Education can be a measure of the progress and quality of life of a nation, so it is said that the progress of a nation and state can be achieved by one of the reforms in terms of education. In education, there are two terms, namely pedagogy and andragogy. Pedagogy is known as the education of children, while andragogy can be interpreted as the science and art of teaching adults. Children's education will take place in the form of assimilation, identification, and imitation; while adult education focuses on improving their lives, providing skills and abilities to solve problems, so what is identical here is brain training for adults. The difference between pedagogy and andragogy lies in the different assumptions about the personality of students, such as the concept of students, student experience, readiness to learn, orientation towards learning from their learning motivation. And from these assumptions, it can be distinguished in terms of the process which includes elements of atmosphere, planning, needs diagnosis, formulation, objectives, lesson plans, learning activities, and assessments.

The purpose of this study is to (1) analyze the quality of learning during the pandemic, and (2) to analyze learning constraints during the pandemic. This research uses qualitative descriptive research methods. The use of qualitative descriptive methods in the study aimed to describe phenomena that focused on interrelationships between activities. The sampling technique is done by purposive sampling, which is based on provinces that have high cases of covid 19 in Indonesia. The quality of learning decreases because students do not have learning motivation. Many of the obstacles experienced during learning related to school unpreparedness relate to aspects of learning evaluation and affective. The quality of learning during the pandemic is largely determined by the optimization of information technology.

<p><em>The goal of this research was to determine the effect of extrinsic learning motivation (learning motivation that comes from lecturers in online lectures) on Discrete Mathematics quality of learning outcomes. Data was collected from 30 lecture students in Informatics Management Faculty of AMIK Bina Sriwijaya Palembang, who take  Discrete Mathematics as their subject, by using a random sampling method. The measured variables are extrinsic learning motivation and discrete mathematics quality of learning outcomes. Simple regression analysis is used in testing the effect of extrinsic learning motivation on Discrete Mathematics quality of learning outcomes. The results of the research using 30 respondents showed that the correlation coefficient of 0.449, which means the corelation between the two variables in the medium category and the coefficient of determination 0.201 which means that lecture students quality of learning outcomes are influenced by extrinsic learning motivation (learning motivation originating from lecturers in online lectures) by 20.1%. Based on data analysis, the regression coefficient is positive (+) so it can be concluded that the increasing extrinsic learning motivation (learning motivation originating from lecturers in online lectures) will affect the increase in lecture students quality of learning outcomes.</em></p>

Along with the amount of time spent learning (or time-on-task), the quality of learning time has a real influence on learning performance. Quality of time in online learning depends on students’ time availability and their willingness to devote quality cognitive time to learning activities. However, the quantity and quality of the time spent by adult e-learners on learning activities can be reduced by professional, family, and social commitments. Considering that the main time pattern followed by most adult e-learners is a professional one, it may be beneficial for online education programs to offer a certain degree of flexibility in instructional time that might allow adult learners to adjust their learning times to their professional constraints. However, using the time left over once professional and family requirements have been fulfilled could lead to a reduction in quality time for learning. This paper starts by introducing the concept of quality of learning time from an online student-centred perspective. The impact of students’ time-related variables (working hours, time-on-task engagement, time flexibility, time of day, day of week) is then analyzed according to individual and collaborative grades achieved during an online master’s degree program. The data show that both students’ time flexibility (<em>r</em> = .98) and especially their availability to learn in the morning are related to better grades in individual (<em>r</em> = .93) and collaborative activities (<em>r</em> = .46).

The method of learning becomes one of the factors that is very influential, especially for students' academic achievement. Nowadays students are required to be more active in expanding the knowledge they not only get from teaching and learning activities in school, but they can also add knowledge such as from a learning application that they can learn by themselves to hone their understanding of subjects. In the subject of Natural Science (IPA), often the methods or methods used by teachers in teaching are still many that are difficult to understand by the students, the existing learning media less interest of students to study harder, and students sometimes consider easy subjects IPA. Learning Media in High School (SMA) visually displayed in the form of applications that can be accessed with Android-based phones is expected to improve the quality of learning, especially in science subjects.

This article aims to discuss the learning of the Al-Qur'an Hadith in madrasas ibtidaiyah. The focus of the study is on three stages of learning, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation as well as the obstacles encountered. This study is a qualitative study using a multi-site design, because this study examines two subjects, setting or place of data storage. There are more than one research subjects, according to Bogdan's opinion, research using a multi-site approach seeks to examine certain subjects and compare and contrast several of these subjects. The rule, the subject being compared must be similar and comparable. Based on the results of research that learning Al-Qur'an Hadith in MI At Tahzib and MIN Model has differences, among others: First, the learning planning activities at MI At Tahzib have not been done well because the teachers do not understand the curriculum 2013, conversely the done at MIN Sesela. Second, the implementation of learning activities in each Madrasah refers to the RPP that was developed earlier, namely at the beginning of the semester, but the quality of planning still has a striking difference because there is a very understanding of the funding curriculum and there is also the opposite. Third, an evaluation of learning activities has been done, but there which is in accordance with the guidance K13 and some are the opposite due to lack of understanding of the curriculum.
