Operational grant school next abbreviated as BOS is a central government program in providing funding the school fees of the students for a unit of primary and secondary education compulsory nine years. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of human resources students, the time of BOS funds are distributed, and effectiveness of infrastructures on the utilization of budgetary BOS funds. The method that used in this research is the descriptive method with the quantitative approach. Data collection methods used are observation, the literature study, and questionnaire. The data analysis of this research used regression analysis linear multiple by using SPSS version 16. The result of this research shows that from human resources students variable is 0,632 influential not significant impact on the use of the BOS funds. The time of BOS funds are distributed is 0,036 and effectiveness of infrastructures is 0,000 influential in a significant impact on the utilization of budgetary BOS funds. The Problems in this research are lack of knowledge about BOS funds and the distribution of BOS funds that are not timely. The advice that given from this research are: (1) forthe schools should be held socialization about the BOS funds. (2) For the committee of the schools should check the reports that had made by the school. (3) The management of using more improve the quality of the facilities infrastructure in order to support the process teaching.   Keywords : Human resources, the time of BOS  funds distributed, the effectiveness of infrastructures, and utilization of the BOS fund.

Tujuan penelitian mengungkapkan konsep pelayanan prima, rancangan pemberian pelayanan, dan bentuk pelayanan KBIH Maqdis terhadap jamaah dalam meningkatkan kualitas bimbingan ibadah haji. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun langkah-langkah penelitian yang ditempuh; penentuan lokasi penelitian, pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan,  dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa konsep pelayanan prima KBIH Maqdis dalam meningkatkan kualitas bimbingan ibadah haji dilihat dari konsep pelayanan prima yang diterapkan KBIH Maqdis meliputi: kemampuan, sikap, penampilan, perhatian, tindakan dan tanggungjawab. Kemudian rancangan pemberian pelayanan prima KBIH Maqdis diantaranya: regulasi layanan, fasilitas layanan, peranan tim pengarah dan budaya pemberian pelayanan. Selain itu bentuk layanan KBIH Maqdis terhadap jamaah dalam meningkatkan kualitas bimbingan ibadah haji diantaranya KBIH Maqdis menyediakan pembimbing haji yang profesional dan materi bimbingan ibadah haji. The purpose of this study is to determine the concept of excellent service, the design of service delivery, and the form of KBIH Maqdis service to the congregation in improving the quality of pilgrimage guidance. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach. The research steps taken; determination of research location, data collection by using observation technique, interview, literature study, further documentation of data analysis by means of data reduction, data classification and drawing conclusion. From the result of the research, it is concluded that the concept of excellent service of KBIH Maqdis in improving the quality of Hajj guidance from the concept of excellent service applied by KBIH Maqdis include: ability, attitude, appearance, attention, action and responsibility. Then the design of service delivery prime KBIH Maqdis include: service regulation, service facility, role of steering team and culture of service delivery. In addition, the form of KBIH Maqdis service to pilgrims in improving the quality of haj pilgrimage services such as KBIH Maqdis provides professional hajj guide and pilgrimage guidance material.

Human resources are one of the factors directly involved in carrying out company activities. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and motivation on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri Ciledug Branch. The method used in this research is descriptive method with an associative approach with proportional random sampling technique. Methods of data analysis using descriptive and verification with regression analysis, determination, and hypothesis testing partially or simultaneously. The results showed that partially the independent variables affect the dependent variable. Simultaneously testing the influence also concluded work discipline, and motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an influence contribution of 41.1%. Hypothesis testing obtained a probability statistic value <0.05 thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.

