Human beings needs to fulfill their life, entertainment is one of them. In this era of digitalization there are various form of enrtainment, one of them is cinema. CINEMA 21's is the largest and vast growing group of cinemas in Indonesia with many branches nationwide. CINEMA 21 public relations always try to improve their reputation by providing best facilities to its customers. The purpose of this research, is to analyze CINEMA 21's public relations activities to improve their reputation. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with primary data collection conducted through in-depth interviews with internal and external corporate sources, while secondarydata through company data (Company Profile), books, Internet (Articles) and Websites. The results of this research found that CINEMA 21's public relations activities managed to maintain the company's reputation.

This research is expected to provide clearer explanations to readers regarding the Strategy of Marketing Public Relations Ruci’s Joint conducting and communicating rebranding to increase sales value. The purpose of this research is to know Marketing Public Relations Ruci’s Joint’s Strategy in conducting and communicationg rebranding to increase sales value. The main theory used is Marketing Public Relations and the other supporting theories are brand, and rebranding. The method of insulation used is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection thechniques are done by conducting in-depth interviews, and observations. The speakers in this study are form internal and external companies. The data obtained from the subject of this study are analyzed by data analysis techniques, while for the data trust techniques using source triangulation data.

This study aims: (1) to determine the morals of students in SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. (2) to determine the implementation of Islamic Personal Development (BPI) in building the morals of students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. (3) to find out the results of the Islamic Personal Development (BPI) in building the morals of students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. The purpose of this study was to determine the morals of students, the implementation of Islamic Personal Development and to find out the results of Islamic Personal Development in fostering the morals of students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. This study used a qualitative research method with a case study approach. This study used data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation study. The data used are primary data obtained directly from respondents regarding the implementation of Islamic Personal Development. Meanwhile, secondary data in the form of theories and other supporting data were obtained from literature and school archives documentation. All of these data are materials to describe the implementation of Islamic Personal Development (BPI) at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The morals of the students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City are good enough. (2) Implementation of Islamic Personal Development in fostering the morals of students at Inspiratif Al-Ilham Elementary School, Banjar City, namely through coaching which includes guidance by exemplary, guidance with habituation and guidance with advice (3) The results of the Islamic Personal Development (BPI) in fostering the morals of students at the Inspiratif Al-Ilham Elementary School, Banjar City are quite good, where students have been able to show behavior according to the existing indicators, including being able to carry out congregational prayers and prayers. sunnah dhuha and qiyamullail, reciting dhikr after every prayer and so on.

This study aims to determine the pattern formation of farmer groups and the dynamics surrounding it. Theoretically, this research is expected to complement previous studies and as a material for further study the interaction problems of farmers in the group. The research method in this study is a qualitative descriptive symbolic interaction perspective. The unit of analysis in this study is the interaction between individuals in a partnership contract with the farmers do Perhutani office and perceptions that arise from the current fertility involved in these interactions. The data collection is done by means of unstructured interviews, in-depth interviews (depth interview), and the observation participation. The data were analyzed qualitatively. The study's findings include the discovery of the three main sources of formation of farmer groups, which are formed due to the dynamics problem fertilizer distribution mechanism, their help, and through association study.Ultimately verifier will recommend the farmer group based institutional track record and activeness in the sustainability of the program, both in terms of activities, maintenance, as well as the accountability side.

This study aims to analyze how the Baluwarti Surakarta Tourism Village builds village branding. The components of the formation of village branding include the physical potential of the village that is unique, natural, rare, and has the concept of community empowerment. In formulating village branding, this study uses the Blue Ocean Strategy in which competition with other tourist villages is irrelevant. The use of digital branding is also associated with the village branding business in Baluwarti Tourism Village. The research method used is descriptive qualitative and data collection techniques with direct observation to the research locus and in-depth interviews with research informants. The results of this study indicate that Surakarta's Baluwarti Tourism Village needs to have a Public Relations whose role is to optimize the role of all stakeholders in achieving village branding, especially empowering the Baluwarti community and utilizing effective and efficient communication media.

AbstractThe specific purpose of this research is to know the historical values in Ngabungbang Tradition and to know the extent of the inheritance of historical values Ngabungbang tradition applied in learning history using excursion method.This research was conducted in History Studies Program History FKIP Galuh Ciamis University, case study in the first grade students, using qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection is done by observation, interview, and document analysis. The results showed that Ngabungbang Tradition was held every 14 months Maulud in Batulawang Village, Pataruman Sub District, Banjar City. The values of the Ngabungbang Tradition are religious, aesthetic, economical, social, disciplinary, democratic, creative, honesty, homeland and other values. The purpose of this research is to determine the welfare of employees at the Nurul Hayat Foundation, which is viewed from the perspective of the maqashid sharia, which is about religion, soul, intelligence, generation, and wealth. The research method used is a case study with a descriptive qualitative approach. Qualitative descriptive is researching a group of people, an object, a condition, or something in the present. The purpose of this descriptive research is to make an accurate description of the facts, traits and relationships between events that occur in real life. This study uses the interview process in primary data collection. The interview process was conducted with 7 employees of the Nurul Hayat Foundation. The results of this research are the Nurul Hayat Foundation as a sharia institution that always prioritizes religious values. Nurul Hayat Institution is the welfare of its employees by implementing policies for its employees. Through these policies all employees feel prosperous and fulfilled their needs as measured by the five indicators of maqashid sharia, namely maintaining religion, maintaining the soul, maintaining intelligence, maintaining generation, and maintaining wealth.Keywords: Employment, Employee Welfare, Islamic Welfare, Maqashid Sharia

