The aim of the study is to know the Consumption Rationality of Moslem Farmer in Sumber Village, Probolinggo District in Islamic perspective. The method used case study with qualitative descriptive approach. This study is using interview for primary data. This study scope focus is limited to moslem farmer in Sumber Village, Probolinggo District who has their own farmland. In this study, consumption preference theory in Islam is used as a scope to search answers on how is the rationality consumption of moslem farmer in sumber village Probolinggo District in Islamic perspective. The results obtained were how Moslem Farmer in Sumber Village, Probolinggo District consumption is in accordance with the consumption rationality in Islam. It is proven by the balance between mundane (duniawi) consumption with the afterlife, and how the necessity fulfilled suits consumption principal in Islam.

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini merupakan untuk mengetahui bagaimana wakaf produktif terhadap pembangunan infrastruktur Griya khadijah di PUSPAS Universitas Airlangga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif- deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus dimana penelitian ini dilakukan dengan wawancara,dokumentasi dan observasi. Teknik pengumpulan data primer diperoleh dengan wawancara dengan nazhir PUSPAS Universias Airlangga dan pengelola Griya khadijah. kemudian, dilakukan triangulasi dan dianalisis untuk mendapatkan hasil kesimpulan. Data sekunder diperoleh melalui buku teks, jurnal ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa nazhir PUSPAS Universitas Airangga menerima dan mengelolah wakaf produktif berupa wakaf uang dan wakaf manfaat temporer dari wakif berupa satu unit rumah di jalan kalikepiting dimana rumah wakaf temporer itu di bangun/direnovasi menjadi griya khadijah akan menghasilkan manfaat untuk mauquf alaih(mahasiswi) berupa tempat tinggal mahasiswi yang di dalamnya terdapat program pembinaan dan pengembangan karakter bagi mahasiswi.Kata kunci : wakaf, wakaf produktif, pembangunan, nazhir PUSPAS Universitas Airlangga. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the role of productive waqf in the development of Griya Khadijah infrastructure at PUSPAS Universitas Airlangga. This study used a qualitative-descriptive approach with a case study method where this research was conducted by interview, documentation and observation. Primary data collection techniques were obtained through interviews with nazhir PUSPAS Universias Airlangga and the manager of Griya Khadijah. the results of the interview will be triangulated and analyzed to get the conclusion. Secondary data were obtained through text books and relevant scientific journals. The results of this study indicate that Nazhir PUSPAS Airlangga University receives and manages productive waqf in the form of cash waqf and temporary benefit waqf from waqf in the form of a house on Kalikepiting street. The temporary waqf house is built or renovated into a khadija griya which will produce benefits for mauquf alaih (female students) in the form of student residences in which there is a program of coaching and character development for female students..Keywords: waqf, waqf Productive, Infrastructure, Nazhir , Nazhir PUSPAS Airlangga University.

A Muslim who works as a form of workship to Allah SWT make attempts to obtain wealth by means of the lawful and good. As well as within the organization, a Muslim who gained the trust of the other party will always manage cooperatives by prioritizing and applying traits according to traits owned by Rasulallah, one of which is the trusthworthy traits and is able to provide a positive influence to others within the organization.The research method used is case study with a qualitative descriptive approach. This study uses interviews in primary data collection. The scope of research is limited to the focus on the cooperative manager of Qomaruddin boarding school Sampurnan Bungah in Gresik and find answers on how to implement the trustworthy traits of Rasulalllah on the management of the cooperative.The result of this research is the implementation of the trustworthy traits of Rasulallah SAW has already been implemented properly by the cooperative manager of the cooperative boarding school in the form of cooperative management in accordance with Islamic principle, because the cooperative management fullfilled with the 3 indicators such as responsibility, trusworthiness and transparency so that the growth and development of cooperative boarding school survived until today. The manager of the boarding school cooperative that implements the trustworthy traits of Rasulallah able to make policy and ethical Islamic system which resulted in an Islamic organization. The cooperative management has implemented the trustworthy traits correctly, by implementing those trustworthy traits, kopontren obtain the benefit. Kopontren manager interpret the business benefits based on the blessing of sustenance and pleasure of Allah SWT from the management as well as the ability and the sincerity to provide benefits to many parties.

