Along with the times there is an increasing need from various fields including cosmetics. The use of cosmetics among the public is used to maintain healthy skin, beautify and maintain appearance. This increased demand for cosmetics has led to industrial competition so that there are many producers who take advantage of using a mixture of harmful substances in the manufacture of cosmetics. Mercury is a toxic cosmetic ingredient which has been widely circulating in the market. The impact of using mercury includes allergies, poisoning, and damage. The halalness of a product is an important thing in the life of a Muslim, the requirements for a cosmetics are said to be halal based on the origin of the constituent ingredients, processing and the process of obtaining them, while for cosmetic safety it is based on the function and impact it causes. The importance of monitoring halal cosmetic products is not only the role of the government, but also from the producers and consumers who are wise in the use and manufacture of cosmetics. Overcoming this problem is by making cosmetics from natural ingredients in the form of jackfruit leaf extract (Artocarpus hetetophyllus) as a substitute for the use of mercury by inhibiting the formation of tyrosine which produces melanin pigment which makes skin dark. This paper uses a maceration method in extracting young jackfruit leaves, then testing the phytochemicals on the leaf extract, which contains tyrosinase inhibitors which are classified as polyphenols. Furthermore, the preparation of cosmetic gel preparations was carried out, then the stability test was carried out including the organoleptic test, pH test, viscosity test, and homogeneity test to determine the reactivity of the prepared gel which could later be mass produced. The gel making with the active compound tyrosinase inhibitor from jackfruit leaves fulfills the requirements of halal cosmetics and thoyyib is shown by not using haram and dangerous substances through the action of a tyrosinase inhibitor in the form of acetocarpanone which has no side effect on the body because it is obtained from natural ingredients.

This paper uses the relevant data from 2008 to 2017 to construct a multiple linear regression equation, and uses the generalized moment estimation model to explore the impact of financial development on industrial structure adjustment from the perspective of financial scale and efficiency. The results show that financial efficiency can promote the rationalization and upgrading of industrial structure, but the impact of financial scale on industrial structure is two-sided. Increasing financial scale can increase the amount of industrial financing and accelerate the process of industrial structure upgrading. However, blindly increasing the supply of loans will lead to the birth of bad investment, thus failing to promote the rationalization of industrial structure. Based on this, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions, such as promoting the diversified development of the financial industry, improving the imbalance of financial development in various provinces, promoting the reasonable investment structure and the development of high-tech industry, and giving full play to the role of the government.

Convensional model of public policy makings in Sambas district, West Borneo Province, so far rely more on the strength of institutional structures and elites with less open processes. The impact in many case of planning has failed to identify and accommodate governance issues. This research uses qualitative explorative methods which are assisted with soft system methodology as suggester by Checkland (1999). Analysis of research uses collaborative governance theory in looking at the process of preparation of regional medium term development plan (RPJMD) of 2016-2021. Result of this research illustrates that the failure in the preparation of planning for this is caused by access to stakeholder involvement that is limited, the role of the government is very dominant so that RPJMD is not considered as a shared commitment and responsibility, the implication of each party working independently in accordance with their respective interest. It is also apparent that the process of preparing planning has not been sufficient to meet accessability and drivers in the form of citizen's education and lack of seriousness in the implementation of bureaucratic reform to become an implementative reference for the formation of participatory policy making according to the perspective of collaborative governance in regions with similar characteristics.

Purpose: Over time, plants have been a major source of medicine to treat and cure various ailments and diseases. In many cases, the dosages and standardization of these herbal products have been so ignored that it results in these products causing damages to certain organs of the body unnoticed. The impact of ethanolic leaf extract of Nauclea latifolia on the testes was determined using Wistar rats. Method: 500, 1000 and 1500 mg of ethanolic leaf extract of Nauclea latifolia /kg body weight was administered for 21 days to 4 groups of animals (n=10). Blood sample was taken for hormonal assay, testicular weight measured, and histological procedure done, and the tissues stained with PAS. Results: Result from hormonal assay showed reduced level of testosterone and follicle stimulating hormone. After histological staining using periodic acid Schiff method (PAS) and subsequent examination using a compound microscope, there was a reduced level of glycogen granules in all the Nauclea latifolia groups. Findings from this study also showed that the ethanolic leaf extract of Nauclea latifolia at all doses significantly reduced testicular weight (p<0.05). Conclusion: This study reveals that Nauclea latifolia is anti-androgenic.

This paper is devoted to analysis of the stability of the economy according to an extended version of Kaldor's economic growth model. We consider the role of the government and its simultaneous monetary and fiscal policies and we study whether or not a time delay between the recognition and the implementation of its fiscal policy can affect the economic stability. Numerical simulations provide further conclusions about the long-term behavior of the four variables modeled—namely, national income, capacity of production, bonds value and money supply.

We are attempting to review the stability of the internal exchange rates of paper money and gold and to examine the effects of the mysterious anti-crypto money policy. We used the ordinary least squares quantitative method to compare the resilience of the internal values of gold and USD against inflation and the charts to see the impact of anti-crypto money policy along with the resilience of gold and USD against the turbulence of internal exchange rate stability. When viewed from R-squared and Adjusted R-squared inflation can be said no significant effect on world crude oil prices with USD as a means of payment. So the world oil turbulence is influenced by another variable that is more significant than inflation. This paper has contribution to the government in monetary side to derive the digital money regulation in order to secure the digital transaction.

The fierce competition among enterprises and disordered market price competition have affected the development of the whole regional economy. Government tax subsidies have always been regarded as the advantages of enterprise development, but the mechanism of the influence of government tax on regional economic development, especially the impact on market price, has not been explored. Based on the Bertrand competition, applying chaos control theory, considering the government revenue rate, the influence of government tax on the price behavior and market price stability is analyzed, and then the numerical simulation is carried out. The research shows that the price adjustment of enterprises is a complicated process and government tax is helpful to the stability of market price. The government tax rate increasing can increase the stable region of price equilibrium and reduce the bifurcation and chaos of the price game system.

Abstract The social benefits of interpersonal synchrony are widely recognized. Yet, little is known about its impact on the self. According to enactive cognitive science, the human self for its stability and regulation needs to balance social attunement with disengagement from others. Too much interpersonal synchrony is considered detrimental for a person’s ability to self-regulate. In this study, 66 adults took part in the Body-Conversation Task (BCT), a dyadic movement task promoting spontaneous social interaction. Using whole-body behavioural imaging, we investigated the simultaneous impact of interpersonal synchrony (between persons) and intrapersonal synchrony (within a person) on positive affect and self-regulation of affect. We hypothesized that interpersonal synchrony’s known tendency to increase positive affect would have a trade-off, decreasing a person’s ability to self-regulate affect. Interpersonal synchrony predicted an increase in positive affect. Consistent with our hypothesis, it simultaneously predicted a weakening in self-regulation of affect. Intrapersonal synchrony, however, tended to oppose these effects. Our findings challenge the widespread belief that harmony with others has only beneficial effects, pointing to the need to better understand the impact of interaction dynamics on the stability and regulation of the human self.
