Act of Republik Indonesia Number 21 of 2008 concerning Sharia (Islamic) Banking Article 1 Number 13, require all of contract should be written. Thus the implementation of musyarakah financing contract on Islamic banking is needed a notary to make a notariil deed, although there is no a special rule that require a contract must be made with notariil deed. The research is empirical research law to analyzes the data systematically, factual and accurate. The approach used in the research is descriptive qualitative approach. Result of this research indicates that implementation of musyarakah financing contract at PT. BRI Sharia branch of Purwokerto, normatively has been following the elements of the contract, and especially used standard contract from Financial Services Authority (FSA) regulation Number 31/POJK.5/2014 concerning Implementation of Sharia Multi-Finance Business, but substantially there are deviations in which the position of the parties is unbalanced, the nisbah ratio is done unilaterally and is fixed during the funding period, calculation of nisbah is determined at the beginning, and the use of witnesses in contract is not in accordance with sharia principles.Keywords: Contract, Musyarakah Finance, Sharia (Islamic) Banking.

Purpose - This study aims to examines the concept and implementation strategy of murabahah financing in the development of MSMEs and customer perceptions of murabahah financing at Bank BRI Syariah Jambi Branch Office.Method - This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of case study. The research data were obtained by conducting in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. MethodMiles and Huberman were used as data analysis techniques by way of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions / verification.Result - Murabahah financing at BRI Syariah Bank Jambi Branch Office using murabahah with installments (bitsaman ajil). The next concept is to combine the wakalah and murabahah contracts. The strategy chosen in an effort to increase murabahah financing is to implement two strategies simultaneously, namely the internal strategy and the external strategy. Meanwhile, the perceptions of murabahah financing customers on the development of MSMEs are generally satisfied with the systems, regulations and services provided. However, customers' understanding of the concept of Islamic banking is still minimal.Implication - Optimizing the strategy for increasing financing and disseminating the understanding of the Islamic banking concept to customers and the general public at large.Originality- This study aims to determine the perceptions of Islamic bank customers about murabahah financing in Jambi City.

Since the opening of the MEA door in 2015 to 2020, it will be colored by a strategy competition and a tighter level of financial services business competition. Sharia Banking products based on partnerships with "profit-loss sharing" such as Musyarakah currently have not shown significant growth like other products. One of the musyarakah derivative contracts that has the potential to be practiced as an innovation product in Islamic banking is the musyarakah mutanaqisa contract. This study examines the need for living space for customers by using musyarakah mutanaqisa agreement and musyarakah mutanaqisa practice in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis design. In Indonesia, only a few Sharia Banks have offered financing products with mutanaqisa musyarakah contracts, namely Sharia Maybank, Panin Sharia Bank, Mega Syariah Bank and Bank Muamalat. Of the four BUSs, the products they offer have ownership of assets namely home ownership and vehicles. But in their practice they still give customers the choice in choosing, which contract they will use. such as murabahah contracts in home ownership products and vehicles.Keywords: Musyarakah, Mutanaqisa, Profit, Banks

The research is a Case Study of Troubled Financing Handling at BMT Hubbul Wathon in the Covid-19 Pandemic. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. In collecting data, researchers used interview techniques with BMT about policies to deal with the economic crisis during the Covid-19 Pandemic. BMT Hubbul Wathon Sumowono is one of the non-bank syari'ah financial institutions that issues a lot of financing products, such as Mudharabah, Musyarakah, Murabahah, and Ijarah financing. In providing financing to customers, an agreement is made in the BMT institution, in which there are several provisions that must be agreed upon by both parties. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, BMT Hubbul Wathon experienced a decrease in both savings, financing and installments. In the Covid-19 Pandemic as well, problematic financing at BMT Hubbul Wathon Sumowono increased by 5% when compared to the financing provided before the Covid-19 Pandemic. Therefore, this non-bank syari'ah financial institution issued several measures or policies including maintaining liquidity, restrictions in providing financing, and also by adding new customer members.