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to analysisthe work of illustrated imagesin representing deviation of self behaviour’s students in SD 3 Karangbener. The benifit of this study is theoretical benefit that is useful for science so that it can contribute ideas or add information for the development of education.This research method is qualitative with a case study approach chosen as a study participant of 3 students. The Data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews, documentation, observation. Analysis of the validity of the data used in this study is use triangulation  and then analyze the data by reducing data, presenting data and verifying. Adapun manfaat penelitian ini adalah manfaat teoritis yaitu berguna untuk ilmu  pengetahuan sehingga dapat memberi sumbangan pemikiran atau menambah informasi bagi  perkembangan ilmu pendidikan.  Metode  penelitian  ini  adalah kualitatif  dengan  pendekatan  studi kasus yang dipilih sebagai partisipan penelitian  berjumlah 3 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi,  observasi.  Analisis keabsahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah  menggunakan  triangulasi  kemudian  analisis data  dengan  cara  mereduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi. Hasil penenlitian yang diperoleh yaitu ekspresi gambar dari pemikiran, ide, dan  konsep diri mengenai penyebab deviasi simbol ekspresi dalam visualisasi  gambar siswa.Kata kunci: Ekspresi, gambar anak, deviasi perilaku

A Muslim who works as a form of workship to Allah SWT make attempts to obtain wealth by means of the lawful and good. As well as within the organization, a Muslim who gained the trust of the other party will always manage cooperatives by prioritizing and applying traits according to traits owned by Rasulallah, one of which is the trusthworthy traits and is able to provide a positive influence to others within the organization.The research method used is case study with a qualitative descriptive approach. This study uses interviews in primary data collection. The scope of research is limited to the focus on the cooperative manager of Qomaruddin boarding school Sampurnan Bungah in Gresik and find answers on how to implement the trustworthy traits of Rasulalllah on the management of the cooperative.The result of this research is the implementation of the trustworthy traits of Rasulallah SAW has already been implemented properly by the cooperative manager of the cooperative boarding school in the form of cooperative management in accordance with Islamic principle, because the cooperative management fullfilled with the 3 indicators such as responsibility, trusworthiness and transparency so that the growth and development of cooperative boarding school survived until today. The manager of the boarding school cooperative that implements the trustworthy traits of Rasulallah able to make policy and ethical Islamic system which resulted in an Islamic organization. The cooperative management has implemented the trustworthy traits correctly, by implementing those trustworthy traits, kopontren obtain the benefit. Kopontren manager interpret the business benefits based on the blessing of sustenance and pleasure of Allah SWT from the management as well as the ability and the sincerity to provide benefits to many parties.

The purpose of this study is to find out how PDAM Tirtawening's public relations strategy in responding to consumer complaints during the Covid-19 pandemic. After the Covid-19 pandemic, there were many changes ranging from social changes, community behavior actions, to changes in public services, especially in Pdam Tirtawening Bandung. This study uses descriptive studies with a skin-skinned approach. Data collection techniques in this study are observations, in-depth interviews with informants that have been determined by researchers consisting of 3 informants. Based on system theory by defining problems, planning and programming, communicating, evaluating this study found the fact that PDAM Tirtawening's Public Relations strategy during the Covid-19 pandemic is still receiving complaints, although the complaint is only submitted through social media twitter therefore PDAM Tirtawening strives as quickly as possible to respond to complaints and problems.

This paper evaluates the feminization of Public Relations (P.R.) and how that may shape the role of P.R. in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). One goal is to highlight the implications for the unique females’ functions between male managers and female P.R. practitioners. Research questions include: What are the common challenges and gender issues in public relations in the UAE? Do P.R. managers encourage the recruitment of female workers and leaders in the P.R. field? Therefore, the findings of the research are based on qualitative primary data derived from semi-structured in-depth interviews with the P.R. managers and P.R. female practitioners. The paper concludes that UAE public relations staff members continue to execute their main roles. Therefore, male and female workers differed significantly in their views about gender fairness in work locations, roles, status, ranks and tasks, responsibilities, and work-life balance.
