General remote-control robots are manipulated by joysticks or game pads. These are difficult for inexperienced users, however, because the relationship between user input and the resulting robot movement may not be intuitive, e.g., tilting the joystick to the right to rotate the robot left. To solve this problem, we propose a touch-based interface called TouchMe for controlling a robot remotely from a third-person point of view. This interface allows the user to directly manipulate individual parts of a robot by touching it as seen by a camera. Our system provides intuitive operation allowing the user to use it with minimal training. In this paper, we describe TouchMe interaction and prototype implementation. We also introduce three types of movement for controlling the robot in response to user interaction and report on results of an empirical comparison of these methods.

This project looks for the relationship among variables influencing Mexican key lime supply and demand in the domestic and US market under the scenario of using a higher quantity of fertilizers as a strategy for responding against the threat of citrus greening (HLB). With the help of domestic and international databases from 2000 to 2012, a simultaneous equations model was built capturing behavioral and technical variables influencing supply and demand. The most important relationships among variables were price of the product and disposable income for the demand and use of fertilizers and exchange rate for the supply. This work gives the insight, from the economic point of view, that building a model including the right key variables will give a sense of the general structure of a market and the changes in stability due to a sanitary threat

One of the main aspects of teaching in engineering education, including robotics engineering, is to experiment. Due to the complexity of the equipment involved, robotics research is expensive, thus limiting the access of researchers/students to perform activities of this kind. One possibility to access these devices is to share them with other universities and research centers from different locations in the world. The research team was focused on building a telerobotic educational lab operated via the web so that interested Internet users should be able – using augmented reality – to manipulate and share with other users the robot control. In this paper the specificity of the robot’s environment is the existence of a grid, drawn on the telerobotic working space.

The research makes it possible to recognize the judgments of the users who are enrolled in the zero to always family modality and, in turn, establish the relationship they give to the program in the training of their children. The use of qualitative research for this proposal contributes or it establishes the relationship of describing and giving points of view to problems of the social educational and experiential context, the primary objective was to determine the degree of use by users of the program from zero to always family modality, in the municipality of Pamplona. It can be said that the application of this research contributes in part to diagnosing from a personal point of view the impact generated by the program in the training of minors, evidencing in it the theoretical, political and real positions in order to make them aware of the importance of training of children. The instruments used for families in certain rural areas who are the objects of study were semi-structured interviews; validated by experts from the area, they managed to produce key information for the analysis and triangulation. Thanks to the analysis units and the categories established in the interview, it was possible to focus and provide solutions to the objectives set, demonstrating the perception that the beneficiaries of the program of zero They always have in relation to the operation in rural areas of Pamplona. With the information obtained it is clear to establish the conformity of the operation of the program in terms of the role of care for families, the training of minors and the integration of society is thus how the show is getting on the right tide.

The purpose of the research in the article is to consider the theoretical problems of legal regulation of property liability of the employer. This work is devoted to investigation of the indemnification peculiarities by a legal or natural person caused by their employee or another person in accordance with Art. 1172 of the Civil code of Ukraine that will allow to establish cases of its use, in combination with other norms of the legislation, in particular labour. The conditions and reasons for the occurrence of the mentioned non-contractual obligations, peculiarities and problems of application of the right of regression to the persons who caused the damage will be revealed. Nowadays, unfortunately, the concept of «regressive obligations» has not been investigated enough, the legislation does not contain a specific definition of the term, there are no reasons and conditions for their occurrence and application, the legal provisions of the participants of these obligations have not been interpreted, which complicates the application of regression in practice. The issue of indemnification caused by an employee in the performance of his duties is closely intertwined with two related branches of civil and labour law. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze some elements of each type of responsibility to determine their independence and separation. To achieve this goal, the authors set the following tasks: to identify the causes of this discussion; to analyze the scientific positions by various scientists, about the civil nature of the relationship of indemnification by the employee to third party; to carry out the comparative analysis of legal regulation of the given relations by norms of the labour law and regulation of relations on indemnification caused by the employer, by its employee, by the civil legislation; determine the peculiarities of the relationship of liability of the employer for damage caused by the employee; summarise the legal nature of the relationship to compensate for damage caused by the employee. This will help to identify recommendations for action in the event of similar commitments in life. For this purpose, in this research the national legislation is analyzed from both a theoretical and practical point of view.

