A Muslim who works as a form of workship to Allah SWT make attempts to obtain wealth by means of the lawful and good. As well as within the organization, a Muslim who gained the trust of the other party will always manage cooperatives by prioritizing and applying traits according to traits owned by Rasulallah, one of which is the trusthworthy traits and is able to provide a positive influence to others within the organization.The research method used is case study with a qualitative descriptive approach. This study uses interviews in primary data collection. The scope of research is limited to the focus on the cooperative manager of Qomaruddin boarding school Sampurnan Bungah in Gresik and find answers on how to implement the trustworthy traits of Rasulalllah on the management of the cooperative.The result of this research is the implementation of the trustworthy traits of Rasulallah SAW has already been implemented properly by the cooperative manager of the cooperative boarding school in the form of cooperative management in accordance with Islamic principle, because the cooperative management fullfilled with the 3 indicators such as responsibility, trusworthiness and transparency so that the growth and development of cooperative boarding school survived until today. The manager of the boarding school cooperative that implements the trustworthy traits of Rasulallah able to make policy and ethical Islamic system which resulted in an Islamic organization. The cooperative management has implemented the trustworthy traits correctly, by implementing those trustworthy traits, kopontren obtain the benefit. Kopontren manager interpret the business benefits based on the blessing of sustenance and pleasure of Allah SWT from the management as well as the ability and the sincerity to provide benefits to many parties.

Pesantren, as an authentic educational institution initiated by Indonesian Muslims, provides parents aneffective alternative to educate their children. For years, pesantren has proven trusted in educating youthand establishing a standard in both general and religious educations. In this study, the researchers willdiscuss factors that motivate parents to entrust pesantren as the institution to educate their children. Thisstudy uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, andthe results of relevant studies. After analyzing the data, the results indicate that there are two types ofmotives among parents. First is general motivation in placing children in pesantren, namely intrinsicmotivation which covers parents' ideals having a generation with the quality of faith and good moralconduct, forming morals, and building strong physical and mental. The other factor is extrinsic motivation,including intense, integrated, and comprehensive Islamic teaching, positive activities carried outcontinuously for 24 hours, and proper coaching methods. The two factors indicate that parents' motivationto entrust pesantren as an educational institution is relevant to current conditions in which the youngergeneration is prone to moral depravity

This study aims to describe the implementation of management functions of PondokPesantrenTahfizhPutri (PPTP) at one of the Islamic Boarding School in East Java Indonesia. The Education system integrated with the formal school. The subject of this study are 17 participants. The research method used a qualitative descriptive approach as guidance so that the research focus to describe research's form question or problem identification. Result of the research show that the planning function in its management has long-term planning in vision, mission, and objectives of the foundation. Besides, the organizing function related to the organizational structure.

Human beings needs to fulfill their life, entertainment is one of them. In this era of digitalization there are various form of enrtainment, one of them is cinema. CINEMA 21's is the largest and vast growing group of cinemas in Indonesia with many branches nationwide. CINEMA 21 public relations always try to improve their reputation by providing best facilities to its customers. The purpose of this research, is to analyze CINEMA 21's public relations activities to improve their reputation. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with primary data collection conducted through in-depth interviews with internal and external corporate sources, while secondarydata through company data (Company Profile), books, Internet (Articles) and Websites. The results of this research found that CINEMA 21's public relations activities managed to maintain the company's reputation.

The purpose of this research is to determine the welfare of employees at the Nurul Hayat Foundation, which is viewed from the perspective of the maqashid sharia, which is about religion, soul, intelligence, generation, and wealth. The research method used is a case study with a descriptive qualitative approach. Qualitative descriptive is researching a group of people, an object, a condition, or something in the present. The purpose of this descriptive research is to make an accurate description of the facts, traits and relationships between events that occur in real life. This study uses the interview process in primary data collection. The interview process was conducted with 7 employees of the Nurul Hayat Foundation. The results of this research are the Nurul Hayat Foundation as a sharia institution that always prioritizes religious values. Nurul Hayat Institution is the welfare of its employees by implementing policies for its employees. Through these policies all employees feel prosperous and fulfilled their needs as measured by the five indicators of maqashid sharia, namely maintaining religion, maintaining the soul, maintaining intelligence, maintaining generation, and maintaining wealth.Keywords: Employment, Employee Welfare, Islamic Welfare, Maqashid Sharia

