Sidoarjo regency is a district that has marine waters and has the potential to capture the resources of the shell. It is very influential in the livelihoods of the community, especially people sedati, sidoarjo. One of the resources in Sedati is the blood cockle (Anadara sp.), These shells include bivalves that live on the bottom substrate with muddy sand conditions. Catching of the shell has been done in hereditary by Sedati community. This catching activity can have an adverse effect if the capture of blood cockle (Anadara sp.) Is not controlled in an environmentally friendly and sustainable manner and the pollution of the marine environment in Sedati also has an effect on the quality of the Sedati sea waters. This study examines the growth aspect of long-range distribution, long relationship of weight, condition factor and sex ratio of blood cockle (Anadara sp.) in sedati waters, Sidoarjo, East Java.

The study was carried out to determine length-weight relationship and sex ratio of a freshwater fish Amblypharyngodon mola (Hamilton 1822) collected from Dekar haor of Sunamganj district during the period of January to August 2017. A total of 2000 fishes were collected for the study and categorized these fishes into three groups namely males, females and combined sexes. Among 2000 mola 777 were male and 1223 were female. Length-weight equations and the correlation coefficients obtained for males, females and combined ones were: males Y = –1.97 + 3.00X, r = 0.883; females Y = –2.30 + 3.41X, r = 0.914 and combined Y = –2.11 + 3.16X, r = 0.904. Female’s A. mola attained more weight with the increases in length. Value of correlation coefficient ‘r’ was 0.883 for male and exhibited highly positive correlation between length and weight. On the contrary, ‘r’ value for female was 0.914 and it had also strongly positive correlation between length and weight relationships. Length-weight relationship of A. mola for male, female and combined sexes showed allometric pattern of growth. Condition factor ‘K’ for male, female and combined sexes was 1.09, 1.05 and 1.06, respectively and indicated better condition of fishes. The highest sex ratio (1 : 2.05) was found in May and the lowest (1 : 1.33) was in February. Dominance of females over males throughout the year was observed with an average ratio of male and female 1 : 1.57. Therefore, results of the study indicate that the existing hydrobiological conditions of the haor are conducive for food availability, free movement, feeding and better growth of the fish. Asiat. Bonylip barb (Osteochilus vittatus Valenciennes, 1842) is an indigenous fish which is the main target of fishermen in lake Rawa Pening. This study aims to determine the biological parameters including length-weight relationship, con-dition factor, and sex ratio of bonylip barb in lake Rawa Pening, Semarang Regency. Fish sampling was conducted biweekly from October 2019 to March 2020, caught using bamboo blinds operated by local fishermen. Data collected consisted of total length, individual weight, and sex. Data on the length-weight relationship and condition factors were analyzed descriptively, while the sex ratio was analyzed with the chi-square test (χ2). The results showed that female bonylip barb was obtained as many as 392 individuals with a length-range between 10.0-26.0 cm and a weight range between 14.5-264.1 g. The male counted 255 individuals with a length range of 10.2-22.4 cm and a weight range of 15.0-160.9 g. The growth pattern was allometric negative. The equation of the length-weight relationship of female was W = 0.0186 L 2.9096 (R² = 0.9527), and the male was W = 0.0151 L 2.9689 (R² = 0.9386). The value of the average condition factor of females was 1.05, and the males was 1.02. The condition factor in females was in excellent condition (> 1.05), and males were in good condition (0.95-1.05). The overall sex ratio of male and female was 1:1.54. It means that females population was significantly higher than males.

The species of Liza tade were collected from Mawlamyine, Mon State, Myanmar during June 2018 to May 2019. The analysis of fishes was based on 1264 specimens ranging in size from 10 to 30cm and in weight from 15 to 190g. The length-weight relationship of L. tade was determined for males, females and combined sexes as W=0.016L2.82, W=0.016L2.84 and W=0.016L2.83 respectively. The samples have been found to be negative allometric growth pattern (b˂3). The results indicated that the value of correlation coefficient (r) for males, females and combined sexes were as 0.972, 0.975 and 0.973, which were closer to 1 indicating that the length-weight relationship was highly correlated. The condition factor (K) was recorded as 1.088 for males, 1.140 for females and 1.114 for all individuals respectively.

