The purpose of the article is to analyze the features of the pedagogical process of problems and prospects for the development of state formation. The beginning of the third millennium is characterized by globalization of social development, rapprochement of nations, peoples, states, the transition of mankind from industrial to scientific and information technologies, high economic and technological systems, which are largely based on educational and intellectual potential. At the same time, the competition of regions, nations, states, and individual citizens is intensifying. State formation as a pedagogical process has common features and peculiarities for each country, people and society. Accordingly, state formation has its own characteristics. State formation is not just a process for the education system, but has the essential characteristics of the pedagogical and creative process, which absorbs an almost endless palette of conscious, unconscious and unconscious actions of the people and their elite. State formation is a historical process of state building, creation and development of its legal, political, economic, ideological, military, financial and other institutions and ensuring their functioning, which is extremely important in the modern education system. The article analyzes the problems of the professional status of a teacher, that the work of a teacher in the context of global information technologies acquires an incomparably high importance, since the training and education of the younger generation determines the fate of the peoples of the world. The formation and development of the professionalism of teachers are interconnected with the socio-cultural traditions and national characteristics of the people, this ultimately contributes to the improvement of the quality and efficiency of the education system. Being a teacher our time is to engage in creative intellectual work on the introduction of the most advanced teaching methods, skills and abilities of educational work among students, innovative approaches to regulating moods and educational orientations of pupils / students. In pedagogical analyzes of the status of a teacher in the context of the entire educational policy of the government, the authors emphasize the need to improve personnel policy in the higher education system.

The question of the need for modernization processes in modern education are raises in the article. The relevance of the research of educational problems is not controversial, because the political, economic, cultural, intellectual potential of the state, the welfare of society, development of all humanity depends on the state and possibilities of its development are noted .  The purpose of the article is to find a new way of thinking, vision, ideas, etc. In order to ensure the success of education, its entrepreneurship in the context of the interdisciplinary nature of the pedagogical study scenario.  The emphasis is on transformational processes of education development.  It is generalized that education can never exist separately from society, from its needs, in addition, it is largely responsible for both the achievement of humanity and for humanitarian catastrophes and global problems. For the social and economic growth of the country, the level of education and culture of the population is important.  Education of the XXI century is an intellectual potential, it is an education with a cultural-developing, developing dominant, a factor in the perfection of a person; this is the education of a responsible person who is capable of self-education and self-development, able to think critically, develop various information, use acquired knowledge and skills for creative solving.  the problems, aspires to change for the better their life and life of their country. The art of education, which is the most difficult of arts, is firmly rooted in society, must be truly high art.  Therefore, this problem is not only philosophical or pedagogical, but also global.  Issues of ethical basis, emotional intelligence, upbringing man of culture should take the top priority in educational labyrinths. But before modern education, there are many more complex tasks, the solution of which would contribute to a significant increase in the formation of a high-grade personality with high moral and spiritual qualities.

This paper focuses on the history of Islamic studies and the growth of Muslim edification scheme subsequent to the arrival of Islam in South Asia (712 A.D) and also explores the key role played by the Emperors in its establishment since 1206 A.D. Thereafter, it will highlight the efforts of Muslim rulers in introducing religious-cum-modern education system through Madrassah (religious seminaries) in Indo-Pakistan Sub-continent including the period of British-India from 1757 to 1947 A.D. which adversely affected the Muslim education system by introducing foreign educational reforms to target the curriculum of the Islamic education system. The paper will shed light on the development of Madrassahin Pakistan and the 9/11 incident that has drastically affected the image of the religious seminaries in imparting Islamic education to the people in the global community.

Nowadays we face the intense transition of the modern education system into the digital space due to some important reasons, the main of which are development of information technologies and the environmental factor. As a result, the priority is given to online exams; this requires both the content and design of exam materials to be adapted to the demands of the modern life and business world. In this connection, the analysis of creolized international EFL exam texts becomes relevant. The study sets its purpose the systematization and description of the main verbal and non-verbal markers of minitexts from international ESL exam demo-papers, which reveal the pragmatic potential of the texts considered. The research methodological background is a combination of structural, semantic, pragmatic and cognitive text analysis. We analyze texts with full and partial creolization and signs focusing on paralinguistic means of enhancing the linguo-pragmatic potential of creolized international ESL exam texts. The study highlights the functions which are performed with the synthesis of verbal and nonverbal communicative means. The findings make a significant contribution to developing and improving the effectiveness of exam materials and the process of conducting online exams in English.

