Indonesia is an agrarian country. Many Indonesians work as farmers. The agricultural sector has a great function in maintaining national food security, especially in maintaining the welfare of farmers. Interim data in 2013 show that the agricultural sector is in second position in contributing to GDP. With the existing data then the farmers should be able to live prosperous. Judging from the existing problems it is necessary to establish a management system that can overcome them. The purpose of this research is to optimize the potential of agricultural sector in Indonesia by using Sharia Agraria Management Organization (SAMO) by synergizing Baitul Mal Wa Tamwil (BMT) with Local Government and Central Government. This research was conducted by Meta Analysis method, based on observation and literature study, the authors conclude that with the existence of SAMO, farmers can improve their standard of living, increased productivity, and easy in the application of farming credit. It is expected that with this system can maintain the quality of the community environment and achieve the implementation of sustainable development.

Initiated in 1989, the KsK programme (literally Partners in Development) shows how a tri-partite approach of pooling resources and capabilities of private landowners, city and central government and the poor can be used to improve urban living conditions. Strong political will and an enlightened perception of the poor has enabled a city government to reduce poverty, manage urbanisation and improve quality of life in urban areas. Eighty-one per cent of the 7,400 low-income houses have been improved to date. Strong community participation has been a vital factor in achieving this success.

Abstract Introduction: Hypertension is a common, prevalent cardiovascular disease that requires multidisciplinary treatments. In Asian countries, electroacupuncture (EA) is often used as an adjunct to antihypertensive drugs for lowering blood pressure and relieving related symptoms. However, till now the effects of EA for hypertension are not fully evaluated. This study aims to assess the efficacy and safety of EA in patients with hypertension through a systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials. Methods and analysis: Seven electronic databases including Medline, EMBASE, CENTRAL, CNKI, CBM, Wanfang, and VIP Database will be searched from inception to May 30, 2021, to identify clinical trials of EA treating hypertension in adults. Eligible comparisons will be limited to 1) EA versus valid comparators including placebo, antihypertensives, waiting list and 2) EA as an adjunct to antihypertensives versus antihypertensives. Clinical outcomes include blood pressure, response rate, somatic symptom relief, quality of life, and safety from baseline to post-treatment. The Cochrane Risk of Bias assessment tool will be used to evaluate the quality of the included studies and the GRADE system will be employed to summarize the overall quality of evidence. Random-effects model will be performed, where efficacy data will be reported with mean difference (continuous data) or risk ratio (dichotomous data). In addition, heterogeneity and publication bias will be tested with the I2 statistic and the Egger’s test/funnel plot. Ethics and dissemination: As a secondary literature study, this systematic review doesn’t require ethical approval. The study results will be disseminated via peer-review publication or conference presentation. Registration: PROSPERO registration ID CRD42019133937.

This study uses data collected by ENSEA within the framework of the Agricultural Sector Support Project in Côte d'Ivoire (PSAC) carried out in 2015 to measure, firstly, the financial availability, use and quality of financial inclusion of farmers in the rural region of Sud-Comoé of Côte d'Ivoire and, secondly, to examine the factors that influence their choices in terms of financial inclusion. To this end, we construct indices for each of the three dimensions (access, use and quality) and a synthetic financial inclusion index. The results of the univariate analysis reveal that farmers in the zone are poorly financially included in terms of the "use" and "quality" dimensions, and that the overall financial inclusion situation of farmers in the Sud-Comoé is low (33% of farmers are financially included). To achieve the second objective, we used a logit model. The empirical results indicate that farmers with no schooling and fewer qualifications are more likely to be financially excluded; that the high cost of banking services and the low income of farmers limit their financial inclusion and, finally, that the experience acquired by farmers on the farm and the savings products offered by financial institutions are the factors that stimulate the financial inclusion of farmers. In addition, the education variable partly explains why financial inclusion is more frequent among rubber tree farmers than among oil palm farmers. In view of these results, economic choices and decisions must be targeted according to these empirical findings to increase the level of financial inclusion of producers, the true pillars of the economy of Côte d’Ivoire.

Upaya untuk melindungi dilakukan secara preventif dan represif. Meskipun dilindungi, alih fungsi lahan pertanian pangan tetap terjadi.
