Business competition is getting tougher making the marketing mix used as a tool for tactical marketing tools that can be controlled to produce the desired response in the target market. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of marketing mix-7Ps on consumer satisfaction for the elderly in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta. The research method uses a survey with a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Samples were taken using simple random sampling technique produced 70 respondents. Data is processed using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of the study show that: (1) empirically proven products, prices, distributions, promotions, and processes have a significant influence on customer satisfaction; meaning that the better the product, price, distribution, promotion and process, the more customer satisfaction increases. (2) Empirically proven physical facilities and people do not affect consumer satisfaction; meaning that physical facilities and people do not significantly result in customer satisfaction. Thus the findings of this study prove that physical facilities and people are not the main ones in consuming a product, but the most important thing is the quality of the product itself which can be used according to its function.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of marketing mix on local product consumer satisfaction, to analyze the effect of marketing mix on consumer loyalty of local products and to analyze the indirect effect of marketing mix on consumer loyalty. This study used 140 respondents and the data were processed using SEM-WarPLS analysis. The results showed that the marketing mix: variable product, price, place, promotion directly has a positive and significant effect on the variable customer satisfaction. Marketing mix: product, price, promotion variables directly have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. place variable has a positive and insignificant effect on consumer loyalty. The importance of maintaining the quality of smoked beef products is emphasized in this study by paying close attention to the processed ingredients and packaging that are unique, as well as periodic product control. This is done so that the products produced can survive in the market and face competitors, as well as to establish more consistent pricing policies so that prices can be more competitive.

Consumers have a high level of satisfaction with the quality of taste, flavour variants, packaging quality, price, and service quality of Sambel Gendang, while consumers have a low level of satisfaction with the level of spiciness of the product. This study aims to investigate the level of consumer satisfaction and formulate product strategy improvements to be proposed by considering customer satisfaction. Therefore, consumers can repurchase the products and become Sambel Gendang customers. This research uses descriptive analysis research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study was Sambel Gendang consumers. A total of 60 people were taken as samples by using probability sampling technique, and simple random sampling method. The results of this study revealed that 43.3% of respondents were satisfied with the taste quality, 41.7% were dissatisfied with the level of spiciness, 35% were satisfied with the flavour variant, 53.3% were satisfied with the packaging, 41.7% were satisfied with the price, 46.7% were satisfied with the service quality. The proposed marketing strategy by considering customer satisfaction is focused on product and promotion strategies to increase the sales market. This study aims to determine the significant positive effect simultaneously and partially between the independent variables: the quality of service consisting of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy for the dependent variable, namely customer satisfaction at the Jakarta Claim Center Division of PT. Wahana Tata Insurance. System. The sample in this study was 100 consumers in the Jakarta Claim Center Division of PT. Wahana Tata Insurance. Furthermore, the sampling technique used in this study is "Simple Random Sampling" for respondents who are currently carrying out the process of filing claims at the JCC Division of PT. Wahana Tata Insurance. Data collection was done by using a questionnaire technique. Simultaneous research results quality of service (physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) have a positive, solid, and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Partially, physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy have a positive, relatively strong, and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Jakarta Claim Center Division of PT. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of whether or not the quality of service, store atmosphere and promotion of consumer satisfaction at Pondok Jowi Restaurant Solo. The population in this study were consumers of Pondok Jowi Solo Restaurant in January 2020 at May 2020 with a total of 14,030 people. The sampling techniquemismpurposive samplingm which is a sampling technique with certain considerations by taking 100 respondents. Data collection uses a Likert scale questionnaire to measure respondents' answers to identify the relationship between service quality, store atmosphere and promotion of customer satisfaction. The results show that service quality, store atmosphere and promotion have a simultaneous and significant effect on customer satisfaction, servicei quality has assignificant effect on customer satisfaction, store atmosphere has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and promotion has significant effect on customer satisfaction. This study aims to see and determine the direct effect of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction. Research site at the Kimteng coffee shop Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all customers who made repeat purchases at the Kimteng coffee shop Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling using the simple random sampling method, because the sampling of members from the population was done randomly without paying attention to the strata in the population. Determining the number of samples 5 times the number of variable indicators as many as 30 are used. Thus, the number of samples to be studied in this study was 150 people. In this study, researchers will use SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between the marketing mix on purchasing decisions and there is a positive and significant influence between the marketing mix and purchasing decisions on customer satisfaction. Purchasing decisions are able to positively and significantly mediate between marketing strategies and customer satisfaction.