---------- Classical approach to the problem of the euthanasia, through the paradigm of the principles conducts to solve the matter with a yes, if the principle of autonomy is privileged, or with a no if the primacy is given to the principle of the unavailability of the life. This paper moves from the proposal that another approach is possible, based on the interaction, suggested as methodic line by Warren T. Reich, of the paradigm of the principles with the other paradigms of the bioethics: the experience, the care, the virtue. The first moment is to consider the euthanasia as the object of a question that comes from the suffering and that, as such, it must be welcomed and interpreted in a context of relationship. Unlike the suicide there is not here a killing oneself, but an asking other for death. The ethical attention must be moved from the exclusive center of autonomy to the relationship, particularly on the complexity and the contradictions that mark the physician-patient relationship between today. Even if it asks a limit “care”, paradoxical that cannot be given, or the aims of the medicine itself would be contradicted and overturned, the question of euthanasia cannot stay outstanding, but must be welcomed, opened again with the attention that the paradigm of care imposes, with the humanitas that the paradigm of virtue delivers us. The ethical attention to the experience of whom asks the death it becomes the first moment to find a conciliation among apparently antithetical moments, as the sacredness and the quality of the life, to gather the complementarity among apparently antithetical rights as the right to be left alone and the right not to be left alone, to sustain together the liberation from the physical pain and the liberation from the pain of the soul. Moving the point of view from freedom to relationship the paper wants to point out the ethical impossibility to say yes to the euthanasia just on the side of the relationship, at the same time setting the accent not only on the responsibility that saying yes means, but also on the other responsibilities of which the question of euthanasia ask us: the responsibilities derived by the situation and the others concerning what to answer to the help request and care that the question subtends. In the way proper of the ethics of the care, the paper proposes not to solve the dilemma of the euthanasia abdicating to the life or to the liberty, but trying to redefine the context from which the dilemma has origin, in such way that it is possible to hold together life and liberty.

What idleness, leisure, and free time have in common is that they are the opposite of labor; all three are linked with the cessation or interruption of labor. The article takes Kazimir Malevich’s provocative essay Laziness as the Truth of Mankind (1921) as the starting point for an examination of the complex and fraught issue of the balance between idleness and labor. Malevich redefines idleness as grace, as the point of labor and its peer, and as something that is not only a release from hard labor but that also leads to peace and God. The author proposes a reading of Malevich’s apologetics of idleness in juxtaposition with Marx’s early focus on the issues of human freedom and on alleviating alienation in a newly arranged society, and with Paul Lafargue’s argument that workers would do better to fight for the right to be idle than for the right to work. The comparison with Marx and Lafargue reveals a fundamental flaw in their socialist program of heroic labor, which preserved the exploitation of labor but had the state rather than the capitalists appropriate it. Malevich’s argument comes close to certain insights of John Maynard Keynes in which he envisaged science and technology resolving economic problems by enabling humanity to enter an age of idleness and plenty. Giorgio Agamben’s philosophical deliberations round out the contemporary understanding of the relationship between labor and idleness. From this point of view, laziness and idleness become essential elements of meaningful labor. The option to remain idle, to reject work, to prolong it or to delay its completion are becoming the sine qua non of creative labor worthy of a free person.

The advancement of virtual reality (VR) technology for educational instruction and curricular (re)design have become highly attractive and newly demanding areas of both the technology and healthcare industries. However, the quickly evolving field is still learning about each of the associated VR technologies, whether they are evidence-based, and how they are validated to decrease cognitive load and in turn increase student/learner comprehension. Likewise, the instructional (re)design of the content that the student/learner is exposed to in VR, and whether it is immersive, and promotes memorable content and experiences can influence their learning outcomes. Here the Revinax® Handbook content library that is displayed in an immersive virtual reality application in first-person point-of-view (IVRA-FPV) is contrasted with third-person point-of-view (IVRA-TPV) through VR headsets to an individual, and computer displays to many individuals along with augmented reality (AR) are evaluated as emerging advancements in the field of VR and AR.

We consider the relationship between three ways of defining graph derivability. That the traditional double-pushout approach and Banach's inward version are equivalent in the case of injective left-hand sides is proved in a purely categorical setting. In the case of noninjective left-hand sides, equivalence can be shown in special categories if the right-hand side is injective. Both approaches have the same generative power in the category of graphs if the pushout connecting the outward production with the inward one is a pullback as well. Finally, it is shown that Banach's point of view establishes a close relationship between the categorical approach and Kaplan's Δ-grammars, allowing a slight generalization of Δ-grammars and making them an operational description of the categorical approach.

Traditional housing fabrics are an obviously valuable heritage to be reviewed and analyzed, as they present the right pattern for native architecture because it is considered the main core in the creation of cities, as well as the architectural elements and buildings located in them. The objective of this study is to review and recognize the physical and social behavior patterns of these buildings to improve these valuable fabrics and save them from their presence of unusual buildings. First, this study would review the key problems on the design of patterns in the architecture of the house, obtaining an analytical-descriptive point of view; This research first reviews the key issues of the patterns in the architecture of the house, and then identifies the physical components that are effective in traditional buildings, contrasting with the theoretical foundations obtained. The next step has been the identification and physical review using the field research method to physically identify and review the case study buildings in the historical fabric. After the analysis, the most effective physical components would be prioritized by hierarchical method. Finally, considering the results obtained, not only the principles of native architecture are identified, but also some approaches are introduced to improve the relationship between physical behavior environments in the Niakie neighborhood in Amol.

With the development in recent years of augmented reality and the appearance of new mobile terminals and storage bases on-line, we find the possibility of using a powerful tool for transmitting architecture. This paper analyzes the relationship between Augmented Reality and Architecture. Firstly, connects the theoretical framework of both disciplines through the Representation concept. Secondly, describes the milestones and possibilities of Augmented Reality in the particular field of archaeological reconstruction. And lastly, once recognized the technology developed, we face the same analysis from a critical point of view, assessing their suitability to the discipline that concerns us is the architecture and within archeology.
