This study aims to test the theory proposed by D. Cuilier (2010) that compliance gaining has a correlation with the availability of information access. In this study, hypothesis testing is done on the phenomenon of influence between the availability of information in open journals system in the field of science communication in Indonesia to the compliance of the author. In order to fulfill the important elements of the implementation of Tri Dharma (Three Pillars of Higher Education), lectures need a means for scientific dissemination. On the other hand, the managers of scientific journals, as well as the managers of scientific journals in the field of communication science studies in Indonesia incorporated in APJIKI (Association of Publishers Journal of Communication Science Indonesia), seeks to manage the existence of the issue by maintaining the quantity and quality of incoming scientific articles. The main problem in the process of review of scientific articles is the authors' compliance with the style guide of scientific journal. The availability of information regarding to the provisions of the writing of scientific journals provided on the online page should be responded by the applicant's compliance during the preparation of a scientific article. The influence between the two variables is tested by quantitative research approach in positivistic paradigm, based on the concept of information availability from Mark Burgin and the concept of Robert Cialdini about the writer's compliance in obeying the style guide of scientific journal. This study has been done to 42 respondents who can be said to represent the manager of communication science journals in Indonesia. The study showed that H₀ rejected and H₁ accepted, which means that there is a significant influence of the availability variable of OJS style guide information towards the compliance of the writer of 13.10%, while the other 86.9% was influenced by other factors that can be used as a further research studies.

ABSTRACKScientific journals are an effective means of publishing scientific articles for the general public. In order for scientific journals to be accepted by national and international circles, the insight aspirations and confinement styles must refer to national and international standards. Articles designed to be published in scientific journals, in addition to being written in a scientific manner, must also follow the guidelines required by the intended scientific journal. In order for the article to be sent according to criteria and accepted by the journal, at least it must fulfill three elements, namely the suitability of the field of science, the standard grammar, and the special style (cellulite style) required by an article journal to be sent.

Science Education is a multidisciplinary field of study with roots about three centuries ago. Researches in this field were published for the first time in a scientific journal with School Science and Mathematics, which started in 1901. The number of scientific journals in Science Education has increased in parallel with the increase in the number of related research. The published literature is sometimes about trending topics. In some other cases, they offer novelty and new paradigms. Last 50 years of Science Education are shaped by various topics. Hence, these different issues are being published in scientific journals. At the end of the 70s, studies on constructivism, meaningful learning, misconception, conceptual learning (Driver, & Easley, 1978; Driver, 1983; Driver, & Oldham, 1986; von Glasersfeld, 1984; Ausubel, Novak, & Hanesian, 1978; Novak, 1979 & 1990, Novak, & Gowin, 1984; Novak, & Musonda, 1991) began to come forward. Conferences are being held especially on misconception. Many articles have been published and continue to be published on the topic. Starting with the second half of 80s, studies on PCK, which were first described by Shulman, began to surface in science education journals in the field of teacher training (Shulman, 1986; Usak, 2009, Usak, Ozden, & Eilks, 2011; Usak, Ozden, & Saglam, 2011).

The article considers the basic principles of creating a unified template for a scientific journal in accordance with current regulations and rules for creating original layouts, as well as taking into account the experience of specialists of the Publishing House "Akademperiodyka" of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. The list of the basic regulatory documents is given, other useful links are given. The example of a typical unified template shows what the cover and title page of a scientific journal should look like, as well as the imposition page of an article of a scientific professional publication, describes in detail the necessary structural elements of a scientific article and describes their design. The choice of the solutions presented in the unified template is briefly substantiated. The most common mistakes present in domestic scientific professional journals are described. Examples from real magazines illustrate the possible variety of design within a unified template.

Core Directories are content infrastructure elements for interoperable use in service oriented architectures. They capsulate basic information to a generic structure offering easy access and transparency. The design and research activities focused on specification, a generic approach, globally unique identification of objects and development of an example application. Moreover, requirements and advantages of the concept were discussed and directed to information management issues. Key objective is the modernisation of the information technology used in and between administrations. The interdisciplinary approach is a challenge for the constitution of next generation e-Government networks. The chapter describes the strategic and operative standardisation activities, the concept of Core Directories and the example application service responsibility finder. Furthermore, an outlook for some research activities and projects on this topic is given.
