<p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p><em>Penelitian yang dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Pasir Penyu bertujuan mendapatkan data yang objektif, faktual, akurat dan sistematis mengenai pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Pasir Penyu. </em><em>Pendidikan menjadi sangat</em><em> urgen pada saat ini dan di era Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN siswa dituntut harus </em><em>mampu bersaing secara kompetitif </em><em>dan berkualitas, s</em><em>ehingga dibutuhkannya </em><em>sarana dan prasarana sebagai fasilitas pendukung dalam proses pembelajaran.</em><em> P</em><em>enelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif jenis studi kasus dengan pendekatan naturalistik yang mana penelitian mempelajari dan mendeskripsikan studi kasus yang terkait dengan pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Pasir Penyu dengan observasi Nonpartisipan, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data.  Adapun informannya adalah Kepala Sekolah, wakil kepala bagian sarana dan prasarana, wakil kepala bagian kurikulum, wakil kepala bagian kesiswaan, serta guru dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan </em><em>pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik dan sudah memenuhi standar nasional pendidikan serta para siswa sudah terfasilitasi dengan baik untuk mengembangkan keterampilan dan kemampuan</em><em>nya masing – masing.</em><em> </em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><strong><em>Kata kunci:</em></strong><em> Pengelolaan, Sarana, prasarana, Sekolah Dasar</em></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>The research conducted at Pasir Penyu District Elementary School is aimed at obtaining objective, factual, accurate and systematic data on the management of facilities and infrastructure of Elementary School in Pasir Penyu Subdistrict. Education becomes very urgent at this time and in the era of ASEAN Economic Community students are required to compete competitively and qualified, so the need of facilities and infrastructure as a support facility in the learning process. This research is a qualitative research case study type with naturalistic approach which research study and describe case study related to management of facilities and infrastructure of Elementary School in Pasir Penyu Subdistrict with nonparticipant observation, in-depth interview and documentation as data collection technique. The informants are the principal, deputy head of facilities and infrastructure, deputy head of the curriculum, deputy head of student affairs, and teachers and students. The results showed that the management of school facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of learning has been well implemented and has met the national standard of education and the students have been well facilitated to develop their skills and abilities respectively.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong><em> Management, Facilities, infrastructure, Elementary School</em></p>

<em>This study aims to describe and explain the form of language errors in the field<strong> </strong>of phonology, morphology, and syntax in the exposition essay of the student of X MIPA SMA N 4 Surakarta and describe the causes of language errors and efforts that can be done by teachers and students so that the Indonesian language error in the exposition essay by the students of X MIPA SMA N 4 Surakarta can be minimized. The research uses qualitative method with case study type. Research data in the form of Indonesian language error obtained through the exposition essay by the student of X MIPA and the data source used are documents and informants. Data collection technique conducted through observation, interviews, dan test. Data validity test used is triangulation method, informant review, dan intrarater. The result of this research are description of: (1) forms of language errors in the phonological field include capitalization misuse, misuse of punctuation, particle error, rewrite error, typographic error, and typing error; (2) the form of language error in the morphological field include mistakes of preposition, mistake of word formation, and error of pleonasm; (3) the form of language error in the syntax field include the phrase structure dan sentence structure; and (4) the factors causing the Indonesian language error not only comes from the students but also because of teacher and efforts that can be done to minimize language errors.</em>

<p align="center"><strong><em><span lang="EN-US">Abstract</span></em></strong><em></em></p><p><em><span lang="EN-US">Indonesia is a plural country with various ethnic groups, languages, religion, and culture. This is prone to friction such as conflicts between ethnicities, religion, and so on. This study aimed to know the implementation of multicultural education in growing tolerance between students in state Elementary School 2 Komet Banjarbaru. This study used qualitative approach with case study type of research. The study was done from January 2020 until March 2020. Data was collected by in-depth interview, participant observation, and documentation technique. The informants in this study were 11 samples including the headmaster, teacher, and students. After obtaining the data, analysis was done through the series of reduction, display, and data verification. Meanwhile, validity test was done by triangulation. The result showed that the implementation of multicultural education in growing tolerance between students in state Elementary School 2 Komet Banjarbaru through the school policy regulating that the rights of every student is equal, no obligation for non-Muslim female students to wear hijab, no obligation for non-Muslim students to attend Islamic religious activities, and religion subjects are customized to each religion, Muslim students learn Islamic studies, while non-Muslim students learn about their own religion, and they are free to learn religion studies in their own house of worship</span></em></p>

This study uses qualitative research, with the type of multi-case study research. The main data source in this study was obtained by snowball sampling. Data collection techniques in this study used three techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The locations used as research sites were State Elementary School Babatan I and State Elementary School Wiyung, which are partnering with USAID Prioritas. State Elementary School Babatan I before partnering with USAID was accredited B, but after partnering with USAID accredited A in 2016. State Elementary School Wiyung was able to maintain its accreditation after partnering with USAID. The conclusion of this study states that improving the quality of education in State Elementary School Babatan I and State Elementary School Wiyung has been reached. This can be seen from the acceleration of changes in both physical development, and human resources, especially teachers and students both in quantity and quality.

