Abstrak Artikel ini membahas tentang alat transportasi saat ini bukan hanya sekedar untuk alat perpindahan atau mobilitas saja, namun untuk efisiensi waktu dan meminimalisir kemacetan. Memberikan pelayanan terbaik untuk konsumen menjadi tolak ukur keberhasilan sebuah perusahaan transportasi. Perusahaan yang berhasil memasarkan produk/jasanya kepada konsumen dengan pelayanan yang memuaskan mendapatkan brand yang baik dimata konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan yang para sopir Gojek dan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan sopir dalam pandangan Perspektif Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pendekatan penelitian lapangan (field research) Sehingga penelitian ini juga bisa disebut penelitian kasus atau study kasus (case study) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Gojek terdapat standar operasional prosedur dalam melayani konsumen baik itu terkait dengan penampilan sopir masih belum sesuai. Jika ditinjau dari cara bisnis menurut sifat Rosullulah yaitu terkait dengan sifat Shiddiq, Amanah, Thabligh, Fathanah masih belum sepenuhnya sesuai. Kata kunci : Gojek, Sopir, Pelayanan, Jasa, Konsumen   This article discusses the current means of transportation not just for moving equipment or mobility, but for time efficiency and to minimize congestion. Providing the best service for consumers is a measure of the success of a transportation company. Companies that successfully market their products / services to consumers with satisfying service get a good brand in the eyes of consumers. This study was conducted aiming to determine the quality of service offered by Gojek drivers and to determine the quality of driver services in the view of the Islamic Perspective. The research method used is the field research approach so that this research can also be called a case study or case study with a qualitative descriptive approach. From the results of these studies it can be concluded that Gojek has standard operational procedures in serving consumers both related to the appearance of the driver is still not appropriate. When viewed from the way of business according to the nature of Rosullulah which is related to the nature of Shiddiq, Amanah, Thabligh, Fathanah is still not entirely appropriate. Telkomsel Call Center Office is the call center service office for 24 hours which is facilitated by the telecommunications operator service companies Telkomsel in order to optimize the quality of service to its customers. Service optimisation is certainly influenced by internal company both in terms of the work system as well as where its taken place. One case study is taken, i.e. Telkomsel Call Center Office in Gedung Infomedia Nusantara -Bandung. Interior design on this Office has not applied optimally where affect the satisfaction of workers, mainly call center agents. This often raises the boredom on the agents whom do their work repeatedly to serve the consumers who don't rarely give them complaints or criticism. Using a research method of qualitative descriptive (comparative analysis of the condition in existing interior design with the theory of psychological space (five aspects which can form a good workplace design)), it is evident that Telkomsel Call Center Office interior design is not applied optimally to support satisfaction of workers in order to optimize its performance.

Pesantren, as an authentic educational institution initiated by Indonesian Muslims, provides parents aneffective alternative to educate their children. For years, pesantren has proven trusted in educating youthand establishing a standard in both general and religious educations. In this study, the researchers willdiscuss factors that motivate parents to entrust pesantren as the institution to educate their children. Thisstudy uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, andthe results of relevant studies. After analyzing the data, the results indicate that there are two types ofmotives among parents. First is general motivation in placing children in pesantren, namely intrinsicmotivation which covers parents' ideals having a generation with the quality of faith and good moralconduct, forming morals, and building strong physical and mental. The other factor is extrinsic motivation,including intense, integrated, and comprehensive Islamic teaching, positive activities carried outcontinuously for 24 hours, and proper coaching methods. The two factors indicate that parents' motivationto entrust pesantren as an educational institution is relevant to current conditions in which the youngergeneration is prone to moral depravity

