Human beings are the only creature whose capability of knowledge enabling them to develop. However, this could be hampered by the wrong epistemology understanding based on a religion they believe. This research aims to encourage human thought to be dynamically progressive without jeopardizing values of Qur’an. This is carried out through placing the Islamic epistemology on the autonomy of ration and empirical experiences and conducting dialectical process between them and Al-Qur’an.  Conclusions derived are that human knowledge can develop dynamically and progressively in line with the spirit of the Qur’an. It automatically has an impact on the development of holistic human resources. In this context, Islamic epistemology then is the main drive for the development of human resources.

Islam requires its adherents to study and develop science. Human knowledge continues to evolve with the times and the discovery of the secrets of nature. The Qur'an applies to all ages, even many things that can not be understood by man today, as many things also have begun to be understood over the course of time. All human beings have an interest in knowing the basics of natural science, because starting from the oxygen gas to breathe, the food and the necessary medicines, the environment and the natural disasters all are related to the natural sciences. Without the power of science how can humans can understand the universe to see the greatness of Allah swt. Therefore, the increase of human resources in Islamic society becomes a necessity.

The question of knowledge presents itself as one of the most importantissues for human thought and society because it is through knowledge thatwe establish a bond with God, ourselves, other human beings, the world, itsmeaning and purpose. We establish sociopolitical systems and civilizationson the basis of it. Defined as such, no society can dispense with knowledge.Knowledge, however, transcends the limits of social function and revealssomething of the deepest nature of the human being. Our state of being-inthe-world and being-created-by-God is revealed to us in our knowledge ofourselves. More importantly, we do not simply exist but also know that weexist. It is this knowledge that enables us to make sense of the world, conceiveit as an intelligible state of being, and realize our place and role in it.Knowledge, however, is always the knowledge of something. Everymeaningful statement is the affiition or negation of something. In knowinga physical entity, a concept, or a feeling, we affirm or negate the existenceof that “thing” which has become the subject of our knowledge. This“thing” and the “of” of our judgments ultimately hark back to the allencompassingreality of being, because what can be affirmed or negatedcannot be other than being. In this regard, there is no knowledge that precedesbeing. Every cognitive act directed toward ourselves or other thingsthat can be the subject of human knowledge is grounded in the all-inclusiveand penetrating reality of being. This aspect of being has been called inIslamic philosophy the in&@ al-wujud, “expansion of being,” and sometimesal-sarayun al-wujiid, “penetration of being.” In sharp contrast to theepistemologies of subjectivism, one is before one knows. Our existencealways precedes our knowledge of it, even though the latter may effect andmode the former in a myriad of ways. Said differently, the reality of beingis not exhausted in the deliverances of conceptual thought.’ ...

Abstract Introduction: Generally, in Epidemics, such as COVID-19, health care workers (HCWs) faces many problems which lead to a shortage and weakening of human resources in the health system. Therefore, using effective strategies to retain human resources is one of the most important issues during outbreaks. This study aims to collect and classify the proposed interventions to strengthen human health resources and their sustainability during epidemics through scoping review. Methods: In this scoping review study, 2300 studies were retrieved through searching international databases –PubMed, Embase, Scopus and Web of Science. The retrieved studies were screened, and finally, 50 studies were included for analysis. The strategies were classified using inductive qualitative content analysis. Results: Most of the studies were conducted in the United States and the United Kingdom. The target population in 39 studies was all health workers; five studies were on physicians, five studies on nurses, and only one study on dentists. The proposed interventions were classified into five categories: preparation, protection, support, treatment, and feedback. Discussion: Most studies focused on providing interventions in one or two dimensions of human resources, but these interventions were summarized and categorized in this review. Therefore, this study has a holistic view of various dimensions of strengthening and maintaining human health resources during epidemics by providing a thematic map. Considering that human beings are multidimensional, policymakers and managers of the health system should use a set of interventions that simultaneously cover different aspects of their needs to strengthen and maintain HCWs.

This study aims at exploring the role of human languages in establishing solid grounds for the continuity of human creativity and intelligence. Although it is not easy to define what a language is, no one denies that language is the most essential human device that helps people to communicate and get on well with each other. This capability of communication granted language its essential role in enhancing human beings survival and transmission of human knowledge, culture and the whole material advancement and heritage. For this end the study will be a qualitative historical survey of the role of human languages in extending human bonds and relationships for the sake of survival, safety and solidarity in a wild context at the first stages of human beings presence on earth, and later in a world of advanced technology where the whole world has come to be united as if it is a small village. The study will explore some verses of the Holly Qur’an that support human creation and ability to communicate. The theoretical frame work and the related literature will be outlined and explored to support the assumption and hypotheses of this study. The importance of the study will also be stated. The study will be processed through the methodology, the procedures and the discussion that will be followed for obtaining its findings. The study will be finalized by the main obtained results and recommendations for further future studies and a summary for the whole study. Key words: Enhancement of Creatıvıty; language; Inteligence.

According to a very common view, the main tenet of empiricism is the conviction that all human knowledge derives from sensory experience. But classic philosophers representing empiricism hold that mathematical knowledge is a priori. Mill intended to demonstrate that the laws of arithmetic and geometry have inductive origins. But Frege and others authors showed that Mill’s arguments were wrong. Benacerraf held that, since mathematical objects are abstract entities, they could not have any causal relationship with human beings, so they cannot be known by us. On the other hand, biology and psychology show that in animals and human creatures we can find innate behaviours, in accordance with the theory on natural selection. Experiments performed by Wynn and by other psychologists strongly support that very young babies can determine the results of simple arithmetical operations without any previous learning. We conclude that there are convincing reasons to accept the rationalist thesis about the a priori character of mathematical knowledge.

Human are other-driven beings. It is a dialectical process in that the need to construct the other is primarily driven by an urge for self-realisation and self actualisation. It is a universal urge in every individual and social group. It is particularly this urge to construct the other that motivates the human to venture into colonising relentlessly. Initially, colonisation was restricted to nature and its objects, but under capitalism it has become a generalised and universal phenomenon. Today, it has reached its climax after venturing into the last colony i.e. colonisation of life, its forms and processes. Human beings have used various tools and techniques for creating the colonies at different points of time. Census enumerations have adopted the universal political technologies under capitalism for the purpose of colonisation of life, its forms and processes.