<p><em>This research is expected to reach the service oriented library to the visitor. With the strategies undertaken to overcome the obstacles and shortcomings that occur. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods and data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation. Informants in this research is the head and staff of UPT Library archive and documentation of Bukit Batu district Bengkalis District and visitors and community leaders in the library environment. In the data analysis used descriptive method that describes the Theory with the objective conditions and information on the results of interviews combined with the data of researchers in accordance with the results of field observation. Library Management at UPT Library Archives and Documentation District Bukit Batu Bengkalis Regency is not running optimally. Factors that become obstacles in providing services to visitors such as facilities and infrastructure that are not complete, the number and quality of human resources Librarian is not adequate.</em></p><p> </p><p>Penelitian ini diharapkan tercapainya pelayanan perpustakaan yang berorientasi kepada pengunjung. Dengan strategi-strategi yang dilakukan dapat mengatasi hambatan dan kekurangan yang terjadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini  adalah adalah kepala dan pegawai UPT Badan perpustakaan arsip dan dokumentasi kecamatan Bukit Batu Kabupaten Bengkalis dan pengunjung serta tokoh masyarakat dilingkungan perpustakaan. Didalam Analisa data digunakan metode Deskriptif yaitu menggambarkan Teori dengan kondisi objektif serta informasi hasil wawancara digabungkan dengan data peneliti sesuai dengan hasil observasi dilapangan. Pengelolaan Perpustakaan pada UPT Perpustakaan Arsip dan Dokumentasi Kecamatan Bukit Batu Kabupaten Bengkalis tidak berjalan secara optimal. Faktor-faktor yang menjadi kendala dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada pengunjung diantaranya adalah sarana dan prasarana yang tidak lengkap, jumlah dan kualitas SDM Pustakawan yang belum memadai.</p>

The title of this research was “The Effort of Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency (BPPRD) of Kubu Raya Regency in Increasing Tax Restaurant Reception”. Therefore, this study focuses on the Efforts of BPPRD Kubu Raya in Increasing Tax Restaurant. The purposes of this research were to know the effort of BPPRD of Kubu Raya Regency in increasing the revenue of tax restaurant, the obstacles of increasing the acceptance of tax restaurant, and the solution in overcoming the obstacle that happened. This research used qualitative research with descriptive method. The result of data analysis showed that in increasing the revenue of tax restaurant through tax intensification did an improvement. Tax that related to the laws, administrative simplifications, reordering the number of subject/tax object restaurants and improving the quality of Human Resources. While extensification of restaurant taxes such as increasing the number of subject/objects of existing taxes, make improvements in tariffs, and conduct supervision of taxpayers. The other obstacles in increasing the tax restaurant was the existence of passive and active resistance from the community, the limitations of Human Resources, and many areas that have not been explored optimally due to the distance between sub districts. Furthermore, the solution to overcome the obstacles were did socialization to the community continuously, open up the opportunities for businessman, making Human Resources effective and implemented the bonbill system.   Keywoard : Effort, Restaurant Tax, BPPRD

