<p>Abstract: THE PARENTS’ ROLE IN DEVELOPING THE EARLY CHILDHOOD<br />LANGUAGE DEVELOPMENT. The purposes of this research are to know the<br />stages of early childhood language development, factors that influence the<br />development of early childhood language and the roles of parents in<br />developing the early childhood language. It is library research or literature<br />study. The first result shows that the early childhood language includes<br />prelinguistic, (protolinguistic) and linguistic fase. The second result shows<br />that language development is influenced by two factors, internal and<br />external factors. Internal factors include biological, gender, intelligence<br />and the child's own health factors. While external factors are the socioeconomic<br />conditions of families and family relationships. And the latest<br />result shows that six types of parents’ involvement include parenting,<br />communicating, volunteering, learning at home, making decision, and<br />collaborating with the family/community).</p><p>Abstrak: Bahasa anak usia dini perlu ditingkatkan pula. Tujuan dari<br />penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tahapan perkembangan bahasa anak<br />usia dini, faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan bahasa anak usia<br />dini dan bagaimana peran orang tua dalam pengembangan bahasa anak<br />usia dini. Jenis penelitian ini adalah library research atau kajian pustaka.<br />Hasil pertama menjukkan bahwa bahasa anak usia dini meliputi tahapan<br />pralinguistik, (protolinguistik) dan linguistik. Hasil kedua menunjukkan<br />bahwa perkembangan bahasa dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor, yaitu faktor<br />internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internal meliputi faktor biologis,<br />jenis kelamin, kecerdasan dan kesehatan anak itu sendiri. Sedangkan<br />faktor eksternalnya adalah kondisi sosial ekonomi keluarga dan<br />hubungan keluarga. Dan hasil terakhir menunjukkan bahwa enam jenis<br />keterlibatan orang tua meliputi parenting (mengasuh), communicating<br />(berkomunikasi), volunteering (sukarela), learning at home (belajar di<br />rumah), making decision (mengambil keputusan), dan collaborating with<br />the community (berkolaborasi dengan keluarga/masyarakat).</p>

This article mainly concerned about factors that cause students to stay in class have difficulty learning in the subjects of Islamic Cultural History there are two factors, namely internal factors, and external factors. Slow learner students experience learning difficulties in Islamic Cultural History subjects due to internal factors in the form of health that is often disrupted, prenatal disorders, and low intelligence, also caused by external factors from the family environment. The learning difficulties of underachiever students in Islamic Cultural History subjects are influenced by internal factors in the form of no interest in learning in Islamic Cultural History subjects, causing students to lack attention, motivation, and lack of readiness in following the learning process.

Causes of low student achievement is influenced by two factors, namely internal and external factors. The reality on the ground, a lot of students who have low academic achievement, students often go out into the current study. Research purposes to describe the factors causing low class VIII student achievement. The form is a descriptive study, results revealed low achievement on internal factors, namely: the most prominent motivational factor to the low student achievement, while the external factors are: the relation of factors the most prominent member of the family to be the cause of low student achievement. <p class="Pendahuluan">Investment climate has begun to rise since a few years ago. Stock price fluctuations keep stable and move to the positive position. Stock price fluctuation affected by two factors, internal factors and external factors. Internal factors consist of company’s cash flow, dividend and investment behaviour. External factors consist of monetary policy, exchange rate, interest volatility, globalization, companies’ competition, and technology. Children are generations or descendants as a result of the relationship between men and women, whether in marriage or not. Early childhood is an individual who is experiencing a period of very rapid growth, even though now the entire world is experiencing the Covid-19 pandemic, it is not an obstacle to children's development and growth. With the pandemic, the government is implementing learning at home, the use of technology media is the main key in online learning. This study aims to describe the impact of using gadgets in early childhood in the aspects of language development. This research was conducted using the literature study method in which journals, books and other sources reinforce this research.

The objective of this study is to identify the major factors that impact on the quality of financial reporting and to suggest model of the factors affecting on the quality of financial reporting for Vietnamese enterprises . There are two factors group affecting on the quality of financial reporting: internal factors and external factors, this study is limited to the scope of the external factors. By using case studies, analytical results indicate that Tax Pressure factor has the greatest impact on the quality of financial reporting, the remaning factors include: Listed Securities, Accounting Software and Independent Audit. Two factors, Politics and Regulatory Environment have limited impact on the quality financial reporting.

The purpose of this research is to describe the factors that affect mathematics learning outcomes in class V SD Negeri 01 Nanga Merakai Academic Year 2019/2020. This research uses qualitative research methods with a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study research form.  The research sample consisted of 16 student of class 5th at public elementary school 01 Nanga Merakai. Data collection tools in the form of interview guidelines, questionnaires and documentation studies. Data analysis through several stages of data collection, data persentation, data reduction and conclusion drawing. The results showed that (1) Inhibiting factors affecting mathematics learning outcomes were divided into two factors, namely internal factors and external factors. (2)  Supporting factors for mathematics learning outcomes, the research results are divided into two, namely internal factors and external factors.

