by individuals will determine how each of them use humor in everyday life. Youth research subjects from several schools and universities. The sampling method uses convenience sampling technique. Respondent in this research is 1000, consist of male 425 subject (42,5%) and female 575 subject (57.5%). This research produces findings that show a significant relationship between variables and the greatest value in agreeableness personality with emotional intelligence in r = 0.265, p = 0.000 <0.05. The next significant relationship is cognitive humor with emotional intelligence in r = 0.083, p = 0.009 <0.05. The last significant relationship is neutral humor with consciousness personality in r = 0.119, p = 0.000 < 0.05.