Abstrak Artikel ini membahas tentang alat transportasi saat ini bukan hanya sekedar untuk alat perpindahan atau mobilitas saja, namun untuk efisiensi waktu dan meminimalisir kemacetan. Memberikan pelayanan terbaik untuk konsumen menjadi tolak ukur keberhasilan sebuah perusahaan transportasi. Perusahaan yang berhasil memasarkan produk/jasanya kepada konsumen dengan pelayanan yang memuaskan mendapatkan brand yang baik dimata konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan yang para sopir Gojek dan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan sopir dalam pandangan Perspektif Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pendekatan penelitian lapangan (field research) Sehingga penelitian ini juga bisa disebut penelitian kasus atau study kasus (case study) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Gojek terdapat standar operasional prosedur dalam melayani konsumen baik itu terkait dengan penampilan sopir masih belum sesuai. Jika ditinjau dari cara bisnis menurut sifat Rosullulah yaitu terkait dengan sifat Shiddiq, Amanah, Thabligh, Fathanah masih belum sepenuhnya sesuai. Kata kunci : Gojek, Sopir, Pelayanan, Jasa, Konsumen   This article discusses the current means of transportation not just for moving equipment or mobility, but for time efficiency and to minimize congestion. Providing the best service for consumers is a measure of the success of a transportation company. Companies that successfully market their products / services to consumers with satisfying service get a good brand in the eyes of consumers. This study was conducted aiming to determine the quality of service offered by Gojek drivers and to determine the quality of driver services in the view of the Islamic Perspective. The research method used is the field research approach so that this research can also be called a case study or case study with a qualitative descriptive approach. From the results of these studies it can be concluded that Gojek has standard operational procedures in serving consumers both related to the appearance of the driver is still not appropriate. When viewed from the way of business according to the nature of Rosullulah which is related to the nature of Shiddiq, Amanah, Thabligh, Fathanah is still not entirely appropriate. ABSTRAKPelaksanaan ibadah umrah di Indonesia dari tahun ke tahun mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Hal ini didorong dengan semakin baiknya kondisi perekonomian di Indonesia. Untuk itu diperlukan perusahaan penyelenggara perjalanan ibadah umrah dan haji yang memfasilitasi para jamaah untuk melakukan ibadah menuju ke tanah suci. Mengenai hal tersebut, sudah seharusnya perusahaan penyelenggara perjalanan ibadah umrah dan haji menerapkan etika bisnis Islam dalam menjalankan aktivitas bisnisnya. Hal ini sangat penting dikarenakan banyak terjadi pelanggaran etika bisnis Islam yang dilakukan oleh beberapa perusahaan, tidak terkecuali oleh perusahaan travel umrah haji, seperti yang banyak diberitakan dibeberapa media yang dibuktikan dengan banyaknya jamaah yang gagal berangkat ke Baitullah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti yaitu survei pendahuluan, observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi literatur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Mubina Tour Indonesia kabupaten Gresik telah menerapkan etika bisnis Islam dengan cara menyampaikan secara jujur dan benar, senantiasa berusaha untuk selalu menepati apa yang telah dijanjikan, membekali semua karyawan dengan berbagai skill dan mengemas promosi dengan trik-trik yang menarik.Kata Kunci: Etika Bisnis Islam, Perusahaan Penyelenggara Perjalanan Ibadah Umrah dan Haji. ABSTRACTPerforming Umrah in Indonesia year by year has been experiencing a significant increase. It is motivated by a better economic condition in Indonesia. Therefore, Umrah and Hajj Travel Organizer Company is needed to facilitate Muslim pilgrims to pilgrimage to Mecca. According to this, this kind of company shall implement Islamic business ethics to run their business activities. It is very important because there are many Islamic business ethics violations committed by some companies, unexceptionally Hajj and umrah travel companies as widely reported in several media. It was proven by the large number of pilgrims who failed to go to Baitullah. This research used a qualitative-descriptive approach with the case study method. Data collecting techniques used by the researcher are preliminary survey, observation, interview, documentation, and literature review. The result of the research shows that Mubina Tour Indonesia in Gresik Regency has implemented Islamic business ethics by delivering information honestly and truthfully, always trying to fulfill what has been promised, equipping all employments with many various skills, and packaging promotion with interesting techniques.Keywords: Islamic Business Ethics, Umrah and Hajj Travel Company.

Pesantren, as an authentic educational institution initiated by Indonesian Muslims, provides parents aneffective alternative to educate their children. For years, pesantren has proven trusted in educating youthand establishing a standard in both general and religious educations. In this study, the researchers willdiscuss factors that motivate parents to entrust pesantren as the institution to educate their children. Thisstudy uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, andthe results of relevant studies. After analyzing the data, the results indicate that there are two types ofmotives among parents. First is general motivation in placing children in pesantren, namely intrinsicmotivation which covers parents' ideals having a generation with the quality of faith and good moralconduct, forming morals, and building strong physical and mental. The other factor is extrinsic motivation,including intense, integrated, and comprehensive Islamic teaching, positive activities carried outcontinuously for 24 hours, and proper coaching methods. The two factors indicate that parents' motivationto entrust pesantren as an educational institution is relevant to current conditions in which the youngergeneration is prone to moral depravity

The objectives of this study are: (1). Assessing customer service quality in the aspects of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy; (2). Assessing ways to increase customer satisfaction in order to achieve or exceed service targets. The type of data used is primary data which comes from 2 (two) groups of informants, namely customers and employees, with a purposive sampling method. The analysis tool uses a pure qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study prove that: Customer satisfaction with the services provided by Bank Mandiri Semarang Pahlawan area regarding the dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy is at the level of confirmation or satisfaction. Furthermore, how to increase customer satisfaction in order to achieve or exceed service targets by providing more attractive facilities, the number of front liner officers and queuing seats added, strategies to stay on time and fulfill obligations as marketing, increase cooperation with all departments.

