The results obtained 1) there is a relationship between adherence to take antihypertensive medication with Hypertension with ρ = 0.010, 2) there is a relationship between knowledge of taking antihypertensive medication with Hypertension with ρ = 0.012, 3) There is a relationship between motivation to take antihypertensive medication with Hypertension with ρ = 0.012. Maintaining medication compliance is important to reduce morbidity and mortality in the elderly .

The results showed the average passenger ship leaning at the Port of Tanjung Perak Surabaya had a low risk sanitation level of 83.67% and a high level of risk of 16.33%. The relationship between the skipper's leadership style (pvalue = 0,0001), knowledge (pvalue 0.047), leaning time (pvalue = 0,0001), maintenance funds (pvalue = 0,0001), facilities and infrastructure (pvalue = 0,0001) with the level of health risks of the ship. From the results of the study it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the sanitary conditions of the ship and the leadership style of the skipper, the level of knowledge of the crew, the time of the ship berth, maintenance funds, facilities and infrastructure. The method of taking with simple random sampling is a technique to get samples that are directly carried out on the sampling unit [1], analysis with the Multiple Linear Regression test by looking at the coefficient of determination (Ajusted) and the value of the beta regression (β). Tests carried out using a significant level <0.05% or 5%. The results of this study from households whose homes did not meet health requirements were found to be as much as 18.0% which in one year there were family members suffering from tuberculosis and in households that did not apply Clean and Healthy Behavior (PHBS) there were 18.8% in 1 year there are family members who suffer from tuberculosis.