Abstract: In the context of Indonesia, the quality of education seems to be something taboo to talk about, however, according to researchers the quality of education in Indonesia is very apprehensive. It is necessary for the role of headmaster and special efforts in developing a quality education institution through organizational culture as a value system that is understood, imbued, run jointly by members of the organization as a system of meaning or guidance for the organizers. This study aims to describe the three roles and impacts role of the headmaster role in developing the quality of organizational culture, they are: (1) the role of the headmaster as a manager; (2) the role of the headmaster as the educator; (3) the role of the headmaster as the supervisor; 4) The impact of the headmaster's role in developing the quality of organizational culture quality at SDMT Ponorogo. This research is categorized into a field research with qualitative descriptive approach and the research design was case study. The setting of study was at SDMT Ponorogo.  The findings showed that (1). The role of headmaster as manager encompasses conducting internal and external analysis, internalizing the Islamic value that is kemuhamadiyahan value. (2). The role of the headmaster as an educator includes involving educators in upgrading, workshops or training in order to provide opportunities for educators to improve their knowledge and skills by learning to the higher education, conducting cadre to members of organizational culture and creating jargon to motivate members of organizational culture. (3). The role of the headmaster as a supervisor comprises overseeing and Evaluating the performance and achievement of members of organizational culture, conducting weekly, monthly and semester meetings, monitoring achievements of educators and learners. (4) The impact of the school headmaster's role in developing the quality of organizational culture is organizational culture climate becomes harmonious and schools achieve more attainments.Abstrak: Dalam konteks Indonesia, mutu pendidikan seolah-olah menjadi barang yang tabu untuk diperbicangkan, dalam konteks tersebut kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia sangat memperihatinkan. Untuk itu diperlukan peran kepala sekolah dan Upaya khusus dalam mengembangkan sebuah mutu lembaga pendidikan melalui budaya organisasi sebagai sistem nilai yang dipahami, dijiwai, dijalankan secara bersama oleh anggota organisasi sebagai sistem makna atau pedoman bagi pelaku organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan tiga peran serta dampak peran  kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan mutu budaya organisasi, yaitu: (1) Peran kepala sekolah sebagai Manajer, (2) Peran kepala sekolah sebagai Educator, (3) Peran kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor, dan (4) Dampak peran kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan mutu budaya organisasi di SDMT Ponorogo. Dengan menghasilkan temuan: (1).Peran kepala sekolah sebagai manajer diantaranya: melakukan analisis internal dan eksternal, menginternalisasi nilai keislaman yaitu nilai kemuhammadiahan. (2). Peran kepala sekolah sebagai educator diantaranya: mengikut sertakan pendidik dalam penataran, workshop atau pelatihan memberikan kesempatan kepada pendidik untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilannya dengan belajar ke jenjang pendidikan yang lebih tinggi, melakukan pengkaderan kepada anggota budaya organisasi. membuat jargon-jargon untuk memotivasi anggota budaya organisasi. (3). Peran kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor diantarnya: mengawasi dan mengevaluasi kinerja dan pencapaian anggota budaya organisasi, mengadakan rapat setiap, minggu, bulan dan semester, memantau prestasi pendidik dan peserta didik. (4) Dampak peran kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan mutu budaya organisasi diantaranya: iklim budaya organisasi menjadi harmonis, sekolah menjadi lebih berprestasi.

This study aims to determine the strategy of the Journal of Community Development of Thought Media and Development Da'wah in improving the quality of its articles. The research method in this article uses a qualitative descriptive approach with purposive sampling as a technique for withdrawing the informants. This research uses interviews and documentation studies in data collection. The results of this study are grouped into two parts, namely strategies to improve the ability of journal managers to operationalize OJS, and strategies to improve the quality of articles. Field findings show that training is carried out by bringing in experts, participating in training conducted by the Faculty Journal House and also the University Journal House, as well as several other similar trainings. The second group is the strategy to improve the final quality. There are three things, namely forming a team with clear job descriptions, giving rewards and punishments for the success of the achievements obtained by the journal. The last one is the participation of journal managers in training.

Minimizing financing problems PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Sub-Branch Office (KCP) Takengon needs to supervise murabahah financing, be it supervision before financing or supervision after financing. Because most of the assets of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Takengon is in murabahah financing with a total of 1388 financing customers so that the quality of the financing must be maintained. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The data sources that the authors use are primary sources. Data collection techniques obtained from observation, interviews, and documentation. In addition, data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The result of this research is that the supervision mechanism of murabahah financing at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Takengon uses character analysis, capital, capacity, collateral, and conditions of economy (5C). Meanwhile, the cause of problematic financing is due to internal factors and external factors. Furthermore, problematic financing can be minimized through the 5C analysis process unless it is caused by a natural disaster that is beyond the estimation of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Takengon. The conclusion of the researcher is that the PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Takengon has implemented all murabahah financing supervision procedures that have been arranged systematically and structured.

Bergubalan adalah sebuah tradisi pelamaran gadis yang berlangsung di Desa Pagar Agung, Kecamatan Rambang, Kabupaten Muara Enim Sumatera Selatan. Dalam tradisi tersebut peminang tidak menemui orang tua gadis yang diinginkannya, akan tetapi hanya mengutarakan keinginannya kepada gadis yang disenanginya. Ketika keduanya sepakat menikah, maka mereka bisa bermufakat untuk pulang ke rumah salah satu perangkat desa, seperti Kepala Desa, dengan tujuan agar segera dinikahkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan field research (penelitian lapangan)<br />dan pendekatan dekriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder yang dikumpulkan melalui metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data dianaisa dengan mengunakan metode deskritif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tradisi Bergubalan dilihat dari berbagai sudut pandang baik dari<br />konsep dasar peminangan (khithbah) dan perkawinan maupun dilihat dari konsep dasar adat (‘urf), tidak ditemukan hal-hal yang berkonfrontasi dengan Islam, oleh karenanya bergubalan ditinjau dari hukum Islam adalah boleh (mubah).<br />Bergubalan is a marriage proposal tradition which runs in Pagar Agung village, Rembang sub-district, Muara Enim, North Sumatera. In this Tradition, a man does not propose marriage to the girl's parents or her guardian but he will ask the girl directly. If both of them agree each other to marry, they will come to official village in order they can marry soon. This research is conducted by field research method and qualitative descriptive approach. It also uses primary and secondary source data which are collected by observation methode, interview and documentation. The data are analyzised by qualitative descriptive method.The result shows that Begubalan<br />tradition is not confronting with Islam from marriage proposal ( khitbah)basic concept and custom urf) basic concept. This study aims to determine the practice of product contracts and a review of Islamic law on gold savings products in Sharia pawnshops. The research method used a field research approach (filed reaserch) which was qualitative descriptive, and data collection was obtained through observation, interviews and library research (library reaserch), and the research locus was carried out at the Pinrang Syariah Pegadaian Branch. The research results found that; First, regarding the practice, the Pinrang Branch of the Sharia Pegadaian provides many facilities for customers who want to start investing in gold. In addition, Pegadaian Syariah also offers products in the form of Gold Savings, which is a gold buying and selling service with deposit facilities. As for the process of liquidating (selling) gold, it is carried out in two ways, namely by reselling it if the customer wants cash and printing if the customer wants it in the form of gold bullion. Second, the Gold Savings scheme in Sharia Pawnshops is a problematic contract because one of the contracts has an element of usury, to be precise in the murabahah contract, where scholars have different opinions about its abilities. Jumhur ulama agree on the prohibition (because some scholars from syafi'iyyah and malikiyyah argue that gold is included as ṡaman (price, means of payment, money) which cannot be exchanged in installments, because it causes usury and must be done in cash at the time of the contract. Third, DSN MUI and other contemporary scholars consider that the sale and purchase of gold / murabahah gold is permissible both in cash and credit as long as they are not intended as security (price) but sil'ah (goods).

