The author analyzes the psychological essence and content of the information-psychological confrontation of the actors of the new “Great Game” within the framework of the six-week Artsakh conflict. The analysis of the latest practice of modified strategic and behavioral operations reveals the novelty and actualizes the obtained material. Methodology and methods of the research. The new “Great Game” as a psychoanalytic concept and category reveals the context of technologies of information-psychological confrontation in the Anglo-Saxon discourse. The game as a scientific tool leads the meaning of access to algorithms and technologies for destructive communications of the confrontation system on the “southern front” to hyperbolization. The methodology of system and discourse analysis, revealing fragments of information and psychological confrontation, operations and technologies of a new type, is becoming popular. Results of the research. The conceptualized discourse, which carries the narratives of “loyal” politics with the internal logic of management, sets “the dependent world”, the ways of understanding and representation. The synthesis of fragments of the actors’ confrontation on the basis of psychological research reveals the nature of the struggle for domination. The unification of the process, and then the “enforcement to consent and due order” reveal the mechanism of psychological influence used by them. Based on the results of the work, the author identifies the main forms, schemes, fragments of the British strategic operation as a modification of the operation “Azerbaijan” of the early 20th century, as well as the behaviorist operation as an attempt to resolve the conflict between Baku and Yerevan over Artsakh. The analysis of the views of researchers of the activities of Western intelligence services reveals a two-level model of the struggle of actors, where there are two internally closed and relatively independent control circuits. The author notes the effectiveness of the strategy of Baku with the introduction of new cyber-psychotechnologies, artificial intelligence (AI), unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), reconnaissance and disinformation mobile groups (RDMG), etc. The lack of a proper strategy, the headquarters of the confrontation and reliance on the potential, the shortage of pre-emptive strikes, their interception, etc. led Yerevan to defeat. Theoretical and practical significance. The research results contribute to the theory and practice of information-psychological confrontation.

The article is devoted to the consideration of the worldview positions of famous educators of the past century regarding the state of school education among Muslims of the North Caucasus region. It is proved that the enlighteners advocated the creation of a new type of national non-class school and the construction of the didactic foundations of the educational process in it. The novelty of the work is that, based on the analysis of the views of the advanced intelligentsia of the region, aimed at understanding the current socio-cultural situation, an attempt was made to scientifically understand the problems and prospects for the development of the Muslim educational system of the past from the point of view of the modern scientific paradigm. The practical significance of the publication lies in expanding the understanding of the system of Mohammedan education in the context of its historical heritage, which will help to comprehend modern problems associated with the reform of general and vocational education in the national Muslim republics.

Abstract The existing forest resource accounting system is limited to the valuation of wood and forest products; the service value of the forest resource ecosystem is not yet included. This study adopts an empirical approach to studying the rationality and influencing factors of compiling a forest resource balance sheet (FRBS). An FRBS can systematically reflect the contribution of forest resources to the economy, ecology, and society in terms of both physical quantity and value quantity. A questionnaire survey was used to collect the data. We found that the determination and measurement of forest resource assets and liabilities and the calculation of the service value of the ecosystem had a supporting effect on the rationality of compiling an FRBS. This study expands the field and scope of forest resource accounting, facilitates the compilation of natural resources and government balance sheets, and presents the practical significance for the theory and practice behind the development of an FRBS.