Fighting between students is actually only one form of delinquency in adolescents. There are many more psychological and criminal problems that are often experienced and carried out by adolescents. Deviant behavior by adolescents, commonly known as juvenile delinquency, is juvenile delinquency referring to a form of behavior that is not in accordance with the norms that live in the community.The identification of this problem is the background of children conducting brawls between students, Protection of child brawlers at the stage of the investigation, Obstacles and obstacles in the investigation of brawls between students.Writing this thesis uses normative and empirical juridical methods. The sources come from library research and interviews, namely by studying or analyzing secondary and tertiary legal materials. Thus, the normative juridical approach in research is used to analyze problems relating to the legal protection of children as brawls among students.The results of the study showed that 1) Student brawl can be caused by 2 (two) factors, namely internal and external factors 2) Protection of children in conflict with this law underwent fundamental changes, namely strict regulation of "restorative justice and diversion" intended to avoid and keep children away from the judicial process, so as to avoid the stigmatiziation that can be done at every level of decision makers at the police, prosecutor and court level. 3) That there are reasons or arguments that encourage investigations tend to be less restorative justice-based both internally and externally, so the writer will analyze internal and external factors and take advantage of legal culture theory. Keywords: Legal Protection; Student Fight; Child Investigation.

This study investigates the effects of COVID-19 on English as a foreign language (EFL) learners’ anxiety at the University of Bisha, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The differences between male and female learners and learners of the different study levels in terms of anxiety caused by COVID-19 were investigated. Moreover, the study sheds light on two factors which are the internal factors and external factors that increase learning anxiety during COVID-19 and the strategies used by the learners to decrease the negative effects of COVID-19 on learning anxiety. The data of the study were collected from 80 EFL learners (40 males and 40 females) at the University of Bisha. This study is considerable as it deals with something that is important in the learning and teaching processes these days. The study revealed that COVID-19 causes normal anxiety to the EFL learners at the University of Bisha. It was also revealed that there is no significant difference between the male and female learners in terms of anxiety caused by COVID-19 and external factors. There is a significant difference between them in terms of the internal factors and strategies used by the learners to decrease the negative effects of learning anxiety during COVID-19. Lastly, there was no significant difference between the learners of the different study levels in terms of anxiety, internal factors and external factors that increase negative learning anxiety and the strategies used by the learners to decrease the negative learning anxiety during COVID-19.

Background: Patient safety goals are important things that must be done by nurses to get a patient safety culture. Individual internal factors and external factors can influence nurses in carrying out patient safety goals. Objective: This literature review study aims to discuss further internal and external factors that correlated in implementing patient safety goals by nurses. Methods: The design used was literature review. The keywords are in two languages. The keywords for articles in Indonesian are “faktor yang mempengaruhi”, “sasaran keselamatan pasien”, “perawat”, “rumah sakit”. The keywords for English articles are "factor", "patient safety goals", "Nurse", “hospital”. There was conducted through three databases, including PubMed (13 articles), Google Scholar (482 articles in Bahasa), and Science Direct (110 articles). Articles limited from January 2015 to October 2021. Then the author re-sorted the articles according were free access and full text, in the form of original articles. Result: There are 8 articles that appropriate with the criteria. Six articles are quantitative studies with a cross sectional approach and 2 articles with the SEM method. The results of the review show that there are 2 factors. Internal factors that correlated are motivation, knowledge and length of work. External factors that correlate are supervision and organizational culture. Conclusion: Two factors correlated with patient safety goals implementation by Nurses. Further research that can be carried out as a follow-up study from this literature review is to determine interventions related to these two factors to achieve the maximum application of patient safety goals.

At present, education in the family is a surefire strategy to continue to provide education rights to early childhood. The role of parents is now tested by the covid-19 pandemic that is sweeping the country. Many things must also be considered in providing education in the family, namely health factors, children’s eating and drinking needs, and also related to psychological, early childhood comfort when studying or playing at home. Through a descriptive study approach with ten parents with a master’s education background and academics as respondents through digital questionnaires and interviews with the Google form application. The results of the questionnaire and interviews were analyzed by means of descriptive analysis. It was found that: (1) Only three out of ten parents can adjust to the role of educators for their own children and able to create comfort when providing learning to children at home; (2) Three out of ten parents are able to establish good communication with teachers during educational activities from home; (3) ten parents expressed their concern with the existing conditions and agreed that the role of teachers was not easy o live. Keywords  : education in the family; parenting
