Abstract The Relationship Between Experiences of Industrial Work Practices and Learning Achievement with Work Readiness of Greade XI Students of Electrical Power Installation Techniques in SMK Negeri 5 Jakarta. The research method used in this study uses a survey method with a correlational approach. The population in the study were 55 students of class X Electric Power Installation Engineering.The results showed that the hypothesis test with a significance level of 5% showed that: (1) there was a positive and significant relationship between the experience of industrial work practices with work readiness, the results of tcount test (3.02)> ttable (2.00) with a contribution of 14.64%; (2) there is a positive and significant relationship between learning achievement and student work readiness, test results of tcount (2.16)> ttable (2.00) with a contribution of 8,45%; (3) there is a positive and significant relationship between industry work practice experience and learning achievement with student work readiness, the results of tcount (4,92.92)> ttable (3.16) with a contribution of 15.20%.   Abstrak .Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengalaman praktik kerja industri dan prestasi belajar dengan kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XI teknik instalasi tenaga listrik SMK Negeri 5 Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode surve dengan pendekatan korelasiponal. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah siswa kelas X Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik sebanyak 55 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa uji hipotesis dengan taraf signifikansi 5% menunjukan bahwa: (1) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara pengalaman praktik kerja industri dengan kesiapan kerja, hasil pengujian thitung (3,02) > ttabel (2,00) dengan kontribusi sebesar 14,64%; (2) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara prestasi belajar dengan hasil belajar rangkaian listrik, hasil pengujian thitung (2,16) > ttabel (2,00) dengan kontribusi sebesar 8,45%; (3) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara pengalalam praktik kerja industri dan prestasi belajar dengankesiapan kerja siswa, hasil pengujian thitung (4,92) > ttabel (3,16) dengan kontribusi sebesar 15,20%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara individual dan simultan prestasi belajar akuntansi komputer, kompetensi pedagogik guru, lingkungan sekolah, dan praktik kerja industri terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa Program Keahlian Akuntansi SMK di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan sasaran siswa kelas XII Program Keahlian Akuntansi SMK Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Sampel sebanyak 207 siswa dipilih dari lima sekolah mewakili lima wilayah di Yogyakarta dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan metode analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prestasi belajar akuntansi komputer, kompetensi pedagogik guru, lingkungan sekolah, dan praktik kerja industri berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 47,9%. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kesiapan kerja seorang siswa. Kesiapan kerja dapat dipengaruhi dan dibentuk oleh pengalaman. Faktor lingkungan yang dapat mempengaruhi kesiapan kerja yaitu lingkungan sekolah, kompetensi pedagogik guru yang mengajar dan keberhasilan mereka dalam praktik kerja industri.WORK READINESS OF ACCOUNTING PROGRAM STUDENTS AT VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOLThis study was aimed at determining the influence of individual and simultaneous computer accounting learning achievement, teacher pedagogical competence, school environment and industrial work practices on work readiness of the students of vocational accounting expertise program in Yogyakarta. This study was a causal associative research, with the students of class XII in the Accounting Skills Program of Vocational School in Special Region of Yogyakarta in the academic year 2018/2019 as the research subject. The sample of 207 students were selected from five schools representing five regions in Yogyakarta using purposive sampling technique. Questionnaires and documentation were used as the data collection techniques. The data were then analyzed using the multiple regression analysis method. The results show that computer accounting learning achievement, teacher pedagogical competence, school environment and industrial work practices had a positive and significant effect on student work readiness with an effective contribution of 47.9%. Many factors affect a person’s work readiness. Work readiness can be influenced and shaped by the experience. Whereas environmental factors that can affect work readiness are the school environment, the pedagogical competence of the teachers and their success in industrial work practices.