In modern economic theory and practice, there is a whole range of problems, where the lack of analytical tools does not allow adequately measuring the expected results. A number of hypotheses are presented; proofs of these hypotheses show that a set of important economic problems (planning of cost production, profit, break-even point by product, pricing for new products and evaluation of effectiveness of inno-vation projects) do not meet an appropriate solution because of the lack of analytical tools. As an alternative, solutions of these problems based on the marginal approach concept are proposed. Distribution of fixed costs between types of products (proposed in accordance with the concept of marginal approach) is inherently a covering of fixed costs by marginal profit and formation on this basis of profit and profitableness both by the types of products and by enterprise as a whole. The concept of the marginal approach was also used to solve the problems of pricing on new products of industrial and technical purpose, which allowed forming the lower and upper limits of prices on an anti-costly basis. Methods for evaluating the effectiveness of innovative projects, which are pre-sented in economic literature and practice from the second half of the 20th century, are reduced to comparing investments with magnitude of profit from sale of an in-novative product during its life cycle. It is proposed to compare investments with the marginal profit received by the enterprise from a new product during its life cycle (of course, taking into account discounting). The results obtained have theoretical value, since they allow new ways to form cost price, profit and profitableness by product types, offer an anti-costly approach to pricing with provision of appropriate tools, as well as evaluation of effectiveness of innovation projects. And a practical significance of these results is to create ap-propriate conditions for a flexible cost management, profits and prices, which is es-pecially important for a rapidly changing market conditions.

Current domestic and international for the experimental apparatus been associated asynchronous motor design generally used hand horseshoe magnet rotates to drive the rotor rotates, While it is possible to achieve, the apparatus is too simple, and the effect is not in great satisfaction. To further improve the experimental results, a new type of asynchronous motor experimental device is designed, whose working mechanism is a DC motor as a driving source, driven by a reduction gear mechanism to produce a rotating magnetic field, the control circuit can be achieved by utilizing the rotational speed and adjust direction. By apparatus of the stator, rotor apparatus, the related motor control and display device design can make the operation more stable, more easily observed. The experimental apparatus can enhance students' awareness and understanding of asynchronous motor, so that the original abstract theory becomes boring incomprehensible gusto, to stimulate students' desire for knowledge, strengthen students' practical knowledge and ability, with higher practical significance. The apparatus simple shaped, with simple and safe operation, is able to facilitate teaching, with better promote the use of value.

Teacher education in universities is under pressure. In many new education policies there is a renewed focus on teacher quality, and therefore quality initial teacher education. In some countries this renewed focus has led to a resurgence of “alternative approaches” to teacher education such as Teach for America / Australia. One of the most persistent complaints about pre-service teacher education is that educational theory presented in these programs does not relate sufficiently to the real work of teachers. In an attempt to overcome these real or perceived divides, tertiary drama educators at the University of Sydney constructed a professional experience program based on both the community of practice model (Lave and Wenger, 1991) and Frierean notions of praxis (1972). The community of praxis approach emphasises the importance of integrating theory and practice to support the development of beginning teachers. This article outlines the development, implementation, and evaluation of this approach, including the reasoning behind its foundation and the theoretical and practical significance of such an approach for teacher-educators.

In this chapter, I explore the relevance of early Russian montage theory and practice to new issues raised by the shift from the essay film to the audiovisual essay. I investigate how, specifically, Sergei Eisenstein’s vision of the new type of cinema of ideas formulated in his project for filming Marx’s Das Kapital, Dziga Vertov’s foregrounding of subjectivity and reflexivity in The Man with a Movie Camera, and Esphir Shub’s practice of ‘compilation film’ contributed to the emergence of the essay film and continue to stimulate the theory and practice of the audiovisual essayism.

