The work environment is changing in response to market pressures, and the psychological contract that previously typified many employer and employee work relationships is coming under distinct threat as pervasive Internet-based technologies now enable management to monitor employees' email, computer interactions, and general work productivity. Although in some cases management may have legitimate reasons to monitor employees' actions, it is becoming increasingly evident that the use of these technologies has the potential to negatively impact employee productivity and morale, and in some cases employee health and wellbeing. This chapter outlines some of the emerging issues relating to workplace surveillance from the employees' perspective, as well as the motivation behind management's decision to employ technologies in order monitor their employees.

The productivity of human resources needs to be continuously improved through various sustainable efforts. The work environment is one of the important efforts to increase teacher productivity. Schools need to pay attention to the work environment so that teacher productivity increases, both physical and non-physical environments. This research will be carried out at the Adiguna Maritim Polytechnic, which will be held in March 2019. The results of this study show. (1) It can be seen that the adjusted value of the R square is 0.501 or 50.1%. This shows that the Work Environment Variable (X1) and the Leadership Style Variable (X2) can explain the Work Productivity Variable (Y) by 50.1%, the rest 49.9% (100% - 50.1%) is true by other variables outside the research model. (2) The results of the t test (partial) show that t (2.528)> t table (1.697), as well as the significance value of 0.017 <0.05, it can reject the first hypothesis accepted, meaning that the Work Environment Variable (X1) affects the Work Productivity (Y) is accepted. (3) The results of the t test (partial) show that t count (4.269)> t table (1.697), and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be rejected that the second hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the leadership style variable (X2) affects the work productivity variable. (Y). (4) The results of the simultaneous test (F) can be seen that Fcount (16,585)> Ftable (3,295), and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be rejected for the third acceptance, meaning that the Work Environment Variable (X1), the Leadership Style Variable (X2 ) influence jointly (simultaneously) on the Work Productivity Variable (Y).

Humans as one of the components of the organization are the determinants of achieving the organization's vision and mission. For productivity to be maximally achieved an organization must pay attention to the physical environment, non-physical environment and skills. The condition of the work environment that is owned by a company will affect the success or failure of a job that is indicated by the ability of employees to complete work to achieve company goals. The availability of a physical work environment (cleanliness, lighting, air exchange, security, equipment, and or work equipment, and noise) that supports can affect the level of work productivity of employees. Partially the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Partially the non-physical work environment calculation shows that the non-physical work environment has a negative influence on employee work productivity. Partially Skills for Employee Productivity of CV. Semeru Jaya Teknik Palembang obtained showed that the non-physical work environment had a negative influence on employee work productivity. It was concluded that the non-physical work environment was felt to be able to support employees in completing the work so the employees would feel satisfied at work, and vice versa.

The success of manufacturing companies managing employee productivity will determine the company's continuity in maintaining its position in the manufacturing industry. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline and intrinsic motivation on employee productivity of the stamping department of PT MXX, which is one of the major companies in the motor vehicle processing industry in Indonesia. Using saturated sampling techniques, the total population in this study was 118 employees. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that only compensation that affects employee productivity, work discipline and intrinsic motivation does not affect the productivity of PT MXX employees which may be caused by the characteristics of the work characteristics of the stamping department and the characteristics of the population dominated by male sex employees with young adults who emphasize the meaning the importance of the compensation they receive as a result of their work productivity