This study aims to reveal the effect of industrial work practices on job readiness of vocational high school partner PT. Astra Daihatsu Motor. This research is ex-post-facto research. The population in this study was 1,011 students of class XI competence in automotive engineering expertise in vocational high school partner PT. Astra Daihatsu Motor in Yogyakarta. A sample of 287 students was determined randomly. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics in the form of calculating the average percentage. Hypothesis testing uses a regression correlation. The results of this study indicate that industrial work practices affect student work readiness by 18.5%. These results indicate that the independent variable significantly influences the work readiness of students at the Vocational High School partner of PT. Astra Daihatsu Motor in Yogyakarta.

The Influence of Location and Facilities Against Satisfaction of Container Unloading Service User at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Merauke Branch.This study aims to determine how much influence the location and facilities to the satisfaction of service users. Locations have indicators: access, visibility, traffic and facilities have indicators: organizational characteristics and objectives, land availability and space and space requirements, flexibility, aesthetic factors, communities and the environment, construction and operation costs while service user satisfaction has indicators: customer satisfaction , dimensions of customer satisfaction, confirmation of expectations, repurchase interest, willingness to recommend, customer dissatisfaction.The method used in this research is quantitative method by using the technique of processing descriptive data, data collecting technique with interviews, questionnaires and literature study. Sampling technique used incidental sampling. The measurement using likert scale and processed using SPSS version 23 program to calculate the validity and reliability test, calculate hypothesis test that is t test, f test and coefficient of determination. The result of research shows that location and facility variables together have a positive influence on service user satisfaction at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Merauke Branch. This can be proven from the result of F count 39.984> 3.11 with significance level 0.000 ≤ 0.05, then Ho is rejected Ha accepted. Itcan be concluded there is a positive and significant relationship between location and facility to the satisfaction of service users of loading and unloading of containers at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Merauke Branch.The result of research shows that location and facility variables together have a positive influence on service user satisfaction at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Merauke Branch. <p>This study aimed to examine the alleged causality between the dependent and independent variables. This study is a descriptive research using survey method. Datan collected by using questionnaire and analyzed using path analysis to test the hypothesis. Engineering analysis will be determined by SPSS data analysis program. The result of the study were; 1) Leadership style has a significant relationship with the performance of officials local government in Gorontalo city. It is seen in the calculation of the product r correlation counted is 0.811 at the significance level (0.05), r table at 0,239 then count r &gt; r of the table so that we can conclude the existence of a significant relationship, while the relationship is based on arithmetic interval coefficient criteria r is 0.811, which means relatively strong relationship with the leadership style of performance in local government apparatus city Gorontalo relatively strong. While t is 0.957 and compared t table with a significance level of 0.044 (0.05) turns out t count&gt; t table with the sense of the hypothesis is accepted which stated the existence of a significant relationship. 2) Organizational Culture has a significant relationship performance in local government apparatus city Gorontalo, it can be seen that the calculation of the product correlation r counted is 0.922 at the significance level (0.05)r price table is 0.098 then the count r &gt; r table. It conclude the existence of a significant relationship, while the relationship is based on interval arithmetic coefficient criteria r is 0.922, which means has relatively strong relationship with the organizational culture apparatus as very strong performance. While t is 0.957 and compared t table with a significance level of 0.044 (0.05) turns out t &gt; t table. It means the hypothesis is accepted which states the existence of a very significant. 3) Relationship between Leadership Style and organizational culture have significant performance relationship in local government of Gorontalo apparatus city. It is seen in the strength of mastery skills and cultural organization along with the performance of the apparatus, comparing the r counting with r table it is known that 0.811 &gt; 0.239, the correlation both have strong significant relationship.</p>

This correlational research aims to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence, independent learning and learning creativity with the mathematics learning outcomes of grade VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Blahbatuh. Data collection was carried out by means of questionnaires and tests. The sample used is a number of 80 people who are determined by the cluter random sampling technique. Hypothesis test used is simple and multiple regression with a significance level of 0.05. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and mathematics learning outcomes, the relative contribution is 46%. There is a significant relationship between independent learning and mathematics learning outcomes, the relative contribution is 39%. There is a significant relationship between creativity and mathematics learning outcomes, the relative contribution is 64%. There is an influence between emotional intelligence, independent learning and learning creativity with mathematics learning outcomes of students with a relative contribution of 62%.