Introduction. The vector of development of the education system, the choice of its contents, quality and results of training, style and spirit of the relationship of its participants, degree of their informative activity, intellectual and cultural growth are firstly caused by valuable attitudes of participants of the educational process. A teacher is a bearer of values. One of the main functions of the teacher is the education of the younger generation, the introduction of the person to moral ethics and universal values. In this regard, training of future teachers has to include the purposeful formation of the system of the internal, emotionally experienced values which will help them to cope with the complex of socio-cultural problems in the future professional activity. The aim of the paper is to present the research findings on the conceptual model of the dialogue space of education as the basis for the development of the future teacher axiosphere which corresponds to current ideological, social, economic, technological and other progressive civilization trends.Methodology and research methods. In the course of the research, fundamental ideas of the following scientific approaches were applied: humanistic approach – free and creative development of an individual; dialogical approach – pluralism of opinions and a variety of positions of subjects of education; axiological approach – attitude of the individual to the world around him/her, to other people and to himself / herself; activity approach – specific activity of the individual, aimed at appropriation of social experience by the person, change of the surrounding world and selfhood. To design and organize the model of the dialogue space, the methods of analysis, synthesis and generalization of the theory and practice were used. Results and scientific novelty. The authors presented the strategic guidelines of the interactive environment education: the development of social cooperation, using the pedagogical peaceful potential, the development of interpersonal and intergroup relations, organizing children spiritual and moral education as a national priority. The teacher value system was revealed empirically and described. It was found out that a modern teacher should responsibly perform the professional duties of a mentor, tutor and facilitator of the educational process. The authors clarified the concept of “axiological sphere” of the teacher. The teacher axiological sphere is considered as a complex of personal, professional-pedagogical and socio-cultural values. These values have separable functions. Firstly, they determine the content and nature of the educational activity. Secondly, they regulate the interaction of the participants of the educational activity. Thirdly, they stimulate personal self-expression of the members of that activity. Fourthly, they directly influence the efficiency and effectiveness of education. The conceptual model of dialogue space of education as a formation zone for the teacher’s axiosphere was designed on the basis of the theoretic-methodological, philosophical, psychological and pedagogical concepts of the leading scholars’ writings. The resources of this space were identified; its structural components were presented and proved. The implementation of the components mentioned above can create a special context for the humanitarian training of a future teacher; will give an opportunity of interactive development of students’ common cultural, communicative and special competencies; will increase students’ motivation to pedagogical activity, the search of new ideas for training, innovations and professional self-education. The authors demonstrated the value orientations typology and tactics of their acquisition by students at the dialogue level.Practical significance. The presented materials can be used in practice of the higher pedagogical education to improve the quality of graduates’ training through enrichment of their personality axiological sphere. The model for the formation of the future teachers’ value system in dialogue educational space will allow providing conditions for individualization of routes of their training taking into account different approaches to the organization of activity of education participants and features of their self-development.

Developing communicative competence of future teachers majoring in non-linguistic specialities is a priority of the progressive educational paradigm. Nowadays in linguodidactics the perfect mastery of professional communicative skills, the skill of text creation in different discourse conditions is especially relevant. Taking into account the linguistic and didactic characteristics of higher education seekers is the basis for the development of public communication skills that correlate with the requirements of the time, the needs of society, the tasks of modern education. Substantiation of the phenomenon of “public communication” in terms of linguistic didactics is important for the development of guidelines, concepts and models for teaching the theory and practice of public communication, for the selection of effective methods and techniques. Speech is a necessary basis for thinking. Public communication especially foregrounds significant mental-speech operations: analysis, synthesis, abstraction, concretization, reproduction of material, text creation. The method of developing public communication skills focuses on solving problems related to the perception of educational material, awareness of the essence of rhetorical concepts, text creation. Effectiveness is ensured by synergy with psychological research on the patterns of mental operations that underlie the perception, memorization and reproduction of prepared material. Approaches to the development of public communication skills are largely based on well-known ancient theories, including those based on folk speech culture. The analysis of the basic concepts of classical rhetoric and practice of public communication (logos, ethos, pathos and topos) require innovative methodological and methodical elaboration and directing at the communicative competence of the contemporary teacher majoring in non-linguistic specialities. The character of the linguistic personality is determined by typical communicative national features, existing in the form of thought forms / formulas, concepts, value lexical and semantic dominants. The university should ideally mould a speaker ready for different types of public communication, to create a discourse in any time and space, who knows language norms and communicative qualities of oral and written speech as indicators of speech culture, text technology, speech etiquette. Age features, openness to the perception of information, self-expression in competitive speech situations, ambition, search for authority, the desire to overcome negative stereotypes in the perception of the teaching profession are the very linguistic and didactic aspects that should be relied on while working on communicative competence. We see the prospect of further research in the development of a system of work on the development of the idiosyncrasy of public communication which underlies the formation of a personal brand of the teacher.