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini merupakan untuk mengetahui bagaimana wakaf produktif terhadap pembangunan infrastruktur Griya khadijah di PUSPAS Universitas Airlangga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif- deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus dimana penelitian ini dilakukan dengan wawancara,dokumentasi dan observasi. Teknik pengumpulan data primer diperoleh dengan wawancara dengan nazhir PUSPAS Universias Airlangga dan pengelola Griya khadijah. kemudian, dilakukan triangulasi dan dianalisis untuk mendapatkan hasil kesimpulan. Data sekunder diperoleh melalui buku teks, jurnal ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa nazhir PUSPAS Universitas Airangga menerima dan mengelolah wakaf produktif berupa wakaf uang dan wakaf manfaat temporer dari wakif berupa satu unit rumah di jalan kalikepiting dimana rumah wakaf temporer itu di bangun/direnovasi menjadi griya khadijah akan menghasilkan manfaat untuk mauquf alaih(mahasiswi) berupa tempat tinggal mahasiswi yang di dalamnya terdapat program pembinaan dan pengembangan karakter bagi mahasiswi.Kata kunci : wakaf, wakaf produktif, pembangunan, nazhir PUSPAS Universitas Airlangga. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the role of productive waqf in the development of Griya Khadijah infrastructure at PUSPAS Universitas Airlangga. This study used a qualitative-descriptive approach with a case study method where this research was conducted by interview, documentation and observation. Primary data collection techniques were obtained through interviews with nazhir PUSPAS Universias Airlangga and the manager of Griya Khadijah. the results of the interview will be triangulated and analyzed to get the conclusion. Secondary data were obtained through text books and relevant scientific journals. The results of this study indicate that Nazhir PUSPAS Airlangga University receives and manages productive waqf in the form of cash waqf and temporary benefit waqf from waqf in the form of a house on Kalikepiting street. The temporary waqf house is built or renovated into a khadija griya which will produce benefits for mauquf alaih (female students) in the form of student residences in which there is a program of coaching and character development for female students..Keywords: waqf, waqf Productive, Infrastructure, Nazhir , Nazhir PUSPAS Airlangga University.

The aim of the study is to know the Consumption Rationality of Moslem Farmer in Sumber Village, Probolinggo District in Islamic perspective. The method used case study with qualitative descriptive approach. This study is using interview for primary data. This study scope focus is limited to moslem farmer in Sumber Village, Probolinggo District who has their own farmland. In this study, consumption preference theory in Islam is used as a scope to search answers on how is the rationality consumption of moslem farmer in sumber village Probolinggo District in Islamic perspective. The results obtained were how Moslem Farmer in Sumber Village, Probolinggo District consumption is in accordance with the consumption rationality in Islam. It is proven by the balance between mundane (duniawi) consumption with the afterlife, and how the necessity fulfilled suits consumption principal in Islam.

In the digital era 4.0, the necessary e-learning skills of the santri at the Gontor 12 Tanjung Jabung Timur modern Islamic boarding school are fundamental to be included in the pesantren education management system. The goal is to improve the students' skills to be highly competitive with other public school graduates. This research examines the education management applied and the learning methods implemented to support the students' skills at the boarding school. The methodology used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach with a type of case study. This approach can clearly explain the phenomena of the research phenomena and entirely from the new findings at the Pondok Pesantren Modern Darussalam Gontor 12 Tanjung Jabung Timur. This study indicates new effective methods to support e-learning-based santri skills through the learning process using the Yadan-Biyadin method. Yadan-biyadin is a method of conveying material from one hand to another or from one santri to another.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan nilai-nilai Islam yang diterapkan di SJP, tantangan apa saja yang dihadapi dan menguak alasan masih digunakannya lembaga keuangan konvensional dalam operasinya. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Wawancara dengan pimpinan perusahaan dilakukan untuk memperoleh data utama dan hasilnya dibandingkan dengan hasil observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara dengan karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang konstruksi ini menerapkan nilai-nilai Islam dengan memperbolehkan karyawati membawa anak ke kantor, pembagian zakat, serta program kurban dan umrah. Selain itu, perusahaan membangun Rumah Quran dan menjadi donatur tetap di pesantren dan masjid sekitar perusahaan. Usaha untuk mengislamkan perusahaan tidak selalu mulus. Beberapa situasi memaksa perusahaan menggunakan produk bank konvensional. Dalam situasi lain, kekeliruan pandangan pimpinan perusahaan terhadap lembaga keuangan syariah membuat lembaga keuangan konvensional masih digunakan.Kata Kunci: Penerapan nilai-nilai Islam di Perusahaan, Lembaga Keuangan Syariah, Manajemen Islami, Indonesia ABSTRACTThis research aims to describe Islamic values implemented by PT SJP, the challenges, and the reasons why they still use conventional financial institutions in their performances. Research method used was case study with qualitative-descriptive approach. The interview result with the head of the company was compared to the results of observation, documentation, and interview with the employees. The results of the research indicated that this company which engaged in the construction sector has implemented Islamic values by allowing female employees bring their children to the office, distributing zakat, as well as holding qurban and umrah programmes. Furthermore, the company built Rumah Quran and becomes a permanent donor to several Islamic boarding schools and mosques around them. Numerous efforts that have been done to make the company have Islamic values do not always go well. Some situations urge the company to use conventional bank products. In another situation, misperception of the head of the company on Islamic financial institutions makes conventional financial institutions still used.Keywords:  Islamic values in company, Islamic financial institutions, Islamic Management, Indonesia