Focus of the discussion in this study was the collaboration of parents and MIN 2 teachers in Palembang City in improving the quality of education. The problems that were deliberately raised in this study were: What efforts were made by MIN 2 Palembang in building cooperation between parents and teachers? What is the form of collaboration between student’s parents and teachers in improving the quality of education in MIN 2 Palembang? In line with the formulation of the problem, the purpose of this study is to find out: (1) School efforts to establish cooperation with student’s parents; (2) Form of collaboration between school and student’s parents. This research is a field research using a qualitative descriptive approach. The subject of this study was school MIN 2 Palembang City. Data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation. The researcher is the main instrument in conducting research assisted by interview sheets and documentation guidelines. Sources of data or key information are three people (Head of MIN 2 Palembang City and 2 teachers). The collected data was then analyzed using qualitative descriptive. The results of the study show that: (1) School efforts to establish cooperation with parents of students are by creating a comfortable school climate, making initial communication with parents, and providing opportunities for parents to be involved in school activities; (2) Forms of cooperation carried out include: parenting, communication, volunteers, parental involvement in children's learning at home, and collaboration with community groups.

Primary Tax Office Meulaboh (KPPP) has an important role in improving the performance of public services in terms of extension function, service, and supervision to taxpayers. If seen from the function of the Primary Tax Office Meulaboh it is helpful to the Directorate General of taxes in awaken the importance of taxes to the public. The problem in this research is how the performance of Primary Tax Office Meulaboh in increasing interest taxpayers. The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of Primary Tax Office Meulaboh in increasing interest taxpayers. The research method used in this research is qualitative research method with descriptive approach. The source of data in this study consists of primary and secondary data. Then the technique of collected data used interview, observation and documentary. The location of this study was conducted in the Primary Tax Office Meulaboh West Aceh. Based on the results of research in the discussion KPPP Meulaboh in improving performance attract taxpayers. First, productivity KPPP Meulaboh not achieve results in accordance with the vision and mission of the grounds are still no customer complaints. Second, the quality of service KPPP Meulaboh also not yet maximal, the reason there are still many queues. Third; The responsiveness of KPPP Meulaboh is not good, the responsibility of KPPP Meulaboh still not maximal in giving the requirement for the taxpayer. A Muslim who works as a form of workship to Allah SWT make attempts to obtain wealth by means of the lawful and good. As well as within the organization, a Muslim who gained the trust of the other party will always manage cooperatives by prioritizing and applying traits according to traits owned by Rasulallah, one of which is the trusthworthy traits and is able to provide a positive influence to others within the organization.The research method used is case study with a qualitative descriptive approach. This study uses interviews in primary data collection. The scope of research is limited to the focus on the cooperative manager of Qomaruddin boarding school Sampurnan Bungah in Gresik and find answers on how to implement the trustworthy traits of Rasulalllah on the management of the cooperative.The result of this research is the implementation of the trustworthy traits of Rasulallah SAW has already been implemented properly by the cooperative manager of the cooperative boarding school in the form of cooperative management in accordance with Islamic principle, because the cooperative management fullfilled with the 3 indicators such as responsibility, trusworthiness and transparency so that the growth and development of cooperative boarding school survived until today. The manager of the boarding school cooperative that implements the trustworthy traits of Rasulallah able to make policy and ethical Islamic system which resulted in an Islamic organization. The cooperative management has implemented the trustworthy traits correctly, by implementing those trustworthy traits, kopontren obtain the benefit. Kopontren manager interpret the business benefits based on the blessing of sustenance and pleasure of Allah SWT from the management as well as the ability and the sincerity to provide benefits to many parties.