The objectives of this research were to find out on  the topic of Sequences and Series: (1) which had better learning achievement among cooperative learning Group Jigsaw II or a direct learning; (2) which had better learning achievement between melancholies students, phlegmatic students, sanguine students or choleric students; (3) at each personality types, which had better learning achievement among Jigsaw II or direct learning, and (4) at each learning models, which had better learning achievement between melancholies students, phlegmatic students, sanguine students or choleric students. This research was a quasi-experimental with 2×4 factorial design. The population was all students of SMK  Muhammadiyah 3 Klaten Utara on Academic Years 2019/2020. Sampling was done by stratified cluster random sampling technique. The total of sample was 85 students. Statistical tests using the method Lilliefors test for normality, homogeniety of the Bartlett method, anava test with F test (Fisher) and post hoc test using the Scheffe’ method. The significance level was 0,05. Based on hypothesis test, it could  be concluded as follows: (1) Jigsaw II  had better learning achievement than direct learning,; (2) there were no any differences in the learning achievement in mathematics of the students with melancholies, phlegmatic, sanguine or choleric personality types; (3) in each personality types, the cooperative learning model Jigsaw II  had better than direct learning model; (4) in each learning model, the students with melancholies, phlegmatic, sanguine or choleric personality types have the same learning achievement.

This research aims to analyze the knowledge necessity and implementation of the occupational health and safety (OHS) of students in SMK Negeri 1 Kaidipang while taking the industrial work practice. This is a quantitative research by applying questionnaires and observation with 2 variables, those are; 1) the knowledge necessity of the occupational health and safety (X) and 2) the implementation of the occupational health and safety in the industrial work practice (Y)..The test with the significance level (a) of 5%. It shows that: (1) Knowledge necessity of occupational health and safety greatly influences its implementation during the industrial work practices, this is evidenced by the R Square value of 0.358 or 35.8% which means that the knowledge necessity of the occupational health and safety variable only contributes 35.8% to its implementation during the industrial work practices. (2) the knowledge necesssity of the OHS positively influences its implementation during the industrial work practice of students in class XI and XII majoring in Architecture with proof of value, count> cable (4,604> 2.02439). The knowledge necessity of occupational health and safety can affect students' awareness in its implementation because students can know the consequences of not paying attention to occupational health and safety

The objectives of this study was to examine the relationship between work motivation, organizational culture toward lecturers professional attitudes. The research was conducted at study program of Pakuan University. The applied research methods are survey method and data analysis technique using the correlation and simple linier regression as well as correlation and multiple linier regression statistical. This research can be classified into correlation research which consist of two independent variables namely work motivation, organizational culture and one dependent variable namely lecturers professional attitudes. This research involved samples of 166 permanent lecturers which were selected by proportional random sampling. Meanwhile, the hypothesis test is conducted on 0.05 significance level. Results emerged that there is a positive relationship between all variables tested in the study. First, there is a positive and significant correlation between the work motivation with the lecturers professional attitudes with regression equation of ?= -1.79 + 1,04X1 and correlation coefficient ry1 = 0.997. The contribution of the work motivation toward the lecturers professional attitudes is 99,7%. Second, there is a positive and significant between correlation the organizational culture with the lecturers professional attitudes with regression equation of ?= -3,06 + 1,02 X2 and correlation coefficient ry2 = 0.997. The contribution of the organizational culture toward the lecturers professional attitudes is 99,7%. Third, there is a positive and significant correlation between the work motivation with organizational culture combined with the lecturers professional attitudes with regression equation of ?= -2,634 + 0,528X1 + 0,505X2 and correlation coefficient ry12 = 0,998. The contribution of the work motivation and organizational culture toward the lecturers professional attitudes is 99,8%. Based on the results above it can be concluded that the lecturers professional attitudes can be improved through a high working motivation and the organizational culture