This paper aims to measure the quality of the services delivered by a court by assessing the satisfaction of court users and service providers, i.e., magistrates and court officials. For that purpose, a case study was carried out and data were collected by means of a questionnaire based on the SERVPERF instrument, in which perceived service quality is measured, considering court users, magistrates, and court officials’ perceptions of post-service performance. One hundred and fifty-eight questionnaires were successfully returned. An in-depth interview was later conducted to the court administrator to gain a richer understanding of the results achieved and ask follow-up questions. Overall, findings revealed that court users, magistrates, and court officials clearly have a positive view of the services provided, although improvement is needed, particularly in the court’s facilities and technological equipment. The current research sheds some light on the potentialities and difficulties of assessing service quality in the judiciary and contributes to the validation of the SERVPERF instrument in this context.

<div class="page" title="Page 1"><div class="layoutArea"><div class="column"><p>This study focuses on deliberative democracy practices in Caturtunggal village, specifically in the sub-village (<em>dusun</em>) of Seturan, Karangwuni, and Ambarukmo. The study assesses the quality of deliberation in these dusun by applying the three out of  five indicators of deliberative democracy theory by Fishkin (2009), namely information, subtantantive balance, and equal consideration. This study deploys qualitative descriptive method and case-study approach with in-depth interview as the main data gathering technique. This deliberation has put Village Consultative Board (BPD) period of 2013-2019 as a mediator and to consider arguments and deliberative results. Based on the indicators which proposed by Fishkin, Seturan and Ambarukmo are categorized for having semi-ideal deliberation, meanwhile Karangwuni is categorized as not ideal. The study also finds elite capture practices in Seturan and Karangwuni, but they do not impact significantly. </p></div></div></div>

This study examines the role of human resource management in improving the quality of educators. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study. This research site is in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri, Purworejo Regency. The data collection technique used by researchers is interview observation. In this study, the object of research is the Role of Human Resources to Achieve Workforce Quality in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri. Research data collection using descriptive observation, interview or qualitative methods. This interview observation study was conducted by lecturers and students of Islamic Education Management Study Program with student WK in MTs Nu Ma'arifKemiri. This activity aims to observe the Quality of Human Resources Workers conducted by MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : (1) Bagaimanakah pelaksanaan pengelolaan pendidikan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, (2) Masalah- masalah apakah yang ditemui di dalam pelaksanaan pengelolaan pendidikan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah,  (3) Perbaikan apa yang dilakukan sekolah  untuk memperbaiki mutu sekolah.  Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan studi dokumen. Sedangkan unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Madrasah, Guru dan staf serta warga Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Jihadiyah Bintaro. Intrumen yang digunakan untuk menjaring data-data yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian pelaksanaan pengelolaan dan masalah-masalah yang dihadapi di Madrasah Al Jihadiyah Bintaro, diolah dan dianalisis sesuai dengan rumusan masalah yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tujuh unsur pokok perbaikan dalam pelaksanaan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Bintaro. Hasil perbaikan ini berguna bagi perbaikan mutu sekolah.

Life skill education is an education that provides basic supplies and training to learners about the values of life needed and useful for the development of everyday life. Research on integrated life skill education in enterpreneurship subject in SMP Cahaya Bangsa School aims to know what life skill orientation in Entrepreneurship subject and examine the extent of life skill education implementation in Enterpreneurship subject. The design of this study used qualitative research with case study type. A descriptive inductive approach is used to describe a case by understanding symptoms and meaning. Researchers use in-depth interview techniques, digging information with direct observation, and study documentation. In analyzing the data, the researcher through three main components, namely, data reduction, display data, and data conclusion drawing. The results showed that the concept of life skill education is internalized in the entrepreneurship subject syllabus, then the teacher describes it in various learning activities such as washing activities, ironing activities, live in program, and market day. Evaluation done by teacher in assessing ability of life skill of student is by observing directly activity in enterpreneurship subject and student also given duty to write report result of activity live in.

This study aims to analyze and understand the training and development program carried out by SMP YAMIS Jakarta in improving the quality of its human resources. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. The data collection technique is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis is done through data presentation, data reduction, and concluding. The results showed that the training and development program carried out by SMP YAMIS Jakarta in improving the quality of its human resources was through the Subject Teacher Consultation (MGMP) activities which were carried out periodically by the existing schedule, involving teachers in seminars on learning methods that creative, innovative and fun, holding independent training in schools by inviting resource persons who are experts in the field, and programmed supervision carried out by school principals to employees regarding the achievement of planned educational goals.

Avaliar o registro dos enfermeiros nos prontuários do paciente eletrônico e convencional, com vista à melhoria da qualidade do cuidado. Estudo descritivo, tipo estudo de caso. Foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas com 8 enfermeiros da enfermaria de coronariopatias e a análise dos registros nos dois tipos de prontuários do paciente. Nos 25 prontuários revistos, constatou-se o número de 51 registros, sendo 37 do prontuário eletrônico e 14 do prontuário convencional, média de 31 dias de internação. Atrelou-se a não realização ao número insuficiente de profissionais de enfermagem no setor em comparação à complexidade dos pacientes atendidos. Destaca-se como obstáculo o quantitativo de pessoal da equipe de enfermagem e sua carga de trabalho. Consequentemente, há necessidade de ajustes quantitativo e qualitativo no processo de trabalho relacionados a execução desta e das demais tarefas para que possam ser adequadamente conduzidas.Descritores: Cuidados de Enfermagem, Registros Eletrônicos de Saúde, Carga de trabalho. Nursing records and their implications for the quality of careAbstract: To evaluate nurses' records in the electronic and conventional patient charts, with a view to improving the quality of care.