This review discusses the potential of South Aceh Regency generated by the economic sectors above. In addition, this study will discuss the current condition of Tapaktuan Port as well as the direction of development policy of South Aceh Regency to improve the utilization of Tapaktuan Port. The method of analysis in this research uses descriptive method, based on a series of data collection methods through literature study, observation and interview. Increased utilization of Tapaktuan Port still faces a number of challenges, including the non-functioning of Tapaktuan as a center of growth and economic accumulation of South Aceh Regency. Therefore. the need for the South Aceh Regency Government to consistently implement policies concerning the utilization of Tapaktuan Port, as well as create strong synergy between the government of South Aceh district with the central government in order to develop trade (ships follow the trade) and grow the less developed areas (ships promote the trade). ABSTRACT PT. Wings Surya pays attention to the work environment and compensation to improve employee performance. This study examines the influence of the work environment (X1) and compensation (X2) on employee performance (Y) in the laboratory division of PT. Wings Surya. This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and compensation on employee performance. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. Data collection methods used were distributing questionnaires and recording documents. Data analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using a computer with the SPSS 20 for Windows program. Based on the results of research testing can be drawn two conclusions that Work environment (X1) and compensation (X2) affect simultaneously (simultaneously) on employee performance in the laboratory division of PT. Wings Surya (Y) because the Fcount value is 51,548> Ftable 3,172. Among the work environment (X1) and compensation (X2) the more dominant variable significantly influences the employee's performance on the laboratory division of PT. Wings Surya is Compensation (X2) because the regression coefficient is biggest that is 0,481 .. Researcher suggest to Human Resources Department PT. Wings Surya pays attention to the work environment and compensation. In order for employees of laboratory division of PT. Penelitian ini meneliti tentang pengaruh lingkungan kerja (X1) dan kompensasi (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) pada divisi laboratorium PT. Wings Surya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah menyebarkan kuesioner dan mencatat dokumen-dokumen. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda yang diolah menggunakan komputer dengan program SPSS 20 for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian penelitian dapat ditarik dua kesimpulan yaitu Lingkungan kerja (X1) dan kompensasi (X2) berpengaruh secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap kinerja karyawan pada divisi laboratorium PT. Wings Surya (Y) karena nilai Fhitung 51,548 > Ftabel 3,172. Diantara lingkungan kerja (X1) dan kompensasi (X2) variabel yang lebih dominan secara signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan pada divisi laboratorium PT. Wings Surya adalah Kompensasi (X2) karena koefisien regresinya paling besar yaitu 0,481.. Peneliti menyarankan kepada bagian Human Resources Departement PT. Wings Surya memperhatikan lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi. Agar karyawan divisi laboratorium PT. This study aims to describe 1) the form of cohesion contained in the news Watching Sakinah Movies, UIN Yogyakarta Give Praise Students and 2) describing the forms of coherence contained in the news Watching Sakinah Film, Students of UIN Yogyakarta Give Praise. The subjects used in this study were news of watching Sakinah film, UIN Yogyakarta students giving praise, and the objects used were sentences containing grammatical cohesion, a form of lexical cohesion. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. The data in this study are sentences in the news of Watching Sakinah Movies, This student is a method of literature study. While the method of data analysis in this study is descriptive method analysis method, the method used to analyze and describe cohesion markers and analyze markers of coherence. Test The results of the study show that in the news of watching Sakinah films, UIN Yogyakarta Beri Pujian students have varied markers of cohesion and coherence in the Tebuireng Online news discourse. Cohesion markers were found to reference (3), substitution (1), ellipsis (2), conjunction (3), collocation (1), and markers of coherence found cause-effect relationships (2), relationship coherence suggestions — goals (1), coherence temporal relations (1), and coherence of causal relationships (1).

<p align="center">ABSTRAK</p><p>Artikel hasil penelitian tentang kajian normatif keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang akan mengkaji mengenai keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang apakah sudah  memenuhi ketentuan dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007. Untuk membahas permasalahan tersebut, metode pendekatan yang dipakai adalah yuridis normatif, dengan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif analitis, metode pengumpulan datanya : studi dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan, sedangkan metode analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah analisis kualitatif.</p><p>Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang sudah memenuhi beberapa ketentuan yang ada dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007, yang belum terpenuhi adalah : ketentuan Pasal 13  &amp; Pasal 15 Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007.</p><p><em>Articles of research on the normative study of the existence of modern stores in the city of Semarang will examine the existence of modern stores in the city of Semarang whether they have fulfilled the provisions in Presidential Regulation No. 112 of 2007. To discuss these problems, the approach method used is normative juridical, with the specifications of analytical descriptive research, data collection methods: documentation and literature study, while the data analysis method used is qualitative analysis.</em></p><p><em>            </em><em>The results of the study show that the existence of a modern shop in Semarang City has fulfilled several provisions in the Presidential Regulation Number 112 of 2007, which has not been fulfilled are:</em></p><p><em>p</em><em>rovisions in Article 13 </em><em>and p</em><em>rovisions Article 15</em><em> </em><em>of the Presidential Regulation Number 112 of 2007</em><em>.</em><em></em></p><p><em>Keywords: Study, Normative, Modern Shop, Semarang City.</em><em></em></p><p> </p>

This paper aims to determine the policies implemented by the Papua National Narcotics Agency against drug trafficking. This article is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection methods through interviews and literature study. Data analysis using descriptive analysis model. The results showed that the role of BNN Papua is very central in the eastern region and the Indonesian border. The policies that have been planned by BNN with multi-stakeholder have been implemented, but the new modes adopted by the international network vary. The drug subscription policy cannot be carried out by one institution only, it needs to be supported by other government agencies and the community. The need for a serious role for the regional and central government in both preventive efforts and subscription programs in synergy with the Papua Provincial BNN.
