This research used Classroom Action<span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal;"> Research (CAR). The research were conducted in two cycles, with each cycle<span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal;"> consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data<span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal;"> collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation, and tests.The<span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal;"> validity test of the data using data triangulation and data analysis using descriptive<span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal;"> analysis. The result showed that (1) application of SAVI’s model in classroom has<span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal;"> been done well (2) SAVI’s model can improve the quality of learning process in<span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal;"> classroom (3) SAVI’s model can improve the student learning achievement in<span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal;"> classroom. This means, after the application of SAVI’s model in classroom of X<span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal;"> TGBA quality process and student learning achievement were increased. The study was conducted to analyze the relationship between the learning environment and the learning process in an effort to improve student achievement in school, analysis using qualitative methods. Research conducted on madrasa ibtidaiyah teachers NURUL HIKMAH. From this study it can be seen that the learning environment has a positive relationship with student learning achievement, as well as the learning process that has a positive and significant relationship to student learning achievement, this shows that good student achievement can be done in an effort to improve the quality of the learning environment at school and the existence of a quality learning process, thus efforts to improve student achievement can be done by improving and improving the quality of the learning process as well as an increase in the quality of teaching staff in schools so that they are more professional in carrying out their duties and responsibilities as a teacher.

The background of this research was carried out because of the importance of efforts to improve learning achievement in biology through several methods or optimal learning strategies. The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement in the quality of the process and learning outcomes that have an impact on learning achievement in biology after applying the principles of biotechnology with the experiential learning model of class XII IPA2 students of SMA Negeri 1 Pasui. This research is a classroom action research which investigates student factors, teacher factors and the quality of the biology learning process and outcomes. The research location is SMA Negeri 1 Pasui, Enrekang Regency, class XII IPA2, with a total of 21 students in the even semester of the 2016-2017 school year. The implementation of the action consists of two cycles followed by evaluation and reflection activities. The results of the study show that the application of biotics with the experiential learning model can improve the quality of the process and student learning outcomes. Student responses are very positive and student learning outcomes improve each cycle.Keywords: prinbiotech, experiential learning, process quality and learning outcomes

Abstract. The author's experience in teaching material all this time shows that most students feel boredom in their learning, students are still less active in asking questions and responding to learning, students only listen to the teacher's explanation. So, it needs to be given an effective way of learning. There needs to be an effort to introduce a way to help students learn to master concepts and are interrelated so that they can learn meaningfully. One alternative that can meet expectations is the use of concept mapping strategies, especially strategies in the teaching and learning process on mutation material, which is given to students of class XII IPA 6 even semester 2015. This research was carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of: planning, implementation, observation and evaluation and reflection. The results showed that the use of concept mapping strategies in the learning process can improve the process and learning outcomes of students in learning biology in the mutation material of students of class XII IPA-6 Makassar Senior High School 7. Student learning achievement obtained from the first cycle to the second cycle is the highest value achieved is 85 and 95. The average score from the first cycle to the second cycle is 71.74 and 85. Student responses to learning using concept mapping strategies can increase student learning motivation , facilitate learning for students, can attract students 'attention to learning, increase the quality of learning and can increase students' interest in learning. Abstrak:Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji proses pembelajaran matematika danmenganalisis peningkatan prestasi belajar melalui permainan mistar bilangan. Metodepenelitian yang digunakanadalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan sebanyak 2siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Temengeng Kabupaten Blorapada semester 2 tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Teknikanalisis yang digunakandeskriptifkomparatif, yaitu membandingkan data hasil antara prasiklus, siklus I, dan siklus II. Hasilpenelitian yang dilaksanakan 2 siklus menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran matematikadengan menggunakan permainan mistar bilangan sangat menyenangkan siswa, sehinggaaktivitas pembelajaran meningkat dari 62,5 menjadi 84,5. Hasil belajar siswa juga meningkatditandai hasil siklus I nilai rata-rata kelas 60,48 dan ketuntasan mencapai 57,10%. Siklus IInilai rata-rata kelas 75,24 dan ketuntasan 85,70%. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah pembelajaranmatematika tentang penjumlahan dan pengurangan bilangan bulat melalui permainan mistarbilangan dapat meningkatkan aktivitas pembelajaran dan hasil belajar menunjukkan semuasiswa berminat dalam melaksanakan tugas dan memperoleh pengalaman yang menyenangkandalam permainan mistar bilangan. Abstract:The purpose of this research is to study the learningprocess ofmath and analyseincreasing of learning achievement through rulernumbers game. The method usedin thisresearch is class action which is done in2 cycles. The subject of the research are fourth gradestudents of Number 2 PublicElementary Schoolat Temengeng, Blora district in second semesterof the school year 2014/2015. The analysetechnicusedby comparingthe data from precycle,first cycle and second cycle. The results of the research that is done two cycles indicate thatmath learning process by using ruler numbers game can make the students feel pleased sothatlearning activities increase from 62.5 to 84.5. The results of student learning alsoincrease,it can be showed from the average score of the first cycle is 60.48 and the completeness scorereaches57.1%. The average score of thesecond cycle is 75.24 and the completeness scorereaches 85.7%. The conclusion of the research ismath learning about addition and deductionof integer through ruler numbers game can improve learning activity and the results of studentlearning show that all students are interested to obtain the task and get moreenjoyableexperience in using rulernumbers game.