This research aims to analyze the level of customer satisfaction to services and explain the factors that must be prioritized in order to meet consumer expectations in Senyum Media Bondowoso. The method used is quantitative research with the Servqual method and the Kano model. The population of this research is all the customers of the Senyum Media Bondowoso store and the samples used are 150 samples using the Purposive Sampling technique. The results of the research show that the quality of service in CV. Senyumindo Mediatama Bondowoso is not in accordance with what is desired by customers, because the calculation is carried out using the Service Quality method, the results obtained are the average value of service quality, the average value of service quality for all dimensions of service quality is -4,967. On the other hand, for the Kano category is in the Indifferent category, which means that the attributes that are in the category of less attention by consumers, therefore the existence of these attributes does not affect the decrease or increase in the level of satisfaction of consumers. This category has no effect on consumer satisfaction with functional or dysfunctional services and goods.

This study aims to measure the level of customer satisfaction of green cottage restaurant viewed from the aspect of product, price, place, promotion and service. This research was conducted from February to April 2017, using primary and secondary data with sampling technique of accidental sampling method and respondents were 96 people. The method of analysis used is descriptive data analysis depicting Level of Consumer Satisfaction at Restaurant Pondok Hijau Manado City. To measure the Level of Consumer Satisfaction at Restaurant Pondok Hijau Manado City, use the Likert Scale. The result of the research showed that the perception index of customer satisfaction to the service of distribution for credit of grassroot business at Bank BRI Unit Tomohon Utara Tomoho City, Consumer Satisfaction Level of Pondok Hijau Restaurant in Manado was 76.64% and classified as Very Satisfied (SP).

Communities are increasingly selective in choosing banking services to place their own funds in order to avoid the risk of loss due to poor performance of a bank. Quality services can increase the satisfaction and loyalty of the company so it is expected to encourage the company's success to win the competition. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality variables consisting of dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Data analysis used multiple linier regression analysis method with 100 bank customer XYZ sample as respondent. The sampling technique using simple random sampling. Validity and reliability tests are used in testing of research instruments as well as testing classical assumptions in the form of normality test, heterokedastisity test, and linearity test. The results showed that the quality of service has a positive and significant impact on loyalty through customer satisfaction and satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty.

Background:Sleep is a very fundamental need for every individual, especially for elderly people in social institutions. Poor quality of sleep in the elderly may lead to several disturbances, such as vulnerability to diseases,forgetfulness, psychomotor disorders, disorientation and difficulty to make decision. Some intervention may include pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapy. One of non-pharmacology therapies that isused to increase sleep qualityis rose aromatherapy. Objective: To determine the effect of rose aromatherapy on the quality of sleep in elderly at PSTW Budi Luhur Kasongan Bantul, Yogyakarta. Method: This study was a quasi-experiment research,with one group pretest-posttest design. Samples were taken with simple random sampling technique, involving 24 respondents. Each respondent was given rose aromatherapy for 5 minutes for 5 consecutive days. Result:Statistical analysis with marginal-homogeneity test showed p-value of 0,000 (p value<0,05).It suggested that there was a significant effect ofrose aromatherapy on the quality of sleep in elderly atSocial Institution of Tresna Werdha Budi Luhur Kasongan Bantul, Yogyakarta. Conclusion:Roses aroma therapy has effect in improving sleep quality in the elderly at Social Institution of TresnaWerdha Budi LuhurKasonganBantul, Yogyakarta.