Abstrak Artikel ini membahas tentang alat transportasi saat ini bukan hanya sekedar untuk alat perpindahan atau mobilitas saja, namun untuk efisiensi waktu dan meminimalisir kemacetan. Memberikan pelayanan terbaik untuk konsumen menjadi tolak ukur keberhasilan sebuah perusahaan transportasi. Perusahaan yang berhasil memasarkan produk/jasanya kepada konsumen dengan pelayanan yang memuaskan mendapatkan brand yang baik dimata konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan yang para sopir Gojek dan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan sopir dalam pandangan Perspektif Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pendekatan penelitian lapangan (field research) Sehingga penelitian ini juga bisa disebut penelitian kasus atau study kasus (case study) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Gojek terdapat standar operasional prosedur dalam melayani konsumen baik itu terkait dengan penampilan sopir masih belum sesuai. Jika ditinjau dari cara bisnis menurut sifat Rosullulah yaitu terkait dengan sifat Shiddiq, Amanah, Thabligh, Fathanah masih belum sepenuhnya sesuai. Kata kunci : Gojek, Sopir, Pelayanan, Jasa, Konsumen   This article discusses the current means of transportation not just for moving equipment or mobility, but for time efficiency and to minimize congestion. Providing the best service for consumers is a measure of the success of a transportation company. Companies that successfully market their products / services to consumers with satisfying service get a good brand in the eyes of consumers. This study was conducted aiming to determine the quality of service offered by Gojek drivers and to determine the quality of driver services in the view of the Islamic Perspective. The research method used is the field research approach so that this research can also be called a case study or case study with a qualitative descriptive approach. From the results of these studies it can be concluded that Gojek has standard operational procedures in serving consumers both related to the appearance of the driver is still not appropriate. When viewed from the way of business according to the nature of Rosullulah which is related to the nature of Shiddiq, Amanah, Thabligh, Fathanah is still not entirely appropriate. Joblessness and lack of social welfare are economic problems which require the involvement of all people to overcome. The education aspect which functions to prepare educated human resource also plays important roles in reducing the level of joblessness and increase the social welfare. Islamic Boarding School Sidogiri Pasuruan as an educational institution not only provides Salaf education materials, but gives social benefits through its social entrepreneurship program.The aim of this research is to discover the social entrepreneurship applied at Islamic Boarding School Sidogiri Pasuruan. This research uses qualitative descriptive approach, by using a qualitative research of case study. Technique of data collection applied in this research is through documents, interview, participatory observation, and documentation upon the informants selected by using purposive sampling methods.The results of the research show that the application of social entrepreneurship at Islamic Boarding School Sidogiri Pasuruan can be proven by the innovation of establishment of social entrepreneurship institution, i.e. Kopontren Sidogiri (Cooperative of Islamic Boarding School Sidogiri), Pustaka Sidogiri, Buletin Sidogiri (Sidogiri Buletin), BMT Maslahah, BMT UGT Sidogiri, BPRS UMMU Sidogiri dan Koperasi Agro Sidogiri (Sidogiri Agribusiness Cooperative). They have been established based on the ideas and roles of civil society of Islamic Boarding School Sidogiri Pasuruan to maintain the economic activities, i.e. the duty of delivering Islamic values (dakwah), business, and providing social values for the society around Islamic Boarding School Sidogiri Pasuruan.