This research is done to see any risks that happened in Islamic bank, which can damage the bank. While it aims to find out the strategy used by Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI) to reduce the risk faced and often happened in the field. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collecting was done by relating proposed questions and the conclusion made from the result of the interview with Branch Manager (BM), Relation Manager, and Remedial BMI of Branch Office of Mas Mansyur. The result of this research showed that BMI of Mas Mansyur Branch Office had done the process of risk management by identifying risk in the manner of finding out the existing risks which are financing risk; market risk; and ownership risk, measuring and monitoring the risks in the manner of doing measurement to find out and see any reason that causes those risks exist, and controlling and managing the existing risks in Musyarakah Mutanaqisah (MMQ) financing in the manner of ways that have already determined by BMI of Mas Mansyur Branch Office. <p><em>This study aims to examine the policy of Islamic banking law in maintaining its existence in the face of the plague that is hitting Indonesia. OJK (Financial Services Authority) has also made a number of policies that are used as an effort to save the economy in Indonesia. One of the regulations is stated in POJK  Number 18 / POJK.03 / 2020 concerning "Written Orders for Handling Bank Problems". The legal policy used by Islamic banking is to measure the new OJK regulations as the organizer of an integrated regulatory and supervisory system of all activities in the financial services sector. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. related to the world of banking. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The object of this research is Islamic banking which has more religious wisdom. The results of this study indicate that Islamic banking is making service updates, considering that the transition of the banking world to digital can increase the efficiency of work processes and improve the quality of customer service, by digitizing during the pandemic. The bank has made long-term investments and it is projected that digital services will be one of the main drivers of sustainable banking industry growth in the context of fulfilling POJK Number 18 / POJK.03 / 2020.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p>

The impact of the modernization era on elementary and Kindergaten children can be seen from the intensity of children playing with gadgets, and the low level of literacy in children. This is the background for the presence of the Oemah Dolan organization. This study aims to identify and describe Oemah Dolan's programs and the role of Oemah Dolan in increasing reading interest in children in Kedongdong Village. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative approach with the analysis technique of Miles and Huberman. The results of this study indicate that Oemah Dolan has several programs, namely: book stalls, reading, fun learning, and creativity week.

 This study describes the principle of balance of contract in the product agreement is the spirit of justice, but in fact why the existing agreement in the agreement of Islamic banking is still the form contract (standard ), which has a tendency loss of meaning in common ( Al - Musawah ), balanced and fair ( Al -Is). Practical level agreements in the banking world shows the imbalance phenomenon can be seen from the various clauses of consumer contracts , in which there are provisions that incriminating debtor. In this study, the method used is normative and empirical research. The study found that the agreement in the form of a standard contract is an agreement that does not meet the principle of balance of contract. The study also found it is necessary to apply the contract impartial mechanism of pre- contract , contract implementation and after the contract runs even in cases of civil disputes under the agreement .

This study aims to determine the application of sharia principles contained in the investment of livestock conducted by PT Ijadgrup Rahmat Semesta in his company called Ijadfarm. The approach used is qualitative approach with case study strategy. Data collection is done by interviewing with related parties. Analytical technique that is done is source triangulation technique, pattern matching technique and descriptive qualitative analysis technique. Pesantren is always be a solution for problems of the nation and state life. Since the era of independence day until today, pesantren becomes the frontline in responding of challenges and changing times. The rise hoaxes make peoples restless, because its presence makes people feel scared, fragmented, mutual hatred between each other. Pesantren as a place to learn religious sciences have a duty and responsibility to straighten and tackle the news hoax, especially the news hoaxes on behalf of Pesantren, or kiai. This study examines the boarding school strategies in tackling a hoax. This research is a field research by using descriptive qualitative approach. There are two strategies undertaken by Darul Ulum boarding Banyuanyar to combat the hoaxes. The first is emphasizing the use of social media, and the second is counter narrative through santries writing which are then can be distributed on  social media. Furthermore, the steps that have been done to overcome the hoaxes are by holding workshop by the term of hoaxes attack and establishing Banyuanyar Media Tim (BM TIM) as the solutions to overcome the hoaxes.

This study aims to understand the implementation of mosque-based empowerment through CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) funds in improving the economic benefit of the people around the mosque. This study uses a qualitative approach with an exploratory case study strategy. The object of this study is Ummad Action Program, which was initiated in 2017 by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The results of this study are that each partner knows and agrees with the background, goals, and benchmarks of program success. However, each partner has not been optimal in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. Moreover, the success of the Ummad Action Program can be assessed in terms of the benefits felt by the congregation, including the category of success with several evaluations.Keywords: Empowerment, Corporate Social Responsibility, Mosque, Financial Services Authority (OJK).