The article analyzes new approaches to the phenomenon of the teacher of the New Century as a professional of spiritual enlightenment of society. The personality of the teacher in the context of the globalization of information technologies becomes incomparably important, training and education determines the fate of peoples, which is crucial for the future of world civilization. The formation and development of the professionalism of teachers are interrelated with the socio-cultural traditions and national characteristics of the people, which ultimately contributes to improving the quality and efficiency of the education system. To be a teacher in our time is to engage in creative intellectual work on the introduction of the most advanced teaching methods, skills and skills of educational work among students, innovative approaches in regulating the moods and educational guidelines of students/students. The Government of Uzbekistan has taken a course of reforms aimed at radically improving and improving the quality of education with the creation of decent conditions for teachers. The government will also continue to work to ensure decent pay for teachers-teachers that the teaching profession should become the most authoritative and respected in society. In the context of globalization, teachers are faced with grandiose tasks, the solution of which is impossible without pedagogical initiative and full dedication to the cause with great love of the younger generation, to be aware of all the events of information technology. Islam prefers secular education to religious education, that teachers are the heirs of the prophets, and that respect for teachers is the path to self - purification and salvation of the soul. The authors in their pedagogical analyses of the teacher status in the context of the entire educational policy of the government emphasize the need to improve the personnel policy in the higher education system.

Perguruan Thawalib Padang Panjang has contributed greatly to the nation. The history of its establishment cannot be separated from Surau Jembatan Besi. To uncover this problem the authors conducted research under the title " Perguruan Thawalib Padang Panjang in the Perspective of Educational History 1912-1926". This research aims at revealing the history of Perguruan Thawalib Padang Panjang, and its work in education. it is qualitative research through library studies. After conducting research, it was revealed that Surau Jembatan Besi, is used to implement the traditional education system, turned into Thawalib Padang Panjang, It implements a modern education system. The modernization of education is motivated by the demands of the people who need a noble, intelligent, critical, skilled generation. The renewal efforts carried out is to encourage the students with critical thinking, independent in opinion and skilled the organization, implementing classical system education, establishing teacher handbooks, and developing curriculum. The main figure in the modernization of education in Thawalib Padang Panjang is Sheikh Abdul Karim Amrullah, a charismatic cleric who has been in touch with modernization movements in the Middle East.

       This paper examines the concept of the light as a symbol of hope and a guide in the poetry of  E. A. Robinson who is considered to be America’s first modern poet. Robinson lived in an age that witnessed the decadence and the disintegration of America and the whole world at all levels: social, political, economic, and spiritual. Unimpeachably, his role as a poet demanded for him to reflect upon the problems arising and to inseminate in the people of his time a glimmer of hope which would help them continue living. Such an optimistic vision manifests itself in his concept of light which is symptomatic of hope. The individuals he portrays in his poetry are led by this guiding light whose absence testifies to the fact that darkness dominates the situation.  For example, Credo, Richard Cory, and other characters seem to have lost sight of the inner light, a light that is parallel to faith. They move between moments of despair and hope, pessimism and optimism, darkness and light. Eventually, the paper concludes that Robinson presented in his poetry a kind of optimistic philosophy that was an urgent necessity in his age in order to encounter the pressures of life with bravery, fortitude, and determination.

The quality and content are constantly increasing their relevance in the conditions of modern education. If quality can be understood as means and educational materials which are used in the process, the content is a sign of the diversity of these materials and a factor which takes into account the age, abilities and chances of learners. Taking into account these two important factors, the theoretical and practical bases of combining modern information technologies in improving the quality and content of the system of blended learning at philological higher education institutions of specialized in teaching English are described in detail. In addition, the paths and stages of creating a specific system that runs continuously, combining the effective and reasonable functions of social networking services (SNS) and messengers in consolidating the quality and content indicators of blended learning, are gradually illustrated. Besides that, by combining online educational materials with traditional place-based classroom methods at philological higher education institutions which are specialized in teaching English based on the approach of blended learning, the system of fostering students’ linguistic skills, such as reading, writing, listening, and speaking can be optimized and modernized according to the results of this research in the article.

Distance learning is currently one of the most topical problems at the intersection of technical and pedagogical disciplines. The widespread introduction of distance learning in secondary and higher education has revealed a significant layer of problems that should be addressed by information technologies specialists, teachers, scientists, psychologists in cooperation with officials. The article discusses the main problems that arose during the transition to distance learning, the solution of which will raise the quality of education to a new level, including after the end of the new type of coronavirus pandemic. The authors highlight the organizational, technical and social problems in the process of organizing distance learning, the totality of which can be considered as a challenge to the education system.