Purpose The purpose of this study was to identify levels of self-compassion in adults who do and do not stutter and to determine whether self-compassion predicts the impact of stuttering on quality of life in adults who stutter. Method Participants included 140 adults who do and do not stutter matched for age and gender. All participants completed the Self-Compassion Scale. Adults who stutter also completed the Overall Assessment of the Speaker's Experience of Stuttering. Data were analyzed for self-compassion differences between and within adults who do and do not stutter and to predict self-compassion on quality of life in adults who stutter. Results Adults who do and do not stutter exhibited no significant differences in total self-compassion, regardless of participant gender. A simple linear regression of the total self-compassion score and total Overall Assessment of the Speaker's Experience of Stuttering score showed a significant, negative linear relationship of self-compassion predicting the impact of stuttering on quality of life. Conclusions Data suggest that higher levels of self-kindness, mindfulness, and social connectedness (i.e., self-compassion) are related to reduced negative reactions to stuttering, an increased participation in daily communication situations, and an improved overall quality of life. Future research should replicate current findings and identify moderators of the self-compassion–quality of life relationship.

If the customer is greater than acceptable level of service, the cutomer is not satisfied. Conversely, if an acceptable level of service greater than the expectations of customers, the customer will be satisfied. This means that if Bank BRI branch Fatmawati can improve service quality to its customer it will affect the level of satisfaction. In this research found evidence that, in terms of the creation of quality services, Bank BRI branch Fatmawati is one of the branches that participate to implement the established policies and service in accordance with the exiting service standard in the banking world. Amount of influence the determination of quality of service policies applied by the Bank BRI branch Fatmawati indicated by r2. r2 value only 45 % and the rest 55 % influenced by other variables not studied. Meanwhile, the variable relationship of service quality to customer satisfaction can be seen from the values r = 0,67. This shows the value of the correlation coefficient between the variables of service quality to customer satisfaction. This means there are strong relationships between the independent variable X (quality of service) to the dependent variable Y (customer satisfaction). Since r = 0,67 (67 %) greater then 50 %.

The scientific problem of economics “Managing the quality of human life” is formulated on the basis of artificial intelligence, algebra of logic and logical-probabilistic calculus. Managing the quality of human life is represented by managing the processes of his treatment, training and decision making. Events in these processes and the corresponding logical variables relate to the behavior of a person, other persons and infrastructure. The processes of the quality of human life are modeled, analyzed and managed with the participation of the person himself. Scenarios and structural, logical and probabilistic models of managing the quality of human life are given. Special software for quality management is described. The relationship of human quality of life and the digital economy is examined. We consider the role of public opinion in the management of the “bottom” based on the synthesis of many studies on the management of the economics and the state. The bottom management is also feedback from the top management.

Introduction: There is a decline in male fertility thus new treatments are needed. Aims: To test the efficacy of a new dietary supplement developed in the USA and registered as a curing drug in Hungary (OGYI). Methods: In a clinical trial 100 men with low sperm quality (spermium count 5–20 M/ml, good motility 10–40%, and adverse shape 30–50%) were examined. Results: Sperm parameters were measured before and after a 3-month treatment and after another 3-month without treatment. This dietary supplement statistically and clinically significantly improved sperm count and motility. In 74 cases this dietary supplement demonstrated a beneficial effect on sperm quality (more than 10% increase in sperm count, or quality of motility, or shape); in 16 cases the improvement exceeded 30%. No adverse effect could be accounted for this treatment. Conclusions: This new dietary supplement may contribute to the treatment of male infertility. Orv. Hetil., 2012, 153, 1787–1792.