The learning process in madrasas (Islamic-based elementary schools) is seen as being able to contribute to instilling values and norms in students following Islamic teachings. The issue of organizational culture and teacher performance also becomes a determining factor in creating a quality learning process. In this research, the aim is to determine: 1) the effect of organizational culture on the quality of the learn-ing process; 2) the effect of teacher performance on the quality of the learning process; and 3) the influ-ence of organizational culture on teacher performance. Respondents in this study were all class teachers from three madrasas as a sample representing all public madrasas in the city of Bandar Lampung, Indo-nesia. The results obtained indicate that the variables of organizational culture and the quality of the learning process have an influence, with R squared of 0.67 or 67%, which is classified as moderate. This shows that madrassas have implemented predetermined work culture values, namely: a) integrity, the harmony between correct thoughts, words, and deeds; b) professionalism, working in a disciplined, competent, and timely manner with the best results; c) innovation, perfecting existing and creating new and improved techniques and ideas; d) responsibility, working thoroughly and with thought for the con-sequences; and e) being exemplary, setting a good example for others.

Abstractlearning process  good teaching  can create a situation that allows children to learn, so that is the starting point of the success of teaching. The low quality of education depends on the management of the teaching and learning process which can be interpreted as being less effective in the teaching and learning process, the causes: (1) Low learning activities, (2) Inadequate facilities and infrastructure. The case in Solok City Middle School, the low level of student learning activities allegedly influenced the low student learning outcomes. Based on observations on class VIII A which included the superior class had not yet achieved the desired completeness, the class with the least completeness was class VIII B which was 33.33% with KKM 65 criteria. Seeing this reality, teachers were required to motivate students and foster enthusiasm student learning. Therefore, to foster students' enthusiasm for learning, the author tries to apply student learning activities through discussion methods in small groups.Keywords: Learning, discussion AbstrakProses belajar mengajar yang baik dapat menciptakan situasi yang mmemungkinkan anak belajar, sehingga merupakan titik awal keberhasilan pengajaran. Rendahnya mutu pendidikan tergantung pada pengelolaan proses belajar mengajar yang dapat diartikan kurang efektifnya proses belajar mengajar, penyebabnya: (1) Rendahnya aktifitas belajar,  (2) Sarana dan prasarana yang belum memadai. Kasus pada SMP Negeri % Kota Solok rendahnya aktifitas belajar siswa diduga berpengaruh terhadap rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan pengamatanpada  kelas VIII A yang termasuk kelas unggul belum mencapai ketuntasan yang di inginkan, sedangkan kelas yang paling sedikit ketuntasannya adalah kelas VIII B yaitu sebanyak 33,33 % dengan kriterian KKM 65. Melihat kenyataan tersebut, guru dituntut untuk dapat memotivasi siswa dan menumbuhkan semangat belajar siswa. Karena itu, untuk menumbuhkan semangat belajar siswa, penulis mencoba untuk menerapkan aktivitas belajar siswa melalui metode diskusi dalam kelompok kecil. Kata kunci: Pembelajaran, diskusi

Current learning is needed to emphasize student activities to be more constructive. However, learning emphasizes more on the target material and focuses on the final result. This study aims to improve student learning activities and outcomes in Automotive Engineering Basic Work subjects by implementing the ARCS learning model. This type of research is classroom action research, each cycle consisting of stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 40 students of tenth grade State Vocational High School in Purworejo, Indonesia. Data were collected through observation to determine the description of student activities during the learning process. Then the evaluation test was used to determine the final results of student learning after being given the ARCS learning model in the classroom. The study results indicate that the implementation of ARCS learning in the process provides progress on student learning activities and outcomes during the learning process. The results showed that the implementation of the ARCS model increased student learning activities by 74% and increased learning outcomes by 82%. Thus, it can be concluded that the ARCS learning model, in general, can have a potential effect because students are more constructive in learning so that it can be used as a learning reference in vocational high school.

<p><em>The problem in the world of education at this time is the quality and quantity of education in the field of information and communication technology. The quality of education can be seen from the quality of education desired by the community and for the quality of education related to the equitable access to education without any gap. One way to overcome these problems is by optimizing the role of information and communication technology in the learning process by using e-learning. E-learning used is using online learning based on Schoology. In this application there are several features that can be used by the teacher in the learning process including uploading material, assignments, discussions and giving test questions using the online quiz system. In the use of E-Learning in the learning process can increase students' learning motivation and can create enjoyable learning so that students in participating in learning activities can be active and achieve maximum learning outcomes.</em></p>

Esensi supervisi akademik tidak hanya menilai kinerja guru dalam mengelola proses pembelajaran, melainkan juga membantu guru mengembangkan kemampuan profesionalismenya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan  mutu pembelajaran melalui supervisi akademik. Penerapan supervisi akademik digunakan untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran siswa, minat belajar siswa, dan kemampuan guru dalam mengelola pelaksanaan pembelajaran sehingga sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini berbentuk Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (School Action Research) dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif, dengan menggunakan teknik persentase untuk melihat peningkatan yang terjadi dari siklus ke siklus. Dengan dilaksanakannya supervise akademik, bimbingan berkelanjutan dapat meningkatkan motivasi guru dalam menyusun administrasi mengajar dan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyiapkan perencanaan pembelajaran yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran.The essence of academic supervision is not only assessing the performance of teachers in managing the learning process, but also helping teachers develop their professional skills. This study aims to describe the improvement of the quality of learning through academic supervision. The application of academic supervision is used to improve the quality of student learning, student interest in learning, and the ability of teachers to manage the implementation of learning so that it is in accordance with predetermined standards. This research is in the form of School Action Research using descriptive methods, using percentage techniques to see the increase that occurs from cycle to cycle. By implementing academic supervision, continuous guidance can increase teacher motivation in arranging teaching administration and can increase teacher competence in preparing lesson plans which in turn improve the quality of learning.