This study aims to describe the implementation of management functions of PondokPesantrenTahfizhPutri (PPTP) at one of the Islamic Boarding School in East Java Indonesia. The Education system integrated with the formal school. The subject of this study are 17 participants. The research method used a qualitative descriptive approach as guidance so that the research focus to describe research's form question or problem identification. Result of the research show that the planning function in its management has long-term planning in vision, mission, and objectives of the foundation. Besides, the organizing function related to the organizational structure.

<pre><strong>Abstract: </strong>This study aims to describe the problem of integrating the strengthening of character education in thematic learning that discuss the problem of the design of learning implementation, implementation of learning, assessment of learning and solutions. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with a type of case study research and used the Robert K. Yin data analysis model. The results of this study state that there are problems in making the design of the implementation of learning, the implementation of learning and assessment of learning. It is suggested that the teacher must optimize the planting of characters by cooperating with each other between the school, the community, and the education office to improve deficiencies in the planting of character education in schools. </pre><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan problem pengintegrasian penguatan pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran tematik yang membahas tentang masalah rancangan pelaksanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, penilaian pembelajaran dan solusinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus dan menggunakan analisis data model Robert K. Yin. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan terdapat masalah dalam pembuatan rancangan pelaksanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan penilaian pembelajaran. Disarankan guru harus mengoptimalkan penanaman karakter dengan saling bekerja sama antar pihak sekolah, masyarakat, dan dinas pendidikan guna memperbaiki kekurangan dalam penanaman pendidikan karakter di sekolah.

The increase in the budget deficit BPJS in the first 3 years of implementation JKN require special attention. One of the problems in the implementation of JKN is high late payment of premiums by the participants of the Non PBI Mandiri. The purpose of this study was to determine the participants' perceptions of Non PBI Mandiri to the recommendations transition strategy JKN premium payer. This study is a policy with qualitative descriptive approach. The study design used policy aims to draw up a recommendation is the Case Study on the phenomenon of late payment of premiums. Depth interviews with 11 informants participants Independent Non PBI done with purposive sampling quota system. The result showed that the presence of positive consequences as the public response to the concept of a transitional strategy premium payer. Participants claimed to be greatly assisted if the program was held because it can ease the burden of their medical expenses when his advanced age and does not have income again, providing peace in the certainty of change of insurer premiums in non-productive age. Conclusion of the study were breakthrough made in a transitional strategy premium payer has received positive responses from the public policy goals.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan pergolakan yang terjadi pada masyarakat petambak sebagai akibat adanya pencemaran perairan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juli 2011 sampai Januari 2013 di desa Pangkah Wetan Kecamatan Ujung Pangkah Kabupaten Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian deskriptif-kualitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kasus (case study) yang memusatkan pada kelompok masyarakat petambak. Teknik pemilihan informan secara purposive. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan cara indepth interview. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskritif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akibat pencemaran perairan, petambak mengalami penurunan pendapatan. Petambak menuduh tercemarnya lingkungan pesisir berasal PT. Hess Indonesia Ltd. karena memang cuma satu-satunya perusahaan itu yang ada di desa. Kondisi ini telah memunculkan kebersamaan petambak dengan melalui interaksi informal antar petambak yang memunculkan kelompok tani tambak desa Pangkah Wetan. Solidaritas kolektif komunitas memobilisasi gerakan pertentangan yang efektif dalam melahirkan kekuatan menggerakkan massa yaitu gerakan terbuka atau unjuk rasa dengan komunitas masyarakat petambak dan nelayan desa lain. Aksi protes yang dilakukan petambak merupakan bentuk resistensi petambak terhadap kebijakan pemerintah dan pengusaha. Gerakan ini bukan sekedar suatu reaksi tetapi juga sebagai wahana untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuan perubahan yaitu lingkungan tambak yang memiliki daya dukung tinggi.Title: Policy Options to Deal With: Fish Farmers Upheaval Due Water Pollution (Case Study on Ujung Pangkah Fish Farmers of Gresik Regency)The aims of the study is to describe the upheaval in fish farmers community as a result of water pollution. Research was conducted during July 2011 to January 2013 in Pangkah Wetan Village Ujung Pangkah District of Gresik Regency. The research type were qualitative descriptive. The research is a case study which focus on the fish farmer community groups. Informants were selected purposively. Primary data were collected by using in-depth interview. Result of the research showed that due to water pollution, fish farmers have complained about declining income. Fish farmers were predict that coastal environmental contamination derived main company, namely PT. Hess Indonesia Ltd. This situation has led to fish farmers togetherness through informal interactions among fish farmers. Collective solidarity of communities has been mobilize effective opposition movement, namely demonstration did by fish farmer against government policy and private company. This protest is not only a reaction but also the way to achieve the objectives of environmental changes of brackish water pond that have a high carrying capacity.
